Hey there, how’s it going? My name in Melissa, I’m from Manchester. I arrive in Sydney at the beginning of October to begin my 2nd year in Oz I’m looking for a single room (no room share) to stay in for the next 6-12 months. My budget is $250-$300 and I’m looking to live around Bondi. I’m super friendly, love meeting new people and my interests are fashion, cooking and keeping fit! Look forward to hearing from you, have a great day! Thanks, Melissa
Hi, I am a Bar manager in one of Sydney's top Restaurants which means you probably won't see me much around the house, as i would be working afternoons and nights. I love the sunshine so I will be at the beach most of the times, I am also a surf life saver and a dancer. So my life is pretty packed I won't be home most of the times. But when I am I like to come home the a clem and cozy environment. I like cooking and enjoying a nice dinner/breakfast with my flatmates. i am very social and like to know who I am living with as we will be sharing some good time together :) I am not a party person and definitely not looking for a party house, just looking for a nice place with nice people to call my home :)
Im Paulina from Chile, Im looking for a room close to UNSW, I’m working full time there at the moment and I’m going to start a PhD next year, I’m very easy going person, clean and tidy. Im very sociable and very respectful with personal space of my future Flatmate, of course we can enjoy a nice dinner or a beer sometime
Hi! Im Gabriel, 30 years old, communicative and friendly. I'm from Hungary, i work as a part time barber and part time wedding videographer. I'm with a working holiday visa and from November i will continue with student visa. I'm looking for long term. I'm fluent English. If you have any questions just ask! :)
Hi, I'm Hanna. I'm 29 and I've moved to Aus from the UK to work as a senior actuarial consultant. I'm very sociable and have a few hobbies which I plan to continue now I've moved over, mainly squash and wall climbing. When I'm not working I love going out and about with friends to bars or coffee shops, playing sports and visiting new areas. At the weekends I'm not much for spending time in watching TV, but I do on the odd occasion in the evenings when I've had a busy day at work. I was a landlord myself in the UK and have lived with loads of people in the past, who I'm sure wouldn't mind providing a reference if need be. I am very clean and tidy, especially in communal areas. Please let me know if you think I'd be a good fit!
My name is Matéo I am a 22 years old aussie working full time in the events industry. My previous lease has ended so I am now looking for a private room on a long term basis in the eastern suburbs. I am easy-going, fun and very sociable although I stay respectful of my housemates’ privacy and space. I’m also very clean and tidy. I am ready to move in as soon as possible so if you have a private room going let me know 😊
Get on well with everyone and enjoy meeting new people. Like to keep things tidy, very easy going Interests include dancing, travel and wine :) Enjoy going out with friends but also love nights in on the sofa watching Netflix. I work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), sometimes long hours for a recruitment agency. I'm British, been in Sydney for almost 3 years, applying for PR this year. Looking for somewhere in Double Bay, Bondi or surrounding areas :) Any questions please feel free to message me.
Hi, Just looking for a nice place to call home. Clean, Comfortable with a Northerly sunny aspect i.e. warm in winter/cool in summer. Clean, Tidy, Friendly, Easy Going - looking for same. I work quietly from home on the computer during the day and dance the night away 3 or 4 or 5 nights a week :) I like to take a break during the day and go for a walk or a swim so I'm looking for somewhere I can do that. When I'm not working or dancing I love to get to the beach, I love to swim laps in the ocean baths and take walks in the beautiful national parks in and around Sydney. Some of my other interests are Sailing, Music (I'm a frustrated musician) I love anything to do with the water so snorkeling, kayaking, etc etc are all things I love to do. I'm 55, very young at heart, very active, love to have fun and enjoy a good laugh. I love all things Latin and have a passion for Latin music and dance. I'm well traveled, particularly loved backpacking solo recently through Latin America - Chili - Argentina - Bolivia - Peru - Colombia and Cuba for 3 months and I enjoy the company of people from all over the world. Ideally my flatmate would be someone who's not too serious or a complete recluse as it'd be nice to have the occasional coffee or a vino and a chat from time to time. I do enjoy the company of younger people or anyone with an upbeat and friendly personality. I'm really looking for a place where we can feel happy, relaxed, free to be ourselves and somewhere that really feels like home as opposed to just "renting a room". Male or Female, young or old, it doesn't matter to me, I'm gregarious, open minded, non judgemental, and just seem to naturally get on with everyone. It's all about feeling relaxed and comfortable, having a great vibe at home and being socially aware, sensitive to and respectful of each others need for privacy and down time. I'm not full blown OCD but I do like to keep the place neat and tidy and clean and I don't cope well with clutter or things being left lying around for days on end. I leave the place clean and tidy after I've used things and I particularly like to leave the bathroom, living area and especially the kitchen clean and would like to team up with someone who does the same. I'm looking to share a comfortable and reasonably well proportioned existing place with other/s or team-up with someone in a new place to share. Furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished = I'm flexible. I have all the lovely furniture needed to create a lovely living environment currently in storage so if you're looking to start a new flat/house share or if you've just started one, I come with some lovely furniture pieces. Alternatively, I'm just as happy to keep my things in storage and share a furnished or semi furnished place in the right place with the right person at the right price :) As I work from home, (Stockmarket Sector) I like to work quietly from home during the day Mon - Fri so a party house with lots of people coming and going during the day just won't work for me. I'm hoping to find a comfortable place with a small designated space where I can feel comfortable slugging away at my lap top and not be stuck in my bedroom to work during the day time. I don't have a big computer, just my lap top so I don't need a lot of space, just *a* space :) I'm out most nights dancing so you'd have the place to yourself quite a bit in the evenings to relax and enjoy when you get home from work. I often take trips away to visit my family on the mid north coast or over in Perth for a week or two at a time so there would be plenty of opportunities for you to have the place to yourself for a week or two from time to time as well. I tend to be a bit of a night owl and enjoy going out to dancing in the evenings and because of that I'm a deep sleeper in the mornings - A bomb, a plane crash or brass band wouldn't wake me so you wouldn't have to worry about tip toeing about in the morning. Make all the noise you want - I won't hear a thing :) Weekends I like to get out and about as much as possible especially when the weather is gorgeous outside. If it's wet, cold or miserable outside, that's netflix time or we can solve the problems of the word together over a glass of vino or two !!! I'm really looking for a place that offers lifestyle, that could be the Eastern Suburbs or anywhere that is close to the beach and or ocean baths suitable for swimming laps and I'm open to other beachy suburbs that are not too far away i.e. Mosman, Manly, Coogee etc. Ideally the apartment would have a north facing aspect that will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer, a separate bath tub, balcony or outside area and off street parking and or garage, all desirable but not essential. If this all this sounds like something that would be a good fit for you I'd love to hear from you.
Hey guys, My girlfriend and I (Nikita & Jake) are looking to find a new place to live with our two friends. We are looking for 2/3 available rooms as Ollie and Beth would be willing to share a twin share. We are all full-time working professionals working between 7-5 Monday to Fridays, and just looking for somewhere to settle and get out and see as much of Sydney as possible on the weekends. We are looking to meet like minded friends who are clean and respectful of other people’s space and belongings. If you need to know any further information please feel to contact me. We look forward to finding a new home and new housemates 😊
Hey you, yes you. Are you looking for someone cool, calm and laid back? Someone who respects you and your privacy but also likes to get loose for a chill sesh every now and then? Even accompanies you for a good night out? Oh and someone who cooks and cleans after himself? Yeah you came to the right dude. So lets just get together, rent a nice place for ourselves and spice our lives up. PS: I just started my 3rd year at Macquarie. Shits getting real.
Hi Future Housemate! I study post grad law full time at UNSW and will soon also be working part time. So, that keeps me quite busy. But I like to have a good conversation over food and drinks every now and then. Super clean and tidy. I'm looking to stay long term and be able to call a place home. In my free time, I love to cook and watch Netflix. Go out with friends on weekends. Moving date is negotiable. Please get in touch. Cheers! :)
I am looking for a place where I can call it home. I like to socialise since I dont have family in the Aussie land. Would be nice to get along with my flaties. No SHARE ROOM and flexible with bedroom furniture since I have my own.
Hi! I’m looking for a place to move to in the next couple of months. I would like to be right by the beach in either Coogee or Maroubra. I’m looking for a furnished room with it’s own bathroom and balcony (ideally). My budget is no more than $450. I’m willing to wait for the right place to come along. I’m going to be in Sydney for at least the next 4 years so I’m looking for something long term. I will need to give my current landlord 3-4 weeks notice before I move out. About me Originally from Queensland, I’m currently living in Chippendale. I work as a carpenter for a tier 1 builder in the city. I work big hours and most weekends. Home is important to me, I like to feel comfortable. It’s a space where I like to connect with my creativity. I like to cook, write, enjoy music, and have open minded conversation. If you use my milk, I’m not going to be mad. I’m house trained; the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom will always be clean but no judgement on my part for your style. My sister lives in Canberra and visits for the weekend when ever she can, as I’m her closest family. Jessie is a cool chick and I have no doubt you’ll love her. A Sunday swim and brunch is our specialty. About you Well I don’t know about you! Flick me a message and tell me about yourself? Anita
Hello! My boyfriend and I are both extremely friendly people and make for ideal flatmates. We are very social and easy to talk to but respect people's privacy and personal space and appreciate time to ourselves as much as the next person. We are both currently working so we both know the importance and value of peace and quiet when bed time comes, but enjoy a few drinks at the weekend or whenever the time is suitable. We are very respectful and tidy people and would be extremely grateful to anyone who may be able to help us out! We hope to hear from you guys soon. Annie & Toby.
Hi there!! I am a research student looking for a place close to UNSW. I started my studies in Sydney in Feb 2017 and I am originally from Spain. I am looking for a non-shared bedroom (also interested in 2-bedroom flats or even teaming up with a 2-3 people max). I wish I could share an apartment with people who from time to time enjoy having a drink at the end of the day or keen to spend a trivia night :) Cheers! Cesar
