I'm a tidy, clean, quiet, pretty and elegant lady, who is also friendly, sporty, and healthy. Apart from these qualities, I am creative and intelligent, with humorous sense. If you enjoy companionship with a kind, considerate and responsible person, here I am. I am seeking an en-suite (preferable but not necessary if housemates are clean and tidy or otherwise hiring cleaner weekly or monthly) single bedroom*, sharing in an A/C house or apartment** within 3-5 km from UNSW. *N.B.: The bedroom is furnished with a single or double bed with matched mattress, has 1 or 2 bedside cabinets and mirrored built in wardrobes with double slide doors. There will be also plenty of other storage cupboards outside of the room! **N.B.: House or apartment Interior Features: ✔ Big wardrobes ✔ Microwave ✔ Dishwasher ✔ Generous sized bedrooms ✔ Balcony ✔ TV ✔ Minimum stay applies ✔ Internal laundry ✔ Unlimited internet ✔ Washing machine ✔ Fully furnished ✔ Tiled bathroom with separate shower and bath tube ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT I wake up early and sometimes finish late. I enjoy and respect privacy. I would also like to live with easy-going, clean & honest house or flatmates who doesn’t mind a chat over social drink seasonally, but certainly not interested in alcohol drinking party house. First preference is prime location (Only within 15 minutes by train to the city or on foot to the UNSW). Second preference is clean environment. Third preference is housemates***. Four preference is security block. ***N.B.: Housemates work or study full time, no dsp etc. and easy-going would like to take good care of each other, share meals and enjoy days out sometimes. Prefer UNSW students or alumni who respects each other’s privacy, quiet, nice and friendly! Not party People! I consider the home a kind of sanctuary...it is ok to have guests or friends come over for breakfast or a barbeque etc., but it’s certainly not a party house...definitely more a shared home than a rented shelter. Feel free to message me for any more information or invite me for inspection and meet me! 👩 Please only message me if you are seriously sincere.
I'm a 30 yo web developer from Italy. I work part time for an italian company for which I work remotely, so I will need a reliable Internet connection, but nothing special. I used to share flats since I was 20 and I had a lot of good and bad experiences to learn from. I use to be respectful and easygoing. I do like to hang out but I'm not a party animal, I'm very Indipendend and happy to do my thing, but I'll love to have random chat, share a meal, have a drink or chill out with my flatmates when they are into that too. I use to, and I like to live in a clean place, so that's how I'm going to keep the common areas and my room too. If you would like to know anything else about me, just ask. I'll be glad to tell you whatever you'd like.
Hi there, I'm a Chinese guy currently studying Juris Doctor in UNSW. I'm easygoing and helpful, and good at doing Chinese dishes (if you like). I am self-disciplined. I have good living habits and will always keep my space neat and quiet. Never smoke or binge drinking. Most of the time I'll be busy doing my coursework but also do sports or chill out with friends on a regular basis. Also open to frequent casual talks and enjoy having fun together. I hope to be friends and share the culture in my country with you in the future.
I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a sociable person. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm someone that you could have a meal with and talk about life but also can be told to bugger off without being offended.
Missy, 26years old full-time Barista and Matt 31years old Software Development student. We are currently living and working in Canberra but looking to move to Sydney next Sunday (Feb 25th) as Matt's study going to start very soon. We have been living in sharehouses before in Brisbane also Canberra. We tend to keep things to ourselves after working hours but would love weekend drinks to unwind. We both love playing games. We are looking for a non-crowded, clean and with minimum noise private room in a sharehouse, or another person/couple who would do a teamups. As we are both gonna be studying and/or working professionally in Sydney, we would love to, if we find the right place, to stay there long term (at least 1 year) as we don't like moving in and out of a house. Please send us a message if you have suitable listing. Thank you
I am 30yo engineer and have recently taken a new job in Sydney. I'm looking to find a new home within driving distance to Marrickville by mid/late March and ideally will stay there for at least one year. I will be coming over to Sydney around March 9 and need to find accommodation within 4 weeks after that. As I am new to Sydney, I don't know too many people yet but do have some family and friends living nearby. I enjoy having a beer on weekends, playing sport, going for a run, heading to the beach and just relaxing in my time off. I'm not much of a cook which is a plus as I never leave dirty dishes around. Prefer to find a place with a furnished room so I don't have to move furniture across. I will also have a car and will need some parking.
Hi there, I've just moved to Sydney from Byron bay. Looking for a place to call home. I am clean and considerate and can have a great chat. I'd love to live with people who are friendly and sociable with their flatmates as I don't know many people in Sydney yet.
Hello there potential flatmate! I am a 22 year old Norwegian moving to Sydney for my BoS majoring in Neuroscience at UNSW. I have quite the energetic lifestyle being a consistent regular at the gym, 5 years and counting, as well as a constant explorer. I truly enjoy my subject of study as well, so I'll be neck deep in my studies only to surface for some physical exercise, an adventure, making food or the occasional social interaction we humans so desperately need. And yes, you are very welcome to join me in any of my activities! There will be Hiking, Surfing, Diving, Swimming, various physical exercise with a lot of weightlifting and of course a general exploration of a beautiful country and all its opportunities. That said, I have the equal ability to be chilled out and relax with a good movie with friends, join the beach for some fun and just enjoy whatever comes up. I am a very tidy and oriented person with persistent daily habits, I love to enjoy life i general and I can be both sociable and secluded dependent on the mood of those around me - If you wish to be alone I will surely respect that and hope for the same in return. I basically try to adapt to whomever I live with making the experience smooth for us all. I love to discuss matters of reality, that be philosophy, science, spirituality, psychology, nature or existence itself. So be prepared when opening Pandora's Box, I'm quite the conversationalist and we'll have fun with that! Beyond that I would be as bold to state myself as a very chill person to hang out with, really, I have my thing and its a bit crazy but I always maintain a chill attitude on the matter in regards to others. The stick is definitively not up my ass ;) Soo, if you simply want a freakishly energetic dude in your flat **with the ability to be equally chilled out**- hit me up. --------------- TEAMUP! Listen, I'm pulling together a team-up where we will go and rent a place together. This way we will get more for our buck and we will have te possibilities of choosing out flatmates more carefully. Anyways, if you are interested you should hit me up on facebook and we'll have a chat! ----------- I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Rommy. I am 25, female and a student. I am of Spanish/South American background. I have lived with flatmates in the past but have been living on my own for about 2 years. My current lease ends on the 20th of February so I need to find a place to move in by the 24th of February. I will be studying at UNSW this march, doing psychology and science. Ideally I am looking for something close to the Kensington campus or city surrounds/randwick/coogee. I'm pretty friendly, respectful of people's privacy and mostly like to keep to myself at home but happy to help out with anything. I am happy to pay $150- $260 ($300 in worse case scenario) a week on rent with utilities included. I don't mind if place is furnished or not. I can bring my own stuff if needed, but I do need internet to be included. If you think you have something suitable for me please get in touch :)
My name is Joyner. I come from Singapore. Yes, i am Asian. I am chinese. No, Singapore is not part of China.😂😂.I am a neat person(but not to the extend of OCD). I like to explore new things. I have planned a checklist of the things I want to do and achieve when I am in Australia - really want to try water sports. I enjoy making new friends and hopefully we can have a great time keeping each other company. In Singapore, my occupation is a Secondary school teacher. I will be in UNSW kensington Australia for approximately 10 months taking a master programme. Hopefully though this channel, i can get the "dream" room that i desire (approximately AUD 300)-- a master room big enough to fit a queen bed, and a toilet with detachable shower heads.
Hi! I'm a doctor currently working over in the eastern suburbs and also studying, looking for a place closer to work. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I'm always up for a chat or to hang out, but also respect having our own space. I like going out to try new places and going on little day trips.
I am Irish and a full-time, paid PhD candidate at UNSW. I am fairly busy at the university 9-5 most days. I am keen to find somewhere to move in as soon as possible. I am tidy, friendly, but I appreciate my own space as well. I'm fairly laid back and a non-smoker. I would love to find some housemates that I get along with. My budget is ideally between $200 and $350 pw and I am primarily interested in places in the inner east/eastern suburbs. However, I am fairly flexible on location and am willing to consider other options. I'd preferably like a place that is available for 4 months+ Feel free to contact me should you have something that fits the bill. Looking forward to hearing from potential flatmates! :)
Hello All, I'm about to start my Masters of Marketing at UNSW, so looking to move closer to UNI. Have spent the last year working in Sydney and will continue my full time job while in uni. I'm extremely respectful of personal space, but enjoy a good chat and night at the pub. Looking for a long term arrangement, and to make friends in the bargain.
I am 23 years old French girl. I have been living with a family for the past 2 years in Sydney as a nanny. I love sharing time with people. I’m really independent. I love cooking. I’m someone really tidy, clean and honest. I would love to live an experience in Sydney with flatmates.
I'm from London, currently work Monday - Friday full time in a bar in the city. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, cook and go to the beach. I like my privacy but I also enjoy socialising.
Ahoy there 👋🏻 Don’t be fooled, im a 50 year old woman in a 19 year old girls body, i love a tidy household, cooking roast dinners and reading novels, im looking for likeminded people who respect the shared space as well as my own privacy. I’m studying my first year at the National Art School in Darlinghurst, i’m a freelance artist and musician, i am easy-going and good at knowing boundaries, i like to think im the perfect roomate, during my 5 weekdays i’ll be studying on campus at my uni , leaving my nights free to relax (and fall asleep by 9pm) I don’t have any bad habits, and like to stay away from smoking, drugs and throwing wild house parties.
Originally from Melbourne but I'm relocating to Sydney for approximately 1 year on a full-time contract at the Children's Cancer Institute next to UNSW, but possibilities to stay longer if given the opportunity to. I'm an easy-going, sociable, clean and respectful young adult (24) and looking for a flatmate(s) that is similar to myself. I like staying in to watch tv shows, playing board games, working out, cheese/wine, travelling and baking when I'm stressed so hopefully there's an oven haha PS. Looking for a private room!
We are easy-going, clean and tidy girls that value privacy. We just want a cosy home to return to after a long day dealing with the harsh world. We'd love to exchange stories and life's lessons over a meal or drinks with you but when you need time alone, we won't bug you. Besides, you'll mostly find that we prefer to retreat into our own thoughts or escape into the land of movies and TV series.
I am studying full time at UNSW and working part time in the city. I am tidy, a non-smoker, and very sociable - I love to make friends and am always happy to do stuff together as housemates, but also just as happy to do my own thing. I have no pets, but a pet in the house does not bother me.
I'm a Chinese international student of UNSW. I'm easygoing, friendly and funny. Games and movies are what I usually do for fun. I can be a quiet roommate if needed, but it doesn't mean you have to keep it down, as long as you don't party everyday ^_~
