I'm currently an undergraduate student studying Political Science at the ANU. My interests include volunteering, reading, binging Netflix shows and the occasional night out. I'd love to live in a more social sharehouse, though I am very respectful of others' space and privacy. I'm clean, responsible, fun and easygoing. Feel free to message me!
I'm clean, tidy, considerate and generally quiet. Love having tea, coffee, beer or wine and having a chat. Unfortunately not a party person anymore, more of a fan of drinks and conversation. I work in full time, 8AM to 5PM with some occasional overtime. I'm a passionate Formula 1 fan and spend the occasional late Sunday night watching the race. I've been in Canberra for the last 15+ years. I'm looking for a medium to long term room so I can have some financial stability, preferably 6 months or longer. I'm moving house because my current housemate/landlord of 3+ years is moving to Melbourne, so I need to find a new place. While she's been an absolutely lovely housemate, she's very quiet, so I'd ideally like a place where conversations are more the norm than the exception. I've listed suburbs in the city because I'd like to be able to walk to work, but I'm happy to look further abroad if there's a good bus service available. I've got a car but prefer to bus to work so I've got a good reason to leave on time.
Hi, I am new to Canberra (3 months) and am working in a casual full time role in a sales. I love being with people and making new friends. Very easy to live with, clean and tidy and at peace with myself. I like to explore new places and have an adventurous streak. Would love to stay with someone friendly. I have lived in multicultural society of Dubai for last 16 years and I gel well with most people. Looking at staying next 3-6 months in sharing accommodation at this stage
I'm moving to Canberra in January to begin work as a 2018 APS grad. Currently I'm finishing up my psychology degree in Newcastle, then will be travelling in Europe for a couple of months and moving down to Canberra after the new year. I start work on January 31 but happy to move in earlier than that and get settled into a place. Interested in meeting new people, getting to know Canberra, playing sports etc. I'm looking to a find a place within walking/cycling distance to Civic and ideally close to shops, restaurants. Prefer a place where everyone is clean and tidy, friendly, open for a chat and just generally laid back.
Hi! I'm at 27 year old professional working at the hospital. I have lived in canberra for the last four years and have no plans to leave anytime soon. I currently rent my own place but the owners are selling and I'm looking to find a room to rent. I have my own furniture for my room and can bring some house furniture too if needed. I am happy to live in a social household but also happy to have my own space. I like eating, Netflix, relaxing Sunday arvos and hitting the gym so that I can eat some more. Message me if you have something suitable.
Hi! We're three students studying at ANU for a year on an exchange from the Leeds, in the UK. All three of us have been living in university accommodation for the past few months and miss the comfort of living in a house. I'm Dan, 22, and I'm in my third year of four at university studying geology. I love keeping active and spend a lot of my spare time playing sport. Jacob is also 22 and studying for a degree in sustainability. Peter, 20, studies politics and is a fantastic chef! We're all clean individuals that enjoy a good chat but know how to respect each other's space. We're here until next July and would look to pick up a lease in early December in a perfect scenario! Cheers and I hope you'll consider us :-) Dan, Jacob and Peter

I know Im looking a little early but I will be ready to move on the 30th of October and am more then happy to put down bond to secure my room asap I'm pretty open to location especially if the house has a big sunny back yard and character, but ideally something closer to the city Please send me an email or text message if we sound like we could be the housemates for you
Full time bartender, part time masters student, casual taco enthusiast. I am easy going, clean and neat, always up for a chat with fellow housemates, and I can make a mean cocktail or two if you've had a rough day. Look forward to hearing from potential housemates!
Hi! My name is Flavia. I'm open-minded, multicultural, love to cook, eat great cheese, drink a glass or two & chat with flatmates, bush-walk, watch documentaries, World Cup Soccer & independent cinema. PS - I'm a carnivore but some of my best friends are vegetarians/vegans...I'm responsible, tidy & sociable & looking for like-minded, interesting people to share with. I grew up in Sydney and have travelled extensively throughout Australia & overseas for my work in TV media production. Working outside Australia as a Video Journalist ( a one-woman roadshow as researcher, journalist & camerawoman), my specialities were making videos for humanitarian agencies. Now I'm moving to Canberra to take up a full-time job in a humanitarian agency in early Oct. I have a daughter but she'll be based in Sydney, with her Dad, for these months that I'll be sharing house. I'm looking, in the short-term, for share accommodation from Oct-Dec17.
I am an easy-going person. I respect other's privacy and I am clean and tidy. I am mostly at home working a freelance job online, or I will be out and about for a part time job elsewhere. I own an Abyssinian cat, 3 years old, she can be lazy and playful at the same time. She will take some time to get use to the environment and strangers, but once she is comfortable with you, she would be a good TV companion :) I am looking for a place that would accept cats. Other things about me : freelance editor/videographer, multimedia designer, adventurous, loves to travel, sporty, ambivert Feel free to contact me for team-ups or for room availability :)
I’m a friendly and clean working professional. I have a full time job and also work part time coaching and doing the marketing for a gym where I spend a fair bit of time (don’t worry I’m not one of those crazy fitness fanatics that judges everyone’s and eats kale for dinner ha!). I love good music and will often be listening to Aussie bands and triple J. I love going to gigs and any kind of markets around. Interested in teaming up as I have to move out of my apartment and have plenty of furniture. Also happy to sell said furniture for the right room in an already established sharehouse. Just want to be closer to shops, the city and my work. I respect your privacy but am more than happy to chat and have dinner too! Let me know if you wanna meet up for coffee..or ciders :)
I'm a 25 y/o female who's easy going, social and tidy to live with. I love the anything outdoors, active and/or health oriented. I'm not really a partier but am always up for activities and/or a glass of wine. I'll be relocating from Brisbane as I have just taken a job with AIHW. I have never spent much time in Canberra and know very few people so am looking for friendly and social housemate/s.
I'm Matt, from Newcastle/Sydney. I'm moving out of a sharehouse in Campbell and looking for something smaller and more modern. I am tidy, respectful and friendly as a housemate. I enjoy afternoon beers and playing pavarotti to my pasta sauce while it cooks. I work in the APS and love football (soccer).
I am reliable, clean and enjoy doing my own thing but depends on the company hey Looking for an unfurnished room, plus space for a couple of small furniture items Bonus points if pets are allowed so I can bring my cat but if not no dramas
From Melbourne, moving up in early 2018 to work in the Public Service. Clean, easygoing housemate. Will bingewatch almost anything. Can cook, but keen to broaden my repertoire. Fan of AFL, cricket. Love a good book. Also play the piano (but with headphones on when necessary!). Frequent purveyor of heavy sarcasm.
I'm originally from central NSW, moved to Wollongong for uni and then came to Canberra in 2015 for a job in the public sector. I'm a seasoned veteran of the sharehouse, I'm super tidy and respectful of others' spaces. I haven't had any conflicts with my previous housemates to date and while I'm probably a bit more inclined to do my own thing than most I'm by no means a social hermit. I'm happy to accommodate your friends if the sentiment can be returned. I love traveling (actually I'm returning from a trip to the USA at the moment, hence looking for a place), also enjoy cycling and motorcycling, reading, Netflix binges, craft beer appreciation sessions and stimulating conversations about history, politics, society or pretty much anything if you're knowledgeable and passionate about it. If you think you could live with me or you have any other questions, please don't be shy! Cheers
