Hi! My name's Islay, and my partner's name is Jacob. We're looking for a 6 month to 12 month (or more) place that is within around 15mins drive to the city (if possible)! We're laid-back, chill people who are looking forward to a fresh living space. A little about us: We both study at ANU - I study science (biochemistry and cell/molecular biology) and Jacob studies engineering (renewable energy and theoretical physics [he's definitely the smart one!]), which is what takes up most of our time during the week. On weekends, we both work our respective jobs. We're a busy couple, but in our down time we like to cook together, take walks and watch movies (usually sci-fi). Please let us know if we sound like the kind of people you'd like to share with. We're always up for a chat :)
I'm originally from Melbourne but have lived in Canberra for a couple years. Currently studying Actuarial Studies at ANU and working as a financial analyst. I'm super chill and very easy going. I'm a very social guy who love playing sport and spending time outdoors. Will be happy to hangout with housemates from time to time and share a meal or just chill. Also understand and value the importance of giving everyone their own personal space. I clean up after myself and will pull my fair share of the household chores.
I am a 19 year old, 2nd year, ANU student that likes playing sports, reading books, watching movies, and travelling. I consider myself as a tidy and clean person and am hoping to find similar people to live with. I am open minded for most situations and discussions and adapt to changing environments easily.
Hi Future Flatmate! I have previously lived with a flatmate and have had no issues with keeping to the rules and guidelines of the premises. I can cook and clean up after myself and do not tend to party. I have a cat who is just the coolest little dude ever and gets along with other cats and dogs after some adjustment. He has lived with a smaller cat, a Rottweiler, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a flock of ducks and chickens all simultaneously and this was never a problem. He is mainly a house kitten and does go for walks on a lead. He is up-to-date with all his vaccinations. I already have a bit of furniture of my own so I am currently seeking an unfurnished room to share. We can also discuss the remainder of the household items. Fridge, washer, sofa bed couch, tv unit and outside extendable dinning table +2 stools. I know the listing says 6 months but that is my minimum requirement for stay, I'm roughly aiming for 6-12 months. I am currently seeking work but please don't let that put you off. I was previously employed in the Army and am sure I will find a new career path soon.
I am easy going, quiet but love to be social, looking for friends not just housemates. I am very clean and respectful of other peoples belongings and happy to live in a shared environment. I love music, baking, exploring new cafes and relaxing with a glass of red wine. I am from sunny Brisbane and moving to Canberra for a new job starting in the new year.
Hi! We are two ANU international students who are looking to rent the whole property with two rooms (possibly 3 rooms). Clover is a postgraduate student studying Public Policy, and Vivian is an undergraduate student studying Bachelor Degree of Commerce.
Hi, My name's Gen, I'm 19 and I'm a first year student at ANU studying Medscience and Law. I have a steady job at the National Gallery working for the catering team either in the cafe or at events. I'm currently living on campus at ANU but the guaranteed accommodation is only for first year of studies so I am looking in the surrounding areas for somewhere to live. I'm really friendly and happy to do my share of the housework.
Final year linguistics student about to start full time as a management consultant. Super clean and tidy, quiet but social - I enjoy books, Netflix, yoga, Pilates, long walks and long conversations! Looking for a low key relaxed lifestyle, not a party person but definitely partial to a g&t!
I'm working full-time at a bookstore in the city, and am looking for somewhere central or close to the main bus line. I'm social, enjoy meeting new people, and am happy to join in with group activities. I can bring my own furniture, and don't need a furnished room. I can provide a television and video game consoles, if that interests anyone. I also have a small board game collection, and make excellent pizza. The moving date is not set in stone, I am happy to arrange to move in earlier or later.
Hi all, Social and considerate 32 y/o with plenty of share housing experience. I don’t smoke, work full time in a science roll for the public service and throw a bit of study in occasionally. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking good food for myself and others, travel, movies, playing sport(professional social sport ring in) and running trails. Looking to move somewhere from November but very flexible
Hey, I'm shimmy. I moved to Canberra three years ago from Melbourne. I'm an outgoing person, who's currently working two permanent part time jobs and going to uni full time. I will be graduating in December and will be working full time permanently in an Accounting firm starting February 2018. I'm an outgoing person, and I'm pretty laidback. I've always kept my place clean and tidy. I've been told that I'm easy to get along with. I enjoy going on adventures (eg hiking) and I love taking some photos. I can cook, and I enjoy an occasional glass of red. LGBTI friendly!
Hello, we are both studying at the ANU and working part-time too. Edmund loves to cook while I love to bake, which makes us the perfect housemates because the house will always smell of amazing food, and you get to share our great food too. We love watching movies and TV series in our free time. We are both clean and tidy so the house is always quite neat.

My name is James, 27 year old high school teacher recently moved to Canberra for work and looking for a shared house. I'm a friendly, easy going guy and would like to live in a clean, respectful house with young professionals.
I am a quiet human but enjoy a chat and some relaxing social time, like having dinner together, board games and watching movies, although I respect the need for space. I keep pretty busy by studying, working and exercising. I love to cook and try to improve my rather poor culinary skills. At the moment, I am studying a biotechnology (science) degree at ANU. I currently live on campus and am looking to move out around late november/early december. I am looking for a home in which my housemate/s would be clean and easygoing. I am not looking for a party house. Cheers :)
Hi! My name is Wira, and I’m a 21 yr old female studying at Monash University. I’m staying in Canberra for approximately 3 months from the 16th of November to undertake an internship with CSIRO. I’m looking for a furnished room in a safe neighbourhood near shopping areas. I’d also like to be less than 30 min from CSIRO Black Mountain Site by public transport. I’m friendly, tidy, responsible, quiet and considerate of other people’s boundaries. I don’t smoke and I love animals. I also enjoy cooking, baking and reading! Feel free to message me 😊 Wira
Hi. I am looking for a house that doesn’t mind a BBQ during summer or a Sunday session but understands personal space. I am very clean and is considerate of other people. I just finished my PhD, and I have 2 casual jobs so I am pretty busy during the week but I always find a time for a glass of wine and a chat. I have a cat.
I’m moving off UniLodge and need a place to stay next year! I'm a second-year law/political science student at the ANU. I'm pretty easygoing but love to have fun sometimes. Most of the time I'll be either studying or working, so I won't really bother you, but I'm happy to chat over some wine as well!
Hi, I'm Michael. I’m a 26 year old guy, originally from Melbourne but I've been living in our nation's capital for about 5 months. I work in Communications with the public service. Prior to this, I was ski-bumming in Japan for about 2.5 years, and before that I was working as a Communications Officer in Melbourne. I like skiing, music, reading, cooking and the occasional frosty pint. I’m always happy to pull my weight around the house and I like to be fairly clean and tidy. Not super outgoing, but I do have fear-of-missing-out, so normally pretty keen to have a good time/after work drinks if the occasion calls. I have a long-term girlfriend, but she lives over in Japan. I also like to watch AFL, Cricket and re-runs of the Simpsons. Some goods and services I can bring to the place include: - The ability to service and repair skis. - A Netflix profile. - Heaps of novels and classic video game consoles. - my drum kit, but I'm cool if that’s not your thing. Happy to provide references if you’d like, formally lived out of home for three years in Melbourne, and in share-rooms with people of varying cultural backgrounds throughout my time spent in Japan. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you think you’d be interested to have me.

Hi! I'm Jeremy, a professional, friendly, tidy guy looking for a chilled share-house in Canberra. It's been a few years since I last share-housed, but I've lived in some great houses over the years. I really enjoy living with other people who like to hang out for the occasional beverage & cheese and / or Netflix session, but are otherwise happy to chill and do their own thing. I'm traveling fairly light, but do have a kayak, pushbike and (temporarily, but can probably stash elsewhere) hang glider I need to store. Cheers!
Hello! I'll be moving to Canberra from Melbourne in January 2018 to commence work in the public service. I'm primarily interested in Barton or northern Kingston areas as I want to be close to work but would be willing to compromise for something in the inner suburbs within bus/cycling distance. I'm flexible in terms of house or apartment, but would prefer to share with similarly aged housemates. I'm clean and tidy, respectful of others' privacy and can contribute some furniture if necessary. I'm a food enthusiast, big soccer fan and always up for a drink or two. Let me know if you're interested!
