My name is Dev and I will be moving to Hobart this January to be a school teacher. I have lived and studied in Canberra for the last 6 years, predominantly living in share houses. I am a tidy, organised and easy-going person. No issues have arisen out of my previous tenancy arrangements. Outside work, I am keen to explore the Tasmanian high country and join a local sports team. Ideally, I am looking to rent a room for 6-12 months, at no more than $220/week, internet, and furnished. I am flexible to arrangements outside of this. If you are looking for someone to take your spot, please get in contact. Cheers, Dev.
I'm 26 years old and looking for a new place somewhere in Tasmania. I recently enrolled my degree in Bachelor of Business at Australian school of commerce. When I'm not studying or working I'm either at the beach or binge-watching Netflix. Ideally, I would like a place where I can hang out with my future housemates and not be someone just renting a room but at the same time be respectful of each other's space.
I'm from New Zealand and work as an arborist, Keely is from Washington state and works as an outdoor guide. We're a relaxed, quiet and considerate couple who like to keep spaces clean and tidy, always happy to hang out and chat about whatever, equally content to do our own thing and keep to ourselves. When we have free time we enjoy hiking, rock climbing, seeing films, watching shows and exploring local places.
Hello, Louie and Lilly here! We are two gals studying their Bachelor of Arts at UTAS in Sandy Bay, both working part-time, looking for a place with two available bedrooms. We are both vegetarians but don't care what you eat, non-smokers and are very friendly comedic geniuses.
1st year Marine Biology, PhD student at UTAS, IMAS. American 28 years old from Hawaii via New York and a few other places. Looking for a room in share house preferably for a year or longer close to the CBD from January. I'm easy to live with, personable, fun, very clean and organized. I'm super into swimming, nature, hikes, beach, art and photography--not your typical scientist ;)
I’m a full time student at utas and work part time on weekends and weeknights. I’m looking for either a place/room available to rent or someone interested in sharing a place. I’m very friendly and quiet, I enjoy being outdoors, swimming, running, writing and cooking
Hey I'm a qualified baker 2 mins from Hobart, new to Tasmania as I have been here less then a week and looking at accommodation closer to work. Being a baker I could start work at mid night or in afternoon, Would prefer a room away from other house mates room and a kitchen area away from house mates rooms as i would be on a diffrent time scedual to most. Would prefer a furnished room and access to a dryer. Clean and tidy. Non smoker.
Hi! I'm an outgoing 18 year old female desperately seeking stable accomodation - I'm looking for a single room to rent, relatively close to Hobart CBD or with public transport available nearby. Preferably around the $150 p/w mark but I can be a little flexible with that. I am currently unemployed but will likely be studying at tafe come Feb 2020 (also hoping to snag a job but I'm just taking things as they come). I'm clean, always mindful of others' space and am very capable of pulling my own weight in terms of maintaining my share of household responsibilities. My interests include art, animals, traveling and just generally getting out and about. I enjoy my own company but also like branching out, so I'm always down for a chat :) Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks, Zetta
I'm a mature, self-sufficient, responsible, easy-going, tidy, reliable woman. I am well versed in pet and property care and love gardening. As a homeowner myself I understand the importance of maintaining the garden, keeping things tidy etc. I have a number of personal interests including gardening, growing organic veggies, sunrise walks, exploring Tasmania, meditation, inspirational writing, cooking, photography. I own a professional speaker coaching & video creation business which means I work partially from home. I enjoy my own space and I live a quiet life. I have 2 tidy, respectful, quiet teenage sons (I have trained them well) who spend 2-3 nights a week with me. It would be wonderful to have 3 bedrooms in a house so we all have our own space. Over the past 2 years, I have been house sitting on a professional basis and I'm now ready to settle into a home. Living with me will certainly be a delightful experience. I'm looking forward to meeting you Gxxx
Hi :) I'm a super clean and tidy, generally quiet, green-inclined homely homie seeking a tidy, quiet and green homely home 😁 My lifestyle tends to involve cooking, good local vegetarian/vegan food (I currently still eat eggs & occasionally honey), markets, dance, dessert (I like to bake!), community connections, drawing/life modeling, yoga/kirtan/meditations, gardening and other creative dreamings 😊. I desire a *smoke and drug-free* sunny space (not too chic, not too shabby - rustic aok) where I can contribute my energy and create deliciousness in the kitchen, store some stuffs, maybe write and create some stuffs, and grow my own veggies :) I'm also doing my best eco-consciously, aiming for living zero waste. I very rarely dring alcohol - kombucha is enough for me 😉 Ideally, a calm self-contained space or share with 1 other, maaaybe 2, (sans children) would suit me best. I enjoy deep intelligent conversation and equally my own company. 😊 Did I mention I like to cook and feed people? 😉 (I did for a couple years at Source Community Wholefoods until recently 😁) I adore animals and would really like to keep my absolute lovebug of a furry feline friend (rescued from a garbage bin (!)) and his somewhat less social spirit brother (also rescued, after a torturous first few weeks in life), both of whom I am a responsible, wildlife-protecting guardian. I've also raised a few hens who can supply golden yolks, and their bodyguard (but will rehome if necessary). Additionally, if at all possible (but not essential) I would like to be able to share custody (alt weeks) of my most beautifully affectionate therapy dog, Lakshmi 💛 For the love of fresh air, stars and energetic solitude, I crave a quiet, green space - preferably less than 30 mins to town - but am certainly open to options and ideas... Another option is perhaps you could even have some flat ground space on your property/land to have me in a 22ft caravan/self-contained tiny home (need access to water & power)... I'm great to have around for security, garden maintenance, and pet feeding 😉😍😁 Please, let's talk :) Smiles, Sufiyo Rubyn
