Clean, considerate, mature but young at heart! Studying and working two jobs, in disability services and hospitality. Looking for a place to call my own would be ideal but would consider sharing with a good match!
Hey! My name is Kevin and I am fairly urgently looking for somewhere permanent to live. I recently moved to Melbourne and work has areanged me temporary accomodation until 29 Jan at the latest. I'm looking to houseshare with some people roughly my age as I settle into the new city. Who I am: I moved interstate for the last 3 years for Uni and have been living with others the whole time. I'm super chill and spend the majority of my spare time outdoors! I love watching movies, snowboarding, playing soccer and Im a very well travelled person. On weekends you'll generally find me exploring the local area, or at the beach/snow depending on the season. I also have a job working in the logistics industry. My ideal housemates: I'd like to have housemates that I could socialise with and show me around. I understand the need for personal privacy and 'me time' but it'd kinda suck to have roomies who couldn't even catch a movie together, right? If you have a pet, that's also an added bonus. Other than that, I'd expect the usual (clean after yourself, be respectful etc which I think everyone should be anyway). Bit of a read but if you got this far and would still like to have me onboard, please shoot me a message! Just realised you cant even message anyone on here without having to pay. Feel free to shoot me a message on waterfordwest08 google mail

Happy, easy going, social, dog lover, prone to mini trips and wine. I enjoy a chit chat and very independent often doing my own thing or catching up with family and friends. I am an early bird eg 530am-ish so prefer a group who don't mind that I am making a coffee. I clean up after myself and prefer liked minded people. Flexible on period, rent (subject to facilities) eg room TV port in room or will allow for me to pay for one to be connected/ensuite.
I'm a single, easygoing retiree looking for a room in an existing share house or for a property on my own. I've just moved down from the Central Coast (NSW) to be near two of my sons who live and work within the city. I have a small dog so am looking for somewhere with a yard, but he is house trained also.
I am a fun, friendly and tidy 23 yd girl. I enjoy making friends and having adventures but at the same time respect privacy of others. I love dogs. I will be studying in University of Melbourne full-time. So need a house in suburbs near to the university. I don't smoke.
Caleb and I are best friends who are looking for two separate rooms in a sharehouse. We're sociable but also respect the privacy of others, and enjoy our own, and understand that living in a communal environment requires courtesy as well as both the ability to interact with the household and provide personal space for roommates. We're friendly, generous, and have good senses of humour as we're stand-up comedians, as well as actors. Essentially, we love to have a laugh and have spent the last year working together 4 nights a week and have had no issues with each other. We enjoy both quiet nights in and longer nights of laughter. Looking to have an enjoyable and positive share house experience.

I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot on the film late 2017 if I can raise the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours. At the moment I will be writing from home hence the study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio, looking for an office next year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a nine year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates my lease is up on the 9th of October so any time after that is good for me, I am really looking for the right home. Cheers Peita:)
Hi everyone. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A HOUSE. This is a warning for young women who are looking for a place in Seddon/Kingsville/Yarraville/West Footscray. I just moved out of a room in 20 Williamstown Road, Kingsville. It is a green house second from the corner of Williamstown Road and Geelong Street. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HOUSE. The main tenant is a messy, cheap alcoholic called PARMVEER SINGH. He is sleeping with the Brazilian girl who sleeps in one of the rooms. I stayed there for a month and a half (with a 3 week holiday break) and it was terrible. 1. There is an ant problem in the kitchen 2. The walls are extremely thin 3. Parm and Aliniyah keep the living room messy, leftover snacks and chips packets left open for days. They only clean it occasionally - I'm sure they'll spruce it up for an inspection, but after you move in, hey... 4. Parmveer treats the mantelpiece like a second bedside table 5. Parmveer brings his Indian guy friends over at 3am in the morning, probably about twice a week. They will drink, shout, play loud music and wake you up. This is a junkie alcoholic punk 6. On 20th Dec, he gave me notice via text. I asked him for a month to find a place. I ended up moving by 9th Jan. Did he give me my 500 dollars in bond back? No. His excuse? "You said you would stay until 20th Jan, so I'm minusing 300 dollars to pay for rent until then." Do you know why he did that? Because 1. He doesn't have the money 2. He needs to pay for his drink-driving fine from last year (see letter on fridge) 7. The Brazilian girl, Aliniyah, does not contribute to household items. She doesn't buy cleaner/toilet roll, has no cutlery or crockery of her own. She's a LEECH. Luckily she has found a loser like Parm, which means... 8. They cuddle on the couch every night and go out for Sunday breakfasts. Two effects: you'll feel like the third wheel, it's awkward as hell, AND they will gang up on you when it comes to household issues. IF YOU MOVE INTO THIS HOUSE, YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY ALONE. It may be 200 a week, bills included, but it's a ripoff and a massive mistake. Please spread this message to all your friends who are looking for rooms in West Footscray/Kingsville/Seddon/Yarraville. And contact me if you want more information

Hey there! I'm a writer and content creator from Perth, and I'm moving to Melbourne in February 2017 to intern in non-profit communications. I'm looking to rent a private room with laid-back, like-minded people. I work casually as a note-taker and a sales assistant, and volunteer for several non-profits including Red Cross. I'm planning to work part-time and intern/volunteer part-time. I'm friendly, tidy, respectful and not much of a party-goer. I'm a big reader, a huge fan of jazz, blues and soul music, and I swing-dance several times a week. I'm also a great baker! I'm ideally looking for something along the 75 tram line.

I'm tidy and respectful of others ... and believe in teamwork to keep a household ticking along. Sing out if you would like to know anything else! :) PS I'm currently a part-time smoker ... and smoke in the street at my current location, never near the flats or inside. No butts left behind! :)

Hi I'm James. Looking for a new home by January 28th, 2017. Im just an average guy, sporty, nerdy, sarcastic and intelligent. Just finished a stint at uni and looking for a new career change, something more challenging. Work PT in events on weekends in a senior position. I also looking to volunteer at the local Dog shelter. Work most weekends at moment, but looking for something to do during the week right now. Looking to study a course in the meantime PT. I am generally a quiet guy at home, I enjoy my alone time to study or read, play video games and go out to exercise and spend time with friends and family. I was in a bad car accident not that long ago and now slowly working on getting my fitness back, so would be great to have someone to go on walks with or a gym buddy. Fan of sports and ourdoor activities, like skating and mountain biking. Really enjoy long conversations about anything. Big fan of philosophy and history. Get along with most people and enjoy socialising and good conversation. Love movie nights and board games with a couple of drinks and good company too. If you are a gamer, geek or a movie buff we should get along well. I have quite a few skills that may be useful around the house. There is much more to me, but if you think I'd be a fit, feel free to ask me anything. Love animals and am looking to find a career with them. Looking for: Im pretty simple with my living space, what matters is the people you share it with. Love down to earth calm people who dont take life too seriously, but also are able to have an open minded view to life and see both sides of the coin. Rational people who enjoy socialising as a group, but also their alone time. Im pretty easy going and happy to work with people who treat others as equals and are understanding. Would be great to find somewhere that allows pets as I have been thinking of getting a Puppy to be a companion and look at training to be an anxiety/depression service dog. If not, no worries. NOT looking for: I like a clean house, but not a fan of OCD neat freaks, I'm not dirty by any means but I dont want to live in a display home either, I enjoy a relaxed lived in environment where everyone works together to do the chores. No people with current or past drug or alcohol issues, or criminal pasts. No people with kids. Wont tolerate aggressive people. Ive found myself living in a situation I need to get away from, need to find a great long term place ASAP.
Hi, I'm a communications student studying at VU. I've just returned from a semester on exchange in the US and I'm looking for a place to live near VU while I finish my degree. New graduate from Brisbane moving to Melbourne for work! Very easy going and relaxed housemate. Have a classic motorcycle which I greatly enjoy working on. Would be keen to find some outgoing housemates who are down with both casual evenings in or a good night out/house party. Looking to move in within the next two weeks.
A little about me: I am a 26 year old student currently attending Uni during the week and working at MCAS on the weekends. No quirky behaviors or hobbies. Just a straight forward human that enjoys motorcycle riding, outdoors, game of thrones and suits; pretty ordinary bloke, oh and beers and footy and many other activities, especially places in Melbourne I have never been before. However my dark side is, I cannot promise I will not steal your precious ice cubes from the freezer, but I will fill up the tray back with water :) I am looking for easy going room mates that have an established house already, as I do not own any furniture and minimal possessions. I am looking for a place on the southern side of Melbourne, whether it be west or east. I am not fussed at all. Hopefully I have represented my personality in a manner you find a suitable addition to your household. Cheers Rhys

Hi All, I'm Jenae! Im a 22 year old female working full time and also doing an online diploma in business. I am reasonably quiet until you get to know me and then I will talk your ear off! I like my own space but dont mind having a chat or a drink :) I have a 12 month old Staffy puppy who is probably lazier than he should be! He is outside when I am at work and will normally come in for a cuddle of a night. I'm hoping to find a place with a housemate who I will be able to get along with and who in the long term can become a great friend. Hoping someone has something to offer :)
I love nature and the beach, am laid back but like a chat. Not a party or loud music kind of person. I like cooking and like being tidy (but not fastidious). I'm a drama teacher and psychologist so very easy to get along with. I'm also a fan of board games and sport and enjoy kiteboarding.
Hi I’m Chris I am friendly, outgoing, fairly relaxed kind a person but also love my own space as that’s where I recharge my batteries and I’m looking for a new home. I’m wanting to share a non smoking active/healthy household or townhouse, that is environmentally aware. I would love an unfurnished, decent sized room, with space to move and built in wardrobes. If there is an en-suite, bonus! A place where the common areas are kept in a good state of cleanliness, especially the kitchen, and bills are paid on time, with a minimum of fuss. I prefer an independent household but with the possibility of sharing a drink, a laugh, or the odd meal together. I get on well with most people and I’m responsible and considerate when it comes to other people’s things and space. Currently I'm on a break from working but will start looking again early next year probably contract work or part time. I like to keep reasonably fit and active, but I also like curling up with a good book or DVD. Sometimes weekends will find me, outside somewhere, hiking camping or whatever else I can find or talk people into. I'm pretty independent but like knowing that there are other bodies living in the same space, the random conversations, laughter, or drinks but live reasonably quietly, prefer to go out rather than entertain at home and I go to bed early :-) ish. My days of being a night owl are over so prefer to live with people with similar habits. Cheers
Gday, I'm a clean and organised guy looking for some housemates in March/April time. Engineer currently working and living in Geelong. Since I catch up with mates over the weekends who are all based in Melbourne, it would be convenient to live in Footscray and commute to work whilst having close access to the city on the weekends. Spent over 5 years in share housing before getting my own place. Having own place is nice since easy to keep the place clean but a bit boring without housemates. Started to get back into surfing, play a bit of dodgeball, love camping and climbing. Grew up in Tassie so thoroughly enjoy the outdoors, need to do more hiking. Used to be a gardener so can look after the lawns and other facilities well. Extremely good with paying on time. Send me a message if you think I would be a good addition to your place. Cheers, Ryan
I'm an international student who will start a master degree in February 2017. I'm a person clean, tidy and I respect the others. I enjoy to share a meal or a chat. I like music and cooking.

Hi all, I'm James, a 4th year engineering student studying at RMIT. I have a steady income, working within construction management part-time, 3+ days a week, with additional retail work available over weekends as required. I'm easy going, open minded, clean, and a non-smoker. I enjoy running amidst other outdoor pursuits as to stay fit and adventure. I greatly enjoy baking, coffee, and unwinding by our beaches. Further, when I’m out I appreciate a beer amidst our live music scene, and if we're in, I’ll never say no to Mario Kart. I maintain a large garden and vegetable patch at my current home, so should your place contain either of these, I am capable and content in looking after them. I'm looking for a clean and neat place with friendly and social housemates. I'm ready to move in as of the 26th of December, 2016. Car parking, off street or otherwise, is necessary for my work. I hope to hear from you soon.

Oh, im 18 also. About me: Love the gym, Competitive Powerlifter. Spend about 15 Hours a week there. Dont really drink that Much, Non-Smoker, Dont really go out.
