Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it (unless its just Goldfish then its all good). Let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.
I’m really easy to get along with & a pretty open person. I keep to my own personal space & I am nice & tidy. I love anything to do with beauty & fashion. Currently studying as a full time beautician and working part-time. Pretty much looking for girls who are similar to me that would like to team up & share a place of our own, or looking for a room with people who are respectful, kind & good people to be around.
Public servant moving from Sydney role to position in the ACT. Looking for initial short stay around 6 months to one year whilst establishing myself in the new role
We are both fun and very easy going. Georgia works part-time and studies part-time. Mark is a full time technician. We both love to keep fit and have fun but also spend time studying or just keeping to ourselves.
I am a very hardworking and sociable person, I have been living in Australia for 4 years, I am originally from Chile. I like to share, have dinner, some drinks and enjoy my home. I am clean and organized, if I am not at work, I am at home cooking or sharing with friends. I have a kitten named Floki, he is my best friend and the truth is that I would like him to have a wide place to play, he is quite friendly and adventurous
Hello my name is Gemma and I just moved back from QLD. I am looking for a room for at least 6 months for myself. Currently I work full time Monday-Friday as a Case Worker in Braddon. I am looking for a furnished room if possible. About myself: I enjoy spending time outdoors running, hiking and camping. I am social and love a chat, I am neat and tidy and happy to contribute to cleaning the house regularly. Please get in touch if you think your place might suit! :) Cheers Gemma.
Easy to get along with, lots of practical knowledge and tools being a plumber, can do work at house in exchange for rent. Work two jobs and volunteer fire fighter. Moved here for my long term gf who then dumped me..
I am a youthful 55yrs post-surgery Transgender person who is very easy going. I'm currently at University of Canberra studying Bch Of Public Health. I am mostly seeking to start a new share property, so anyone willing to move into 'fresh' accommodation with me would be ideal! Just 2-3 people including me would be preferable. You would need to be willing to sign-up to a joint lease with all tenants. I can basically furnish a large home if necessary. However I don't have a dining suite or a lounge suite. * Kitchen = very large twin door fridge, microwave and just about every cooking item you could want! * Living = large timber pieces including wall units, bookcase, hallway table and entertainment unit (for television, etc). * Laundry = front loading washing machine, ironing board, etc. * Outside = lawn mower, whipper snipper, water hose, etc. The selfish bit! I have a seven piece bedroom suite, so i'd be requiring the largest bedroom in a property. I also have a study desk in my bedroom where i'm currently living. (I've kinda got used to this set-up!) I have an existing NBN Internet contract with unlimited data and a 100mb speed connection. If I/we can source a new property in an existing NBN suburb, I can transfer the service to that location. Although I can wait until June 30, I am hoping to find a new place to live anytime from late March onwards. My share of any rent would be $210 per week maximum (I am a Uni student after all.) I'd prefer a property that is in very good condition (I currently live in a 'dump') and located on the North side of Canberra - ideally within reasonable travel distance to the University of Canberra. But i'm flexible for the 'right' property. I think of home as a relaxing place to escape the 'noise' of our busy and stressful lives. So anyone who wants to live in a comfortable, quiet home environment, i'd like to hear from you! Having said that, friends dropping by is a good thing! I like to cook a dinner for my friends every so often and i'd be more than happy for my housemates to join in. That's it !!! Hit me up if you're interested in joining forces to find a new home!

We are looking in gungahlin / belconnen and hoping to move out late Feb / early March. looking at places where rent will be about $150 - $180 each (excluding bills). we want someone friendly and sociable, but respectful of private space when needed. we'd like to have household dinners together, drinks after work with friends, board game nights, movie marathons, really build friendships within the house. UPDATE** hoping to apply for a house in Evatt but we need a fourth person to put on the lease first! you would have your pick of a queen size room for $145 a week or a very large room for $155 a week (with a second door onto the deck). you would be sharing the main bathroom with two others. the house is four houses away from the local bus stop, or a 15 minute walk to the 315 route. the house comes with new carpets, blinds and curtains, as well as a newly renovated kitchen to cook up a mad feed in. it has a giant sunroom / deck out the back for entertaining friends, or two living areas inside. if you have pets it is pet friendly. looking to fill the fourth spot ASAP before this house gets snatched up, so please feel free to send me a message for a chat!
I am a student studying at the University of Canberra in my final year. I am tidy, polite, and can keep to myself but would also like to build friendships with flatmates. I enjoy cooking, socialising, and outdoor activities/fitness. I like to keep myself organised and busy, and would be looking to move in as soon as possible before the semester gets too full on.
Hey, I am studying full time in year 12 and also working as a Manager at McDonald's, so most of my time is spent either at school or at my job. My free time is spent split between competitive dance and with my friends and boyfriend. I have been an independent since I was 14, paying my own bills, managing my own life skills, so please don't let my age worry you as I am already very experienced in adult life. I do turn 18 this year as well, which i am excited to spend with my friends. I am shy at first but once comfortable I like a good chat and a joke. I understand respect for one another and also understand that we all have responsibilities and chores around the house and I am totally okay with this and will follow all of these. I am just looking for a place where I can settle in to a good, safe, fun environment with good people who are gonna get along :)
