I'm 30 years young haha, working full-time as a mechanic foremen. I enjoy going to the gym, hanging out with mates. I'm a very sociable person, loves to have a chat. I'm clean and respectful to others, I'm not into partying these days. I know how to cook, clean and look after myself. I'm a down to earth single man, who was brought up the right way to treat people with manners. I'm quite as well Hope to hear from you soon
About to finish my degree and looking for a new place to live! Moved to the Shire at the beginning of the year and don’t really want to leave. I’m constantly on the go and have a lot of things to do but when I’m home I like to relax and have a chat here and there. I like a clean environment and one that has no hostility or dramas. Hopefully y’all can help me out!
I'm Emily, I'm 23 years old and studying Secondary Education. I work two casual/part time jobs in the Sutherland Shire and I am looking to move out early December for a flexible amount of time (between 6-12 months). I'm easy-going, clean and very respectful. I love to cook, watch true crime docos and also enjoy a nice glass of red on the weekend. Not only would I make a great housemate but I'll also make a great friend.
A couple from the UK looking for a room to rent for 3+ months. Dan is 28 and comes from an IT background. Currently looking for work but in no major rush to find a job. Amy is 24 and has just started working at a nursery in Bangor. Somehow enjoys looking after screaming kids all day! :) Friendly, tidy and enjoy exploring new places. Both love a glass of wine and some good food after a long day. Love to socialise but also enjoy our own space.
Clean, relaxed, easy going and open minded person. In love with the ocean, surfs every free minute. Enjoys a good kitchen/cooking/beer/wine session with flatmates. Works as an automotive engineer.
Hey there! I'm a 29years old student, also working full time in the CBD. I'm gonna be in Sydney for 1.5 year so would like to find a long term place. I'm a pretty busy girl so often not at home. I like keeping myself busy, do things outside and I'd would love to go back to exercise. When I am home I like to chill in my room and socialise with my housemates. I don't want to be just a person who lives there but a part of the little share house family. I'm always up for a good laugh and share a meal but I also totally understand everyone's privacy and time. I'm very clean, responsible, respectful super easy going and quiet. So obviously I'm looking for a place and people with the same mindset :). I love animals and had dogs and cats almost all my life so if you've pets I'll be volunteering for taking care of them! If my description sounds like you and your place, please let me know I'd love to come for an inspection and meet you!
I'm an easy going, hard working 18 year old. I'm currently studying Law and International studies at UTS, and work as a tutor based at Sutherland Library and at Whitehorse Coffee. I bubbly and always up for a chat, but also keep to myself and won't get in your space when you just need wind-down time. I love to cook and am very self-sufficient. :)
Just recently moved back to Sydney. Looking for a place to rent with friendly roommates. Im a single guy who enjoys a chat, honest and reliable, likes to keep fit, and will always pay rent on time. Looking to live with people around my age Working part time with alot of money saved to cover rent, bills etc. Great rental history Clean and very tidy Garage would be highly desirable.
I am friendly, easy to get along with and very respectful of others privacy as I mostly keep to myself. I don't smoke. I am clean and tidy, and I will happily contribute to all housework. I work in Engadine 3 days a week in retail and as a dog trainer, and I am continuing studies online. I have a very small (1.7kg) 10 year old, indoor dog. Pommes is very affectionate and spends most of her time sleeping; she is more of a cat than a dog. Pommes is house trained and if I am out for longer than 8 hours I take her with me. She only barks if there is a loud noise that startles her, she is otherwise quiet. Health wise; Pommes is vaccinated, desexed and routinely treated for flea/tick/worms. I have a reference for her from a previous landlord if required.
Chill person, easy going Fine with a bit of mess but will definitely be clean if that's preferred Uni student but most likely won't be at uni all week, try to go as little as possible
Hey potential housemates! I am looking for a place somewhere in the Sutherland Shire which will accommodate a little doggo. My dog is Dexter the Jack Russell, he’s house trained and loves cuddles. I am a firefighter so work 24hr shifts which means I do rely on my housemate to also care for Dex when I’m at work so that he gets fed and has water. I’ve done the flatshare thing so know how to keep clean and to myself but also happy to have a drink and some banter with my housemates. I easy going, enjoy the ocational Netflix binge, a good movie and games nights. I love to keep fit and eat well but am all about balance ;) Ideally I’m looking for a place with a yard appropriate for Dexter so that he can be happy too! Feel free to contact me to ask any questions you might have.
Hi guys, I am a 33 yr old workaholic I run two businesses,I am clean, quiet. I dont drink, take drugs or party. I love the gym, surfing! I am very respectful.
I'm mature. my jokes are immature. I'm a laid back down to earth chick I love a good hike and a good laugh. looking for new friends and a new home.
My name is Nicole I am 22 and am a coach at a gym located in Tarren point. I have recently moved from Brisbane, QLD after I finished my career in the Army. I am definitely neat and tidy and love a good chat but also can respect personal space. I'm easy going as I spent most of my career living with other people. I enjoy playing guitar, sketching tattoo designs and kicking back at the beach in my down time.
I work full time (shift work) in (usually) 4 day blocks with 6 days off. On my days off I tend to go Wollongong to hang out with my friends, but I'm also interested in exploring new areas and making new friends. I would require to live within walking distance of a train station because I'm working in the CBD and don't have a car. Access to a private washing machine is also essential. I'd like to have a bedroom large enough to have a wardrobe, double/queen sized bed (because I'm very tall) and desk for my computer. I'm not fussy about space outside of my own room or sharing a bathroom. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I enjoy playing video games and going to the gym in my spare time. I'm trying to learn how to cook a bit more by meal prepping some staple, healthy meals. My current lease is up on Oct 20th.
