Hello, I'm Minh, young mature individual here to look for a decent size unfurnished room with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers
Hi, I'm Bryce (21) and am looking for a room to rent with my boyfriend, James (22). We both are in stable permanent employment, working several days a week, and also study Law full time. We live an active and social lifestyle outside of our commitments, but also enjoy chilling at home with a few drinks, good conversation and TV. We both have experience renting and living in shared accommodation. We're keen to find and contribute to a household with a relaxed culture. We are friendly, easy-going and get along well with a diverse group of people. We are respectful, clean and pull our weight around the house. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or suitable arrangements.

I've been working full time for a NGO in the city for 1,5 years and currently looking for a long-term accommodation close to city. (A room with lots of natural lights is preferred). I'm very quiet, clean and considerate and want to share apartment/ house with someone who is quiet, clean and respectful as well. I'm quite busy with work and often go hiking with friends during weekend so when i get home i just want to have a relaxing and super quiet environment to rest. But it doesn't mean i don't like some chat or hanging out together sometimes. If you like to share with someone who always pays rent on time, is quiet and reliable then please drop me a line. P/s: If you have a private room to rent out in Surry Hill, Paddington, Ultimo, Chippendale, Surry Hill, Darlinghurst then my budget is up to $280/week.
Hey! From the UK, studying at Sydney Uni for my third year. I'm super laid back, kind and tidy. Looking for a fun, friendly flat share, with an easy commute from the university and preferably with people around my own age. Free to move in from mid July, let me know if you have any more questions.
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia (28). I'm currently working full time as a teacher in ACT, but I got accepted into University of Sydney to do master's. So I'm looking for a place to move in by 30th of July (preferably before). I'm eligible to teach in NSW as well. So I hope to work part-time while studying full-time. I'm tidy and considerate. I will respect privacy and maintenance of the communal spaces, but I would appreciate the mutual respect and responsibility too :) I am easy-going, non-smoker and most importantly, drama-free!
My name is Anna, I'm 23 and am starting my master's degree at USyd. I'm looking for a nice place to live, but more importantly nice people to share not only a house but also everyday life with. I'm always up for good food, board games, movie nights, parties, the occasional night out, or just a good conversation while doing laundry. I'm optimistic, easy-going, creative, calm and I always enjoy exploring new places (and am looking for someone to explore them with me :)). I'm also a passionate musician, so if you enjoy some mellow ukulele music and singing, I'm your girl. Also, I am from Vienna, Austria and will cook Schnitzel for you at some point. :) Hope to meet you soon!
I'm a sociable person who has been living on the Gold Coast for 10 years. I enjoy a few drinks and night outs now and then but also like to have quiet time. I love cooking (trying new recipes), binge watching netflix and red wine. I'm looking for a lifestyle change and looking forward to meeting new people hence the decision to move out of the Gold Coast.
I am a 20-year-old UTS Student that is studying IT. I am an easy going, relaxed, very clean and organised individual. I have a part-time job in the city, and my interests are playing basketball, music, movies and hanging out with friends.
I usually get busy during the week, so don't get to spend time away from work during the weekdays [apart from my evening gym routine]. On the weekends, I like to be outdoors, catching up with my friends for a few drinks, have good conversations, watch live music, play outdoor sports. If you are looking for someone who socializes well, is responsible, financially secure, easy to get along with, then look no further :)
Hi my name is Joliet. I am 24 years old. I am very chilled and easy going, very easy to live with. I am uni student so I'll be coming in and out of the house most days. I like to spend my free time netflixing, cooking and catching up with friends over nice meals.
Hi there, I'm Saravan. I'm work for an online wagering company as a programmer. I'm easy going, sociable and love living in the city. I love traveling, dancing salsa, eating and trying to keep fit by going to gym or play tennis.
My name is Susan, Vietnamese-Australian, 25, recently finished university, and am currently working full-time at an intellectual property law firm in the Sydney CBD. I am neat and friendly, and open to meeting and socialising with new people. I am shortly moving out of an Enmore house that I shared with 1 other person. I previously spent 9 months in the years 2015 and 2016 as an exchange student in Reykjavík, Iceland where I lived in a student dormitory with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. I also spent 3 months of a European summer travelling through Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and the UK while staying in crowded hostels. These experiences have made me a very open-minded, considerate, and outgoing person. I'm happy to learn more about you and your place :)
Hi, I am from Malaysia and I will be furthering my studies in Sydney Conservatory by next coming semester. I am a pianist hence i will only practice in the conservatory. I am a clean n neat person, likes to chat but respect people's privacy. Prefer non smoking, fully furnished house/flats to stay.
I am tidy, clean, sociable and respectful of other peoples space. Always up for a good time and meeting new people! I am working full time as an event coordinator doing long hours, so am not at home much during the week. Am currently living on the Northern Beaches where I grew up, so I'm keen for a nice change. Enjoy a night out, long walks, shopping, working out and coffee! Shoot me a message if you're in need of a roomie in the Inner West.
Aloha ! I am Praneeth (Indian by birth, world citizen by choice :) ) moved from Singapore having worked there for 7 years. I am an Australian PR and hoping to live in Down Under for the near future ;). I will be looking out for opportunities for the first couple of months, hoping to find a great place to work and to live. Hence, I chose to go for a 3-4 month stay initially. I love Sydney to what it offers as a place, and like the easy going, friendly people over there. I experienced this when I lived in Sydney for 3 years in the past from '07-'10. I traveled to several countries, lived and worked in couple of countries, shared house with multi national and multi cultural people. And the whole experience is amazing and I feel thankful to have experienced it. I am quiet an outdoor person, love to engage with people, have meaningful conversations, lounging with housemates. I am a hobbyist photographer, always ready to capture candid moments ;). Love travelling as much as I can, gathering experiences, meeting people to connect to, and strongly believe, a Journey is always happy n fun when shared with. I do cook and like to try out healthy, colorful and tasty recipes. I will be more than happy to share a meal or two with my housemates. Do my best to keep my surroundings tidy and clean. Almost forgot ;), interest close to my heart and happy hour ;) is, I love playing sports, doing intense workouts, hitting the gym as hard as I can, boot camps in outdoors as many as I can :) I do also meditate to retain that connection with myself, and to have the same with others too. Excited to be part of fun, sharing, playful atmosphere with awesome housemates and looking forward to be part of your family. Cheers, Praneeth G.
Looking to move any time around August 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I’m 34 and work in the media industry. I’m moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a new job. I’m clean, a non-smoker, and respectful of space and privacy. I'm past the days of hungover weekends - I’d much prefer a great dinner and a glass of wine with friends. I run to keep fit, enjoy cooking (but wouldn’t describe myself as a foodie), love a good Netflix binge and am looking forward to exploring a new city.
