I’m a research assistant and about to start a PhD. When I’m not working I’m cooking up a storm, binging on Netflix or listening to a true crime podcast, or at the gym or hanging out with my friends. I’m pretty friendly but also respectful of people’s space. I’m pretty tidy without being anal retentive. I’m super organised and financially stable.
I'm laid back and tidy, a people person but also love my own space.. I work 5 days and i'm also a full time student studying holistic counselling and complementary therapies.. Spend most of any spare time outdoors or making music.. Love to share a vego dinner.. Very much aware of the ins and outs of a share house so super respectful and appreciate the same :)
From rural South Australia, looking for a share house with neat, clean and organised female(s) whilst studying education at UniSA, Mawson Lakes campus. Throughout the uni semester, I spend a lot of time at uni, and holiday time in my home town.
My name is Stacey, I work in dental and about to begin study. I don’t go out or drink a lot, like my personal space but I’m very easy going and like to go with the flow, just here to explore my options as can’t afford to continue leasing on my own. I have a pet dog (2 year old kelpie) who won’t have to live with me but I do need a place where he can come stay if and when I like.. he is well trained and good with all people!
Yo! Hello prospective dwelling-sharers! Plants, art and social/ eco justice are my main themes. I'm a gardener by trade, this year mainly focusing on completing my studies (PT) in horticulture and conservation. I'll grow us some greens and veggies. I've got illustration/ design skills and volunteer for an excellent creative activism group. I'm wanting home to be a relaxing space with a "homey" feel to it. I'm clean and relatively tidy, and will fairly share householdy tasks, but also won't pedantic it up. I hope to share some cooking/ meals together, maybe over a glass of wine. I'm a "mostly-vegetarian". For fun I enjoy bush walking, camping, swimming, sewing, reading, word-play and photography. I'm responsible, loyal, creative and value honesty, kindness, relative stability and sass. While I'm sometimes off-the-scale introverted, I'll always be up for quality conversations, scuba-diving style. Looking for like-mindedish, respectful people. No thanks if you're into drugs/ smokes/ excessive drinking. If it sounds like we'd get along, send me a message! Cheerio!
I'm a Law/Commerce student studying full-time at the University of Adelaide. I meditate twice a day aiming for two hours a day, meaning I'm also vegetarian. When I'm not studying I like to hang out, make jokes, cook, do more meditation, read (history, law, etc) walk, go and see family in the Barossa Valley (so if you like wine I have boxes of the stuff that I don't drink). I volunteer at a legal aid centre in Norwood. I'm a busy person, and pretty pro-active, so I'm not the kind of house mate that will be around all the time, but I will be the one to motivate others, get stuff done and make sure all responsibilities are done. Oh, I don't drink, smoke, club or party hard but that doesn't mean you don't have to :) I also work part-time as a courier and can play guitars, piano and sing. In second semester I'm going on exchange to NYC till December so will only be looking for a room/place for six months.
i'm an easygoing type of person, i enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. I am not a smoker and i have no pets and most definitely neat, tidy and pretty responsible. Looking forward to meeting you 'future house mate'*smiley face
My name is Jaieyre, I am 25, Adelaide born and bred, lived in many share houses so I know the drill. I think keeping a nice, tidy communal space and respecting each other is important. I like a nice, chilled happy household. I am not anal about cleaning, but I think cleaning up after yourself in a share house is a must (otherwise it descends into madness!) I enjoy cooking, music, reading, video games, going out and talking shit. Planning on studying at uni this year, have a part time job and I am also looking for bar work as well. I have worked in hospitality for many years, and like to think I am an OK cook. I prefer healthy, cheap, nutritious meals (yes it can be done!) and I like to share food with the people I live with if possible. Looking to start a garden or at least grow some herbs, I am over spending so much money on vegetables and herbs that are so easy to grow. Does not need to be a huge endeavour, can just be a couple of pot plants but we can beef it up and have half our food grown quite easily. I am tidy, respectful and pretty quite most of the time. I will spend most of my time in my room studying, reading or playing games/music. I am quite chatty, but only when comfortable with the people I am around. I don't care if you have people round, or if you are noisy as long as it is within reason. Online profiles suck, and reading this back I sound like an uptight nerd, which I am not I promise, get back to me and lets meet up for a coffee to see if we gel!
Friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others. Am sociable but also like my own space. Enjoy wine and watching tv shows/movies. Love being outside and going for hikes or to the beach. Am a nurse and do shift work so do some odd hours. My current lease is up end of February so looking for a place around that time.
Hi there, I am looking for a room to rent for three to six months initially while I re-establish myself in my home town after travel and working interstate over the last couple of years. I'm a single professional in my mid-40s, used to share house living and looking for friendly but independent co-habitation. Furnished room is fine in the short term, and if I am to stay in Adelaide again permanently I'd like to settle in with my own things at some stage too. So at this point, I'm looking for short[ish] term living arrangements but open to something that might become longer term if the circumstances are right. Happy to chat with interested people. Taryn
I'm responsible, friendly and organized. I love to play the guitar, football, and filmmaking. I´m half Peruvian and half Venezuelan, and I have moved a lot during my life, so I have developed a nice skill that allows me to get along with different kind of people. Respect is everything and I´m very aware of that. Overall, I will be a nice and easy going flatmate.
Hi, I'm Brad. I'm outgoing, laid back and pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising, a quiet beer but am happy to keep to myself. I'm keen on music and sport and I play footy, cricket and touch football. I'm a nurse working at Sportsmed and North Eastern Community Hospital where I mainly work during the day.
Moving back to Adelaide from rural SA for a new job. I am experienced in living in share houses and have always enjoyed the company of having room mates of a similar age. I enjoy cooking, keeping fit (netball and hiking... hoping to take up gymnastics) and trying to master various hobbies (current: ukelele and gardening). I will be working full time as a paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and would likely be out often on the weekends also.
I’m a 24 year old female. I’m currently working part-time as a social worker in Elizabeth. I’m pretty easy going, quiet and introverted however, I do enjoy a chat and being social when I can. I love all animals but sadly I’m allergic to cats :( I’m a happy and extremely accepting person who is easy to get along with. I’d like to say I’m fairly clean but I’m definitely not ocd about it!
Hi Potential Housemates, I'm studying education at Magill and am looking for a place for 3-4 years. I don't have a car. I like children but can't do school pickups due to a chaotic schedule this year. I like dogs and am allergic to cats. I pay rent on time and clean up after myself. I want to live with people who don't smoke (including socially or outside) or do drugs. I am conscious of energy usage but grateful for air-conditioning and heating on extreme weather days; fans will suffice if no air-con available. I'm flexible on the moving date. If I find the right fit, I'm happy to sign or pay a deposit to secure a place. The important thing is finding people and a house that I fit. I speak Japanese and basic Spanish. I can contribute to setting up a new place but I don't need the best of everything, I'm happy to buy 2nd hand. I have most of my bedroom furniture, except for a double bed. I have a mattress but my bed broke in transit. I can buy one when I move if necessary. If you have a room that is partly furnished and still big enough to take my furniture (includes 4 large bookshelves), that's ok too. I look forward to hearing from you. Juanita
I’m quite, friendly but keep to myself. I’m a lot more comfortable chilling out at home then going out and it’s very unlikely I’ll be home late 😂 I work Full time as a child care educator and have a kitty called Charlie who is very cuddly but keeps to himself 😊 I’m on a delivered meal plan weekly so i won’t be making many dishes but I am a very clean person anyway who looks after themselves. 😊
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me. I am a teacher working in the CBD.
I love socialising and going out with friends, but also love staying in and watching movies. I’m also a clean and neat person. Im Adelaide born and bred, just looking for a place closer to uni and work.
Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 23 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. I hope I'm fun to live with.
I'm Lisa, 27, easy going and tidy. Love a chat and a catch up but also like my own space. I'm respectful of other peoples space but would love to share with someone I get along with. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
I am easy to get along with. I am used to living with many people in the house. I am reliable and always pay bills on time. I am a saver when it comes to money and enjoy meeting new people.
I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
Hi there, my name is Sharna. I'm an easy going, chilled out person to live with. I'm clean and tidy, and considerate to other's needs. I am a creative and a crafty kind of person, always having an exciting project at hand. Although I do like to socialize, I prefer my home to be a peaceful santuary, and I'm seeking like minded people to live with. I'm currently a beauty therapist working long hours - generally 10 hour days, 4 days a week. I'll have my awesome, friendly cat, Hunter, with me, therefore a pet friendly home is an absolute must. He is very affectionate boy, and mostly stays outdoors. If i sound like the kind of person who you could live with, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
I am a 26 year old Canadian, from Burlington, Ontario but have most recently been living in Montreal. I am laid back and easy to get along with. I like to socialize and have fun, but also like when things are quiet. I have a BCom and MSc, and I'm a business professional who has worked in startups and other segments of entrepreneurship. I plan I love sports and staying active; I'm looking forward to spending lots of time outside. I love to travel and have visited 25+ countries and have lived in 4, for extended periods of time. I have lived with all sorts of people, from various countries and cultural backgrounds and I'm comfortable living with anyone. I am respectful of others and their space, and would like to find like minded individuals to share a house with during my stay in Adelaide.
Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, as the lease for my current place is ending Feb 27. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has a lease of at least 12 months, but am okay with a 6 month lease. I work part time as a AOD counsellor in the city, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.
Hey, I'm an outgoing and friendly guy, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. I'm currently studying winemaking at Adelaide Uni and work at a pizzeria/wine bar in the city. #leftovers I like the idea of 'teaming up', but also open to joining a house. Looking to make a house a home :)
Hi, I'm Taylah, aged 21 and running my own Personal Training business from Goodlife Health Clubs. I'm looking at moving out of home as simply I've outgrown living with my family and ready for my own space and independence. Don't let my age frighten you I'm not your usual 21 year old and am into my fitness and fitness competitions and not a party-goer. My Friend Darcie, also 21 and I are looking at finding a rental together but have been looking at some 3 bedroom appartments to reduce rental costs. Let me know if you'd be interested or if your looking for someone.
Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, or with clients and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running, riding, gym, various martial arts. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space (about 4 square metres) available for my tools, I would be very happy. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Amazon prime video Leather repair service Jar opening and top shelf reaching services A green thumb (figuratively, not literally) The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic*** to drama, gangstas, kleptomaniacs, neurotics, regular illicit drug users, people who form opinions without checking facts, people who throw their phones, the highly religious, mean drunks, and bees**** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you * While stocks last. ** Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. *** I break out in a serious case of NOPE **** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
I'm a happy go lucky person, who loves living in a drama free and relaxed house. Work full time in the city. Love going out for dinner, red wine and good music :) Clean, non-smoker and respectful of other peoples space, but am sociable and love to chat if you enjoy that! I love being outdoors and being active but enjoy a good Netflix binge when the feeling is right
Hi potential housemates! I’m Angus and I'm moving out after my lease ends. Non-smoker, no pet. Having lived in the shared house for two years. Engineering uni student. I'd love to play basketball if some courts nearby or do some water sports on weekends. Otherwise just watching some Netflix, catching up some racing events. It would be great if you guys want to go outside and try some activities out together and get away from being bored all day. Hope it’s not a party house but definitely would love a beverage to finish the day, have a chat and share some laugh. Some place not too far from city would be ideal as I cycle to school most of the time. I'm tidy and clean. Always trying to keep everything organized. I’m flexible with moving in dates. Look forward to seeing you!
