Hi! We're a couple moving from Sydney for bit of a change. Emily's a nurse and Aj's a vet. Both super easy-going and down to earth. Love outdoor activities like bushwalking and anything nature! And also love cook-ups and board games/movies for some down-time. Tidy, responsible, reliable. Would love to touch-base if you're looking for some new housemates/family
I am moving to the area from Victoria to begin a full time job as an occupational therapist. I am an easy going person and am looking for housemates who are friendly and social but also like to have their down time. I like to keep my home tidy and I love cooking. I enjoy being outdoors and keeping active, like going for runs or walks, to the gym or playing netball. I am currently training to be a yoga teacher too! I have a dog who is 7, she’s a Labrador cross with GSP. She’s super friendly and loves being around humans so isn’t fussed by other dogs.
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
