Hi everyone! I'm starting up a share house and am looking to team up with 2-3 friendly housemates and secure a lease 💚 This opportunity would suit anyone who wants an alternative to the many share house options which are available in and around the Brunswick area and would prefer to live close to nature and the mountains. My situation is that I am currently living in Coburg and will be moving from there next month. I have an amazing 7 year old daughter named Ivy who lives and goes to school in Bayswater (about 35mins east of Melbourne) so I'm wanting to move around that area. I'm flexible on the exact suburb but hoping to find somewhere within 15mins of where my daughter/co-parent lives. I'm wanting to build and amazing share house that is a safe and loving environment where we can share food, stories and where we really have each other's back. We will work together to make sure we create a clean, sustainable, and environmentally friendly vegan living space. We will support each other's goals, ideas and endeavours and commit towards consciously creating a better home and a better planet. We'll also start an amazing fruit/veggie garden 🥕 About me - I'm 29 (he/him) I care about saving animals. I spend a lot of time with my daughter. I enjoy being creative and going to festivals. I mostly watch animated shows. I love learning languages. I love climbing trees and martial arts. I do yoga 3 times a day and having just finished uni I'm now looking to work in the homelessness sector. If any of this sounds like a living space you'd like to invest in please message me so we can get to know each other and talk more about specific details of the project ✨ All are welcome to apply, please tell your friends ☺️ I'm happy to talk to non vegans but please understand that I'm planning on creating a fully vegan living environment 🌱

I'm actually on permanent disability pension so I'm home all the time but my "income" is stable, reliable won't change. I'm in the process of getting a service dog to help with my mental state so that's a non-negotiable option for me. I'm extremely organised, like to clean and watch TV, colour in books, read, love music but mostly through headphones. I'm very conscious of other people's needs so try to be as quiet/non annoying as possible and don't take offense when someone asks me to do something (eg: if I'm being too noisy etc). When I'mentally good I love to chat and I'm great company, and I'm full of random facts that might delight or annoy you. When I'm bad I don't leave my room so as long as you leave me alone during those times we'll be fine. I'll pull more than my weight, I'm kind but sarcastic. Finally I'm really good at figuring out the plots to TVs shows and movies almost straight away so if you hate those kind of viewers don't waste your time looking into my profile further, I'll drive you insane! Please only text or email, I don't answer unknown calls (sorry!)

Preferably NO share-houses or shared spaces. NO rooming houses. Hi i'm Beth, an Anthropology and Philosophy student studying at Deakin university. I'm currently looking for somewhere small, quiet and private to live and study during my final year of university. I am both a quiet and respectful homebody with a combined 4 years of good rental history (references can be provided). I usually prefer to keep to myself, but don’t mind a good banter sesh or movie here and there. I’m an avid reader, TV show binge watcher and tea drinker so you can usually find me parked in front of the TV, or with my head inside a book - and ALWAYS with a cup of tea (that’s my British heritage). Looking for...: - Granny flats - Bungalows - Studio apartments - 1 bedroom flats - Self-Contained Units - Guesthouse OR - Share house (preferably just one other roommate with similar personality) ... with: - Unfurnished - Bills included - Wifi not necessary - Air-conditioned - Lease length 12 months (Negotiable) - Smoking Allowed

Hi! My name is Alli and I'm 23 (24 this month, though!). Currently, I'm studying a Diploma of Justice which I'm loving and working casually in retail. I'm a bit of a homebody and don't tend to go out partying very much, although I'm definitely not opposed to it on the occasion! I enjoy a good tea, gin and tonic or wine more regularly though, especially while I'm trying to smash out overdue Uni assignments! I enjoy reading when I get the time and usually try to get to the gym at least a couple of times a week. I've spent my whole life living with other people as I come from a family of 6 children and have lived in share-houses in the past. I lived most of last year in an apartment with one other person but quite enjoy living with multiple people too. I'm looking for a fresh place to move into with easy-going, responsible and reliable housemates. Preferably, the house would have at least one other female. I'm pretty flexible with the location of your house and would consider suburbs in and around the ones I've listed. I have a beautiful, sometimes cuddly/sometimes stuck up, perfectly house trained and people friendly (as long as he's not in one of his stuck up moods) cat who I would really love to bring with me. He is currently being cat-sat by someone else for me anyway, so can stay there if necessary.

I've recently returned from living in London and the states, now working as a sales manager, I was also a DJ for about 7 years but corona has put a pause to that. Looking for a place with people who like to socialise and spend time together, definitely enjoy having company around but can also appreciate privacy too. I love a good 80's movie, enjoy making cocktails and coffee, and don't mind having late nights on occasion. I'm looking for a room in a more modern place or apartment, walking distance of restaurants and groceries.

Hey my name is Allysa and I am 19 years old And looking for a room for rent in the Eastern suburbs I am currently studying a Bachelor of Criminal Justice at Federation University but have deferred until early next year, in the meantime I’m doing my diploma in childcare (already qualified with a cert 3 too) I’m an extremely tidy and respectful person and believe that I would make great housemate. Im currently residing with a friend and am hoping to move into my own accommodation ASAP or in the next few weeks / months depending availability. I have a couple of friends and family members who I rely on heavily for emotional support so it needs to be okay for them to visit from time to time. Im a very relaxed person and like to keep to myself most of the time whilst at home. I do smoke occasionally, however only ever outside and at a considerable distance from any accommodation. I am also very respectful in terms of disposal of cigarettes. I am a social person and will most likely be out on the weekends with friends or at School. If you have accommodation around $100-$225 per week, bills included, I would love to hear from you. I have access to rent in advance and bond. I am very conscious of my finances and always prioritise bills above anything else.
