Hello Everyone! My name is Nick and I am a 21 year old Dental Student from New Zealand. I was hoping to come to Sydney in the next few days for a while and wanted to stay near my partner who lives in homebush west. Preferably short term. Nothing has been set in stone yet, so dates and lengths can all be flexible. Preferably looking for a room with a bed in it but a floor might suffice. I can provide any sort of personal information or references you might require. I am clean, tidy and friendly. Good with pets and kids :) Thanks for your time, looking forward to your reply Thanks Nick
Hi! Need to move to Sydney as I have been offered a full-time job as a registered nurse starting in Feb. I will be working 5 days/wk. I am looking to team up with other females to rent out an apartment/town house. My other option is to look for accommodation with my friend who will be working full-time also so we prefer 3 separate rooms but we don't mind sharing. On-site parking is preferred but I don't mind parking in the streets. Ensuite or own bathroom only. In addition, I am looking for sociable and easygoing housemates! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes funny :p). I'd like to have my own room & bathroom for some alone time. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
Clean tidy, used the living in close quarters, I'm very patient, very hand can fix pretty much anything. Very friendly and get on with anyone.
I'm a very clean person, I love cooking, easy going and down to earth, I like to have a chat and hang out with people but I also like to have time to my self. If you want to know more please feel free to message me.
Hey there! I'm easy-going, respectful, friendly, great to get along with, and never complain . I love movies (I watch everything I can). I love coffee and pizza. I do a little bit of cooking. I work in a Pharmacy in Burwood 5-6 days of the week, so looking for something close by. I'm looking at moving into the new place around mid-Jan. I mostly keep to myself, but am always up for a chat or a bite with any future flatmates. I like road-trips, long scenic walks and eating out. I can be a bit of a night-owl, but I'm always considerate of people I live with and the neighbours. You will never have anything to complain about. Rent is always paid on time. Ideally I'd like to be sharing with a non-smoker (Or if you are a smoker, so long as there's no smoking in the house, we'll be cool.) Shared spaces should be reasonably clean and tidy. Other than that, I'm pretty easy-going.
hey! I'm a 21 year old full time student from Melbourne. I need a place to live beginning on January 2017 as I commence summer school at the University of Sydney, Cumberland campus in Jan 3rd. I come from a Russian background with strict cleanliness and great cooking skills! I am happy to cook for the house a few times a week because I love to cook :) As I am a student studying an intense course (Masters in Speech Pathology) I prefer a quiet, friendly and respectful housemates. I am doing my MBA from Macquarie Uni. My wife and 4 year old son will arrive in February, my wife will be finding a job and then working full time. I am looking for a studio, 1 bed house or a larger shared house suitable for a family of 3. We are from India, non smokers, mainly vegetarians (i eat chicken sometimes) and live a clean and simple disciplined lifestyle. I am looking for a flat share with similar minded people if they have a child the same age as my son that would be great. I can move in from February 18th or even earlier if the house is suitable for us and the rent reasonable. Area: Parrammatta, Harris Park, Epping. If not at least it should be well connected to these areas by bus or train.
We are two Danish guys, Mads and Frederik, who're looking for a place to stay for the next three months. We are here in Australia on a work holiday. We are both active and happy people, with a love for sports. We keep our living space neat and clean. We would prefer either two separate rooms, or one room with two single beds. Please don't hesitate to contact us. Hope to hear from you.

Happy and humorous woman who is very clean and tidy, responsible but fun, mature but still youthful, enjoys the company of younger, happy and fun people. I'm more of the quiet type, but also like to be social without intruding on other people's privacy. Am passionately into Asian culture and food, a big foodie who loves exploring new cafe's and food. Love to cook and bake, especially into Asian food and sweets. Dream of having a dishwasher. Currently learning to play the Chinese Instrument Guqin in the Sydney CBD. Work casual in a cafe but need some temporary accommodation while looking for a second job. After that I will be searching for permanent accommodation with a higher affordability. Non smoker, non drinker (ok, you might tempt me with a Japanese plum wine on a special occasion) For the temporary accommodation I don't mind sharing a room with another female but ideally own room. Only want to share with a max of 3 people in one place. Must be a short walking distance to a train station (under 10mins) Need a parking space. IDEAL POSITION IS STRATHFIELD or close to.

Bubbly, open-minded and respectful! I’m pretty tidy, can’t sleep in peace if my room is a mess. More than happy to help out with house chores :) On most weekends you’ll find me outs and about at the beach or just lounging around with a cuppa of coffee and Netflix then occasionally trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Looking for a private room (no carpet, preferably within a shared home but definitely open to apartment options) within walking/super short driving range from Kogarah station.
Hi, my name is Landy and I'm a 25 year old uni student from Taiwan. I work at clubs in the city as a part time job so sometimes I won't get home til 4 in the morning but I always stay as quiet as possible. I'm probably the most easygoing person you will ever meet. I usually stay in my room and mind my own business when I don't have to go to work or uni. I do smoke but never inside the house. I also have a tiny blue tongue lizard that stays in his enclosure 24/7.
I'm a Finnish journalist/ photographer, Working Holiday maker, food enthusiast, book-worm and traveler, and always ready to meet new people. I'm used in living in shared flats, but I need my own room. I don't smoke, and I always clean immediately any mess I've made. Because of my work, I need to easily get to Blacktown Station by train. That's why I prefer places with an easy access to Blacktown.

Seeking a safe, harmonious household for a longterm tenancy. Ideal move date: mid-December 2016, before Xmas chaos kicks in. I am quiet, considerate and reliable. I'm house-proud and want a housemate who is reliable about doing their share of the housework to keep the place spick and span. My current realtor will provide an excellent reference. I'm only moving because the owners of my current house have sold it. My deadline to be out is 2 JAN 2017. Ideally, I hope to move by 24 December (Xmas Eve). I'm a non-smoker and would strongly prefer a smoke-free home (including outdoor areas). I own a lot of furniture and my first preference is for a whole unfurnished property, either alone or to share. However, I would also consider a share house if the situation was right (and put my furniture in storage). If you're 1) female and 2) don't own much furniture and 3) are looking to move to the same suburb/s I'm interested in, please contact me about a TEAM-UP. I'm private rather than social, I have friends over only very occasionally and would prefer similar in a housemate. That being said, I'm friendly and a good communicator, but when I'm at home I appreciate my space and would respect your space and privacy too. Quiet is very important to me. If you watch a lot of TV/Netflix hopefully you're willing to do so using headphones. Because of noise, I don't want to live too close to major roads or train lines. I have a car and if you do too, we would preferably have off street parking for both (i.e. a double garage)
Cheerful, respectful and clean person... I am considerate to other people's property and personal space, although would like to move in to a friendly and comfortable living environment. I am also social and like to be active. Love to watch movies, cook and having a chat with people that I live with.

I'm a non-smoker. I'm looking for something preferably with a garage included to be able to park my car. Anything further dont hesitate to contact me, thanks Duran.
I work full time as a real estate agent, looking for preferably only 1 person to move out with into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in and round the innerwest. I work 10-12 hour days 6 days a week. The reason for moving out of home is to move closer to work and to cut all my distractions out, I want to make 2017 a big year with my work. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
I'm an easy going and social person currently working full-time in the city. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I love the gym and just hanging out in general, but I also enjoy my own space. Can provide a fridge, washing machine and microwave if needed.
I am a friendly and easy-going flattie. I like having my own space but also associating with housemates. I have been sharehousing for 6 years and like living in a clean and tidy house and am conscious of respecting noise etc. I am originally from WA but currently living in Dubbo; I like traveling and eating and meeting new people. I also have a dog who loves meeting new people too!
