I am looking to rent private room in shared apartment/house with flatmate who already has lease of the apartment/house at Kogarah/Rockdale/Canterbury/Inner West area near by public transport. I am also open to other areas of Sydney. I am mature, employed, clean, respectful and considerate of others,an honest person who you can trust and feel safe while sharing the place.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
I work full time in the city as a personal assistant at a chartered accounts firm and currently living in wollongong with my partner. I am looking to rent a room closer to the city for about 3 months before my partner and i get a place for ourselves up there. I would only really be staying up on week nights and then travelling back down to wollongong for the weekend. My partner would need to be allowed to stay some nights during the week as well. I am very quiet and keep to myself, and incredibly tidy :) Definitely not a party girl, but i dont mind going down to the pub for a drink or two every now and then. Let me know :)
Hi, I am a cool guy who is a recent graduate and now working full time, lived in 3 different countries, traveled to more than 15 different countries and very open minded and easy to hang out with. Please let me know if you have any more queries.
I work full time in admin in the cbd. I am looking to move out In Sydney either in the inner west, western suburbs, st George or Canterbury areas or anywhere closer to the City somewhere close to public transport and with like minded motivated people. I am dedicated to work, enjoy quiet time and have an interest in music and film. I am open to living with males or females. I get along with everyone and enjoy socialising as well respecting personal space.
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
Myself and Gail are two nurses moving to Sydney from Perth in November. We are both very positive, easy going, clean, considerate and friendly girls looking for somewhere to call home. We are non-smokers with no pets, will both have our cars but flexible with on/off street parking. Hoping to find a furnished room too. We love the beach, camping, hiking, travel, socializing, keeping fit and healthy, and try to make the most of our days off around shift work. Looking for likeminded roomies :) give me a buzz if we sound like your cuppa tea!
Hey guys! My name is Annabell and I'm a student at Griffith University in the Gold Coast! I'm planning on moving to Sydney in towards the end of October for around 4-5 months over my break to work full-time and for a chance of scenery! I'd love to live with students or people my age who are outgoing and love to party at times and also simultaneously respect each others privacy. Since I'm a student my budget is limited and I'd like to pay around $200 rent and preferably have my own room :) Please get back to me if you think I'd be a fitting roommate for you!
