Hello, I’m 19 and ready to move into a new place, currently been living at my parents but have been paying rent ($150per week), I am quiet and love to have a good laugh, I’m tidy and am very respectful of others property. I’m pretty chilled and get along well with everyone else and looking to make some new friends along the way. I work casually in Canungra at the moment and would love to find a place in Canungra so I am able to walk to work. My bills are always up to date and I pay rent in advance. I also have a beautiful husky (male) whom I adore and has been around plenty of different animals before, he is still a pup (11months old) so would love if you would be patient with him.
Hey I’m Kathryn, I’m a genuine, enthusiastic person who loves Food, travel, music, animals and living life. I work in a winery and love my job but also currently developing a family business. I strangely like cleaning, am considerate of others and easy to get along with. I have lived in Japan (2yrs), London (1 yr) but otherwise have only lived in my family home. I assure you I will always be respectful and bring sunshine to the household! Thanks Kathryn
We are a couple looking for accommodation. Both quiet, sensible and reliable tenants, I am a student at Griffith University, also working part time in admin and my partner Jeremy is working full time managing a hotel. We are after a master bedroom with own bathroom/ensuite attached preferably. I also have my own horse so I have also been looking for an agistment close by! But am usually busy attending to the horse or at the gym. Please let me know if you have anything that would be suitable! Thank you :)
Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room in a home to call my own. Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time 3-4/7days (very few days and weird hours some weeks) as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study the other days. I have a motorbike which can be moderately loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy and more introvert than extrovert. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo, shoes or bf (if i had one, hypothetically speaking...). I also have a pet amaxon parrot who has an indoor and outside cage depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard. He's somewhat loud and annoying and will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping as he mimics. An outside sheltered area of a gargen is perfect for his cage if you have far away enough neighbours and hawks can't see him. Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge to share. Honest and upfront (won't even eat a grape if it's not mine lol) Loves all animals. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise) Smoker in the mornings. (Coffee and a dart is my morning ritual). Dislike ants. If your place has an ant problem I'm OUT! I ride my bike a lot (only transport) and can often be out weird hours and like the freedom to be able to come home and housemates not mind or care. Please don't hesitate to contact me and we can go from there! Cheers!
I work full time hours at a dirt bike shop. I am very big on being clean and tidy so I never leave a mess! I am usually a quiet person so you won’t hear much from me while I am home which isn’t often anyway. When I am not working, I am usually always out with friends or just doing outdoor activities. I spend a lot of time out with my dog as well. I do have a big puppy so you must like dogs! He is super friendly and the biggest sook you will ever meet but he is with family at the moment. I also have my own car and I run a business from home in my spare time so I am constantly busy.
Siblings, looking for a flatmate or currently available property to rent. Katerina: Recently moved to Brisbane from Newcastle, NSW. Living out of home for the past year and a half. Quiet, clean, friendly. Happy to share responsibilities around the house from cooking to lawn maintenance. Jamie: living in Brisbane for the past year. 1st year apprentice tiler. Looking for some cool people to share with for my first house out of home. Laid-back kinda guy, get along with just about everyone.
Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work part-time for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon called Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
I'm quiet but easy going and respectful. I keep to myself mostly but am also friendly and easily approachable. I have a 14 year old daughter who stays with me every second weekend and week on week off during the holidays. I also have a well behaved and quiet male indoor cat who is very clean and friendly.
I’m a single 40yr old trustworthy hard working honest male who works full time as a interstate truck driver so basically I’m away all week but home in the weekends looking for a place where everyone is chilled out and easy going I’m not a party person I don’t go out to clubs I hardly drink only if it’s a special occasion I don’t do any drugs whatsoever I’m a family orientated guy who puts his family first I’m always on time with rent and bills if you need to know anything please let me know cheers
Hi guys! :) I am Suzi from Hungary and I study work and organizational psychology. On july I will travel to Australia to make my 6-month internship at USQ. Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach - broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits!
