Hey! I’m 21 years old, full time Property Manager, own car and neat & tidy. I don’t usually enjoy a quiet weekend reading a book, so fun and bubbly is what I need! I’m really interested in finding a studio/granny flat or something similar. I’m not concerned if it is furnished, although I don’t think I could part with my lounge and bed. My house mate and I are currently renting, and we need to be vacated by early December as she is moving. 😊
After living in big cities (Sydney, London & Brisbane) I’ve discovered I’m really a country girl at heart. I spent a week in Wagga in May this year and fell in love with the place! So I’m looking for a tree-change. I am able to take 6 months leave from my job in Sydney, so I can try country living out before I commit to moving permanently. I have 2 jobs lined up for when I get to Wagga (1 p/t & 1 casual) but am applying for full time work, and just need to secure some good, safe accommodation so that I can make the move, hopefully within the next few weeks! I have a standard Australian Labradoodle, Charlie, who will be coming with me. He is house-trained and very well-behaved. I work in aged care in Sydney and take him to work regularly as pet therapy for the residents (and their carers and the staff, who all love him). He LOVES people and other dogs. Being a Labradoodle, he is also non-shedding and hypo-allergenic. I am part way through a dog-training course with Delta Institute (the educational arm of Delta Society, who ‘provide’ pet therapy teams to aged care facilities, hospitals, universities, etc.) so having a well behaved dog is very important to me. I enjoy a chat, but am also happy with my own company. I respect others’ need for privacy. I visit Wagga at least once a month so am able to meet with you at your property at a time suitable to us both. I look forward to hearing from you.
I’m just looking to move out of my parents house, I figure it’s time to move out and get some freedom as I’m 21 and growing up. I’m friendly, keep to myself and I respect privacy quite a lot. I don’t drink or smoke or even party. I’m definitely an introvert but occasionally go out (Very rare). I’m really just a big nerd, gaming and movies are all I spend me free time investing in. Although I am a workaholic so even though I work part time I spend a lot of time at work. I’m clean, always do my best to keep the house tidy. I’m approachable, nice. I may come off as rude sometimes simply because I am very quiet and shy at times. Once I’m comfortable I open up and I’m very easy going and like a good laugh. Love to joke around and just be happy. Generally however I am quiet and very well behaved. Currently living with my parents and I’m looking for a place to live. Preferably a studio apartment/unit or a room with own bathroom.
I'm independent with a full-time job working afternoon shift. ( I finish work at 9pm) I have my own car I do not smoke, am a social drinker and have no children or pets. Looking for someone easy to get along with that is tidy, honest and likes having a good time without living out of control. I will be starting study at the end of October and looking for a "normal" down to earth person that has responsibilities and a future they are working towards like myself.
I am easy going have just recently become a grandma and have decided to move to be closer to my new grand baby from living over seas for the last three years! I am very clean and tidy, quiet to live with, a non smoker, no pets and looking for a room in a quiet house (just no party houses). Furnished would be preferable but non furnished is fine also! Would of course love my own bathroom but am also happy to share. Please message me if you have any questions need more info etc 🙂
I'm a Post grad student who works full time looking for somewhere to stay for the next 6+ months while I save a bit more to buy my own place. I Love horses and work with them and am doing a masters in equine science. love a chat and a drink and also happy to have time by my self.
I am an easy going person. I am organised and like to keep my place well organised and clean. I am an Audiologist working full time in a clinic. I am from India. I love to go out in evenings for dinner and casual outings. I love to spend time watching Netflix/movies mostly when I am not working. I would prefer somewhere near CBD, baylis street or docker street in wagga wagga.
Hey guys! I am a country girl from The Rock. Grew up with a lot of brothers so not the girliest of girls but I'm super easy going and friendly. Happy to socialise and hang out with housemates while respecting their privacy as well. I wouldn't say I'm a party person, I prefer to head out to the cinemas, go for a bush walk or spontaneous trip to Bateman's Bay. I work several casual jobs at the moment and am looking to start full time online study in 2019. Shoot me a message and I'll reply asap :) Cheers, Clare
I'm a 5th year medical student starting a 2 year placement in Wagga. I have lived in sharehouses since 2015 and am very tidy and respectful. I like cooking and being active, I plan to join a basketball team in Wagga. I like socialising with housemates but will also spend time studying most nights of the week. Always up for housemate dinner and a movie. I am looking for a centrally located house, ideally walking distance to Wagga hospital.
Hey! My name is Hayley and I'm a 21 year old female from the South Coast of NSW (roughly 4 hours away from Wagga). I am currently finishing off my nursing studies but will be moving to Wagga for full time work at the hospital early next year (dates have not been confirmed yet). Just starting the process of looking for a place to stay Look forward to hearing what you have to offer
My partner and I are very easy going people who like to keep a clean house. We always pay bills on time as well as rent. We are both employed and are both university students. We have a 7 year old black lab called Izzy who is extremely well behaved and big loveable ball of fun. We enjoy our space but also love to socialise and have a few drinks here and there. We will always help out with housework and yard maintenance.
Hi, I'm currently doing my PhD and some teaching at CSU in the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences. As I've moved around a fair bit the past few years I don't have any pets of my own but am more than happy to share with people that do :) My studies and work keep me pretty busy but when I do have free time I like to be social and have the occasional get together but I'm also very respectful of peoples space and the fact that some prefer to be left to their own devices. I'm 29 so I've done the share house thing a fair bit in my time so am very considerate of my housemates and know how to clean up after myself. I'm searching at the moment as my current housemate, who is also my landlord, has his girlfriend moving in this month and has politely suggested I might want to find a new place soon haha. So I'm ready to move now, but my landlord is also my mate so is fine if it takes me a few months, so people looking to move (or will have a place available to lease) a few months from now also feel free to contact me :) Cheers, Josh
