Hey! I'm Mitchell. I'm currently work full-time. I play basketball and mixed netball. I'm the kind of person who like to go out and explore. I'm easy going and easy to get along with. Looking to move closer to work.
Hi everyone, My little dog Sonny (7 year old mini foxie) and I are moving to Melbourne from Perth in August. I realise it's probably a little early to be posting but just in case. I am looking for a pet friendly rental within 20-30 mins of the city. I would also need parking and having had the luxury of living Perth for so many years I have become rather accustomed to the warm climate therefore I would definitely a place with heating! If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful. Ideally I'm looking for my own place but if that's not affordable I'd love to find someone pet friendly to start a lease with. (she's an indoor dog, used to having a dog door and coming/going as she pleases) I'd love to hear from you. I have household furniture & White goods. Anything you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance, Soph & Sonny
We are 2 students female friend from Thailand looking for private room. We are both sociable, friendly, clean and respectful. The place need to be closed public transport. We are potentially the chillest people you will meet
I am a Belgian living in Australia and have just finished my degree in audio engineering. I spend a lot of time playing/working on music and am not really a party type. Preferably I'd like to live with people that aren't too loud either. I'm looking for places along the Frankston/Sandringham train lines.
Hello, I'm Tara. I am 30 and I run my own business from home. Hobbies: Dancing, YouTubing, reading, traveling I would like a safe place to stay for 10 months. I plan to move interstate in March/April 2018 to study. But I promise to pay my bills and rent until then! I am going through naturalization. Based in the inner Western suburbs, but would consider moving to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Glen Iris, Malvern, Maribyrnong, Ascot Vale and Kensington It needs to be close to public transport BUT with a parking spot, for my little red Ford Festiva. Prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture. Awesome things about me: - self-sufficient - private, quiet, busy - health-conscious - drug-free, debt-free - I clean as I go PS: I share a lovely 3 level townhouse in West Footscray. My housemate is a passive-aggressive alcoholic man who is getting divorced. We have just been given 3 months to vacate. I am looking to move out/in in mid-June, July or August. If you are considering asking me to share a house with you, I think we would get along if you are: - not an alcoholic (manage your anger in other ways) - busy and have real hobbies - are in a good place financially (working/not a student) - understand that I'm paying rent for privacy, peace and quiet (I'm an introvert, not an extrovert. I am not obliged to be your psych/best friend) - clean, but not OCD clean - no shouting or cursing at me; please approach me in a calm and civil manner to discuss issues. Say "Please and thank you" These rules would go for me too! I would only share with one other person, to keep things simple. If I were to share a house, the room must be: - LARGE (at least 3.5m by 3.5m) - have large BIR - have an ensuite bathroom I can afford up to 350 per week, so that's what I'd expect. I am happy to pay for gas/water/electricity and Internet but NOT Foxtel as I am very much a YouTube girl. Thanks very much; hope to speak to you soon. Tara
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I've talked to a few people and they recommended Melbourne as a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
Hi, i'm Nicholas and i'm from Malaysia. I'll be going on an exchange to Monash Caulfield on July till the end of the year. As such, i'm looking for people to share accommodation with. I am a friendly, kind and thoughtful person. I like the outdoors and love sports, especially basketball. I wouldn't consider myself a difficult person to live with and i can be very funny when you get to know me. Feel free to contact me for more info :)
I'm the kind of person that can easily get along with other people; watching movies, play sports or go to the gym. I'd like to maintain cleanliness in my place all the time and love to help with the household chores. Open to meet new friends and respectful to others' privacy or culture. Prefer to share the flat with a single person. Pets are not an issue. Non smoker but would love to grab some beer on Friday nights or weekends. Moving in to Melbourne this coming July and by that time will start to look for an IT job (Web developer).
Hello! I'm Lucy. I am originally from Melbourne and work full time in Armadale. I'm 34 and into fitness/ yoga. I'm tidy, outgoing and independent.I have lived in the UK and also in Switzerland. I've recently returned from Sydney where I spent 12 months in the Eastern suburbs. I'm a non-smoker and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy people who are honest, fun and independant types. I get on well with all kinds of people, but usually like living with others who are motivated, friendly and committed to their goals. Cheers :)
Hello! Full time receptionist at a health club in the cbd. Personal hobbies include gym training, outdoors activities (camping, hiking, four-wheel driving, skiing, etc), cooking, all things food, craft beer and coffee! Very down to earth individual who is bordering OCD with cleanliness and takes pride in maintaining my environment. Not much of a party animal these days, although a big fan of the odd dinner party with friends :)
I am a student looking to enrol into Monash Clayton campus from this June, will be looking for a place to stay within Melbourne! I would think myself as a pretty sociable person and do laugh a good laugh or 2. Also looking to meet new friends and thoroughly enjoy this whole experience! Preferred stay length is flexible. Do message me if you have an available room to rent out or so.(-: I look forward to talking to you!
Hi! I am a study abroad student looking for a place to live for the spring semester. I am originally from Finland but I have been living in the United States for the last four years. I am an easy going, former athlete who can either socialize or keep to myself. I love going out and having a good time as much as I like hanging out with friends, cooking and watching netflix. I am a big fan of sports as well. This will be my first time in Australia but I am excited to see what the Aussies have to offer!
Heyya, My name is Amanda and I'm (newly turned) 29 - although I often think I'm 27 because the last two years have just gone so quickly I can't even remember having a birthday - or eating cake which is the whole point of birthdays! I digress... Ummm my story? I'm a doctor, I deliver babies for a living which means I'm an Obs/Gynae. I have lots of different shifts incl nights which means I sleep all day. Just giving the heads up. I do have ear plugs and a face mask that says "Wake me up for food". Welcome to take that literally. I am a very (very!!!) neat person. Not like decorative pillows and towels, but I like a clean/tidy house. Yes like everyone here I'm the perfect balance between socially amazing (and make a great wing woman) and cued enough for some "me" time. Won't lie- I'm not a great cook even though I'm Italian. I mostly inherited the talking with the hands and basic culinary skills. Unfortunately I also inherited the love of actually eating food so it's a complex relationship. I absolutely LOVE Mexican. It warms my soul and adds inches to my thighs but I love it. I counter my love of tacos with broken exercise, lots of beach days and random adventures (ie shot zombies in virtual relality on Sunday!). I am very willing to be a gym buddy! Looking for a place until early next year where my job will likely take me on my next adventure. PM me of interested. I have furniture and can do a team meet up thing- or sell it all and come sans couch! Cheers, Amanda (Ok so I just read my post and realised that I made a reference to food in every single paragraph. To my defence I did write it after a night shift and I was hungry. I have literally done the literary equivalent of going to Coles and pulling everything off the shelf. I actually don't eat that much food and prefer chips not cake)
Hi guys! My name is Vivek Vyas. I'm from India. I moved to Melbourne two months ago. I did my high school and bachelors in Perth. I'm currently doing Professional Year in Engineering at Monash College. I'm a social and outgoing person who loves to talk to people. I've lived in Australia for about 7 years now so I've lived with different housemates and I never had any issues with anyone so far. I like to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the house so none of you would face that problem (I know everyone hates that lazy guy). I like to play squash and travel to places around for weekend hikes. I enjoy a drink or two sometimes when I hang out with friends but I'm not a party animal. I'm not a smoker either. If you happen to have a pet, I'm pet friendly. I have a dog back home and I just love him. Just looking for housemates who are easy going, friendly and respect each other's privacy. Thank you!
Hey my name's Harry. I'm 22 years old and am a full-time student at RMIT. I'm from Torquay and am intending to move to Melbourne relatively soon to study a masters degree in public policy. I'm very respectful of others and always clean up after myself; I also get along with pretty much everyone and enjoy socialising. During a typical week I'll be mainly studying, going to the gym, playing video games, and having friends over here and there. On weekends I tend to enjoy either going out/seeing people, or just hanging around the house/playing video games if I'm feeling like a quiet one. Raymond is a really down-to-earth 22 yr old Canadian that is halfway through his second year of law at Melbourne Uni (so a very smart cookie in other words). Like me, he loves to have a good time but is very tidy and respectful of others. His interests are pretty similar to mine (except for the video game part). He's a really fun guy to be around with a great personality and sense of humour.
Hey! I'm 24, working full time at a cafe in Richmond Mon-Fri. I like getting to know my housemates and hanging out with them at home. Though I'm often out with friends, at gigs, camping, volunteering at music festivals and away for weekends visiting my parents who live in regional Vic. Passions are live music, cooking, bloody mary's, finding cute dogs in parks to pat, growing plants, binge watching TV shows. I've lived in a few share houses and would say I'm quite clean and know how to be respectful of other people's space/things. I'm looking for a double unfurnished room to move in from around mid June, date is flexible though, ideally in Richmond, Fitzroy, Hawthorn, Glen Iris area.
Easy going horsey girl and final year law student working in hospo. Looking for a sociable but not so much a party house. Enjoy a good netflix sesh, good food - ideally shared with great people, adventures whether small or large, and hanging out with my horses telling them how pretty they are.

Hi guys! I am a full time student studying my Masters at Deakin and working part time in admin. I am looking for a clean and friendly home half way between Burwood and the city or close to the beach. Looking for clean and friendly housemates. I'm hardly home but when I am I love to cook, clean, watch tv and have a chat =) Looking to move in the next 3-4 weeks. Message me! Can't wait to meet you =)
My name is Ebony and I'm looking for a place to live close to Box Hill Hospital as I've just been offered a job there! I've just returned from living and working in Canada for the past 18 months, working at a ski resort for two seasons and working with Bears in the summer. I start my new job in Pathology on the 29th of May so would be available to move in after then as I'm out of town at the moment and I'll be working Monday to Friday at different times. I love the snow so will hopefully head up to Mt Buller as much as I can on the weekends to snowboard. I currently live in Pearcedale which is just too far of a drive so I'm looking to live closer to the city. I'm very neat and tidy, I enjoy staying fit, cooking and going out for drinks every now and then!
Hey pals, I work full-time managing a cafe in Armadale. while I study design, part-time in the CBD. I'm quite social and enjoy sharing beers and dinner with my housemates. Not interested in sharing a house with someone who sits on their laptop in their room all night. Most weekends are quiet but I do enjoy a night out when conditions are permitting. I work most weekends, unfortunately. I enjoy all things music (although never learning an instrument). Love going to gigs when I can. I do have some records that you're welcome to listen to anytime. I'm pretty laid back and easy-going. There'll be no passive aggressive notes on the fridge waiting for you when you get home! haha. I'm quite honest and compassionate in nature. Having grown up with a household filled predominantly by women, I'm quite considerate of others in all aspects of sharing a house. I clean up after myself and compromise where necessary. I'm ready to move in now with bond and rent money available to be handed over! Happy to go on the lease as well. Looking for a year or more in the one place. Please ask for references if you'd like.
