I live in an awesome brand new townhouse in mooloolaba and am wanting someone likeminded to share it with me:) I love the outdoors am super active, love anything to do with the ocean and enjoy surfing, going to the gym being social, cooking nice meals and baking. Place is close to the beach and am not only after someone that is sociable but friendly and tidy and fun to live with! not after living with someone that locks themselves away in there room every night however respectable of giving each other space :) after either a girl or guy no preference, the room is unfurnished you have your own bathroom and everything you need at your fingertips in this little piece of paradise 🙌🏻 Give me a bell if sounds like the kind of abode you are after :)
Hello hello, I'm Jeremy. Bridie, Sean and I are 3 medical students looking for a fourth roommate to live in 4 bedroom home reasonably close to Sunshine Coast university hospital (Birtinya) moving in early Jan 2018. Ideally we would live close to the beach but there doesn't appear to be many places available near the beach and is reasonably close to the hospital. Thus we would most likely be renting in Birtinya. Descriptions written by me: Bridie: the lovely, fit af, future surgeon. She's down to earth and always up for a laugh (she has a beautiful laugh btw) Sean: he's from Vancouver, Canada. It means he loves hockey, always up to date of the latest health trend and... oh wait, did I mention hockey? Me: I am a master at procrastinating and watching movies and tv shows. I like skating and finding new music to jam out to Give me a message if you're interested or want to know more :)
My name is Kaitlyn and I'm a nurse. My partner, Bevan is a FIFO worker and will only be present for about 50% of the time. We are looking for a place in the Sunny Coast that can offer us two bedrooms and willing to pay around $130 each not including bills (obviously we'd prefer cheaper). We are both moving from sunny north QLD and would love someone who we can socialise and have a drink with occasionally. We like to think we're fun, easy going people who are easy to live with. We'd like someone who is neat and tidy but not too over the top and also values having their own space. We love going to the beach and getting adventurous for fun. Sorry you have to look at Bevan's head for the profile pic. Apparently this site can't recognise my face haha. Let us know if you have a place for us! :)
Hey! We're Brooke and Tayleigh. We are a couple looking for a friendly chilled house mate to live with in the New Year. Must be clean, tidy, and respectful. We love having a chat but also like to have our own privacy and will respect yours. We are both shift workers, working long hours so we are home at odd hours of the day and night so would need to be considerate of this. We are active, out going, love going to the beach, cheese platters , climbing Mt Coolum and having drinks on Sunday afternoons.
I am a total geek. I keep totally to myself, am shy, quiet, do not drink smoke or do drugs. I have impeccable manners, polite, clean and study online so living with me is like living with a mouse. I would ideally like to find homestay.
Hi .... I come from Perisher in the Snowy mountains of NSW. However I've been living on the Sunny Coast for about 6 years. I'm easy going, i pull my wait in household chores. Im friendly and get on with nearly everyone... lol. I also have a caravan and a bluehealer, which I also need to accommodate. I'm a Structural Landscaper and Builder by trade, but now I'm unfortunately on a Disability pension...... bummer... lol. I am reliable and someone you can count on. If you need any repairs or that pergola, I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. Or even a free ski leason...... if we can find any snow....... lol My interests are my 16 years old son, who lives with his mum. Besides Jarod...... I like Surfing, Snow Skiing, my ex rally car, gold detecting, fossicking for diamonds/ other rare stones and weekends away in my caravan. As I'm a dad.... my son Jarod would need to come stay with me every 2nd weekend or once a month, depending on his busy life style........lol. He is a great kid, very mature and brought up correctly. I'm basically looking for anywhere on the Sunny Coast or Hinterland, somewhere with a good atmosphere away from drama. Until we meet...... Smile......
Hi there :-), So I am a lovely Corsican (from Bonifacio), looking for a decent room 30kms around maroochydore. I am very very easy going, fun and clean!! I work Monday to Friday 7.30-->5pm and generally spend my week at the beach, I don't watch TV at all and know how to cook lol
I'm an 18 year old girl looking to start uni mid next year and in the mean time I'm working 25 hours a week in an ice cream shop, in my down time I generally just like to keep to myself or go out with friends, I'm also very clean and like to keep things routine and organized :)
From Hervey Bay, I'm living in the Sunshine Coast for my degree in town planning at USC. I'm active, neat and actually enjoy cleaning (shock horror I know). My current housemates are two ladies who are 55 & 63 years old with two pets and it has been a blast living with them. I enjoy a chill household and don't mind a boogie every now and then.
Very easy-going, friendly, considerate with cleaning and communication. I don't sweat the small stuff. I'm great with animals. I grew up on a property. I tend to keep to myself, work in the evenings, so you would only see me on weekends. Always happy to have a chat though and meet new people. I'm very mindful of other's property and space.
I am attending University with a double degree in 2018. I am a great easy going guy who loves a laugh and a few beers every now and then. I am very respectful of peoples boundaries and religions. Call me if you have a place that would suit.

Hi my Name is Roy, I am 24 years old, clean, responsible, financially secure and very easy to get along with. I absolutely love animals so dogs or cats wouldn't be an issue :) I'm flexible with lease terms, although something long term, minimum 3 months would be ideal. Should you be interested in accommodating me please don't hesitate to call or text :) I Look forward to hearing from you. Roy
Mature young male looking to move closer to the beach/ work. I am a very tidy, repectful young male who lives a pretty quiet life, have just moved to qld for a change and looking for somewhere closer to work as I do not have a liscence until July 2018, I work 6 days a week early starts early finishes and enjoy surfing and going to the gym after work and on the weekends, very sociable once I get to know someone, enjoy a few drinks and a chat. I am a smoker but hate even having doors open when I smoke outside. I am looking to move out at the end of January/early Feb. I would prefer a house with just one flatmate male or female and hopefully myown bathroom. However I am very respectful of others belongings, I'm a chef by trade so I do enjoy cooking good Meals for people and I rarely eat takeout. I can pay up to $300 a week for the right place, feel free to contact me just message me your name and number and I can call or text when I am home from work, look forward to hearing from you, cheers.

Like to help out where I can, around the home and other peoples places reasonably fit. Like walking, Beaches, Tracks, Trails, Camping. Have some tools For Building and Maintenance work. Prefer furnished room, with ensuite or 1 bedroom with kitchen. Off street parking Cheers Robbie
Currently a night shift worker, although looking to get out of the industry, so you won’t see or notice me much. I love a clean place and am willing to pull my weight in the household. I have a full home gym I can bring to a household, but I’m happy to place it and any excess furniture in storage or on gumtree at this stage. Unsure on my length of stay as I’m exploring career options but you’d have more than enough notice should I be looking at moving out
I’m an outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people, trying new things and keeping active. I love the beach, summer and beer and I also really appreciate my alone time so frequently disappear with a good book or binge watch a Netflix show. I’ve lived with other people since I was 17 and I’m very considerate and neat. I’ve recently moved back to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne and work full time in marketing.
Hey guys - I'm just looking for a place to make cosy and call home, with a chilled, like-minded person (or people). I like to think I'm respectful and reliable and have a great tenancy ledger from previous rental. I clean up after myself and I do appreciate cleanliness so somebody like-minded would be great as compatibility makes life sooo much easier. I'm 21 so Iike socialising with my small group of friends and going out on the odd weekend so I'd love to live with someone who would either be keen for a night out or who wouldn't mind reasonable noise on weekends (occasionally, not often) :-) I also study full time and will be undertaking placement next semester, so for 16-18 weeks (Mon-Fri) I will be M.I.A. As you can imagine these will be busy weeks so you'll either rarely see me or wont be at all bothered by my social life as it wont exist haha Overall I'm really flexible - I just wanted to give as much info as possible so I have the best chance of meeting the best matches.
I am a fun loving relaxed easy going soul. I love to have a good time and I absolutely LOVE laughing. I am clean and tidy thanks to my Mum! Specially when it comes to the common areas and I wouldn't do well living with others who don't clean up after themselves. I like to spend my days off at the beach frolicking in the waves and attempting to surf or exploring bushtrails/mountains and waterfalls. I am active and live a rather healthy lifestyle, however I definitely enjoy the occasional drink and takeout. I also enjoy my downtime and personal space and I am very respectful of my house mates in return. I work in Brisbane Thursday to Sunday as Admin and I am also with a company that supplies workers on demand for the hospitality industry which allows me to apply for work in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. I often work nights and will most likely stay in Brisbane most Thursday and Friday nights. I want to move to the Sunshine Coast so I can spend my days off surfing or get a quick surf in before work. I just need to live near the beach! I am hoping to find a nice spacious place with lots of natural light within walking distance to the beach. I am looking for a decent size room so I can have a study nook and some art space with natural bright light and my own bathroom, but open to sharing a bathroom. Because I often work nights it would be awesome to find a place with my own entrance so that I don't have to stress about waking anyone up, however I have always had to be mindful of others when coming home so please don't let that turn you off, I am a ninja. I live to travel and will be gone for lengthy times throughout the year. I am really hoping to find like minded housemates who are interested in building a friendship. My current friendship age range is from 22 to 35 years old, so don't worry about age, it is just a number to me. I absolutely can not stand drama, if something is bothering you talk to me, I promise you I will take it well. I am a very understanding and non-judgmental person. I would like to keep to the locations I have selected as these are my favourite places to surf. I am leaning more towards somewhere in Alexandra Headlands or Buddina. I am looking for a long term stay of 6 months to possibly 1 year or longer if it's the right fit. Looking to move up Early January after my holidays but I am not in a rush as I really want to find the perfect space.
