Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $160 per week which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, where I am currently living in Sunnybank and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. My budget also allows me to pay up to $160 per week in rent without any problems. (PLEASE ONLY MESSAGE ME IF YOU OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE OF RENT AND BILLS COMBINED) When working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am trying to quit smoking, so am happy to smoke outside. I am also, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2+ years. Cheers!
Just looking to live somewhere closer to work, easy going, generally quiet but am happy to socialise. I also enjoy being an introvert and having a night in playing video games or watching movies. I keep to myself, and am always on time with payments. Pet hate is when people dont clean up after themselves after using the kitchen. I work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5 at Brisbane Techno Park.
I’m going to be honest I like to drink and I smoke. I’m just looking for a place where I can get along with my roomies/ make friends who I can share good household habits with. I’m very clean and organised and enjoy cooking or socialising but also prefer to have some time to myself to finish off extra work I bring home or complete my studies and watch tv. I’m super chill and easy to get along with. I work five days a week mixed shifts and if I’m not out on the weekends I’m probably chilling in my room. I’m more leaning towards looking for team ups but if you think I might be another addition to your place then hit me up.
Easy going and open minded. Tidy and respect other people's space. Don't smoke but not against it. Have a car. I Don't have a pet but I'm good with animals. Working casually at the mo at a juice manufacturer .. so free juice for all !! Mostly hanging in my room playing games, watching movies, and enjoy the odd Bush walk. Don't mind having a chat and catch up, mostly keep to myself.
I'm Chris,31yo full time painter and I also have my HR licence. I'm very considerate of fellow housemates, guests and neighbours. I like to live in a clean environment and I am a bit of a handyman around the house
Hey, I'm single, working and studying with a female dog - Maisy. Maisy is a German Shepherd cross brown labrador, at 9 months old she's already 30kgs (I imagine she will continue to grow). While she is a gentle soul and loves everyone and other dogs, she's a little bit full on. At times she will stay at my friends place, or my parents if I'm too busy to give her enough attention - but, I really love taking her out to dog parks. If you have a dog/s I can take them out on adventures too; the back seat of my car is dedicated to dogs. I usually work nights and weekends and spend most the day playing with Maisy and studying. I study justice and psychology at qut. I clean up after myself, need to have a clean bathroom (I don't mind sharing with a clean person). I'm almost always keen for a coffee or a beer. I try and go to the gym as often as possible and love a spot of yoga and pilates. Overall, I'm pretty chill and just want to watch shitty sitcoms after a long day at work. Please don't message me unless you have space for said dog and a fenced yard or live within the suburbs mentioned 😊
Its definitely worthwhile to mention my impressive capacity for tea drinking and being a bottomless pit where pizza is concerned. That said, I am employed full time, and I studying part time. Pretty easy going and I like a good laugh; I am clean but not aggressive about being spotless. I enjoy a good chat but usually am pretty independent. I am looking for somewhere to stop for at least the next twelve or so months. As a late twenties something, approaching 45 years of emotional age, I'm not much for partying every weekend but I enjoy the kind of socialising that involves me sitting. A pretty healthy eater, and fairly active - bit of a hiker. Probably best to mention that I work in Corrections, so I'm not legally able to live with anyone with a current order/criminal conviction.
I work two jobs and wouldn't be home much. I require high-speed internet and a garaged or sheltered car park. I am quiet, clean and tidy. I respect cultural difference and other peoples property.
Hi, my name is Georgia and I am a 22 year old Education Student at Griffith University. I am studying to be a full time high school teacher with 18 months left until graduation. I would like to find a place close to the university that I can call home until I finish my degree. I currently work part time in the city, and am on placement twice in the next six months, I also tutor on the side. I have a partner who I would like to be able to stay some nights during the week, and other times I will stay with him. In my spare time, I like to go and visit friends, go to the beach, find really great coffee, and go hiking. I am not much of a party person.
I'm pretty laid back. I'm tidy. I am a respectful housemate, I understand boundaries. I also don't mind a bit of fun. I'm a musician, but I generally play through headphones, so I'm not an annoying musician. I am quiet. I also cook and clean. I'm not a dick. I have a motorcycle that will need to be kept in a garage or behind a house or wherever. That is flexible, however, not necessary. I'm not even remotely as robotic as this profile seems to make me sound.
We are a happy married couple, from England here on a working holiday visa (currently in our 2nd year) working full time in Yatala. We enjoy being outdoors and going for walks after work and spend most weekends out in the sun! We both don't smoke, don't party and don't drink much. We are big foodies and enjoy the simple things in life.
I am about to start my Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and my boyfriend is at the end of his first year of a Bachelor of Biomedical science. We are both quiet, easy to talk to and clean. We are non-smokers and non-partiers.
Friendly, Clean, Motivated individual who studies, works and trains most of the time. I come with a plus one on four legs. He is well trained, quiet and a secret sook, gets on well with other dogs and small children
Hi there, Dean and I are quiet, clean, down to earth, and hard working. We are looking for a short term stay from 1 to 6 months as we want to get our own place together. Dean has his teenage daughter (who is also an excellent human for a young one lol); come over on the weekends for Friday and Saturday nights. She is respectful of others and their property and is not your regular teen like most these days. We are happy to engage in general chat or if you prefer not to be disturbed we are happy to do our own thing.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed, except not further south than Eight Mile Plains.
Half British, half Asian. I'm 20 years old, right now I’m living too far away from work so im planning to move somewhere closer asap once i found a decent place. I work 6 days a week and I'm very friendly. I'm pretty much a neat freak, you don't have to worry about a messy home. I'm super outgoing and friendly, I respect the privacy of others and I can be a lott of fun :)
Personable, reliable and clean female - just stepped down from management to go back to TAFE to pursue a career in mental health youth work. I love to cook, have great conversation and love a good laugh, my ethnicity is Chilean so i have always been around massive family and friend environment, however i do love my alone time so someone quieter at home is just as nice :)
