Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & a riding my bike.
Hi, I'm Calvin and I'm currently studying my last semester of master's at Monash Uni. I just moved back from Europe and would need a place to stay till mid-June. I'm tiny and keep things organised. I like to go out for food, movie, or just walking around if I'm not otherwise staying in (mostly a homebody type). I'm looking for a sharehouse somewhere along the Pakenham railway line as it's important for me to be able to commute to uni, yet also accessible to the city area. Cheers :)
We are a couple from Chile easy to live with. Responsible and Reliable. Both going to study and work.
Hi! I am Marieke and I am a Dutch Molecular Life Sciences student who will be in Sydney for a 5 month exchange program starting July. Mostly I am a pretty solitary person but I do love to hang out and chat, watch movies eat in company etc. I love kids and animals so neither of those would be a problem for me. As I will be pretty busy with university and am planning on getting a weekend job there is a good chance I will be out often.
Hi my name is Cassie. I am a 21 year old currently working two jobs 6 days a week and studying Veterinary Nursing at Richmond Tafe. I am a friendly person who gets along with everyone and loves animals so is happy to live with pets also. I am a very social person and love to go out and have a fun night, when I'm not working weekends that is. I am not a messy person and am happy to help with everyday chores around the house. I also very respectful the personal space of others. I am looking to move out into a place with younger flatmates around my age.
I'm great to live with because I'm clean, respectful, im also a great cook, I make a mean potato bake :) I keep to myself and I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or playing Xbox. I have a dog honey, who is so placid, she is toilet trained and she is obedient , she basically just eats and sleeps , she will be in bed with me most of the time and i will clean up after her everyday. I just really need a place to live, I need a home, I just loved over here from Adelaide and I've got a job but now I just need a home :)
Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom for my self ,partner and 5 month old daughter He works full time and I receive Centrelink bennifits while studying , would prefer a long lease but anything would be great
I'm an overseas student from Sri Lanka, studying an Western Sydney University Hawkesbury. I'm a very private person, very organized and neat. I'm a Christian, looking for a quiet place preferably an ensuite, non-drinking and non-smoking.
Hi, I'm currently a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force located in Wagga, NSW. In May 17, I will be leaving my job and relocating to Sydney, NSW to take on a full time undergraduate degree studying PDHPE Secondary Health and Education at the University of Western Sydney, whilst working a casual job. Which leads me to looking for accommodation. Throughout my Defence career I have lived in various styles of shared accommodation and I have experienced all kinds of 'room mates'. I know how to live with others respectfully. As a working professional myself, I do understand the needs of other professionals, such as being mindful of noise when living with shift workers. I am hugely conscious of using shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, tidying up after myself and not leaving things out and I'm all for sharing the house chores. I definitely can say you'll never have to worry about me throwing a house party, I'm going to be pretty flat out studying, working and training most hours of the day. I'm a friendly and approachable person but I also know when people just need some time out straight after work. Other things I know that are important to sharing accommodation involve, paying rent on time, respecting peoples privacy, communication and just being aware of the fact that I'm living with others so respect them like I'd want them to respect me. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider me as a room mate. Klaryse
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Hi I'm Gavin, I'm quiet and easy going. I'm currently writing several projects and would like a quiet place to live. I'm from Blaxland. I'm clean, enjoy playing an acoustic guitar and like to keep fit.
Regular full time work. Have a 10 year old son who will be visiting regularly. Open minded. Can cook. Qualified Horticulturalist. Loves music (most kinds). Loves animals. Good conversationist, or quiet if needed.

My name is April I'm 20 years old, currently working partime in katoomba at rivers, looking for fulltime work. I have lived out of home for 6 years now. I'm currently living in hazelbrook on my own in a studio and I'm looking for some fun, friendly housemates to either team up or someone that is renting a room/granny flat or studio. I am extremely respectful of others property, easy to get along with, easy going and love a good chat but I also like some "me" time so I understand when you want yours too. I'm very open minded, relaxed and not judgemental, but I also love a good joke and abit of banter. Smokers don't bother me and it's also fine if you don't smoke. I am also reliable and clean. I have lived with boys so that doesn't phase me either. I'm not a total neat freak so I don't mind abit of mess, I keep my own space clean and I don't care what you do as long as you respect my belongings and the house all will be good ✌🏼️I also LOVE animals. I have two female kittens that are adorable, both perfectly house trained and disaplined, they don't scratch any furniture, they don't scratch or bite in general and trust me I annoy the hell out of them, I also keep them in my space so if you're not a cat lover they won't bother you, feel free to meet them if this is a concern for you. Send me a a message if you would like to know anything more about me, thanks :)
Looking for a place around Penrith, Emu Plains or lower Blue Mtns, ideally Glenbrook / Blaxland. I'm 34, work full time for digital marketing company in a sales role, previously market research and marketing. I'd like to think I get along with all walks of life, I'm a people person and Big Friendly Giant 6' 5. I pull my weight with housework but without being anal / annoying. I can give you space or happy to chat and socialise. I believe in being authentic, honest and dependable, I will respect you and I expect you to respect me. Looking to join a sociable household but would prefer to avoid a complete 'blowout' party house, but the occasional drink / dinner would be great. I'm in to my sports but I don't obsess over it. I'm an amicably seperated dad but kids dont stay with me. The reason I'm looking at Penrith / Emu Plains / lower Blue Mtns is to be near my kids. Cheers
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17

Hi my name is Joel. I'm looking to rent a room in a houseshare/flatshare arrangement or to team up with possible flatmates for joint rental. House or flat, can share bathroom, don't smoke, furnished or unfurnished. I don't own any pets. References from previous landlords. Proof of income if required. Broadband internet connection required, I have a current account that can be moved to a new address or I’m happy to split an existing bill equally. A little bit about me: I'm a self employed full time studio music teacher. I work in Penrith weekday evenings and weekends. I teach guitar, bass and music theory. I also sing in a choir and work with a children's choir. I'm at home every day until about 1:00 and then go to work and get home about 9:00 at night. So usually don't see much of my flatmates. For those worried about sound levels: I don't make any noise at night and don't practice much at home. I mostly play classical guitar music which is quite soft. I'd like to stay reasonably close to Penrith as I go into town (Penrith) every day. But have spent the last 12 months in Lower Blue Mountains which has been a nice change and so happy to look here too. I can move at short notice but MUST be out of my current place before 30th of March. Contact me for further information. We can meet up no obligation and can also talk budgets and other details. Take care, Joel
