We are a married couple in our mid 20's, both permanent residents and we have been in Australia for 2 years. My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am working part-time. We are looking to rent a private room that is close to any station. We have lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke and are usually superbusy. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)
We are two school friends from Bangladesh, came Australia together to study in Uni. We are looking for a SINGLE ROOM within 220 AUD to share among ourselves (Maximum 110 Per Person Per Week). We are very clean and tidy and very promising to provide rent in time. We both work part time and study. There would be no hassle at home. We are also looking for friendly and clean and tidy people. Thanks.

I'm a full-time student and hence am looking for a quiet and comfortable living situation. I am friendly, outgoing, clean and respectful person. I love to socialise but rarely bring this into my home. I would like to have a friendly relationship with my flatmates and socialise with each other on the odd occassion, but overall respect each other's privacy when necessary. I strongly believe that all parties in a shared living situation should be able to negotiate openly and honestly and compromise to a small extent if and when required.
