However, sometimes I’m quiet and I do just stay in my room browsing the internet or reading a book. Respectful of personal space, privacy.

Hi, I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to live while I complete my flight training. I have a very busy schedule which means I'll be out of the house a fair bit during the week but will need a place to come home to and study at night. I'm compulsively clean and like to live without clutter and mess. Also very interested in renting a place of my own if someone would like to team up - let me know! Declan

Hi everyone! I am relocating to Sydney from NZ at the end of March and am looking for a private room in a apartment or townhouse. I am a outgoing mature 21 year old that has lived out of home since I was 18. I work full time as a Make Up Artist at MAC cosmetics and have been for 4 years. I will most likely be working at Sydney Domestic Airport so would love to find a place with easy access to public transport :) I’m a tidy house mate that loves binge watching Netflix and experimenting in the kitchen! I love socialising and would love a housemate that does also, eg social drinks at home and a odd night out on the town! I also love the gym so you’d expect me there 5 nights a week and trying to drag you on walks and adventures with me. Rent budget $250-300 pw and extras for bills. Don’t mind if furnished or unfurnished.

Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
We are two people looking for an accommodation that accepts two people in one room or (couple). (Ruth) I am from Philippines and been staying in Sydney for 5 years. Been working in the same company for 5 years. Currently working in a bar too. I'm a temporary resident. I'm always at work and I'm studying full, you'll barely see me at home but when I'm home I prefer to stay in the room to rest or hang out with my friends. I like cooking better than having take away. Might let you taste my cooking if ever. (Shubu) I am from Nepal and been staying in Sydney for almost 8 months. I'm working in a fast food restaurant and doing some housekeeping work. I am studying full time and working most of the time. On my days off I always sit outside or wherever there's an open air or grass to unwind, watch movies on my laptop or talk to people I'm living with. I'm very quiet person though, only talk when needed. We are both private people and want to keep it to ourselves but we're responsible and you can trust us when it's come to cleanliness, privacy and never come to someone else's business. We are fun and outgoing, we usually go out on weekends but never had a friend over (we don't like it and we respect other people in the house). We don't mind staying with people that has kids and pets. We more appreciated kids and pets. It's stress reliever sometimes. Hope we can get along in the future and would like to meet you soon.
I'm an architecture student at unsw. I like a clean environment to live in. I'd rather have only 1 or 2 flatmates. I like my privacy and will give you your own. However if we end up becoming good friends, it would be lovely! I'm only looking to live with females. I spend a lot of time at uni during the semester. I don't mind pets at all. I don't like a very noisy environment.
