I'm polite, easy going, sociable, respectful and always clean up after myself. I know basic rules of thumb like rinse out your recycling before leaving it in the bin in the kitchen, and don't eat or drink other people's things without asking.

Hi, My name is Simone, I'm a 30 year old born and raised lady, who has lived many a places during my 20's and looking for something more solid! The lease I am on is due to expire in My 2017 and as my current roommate and I have amicably decided to part ways after 2 years of renting together - I want to move closer to the beach, she wants to move closer to her work out west. As for what I do, I'm currently studying my Masters in Social Work and undergoing placement in Newtown and have 2 jobs that I work outside of placement hours. I really enjoy my studies and look forward to helping people! About me - I'm pretty sociable and friendly - generally up for a chat when we get home from work and genuinely interested in other people's lives. The ever important - I am clean in common areas, and believe in fairness and sharing when it comes to the general household duties. As for my room, well it alternates but 95% of the time if it's messy.. it's because it's a floordrobe. When I'm not working / studying, I'm reading, watching tv, at the beach, walking, playing netball or sleeping. I also cook and LOVE to cook for other people, if my housemate would let me I'd probably be cooking all our meals. Random fact though: I'm allergic to tomato and can only use one type of laundry detergent unless I want hives. I'm looking for preferably long term - but I know how quickly life circumstances can change, so I'm open to anyone who isn't sure if they'll be in the city or country in 6 months time - but is open about that and will give plenty of notice if that's something that is going to happen.
I am a 25 year old female norwegian exchange student at UTS studying marketing. I am looking for short term accomodation for 6-8 weeks from the 8th of march. I am a flexible and easy going person who has shared flats with others for most of my life. I take my studies seriousy, but in my freetime I enjoy exploring Sydney, spending time at the beach and spending my nights relaxing with netflix. I also love to cook and bake. I am currently on holiday in Melbourne and need a place for when I move back to Sydney. Your place looks lovely, and I hope to hear from you soon! Cheers, Liv.
Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to team up with to start a new apartment from March onwards. I'm work full-time with pretty long hours in the CBD. Most mornings I hit the gym, I'm pretty quiet at home but social outside, generally outgoing and like to have a chat, spend my free time hiking, going to the beach, or just chilling with Netflix and a glass of wine. I'm clean and tidy and looking to share with someone the same. Coffee lover (some might say addict...). Early bird, no late nights for me anymore :-) I'm looking to move into a 2BR, 2BA place with someone like-minded. I will be bringing nearly everything we would need, including fridge, couch, washing machine, but there is always room for more. Please get in touch if you're on the same page and let's chat!
My name is Sarah, I am 26 years old professional currently looking for a granny flats or an in-suite. I prefer female housemates and looking for a place located close to CBD to live for at least the next 6 months. Ideally I am looking for a house that has a safe place to park my car. I'm a hard working full time single mum with 2 children aged 7 & 11. Very reliable, clean and tidy. We currently live in Penrith (Western Sydney) and we've always dreamed of living near the beach. Maroubra is by far our favourite place and beach. It's time for us to make this change when my current lease ends in May 2017. We are very multi cultural family being half spanish, half Egyptian but born in Australia. We have quite a few Brazilian friends and we love to entertain and cook together. I'm a great cook myself and my children love to cook too. I do have a pet Labrador and he's very friendly and well behaved. He's always lived outdoors. My children would love to live in a house that has a pool and I do have a table tennis table which could be entertaining for us all. I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or even an apartment. I have a Foxtel account so I could offer to share a second Foxtel box. I can also offer to share my furniture and appliances. If you have a backyard and a garage that would be a bonus. I could possibly pre-sign a lease now and leave a deposit. I'm definitely looking for a long term rental. Must be close to a primary and a high school, bus stops, shops would be handy too. We are also into many sports and love to keep active. We are looking to have our own place but we would also love to share accomodation with someone else if they were interested, even if you have children. I really need to start looking now and let my landlord know of our departure so he can find a new tenant for our current house. Plus I have to organise a Removalist plus enrolment in new schools. Please feel free to contact me.
