We are both very friendly, tidy and polite people and both like our own space but we also don't mind having dinner or a drink with the rest of the flatmates too! Logan works full time in car rental industry and Bronte studies full-time ballet and contemporary so we are not home often. When we are not working we will usually be out and about at the beach surfing ect and we try and get out us much as we can! We love socializing but wont have people over often as all our mates live in the city and on the northern beaches. We will also stay on the Northern Beaches most weekends so we will mostly only be around in the week. Please get in touch if you are interested in having us!
I'm currently looking for a flatmate to move out with in the Sutherland Shire area. I work full time at Miranda Westfield as a dermal technician. I am respectful, very tidy and like a quiet, relaxed space. I spend most of my time either at work, the gym or out at local cafes! I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and want a place that is clean and tidy. Looking to share with females only, if you are interested please contact me so we can meet for coffee! Hope to hear from you!
Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^
I am easy going, tidy and don't smoke. I like a great movie every now and then to unwind as I spend most of my time either working or growing my business. If needed I am very handy around the house as I've been involved in the building industry for many years.
Hi I'm Bonnie, an Aussie who works pretty much full time Monday to Friday looking to live with one or two other people, with a room to myself - and would love to have my own bathroom but I can deal if not! I only have my belongings and a TV - so if a bed is included that would be awesome but I can sort something out otherwise. We all know share housing can sometimes be awkward or difficult, but I'm pretty down to earth and easy going, and living with the right people who are upfront and honest is all I ask. I'll never encroach on your space or privacy, I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself but up for a friendly chat whenever. I'm very clean, tidy, and respectful but don't want to be the only one who ends up doing all the cleaning. I'm flexible with a move date - between May and July
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location on weekends / some evenings. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Recently moved to Sydney for work. Quiet, tidy and respectable room mate. Love to be social but I also enjoy and respect privacy. Working full time during the week, on weekends like to go out for a drink, beach, shopping, gym and studying.
Working full time as a carpenter, grew up in the country. Moved to Sydney for work. Currently living in Caringbah, looking for a new place because my current lease isn't far from running out. Any further questions or anything you would like to know about myself please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)
I'm a friendly person who loves to meet new people. I work full time in data analytics, like to keep clean and tidy and I am often out and about during the weekends. I'm not just looking for a housemate, I am also looking for a friend to live with! :) I'm in a committed relationship and my partner occasionally comes over, but we always make sure to be respectful of other people in the house. I will be bringing a fridge, washing machine and bed so ideally I'm looking for an unfurnished place. I am open to living anywhere close to a train station and within a 30-45 min train ride from the city. I will be moving out on the 11th of June, so if you're looking to move around the same time, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 8th May
I'm a professional who has just returned to Australia from London and looking for a flat in Sydney. I'm fun and outgoing but also like to spend my time on the weekends chilling out or exploring.
Tea-aholic who loves animals, discovering new bars, live music, interior design, whisky tastings, travel adventures and hiking. Extroverted, friendly and relatively clean but respectful of boundaries. Happy to make you a cuppa tea every morning. If you put up with my sugar addiction I promise I'll share! I study at uni and work three jobs so I'm one busy gal. I do have a lovely 10yr old Pomeranian called Marley. Ideally, I'd love to keep her around with me. She's my princess! However, I can keep her with family.
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.

I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
A little about me, I am 27 and am EA working full time in the city and also manage a Pilates studio. I am new-ish to Sydney but live in Manly and really, really would like to be closer to everything! I like to keep fit, bake (a contradiction I know), relax with either a coffee or glass of wine. I like to be able to get along well with my flatmates, have a laugh and good conversation but also respect everyone's space.
