Experienced mature working adult working full time in the city. Grown up in Sydney my whole life moved out of home from a young age so very familiar with the house sharing dynamics and responsibilities. Enjoy a flexible, active and social lifestyle play sports keep in shape and love eating great food. Always been a respectable lighthearted and empathetic friend and housemate to where ever I’ve been lucky enough to call home. Look forward to meeting you, cheers. Andrew
Hi I'm Gilad 36 yo, arrived in Sydney on a relocation from work one month ago. Will be happy to find a place to live with people in my age or about. I'm very quite and working most of the time.
Hey, I'm a 24-year-old Music Producer moving to Sydney from England on a Working Holiday Visa 21st November. Staying in a hostel for two weeks, so will be able to move in somewhere 6th December! I'm a Clean, Tidy & Easy-going guy. I like to have fun and socialise, but also enjoy my own space as well. Looking forward to meeting new people, and the right people to start my Australian journey with!
Moving from the coast to the city, have previously lived in share houses before so I understand personal space and privacy. I’m very clean and respectful of others, I’m very easy going and like to have fun! Would love to move in to a space with people who are sociable and easy going like myself!
After spending years of a stressing life in Paris we are looking for chill in Sydney. We are a long term couple on a WHV and would like to work in the hospitality / retail and construction sectors. We are easy living and have a great experience of shared places has we both grew up with siblings and have already experienced flatsharing. We love to travel, meet people, laugh, share and cook. We are relax but don't mind having a drink every now and then. Our dream would be to live by the see with roommates with whom we would share more than a roof.
Hi, I’m a sociable, outgoing, tidy and respectful person. Working full time and usually prefer to go out during weekends. I enjoy having a chat with my flatmates and drinking a glass of wine every now and then. I’m going to move in a new accomodation as my workplace has recently relocated to Banksmeadow. Cheers.
I’ve done and seen a lot of things in my life. Moved back to Sydney after 4 years abroad and looking for a great place in Sydney. I used to work in fashion and now am a travel agent. Very sociable and always keen for a wine, but also happy to keep to myself if preferred. I like to keep my spaces clean so will be easy with household chores.
Very respectful, easy to get along with, and reliable. I definitely don't enjoy coming home after a long day to a dirty apartment—so cleanliness is very important for me. I'm all for being part of a set cleaning schedule with like-minded housemates. Ultimately looking for a place I can comfortably relax in at the end of the day, with easy access to UNSW. Originally from Melbourne but have been living in Sydney for last 4 years. Move-in date is flexible.
I'm 23 years old and have just moved back to Sydney from Alice Springs. I'm pretty outdoorsy and enjoy going out hiking and camping, but also don't mind eating pizza in front of the TV. I have a job as a casual tour guide in the Blue Mountains and due to the nature of my work am looking to live somewhere pretty quiet so I can relax after long days on the road/in the bush. I am pretty quiet and respectful of personal space, but don't mind having a chat over a cuppa or heading down to the weekend markets with the housies.
Hi there, My name’s Bec, I’m 27 and I’m from Melbourne but am moving to Sydney early next year for work :) I’ve done the sharehouse thing for ages now and am tidy (but not to an excessive degree), respectful of others and friendly. Looking for a place where I can hang out with housemates as I’m quite a sociable person and have pretty much become good mates with everyone I’ve lived with! On the lookout for either an unfurnished room in an exisiting place or happy to start a new place with likeminded people :) In my spare time I like watching the footy, hanging with friends, hitting the beach and going to F45 on the reg (yes I’m addicted haha!) I also have a two year old cat called Willow who’d be moving with me! If I sound like your kinda roomie, feel free to shoot me a message! Cheers, Bec (and Willow!)
I'm 42 but most people think I'm in my late 20's. Often I believe that, too. My mom probably thinks I still haven't grown up. I've been living in my current place - a hostel - for months. Go figure. I just got a job in Chippendale as a Software Engineer and am looking to move out of the hostel asap. Like the hostel life as such, but like my privacy a bit better. So there you go, awesome share houses, sign me up. I am German but have PR here (looking to apply for citizenship soon), and I have heaps of experience in living in share houses. From a crazy nurse who was into Gaelic and medieval stuff to a dude who would constantly accuse his flatmates of (seriously) trying to kill him, I have seen a fair bit. But yeah, most share houses are fun. I'm really sociable and never really keep my door closed but I do know when to give people space and how to respect their privacy. No seriously, I do sometimes close my door, too. Basically, I'm looking for a new home and new friends to live with (my old friends are cool but, you know, never hurts to find new ones just in case...). There are a lot of people who just want to share the cost but have no interest in the people they live with, but I want a place that will be a home with people who show interest in doing stuff together. And I'm looking for a place where the rent is shared fairly and where people enjoy staying with others and being friends with their flatmates. I play a bit of guitar and work on my app ideas in my free time and am otherwise quite busy at my job at the moment (just started 8 weeks ago). Apart from that I love the beach and hanging out with friends, cooking the odd meal with my future flatmates, and all that stuff. I also (used to) scuba dive and would love to learn surfing and play soccer and foosball again. Not sure I would have moved to Sydney had anyone told me before that no bloody bar has a proper foosball table. But now I'm here and looking to be a valuable asset to your share home. If that all sounds cool, maybe let me know if you want to meet me in person Cheers, Andreas
Hi, I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney this weekend for a new job (fulltime). I am a Cinematographer (I film things) The job is in Sussex St. in the CBD so I was hoping to not have to travel for more than 25 mins to work in the mornings. Looking for a private room. Would be hoping to also find a place with other professionals that work during the day and don't throw parties. Please let me know if you would like to chat on the phone or Skype etc. to meet! Anything u wanna know please just ask :)
I’m an easy going person looking to make friends and enjoy my time in Australia. Looking to learn new things/skills, from the uk and would love to get to know new people so we can enjoy the time here. If ever anyone want to meet up to get to know each other first I’m fine with that so you can see what type of person I am. I’m also a tidy person that’s cleans up after myself. Also like to live an active/healthy lifestyle like going to the gym or going for a run.
I am 24 years old Yacht Designer and I am working in a design office at Lilyfield. I have interests like hiking, swimming, sailing and traveling!!! Looking for a private room, please send a message to me if you have any!! Regards, Rumeysa!
Hi there, I'm Siobhan! I'm 22 and I recently started working at a content agency in the Eastern Suburbs and I'm looking to move out of home for the first time! I currently live in Western Sydney and I want to get 20+ hours of my week back by not commuting to the city everyday for work. I'm looking for a private room in a share house or flat. Looking to meet and socialise with new people, always down for a drink or two but also really enjoy spending time with myself to recharge. Overall, I'm an easy going and reliable person, who loves to spending time outdoors, running and hiking.
Hi I’m Nick, I’m from Cheltenham in the UK and I’m currently looking for a place/room ideally near the beach! I’m super freindly and easy going, very clean and sociable. I am an active guy who likes to keep fit, socialise, and explore new places. I have good sense of humour and I am someone who is very easy to live with. I work during the week and go the gym after so I’m not home most of the day, and like to socialise at the weekends.
we're Ana (34) and Carlos (33), a couple from Spain. We've come to this beautiful city for studying and working. We're very friendly and clean people, I could even show you recommendations for a lot of guests of all around the world that stayed in Ana's airbnb flat in Spain. It would be great if we could visit your house. Let's talk, ciao!
