I'm 22 female. I work at Woolworths Plainlands. I'm looking to move closer to work and family. I'd prefer to live with females. I'm a clean, tidy and quiet person.
I'm fairly quiet and a considerate housemate. I like my own space to just relax but I also enjoy having someone around to have a chat. I like to cook meals during the week and try to eat relatively healthy. Always cook too much so would love a housemate to share a family meal with a few nights a week. Work full time Monday to Friday in Seqwater so looking to stay in the area nearby. Would prefer a room not too small with a good sized wardrobe, a little bit of storage space and a desk would be amazing
I work at Vulcana Women's circus both in the office and teach kids circus too. I spend most of my time there really, training or being a Trainer or in the little office. I love dogs. I like a chat and cuppa, but also like alone time at home. I'm often exhausted at home. Fairly early riser and early to bed. Like to be clean in the living areas and pay bills on time. I'm looking for a friendly, peaceful home that can also have fun.
Hey! I'm Helene, I'm 18 and hoping to do full time study next year. I am originally from Brisbane but spending the most of 2016 Volunteering my time in Tonga whilst my family live here. I am quite a social person but enjoy my quiet time at home and study. I am easy to get to know and looking to move in somewhere that will be easy for me to get to Uni. My family has moved overseas leaving me to stay in Australia to study on my own, my course for excercise and health science at ACU starts February 2017, I have already spent time living with flatmates for the first 6 months of this year. For fun I like to get out of the house and spend time with friends and participate in sport, And I like to think I am quite a healthy person. Hoping to move in somewhere to start uni in Febuary 2017! P.s non furnished would be ideal! Xx
Hello, lilly and Jordan here :) we have two young children and are just starting up a business, looking for friendly open minded people to live with don't mind having kids around!
Hey, looking for somewhere to live. I work full time in the city as a teacher and personal trainer. I work and study a lot. Have some furniture, but would be happy to move in with someone that has furniture as well. My main reason for moving is I need to find a house where I can put my two dogs.
Mainly looking for a granny flat or unit fully to partially furnished. Keep to myself, study 35 hours a week , single , 22 ... Whatever else you wanna know just message me 😁
Hi, Im Theresa, Im from the U.k. My children where born in Australia, And have now all moved back, I come and go to visit them. I decided to stay the last time i visited and Im now doing a course in Art therapy, my son has a new born and needs his own space so I've decided i need to venture out and get my own place, I have a beautiful golden retriever who is very well behaved, I love nature and would ideally love to be In the country suburbs preferably so its easier to walk my dog, My children are all around the ferny grove area and it would be nice to be close to them. Other than that i enjoy my own company and space, i would much prefer furnished so i can just move in straight away without any hassle. I will be arriving back into Aus at the end of January as i can't move back in with my son due to the newborn i will be looking for a place at this time for 4-6 months.
Hi! My name is Nicole and my partner and I, and our 7 year old whippet cross sausage dog, Marley, are looking for a room to rent. I am currently unemployed. I gave up work to become my mother's full time carer when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Prior to that I worked at Nandos for almost 6 years. I am looking at getting back into the workforce soon enough though. Stuart works as a painter (walls and ceilings etc, not the canvas sort of painter) and is fully employed. We are both friendly people, can cook, and neat and tidy. Stuart has a somewhat dry sense of humour and I tell him often that he is not as funny as he thinks he is... He disagrees :) He is also more apt at fixing things than I am, from leaky taps to servicing our car and as he's nearly a foot taller than me, he doesn't need to stand on a chair to change a light bulb and he is a good spider killer too. Marley is friendly also though pretty meek but if you give her a ball she will never leave you alone! Some days she drives me barmy! I also have a 14 year old daughter who resides with her father down the gold coast. I would like her to be able to visit on the occasional weekend if it wouldn't be inconvenient to you and when she can fit it into the oh so busy social schedule of a teenage girl. We are looking for something that will see us through Christmas/ New year with the hopes of finding something more permanent early in the new year, however we can get on with our house mates we may never leave, or you may not want to get rid of us!! Thanks!
I am happy go lucky person, very easy going personality, positive, great sense of humour, neat and tidy. I am looking for a fully furnished house and furnished room with bed and built in wardrobe. I have a beautiful lovely companion my dog very well behaved and fully house trained. I need fully fenced secure backyard.
I am considerate of other people, no noise before 8:30 am or after 9:30 pm when I use my headphones,... I enjoy cleaning and respect other people's property. I am honest and reliable with bills and am a dedicated classical/jazz pianist/guitarist and composer. I do huge concerts for worthy causes, and love sci fi and am writing a novel. I'm not up myself and enjoy a laugh and love people.
Recently seperated, just looking for somewhere to get my 2 kids and i back on our feet. Looking for something short term. Have own transport, can cook, like a tidy house, animal lover and i enjoy craft, especially sewing.
I am a social person who likes a chat, but I also value my privacy and quite downtime. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 months, and believe that I am a tidy and easy going person to live with. I am currently in between jobs, but am actively looking for work, I am currently on Centrelink payments. While I am 17, I will turn 18 in January. I have been told that I am mature for my age, which my current housemates would agree with.
Hello, my name is Morgan. I'm 19 years of age, who just recently moved to Brisbane early this year. I'm currently commencing a Diploma of Nursing. I'm all about exploring and trying new things. I'm easy going, sociable and tidy.
I am looking for one bedroom furnished with secure car parking within 3-4 zone of Brisbane city. as far as I am concerned I am single 34 years old an indian Punjabi male who is full time worker. i am vegetarian, non drinker, non smoker, easy going, neat and clean person. I prefer a place with minimum house occupants because I am quite and I remain busy with job.i am flexible with moving in dates.Thank You.
Hi, I'm 21, I work full time and am fully independent. i'm very social and easy to get along with. I'm very active and am always playing sport or exercising. I have 2 pets, an indoor cat and a Kelpie who i mostly outdoors but loves to come inside and sit on the couch.
I'm probably one of the tidiest people you will ever meet 😂 I'm very social, love to get out and do things and am very friendly and easy going. I have a full-time job working in administration. I also have a 1 and a half year old lab x kelpie so am needing a place with a fenced backyard.
I am currently living in a share apartment with a small courtyard and am wanting to move somewhere with a big fenced backyard (with a pool if possible) so that my dog Baxter can have a happier life being able to run around outside. And I will soon be bringing my cat up from SA so looking for somewhere that is happy to have a dog and a cat as furry friends too. One of my current housemates may be wanting to move with me to a larger place too so am in a state of unknown at the moment but just wanting to see what is available now. If he is keen we will need a place with 2 rooms available that is close(ish) to the city as he works there and uses public transport. Should know by end of December. Our current lease doesn't end until February 2017 so if a great option comes up then will look at breaking the lease or replacing me/us. Baxter is only 9 months but the sweetest natured dog I have ever met. Great with adults, children and other animals. He is Maremma x German Shepherd x Border Collie x Cattle Dog. My cat Lola is a Ragdoll and like most cats is possibly bipolar and is either wanting to play or keeping to herself. Both pets are currently inside pets but will be converting them to outside pets mainly but want a place that is happy to have them inside still for cuddles every now and then or when it is bad weather. I have my own creative and consulting business and work mainly from home so looking for a place with a largish room that I can also use as my workspace. I am hopefully enrolling in part-time study next year to do biomedical science at UQ so I will most likely have my nose in books or my computer working a fair chunk of the time. I'm not really a party-goer but like an environment that has a homely vibe where everyone can have a laugh and get along but also happy to have their own time too. I love hiking, travel, being outside, exploring/trying new things. Also regularly take Baxter to the Nudgee dog beach so trying to find a place close to the river to go for walks or hikes at Mt Coot-tha or close to a dog friendly park. Needs to above the river as most my commitments are there and I want to avoid paying tolls or long travel time daily. Most important thing to know about me is I am considerate and polite and respectful of others in share accommodation and get along with most people. Love learning new things, cultures, and people. But, I can't stand liars, rude, contradicting or untrustworthy people so if that's you maybe skip past me.. ;p
My sister and I are looking at moving to Brisbane in the next few months. I work full time for a company and plan to transfer, while my sister has just come back from working in the USA and is hoping to find full-time work. We are both very social and familiar with shared living.
Hey! Firstly, I'm not needing to move until January. I currently work fulltime at Mount Coot-tha and I've been living in Taringa for the past 3 years. I enjoy eating out, going out, having a drink after work, music festivals and going for runs along the river - or just staying in and binge watching netflix. I'd need to move early January, ideally looking to stay around Toowong/Taringa (train line / bus line) - but pretty flexible. I have my own communal appliances and furniture to bring with me if needed. Shoot me a message if you would be interested in starting a new place or if you need a spot filled and we can grab a coffee - Thanks!
I keep out of the way and am busy with my crafts. I am moving back to Australia from New Zealand and will be looking for full time work. Good sense of humour however I like my own company.
20 years young. •I'm a very tidy person, don't like mess. •I'm respectful and honest, up front and easy to get along with. • Don't drink nor go out much. (Doesn't mean I don't like to have a good time) • love my fitness and positive vibs. • Studying nursing and work casual. • PREFER a master room. Although I'm easy either way. Im honestly very easy going. looking for somewhere quite and nice, to call home for a while. preferably 2 house mates max. Xo.
Updated: North Brisbane **specifically looking for a granny flat thanks :)** Hi I'm Amy, a 23 year old cake decorator working 3 days a week for a small company located on Brisbanes South Side. However I am considering returning to volunteering and studying next year and would strongly consider moving closer to my partner. I'm passionate about baking and all things cake/deserts. I am a fairly harsh critic and rarely live up to my own standards. I'm always looking for constructive criticism and am willing to share my baked goods. I enjoy going to the markets, baking, reading, fithooping (weighted hoola hoop), walking, Kitten D'amour and board games... I really enjoy board games! I am fairly kept to myself and have a small circle of close friends. At present I am only looking for a grannyflat. My partner lives in North Brisbane and is currently studying and working so I am usually away on weekends. If you feel I would be the right tenant for your property I would love to hear from you! Kind Regards, Amy
Hello! Names Payce Williams and I come from Alberta, Canada. I am looking for a place to call home in the Brisbane area for the next 3-4 months while I look to obtain my real estate license. I am currently seeking part time work while I aim to gain my realtor license within the month of December. I'm an animal lover and will be looking for somewhere that is strictly pet friendly. Thank you, Meg.

Hi my name is Javana, I'm 23 and I work in customer service and also study part time. I am friendly but respectable. I spend a couple (or more) nights with my boyfriend whether it be his or mine so I would prefer a place accepting of couples. I am a private person but I do know how to socialise and be friendly! I am very tidy as long as the house work is shared between everyone. If you think you can help me out please message me! But please make note of my move in date! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Easy going full time working professional (IT / Projects) looking to house share within Brisbane region. Clean and Tidy and social personality but also always respect my flatmates space. Good with pets (especially dogs! lol) and easy working in with flatmates when it comes bill sharing, etc. I commute to CBD daily for work so would be great to find a place close to train lines. Originally from NZ and been in Brisbane for almost 3 yrs now, during the week i'm pretty boring (lol) normally just busy working, gym, and a little study or TV comprises my daily routine, but on weekends love to get out to the Sunshine Coast or GC when is sunny, or hit the local and watch rugby / sports. As mentioned I'm super laid back and respectful as a flatmate, and looking to fit in with a cool bunch who would hopefully end up awesome mates as well as flatties! Feel free to ask me any questions.

I love to bake and make cakes - which is a hobby that I try not to let take over my life. I keep to myself mostly and enjoy the quiet, but I can get quite gabby once you get to know me. I promise not to sing too loud in the shower and I will replace the toilet paper if I see it running low. And on that note - thanks for stopping by!
I am neat and tidy, mature, quiet and flexible. I have moved back to Queensland after working in Canberra and Melbourne for many years. I am not currently in a relationship so will be looking for accommodation only for myself. I am very dependable and honest.
Hello! I've lived in Brisbane for the last 6 years and am looking for some easy going people to live with. I work full time as a geotechnical engineer and travel fairly frequently for work (away for approximately 2-3 months a year). I'm pretty active and am always doing something but also need a decent amount of quiet time. I'm clean and easy to live with so lets get this show on the road.
I'm a full time internal audit graduate looking for a clean and new apartment, preferably near public transport. Enjoy having drinks with friends once in a while and love dining out with good company. Respectful and I'm not home very often
***Update*** I have now included that my lease at the current place doesn't end until February '17. Also, I am only looking for a room with own bathroom. Hi my name is Johnny. I have no pets and pay rent and bills on time. I work in a day surgery in an eye clinic as an instrument technician. I am seeking a furnished house or apartment to share with a responsible and mature individual with their own active lifestyle. No furniture to bring except some bedroom units. I enjoy my own space but can easily be sociable on regular occasions. I wouldn't mind teaming up too and prefer having an undercover car space, or off-street parking. Thought I might add a few odd bits here about myself as a means of informing suitability - My favourite rock and roll band is a toss-up between Wilco, Radiohead, and Blur. My favourite male singer/songwriter is Tom Waits and my favourite female singer/songwriter is Neko Case. My favourite food is pasta with anything! EXCEPT veal or kangaroo meat. I am conscious of my eating habits and try to minimise consumption of meat with the goal of cutting it out of my diet altogether. The ideal way to contact me is through the Flatmates website or mobile phone. Regards, johnny
Hey! I'm an international student from India, doing my Masters at UQ. Right now I'm on holiday at home, but I will be back in February. I'm just on here early to put my feelers out so that moving is easier for me when I get back :) I enjoy a beer every now and then, and spend most of my time on youtube. I'm pretty sociable (not much of a partier tho), and I'm super neat and friendly! I usually spend all day at uni, so I'd probably rarely be home. I also love animals, and would love to live in a house with a pet, but I'm super allergic to cats and dogs (it's the bane of my existence), so if you do have a fur baby, it's probably best I don't move in :( I love watching movies/tv with other people so if you're into that kinda thing, it'd be great! I'll watch pretty much anything (except old kung fu/wild west movies). If you think you'll have an availability by mid-February, please contact me so we can get to know each other! Thanks :)
I am really neat and can cook. I am really friendly, but I understand if you would prefer to be left alone. I don't have many things so I don't take up much room. If it concerns you at all I am vegetarian. I am a student and I work part time as a waitress. I will be studying a large part of the time that I am there, otherwise I might be at work or out with friends, but I would be glad to get to know the people that I am staying with as well. I am quite young which you may find a turn off. Although I will always pay my rent and help around the house where it is needed. I hope to talk to you soon. :)
Looking at moving out within the next month with a mate of mine and we are hoping to get a decent house with a nice outdoor area and yard. We both work full time as tradesmen, 50+ hours a week, we are out of the house before 6 every morning and usually don't get home till after 4:00pm. After work we definitely go into chill mode, and don't mind having a few beers every now and then. And most weekends I am either working or on the coast, and Matt works most Saturdays and is always busy on his days off. Looking to find a place around the 600/week mark and basically hoping to find a 3rd person male/ female, or even a couple (we really aren't fussed) on here to move in with us. If you're interested, don't hesitate to message me. Cheers !
