Hi guys! My name is Tess, I'm 27 years old, single, have successfully lived out of home in share houses since I was 19, and am about to commence full time work as a vet. I am friendly, easy going, clean, tidy and very respectful of others things and space. I'd ideally love a room with an ensuite, and preferably in the more northern suburbs so I'm not a huge commute from work! I love movies, playing the guitar badly, and wine and cheese. I make a mean cheesecake.
New to Melbourne so I am hoping to find housemates who will accommodate my 1000 questions. I am a 23 year old professional female who will be working full time in the heart of Melbourne and I am looking for a clean and tidy place to call home after a long day's work.
Hi guys, I am a student at La Trobe uni. I am clean, tidy and respectful looking for a room to rent with someone who respectfully and social. Also, I like having to chat with a cup of tea and an open mind. I hope to find a place as soon as possible.
I recently just got a graduate nursing position with Austin health which involves doing 8 shifts a fortnight and I would be around the house or visiting friends when I am not working. I have been living in share houses all through uni and I like to think I am an easy going person but I do like to keep things clean. I have been a vegetarian for years now but would be willing to cook meals with people. I have a beautiful dog called Bee who is a Border Collie, so I would prefer a house that has a backyard.
Hi Guys, Im starting my Masters of Physiotherapy Degree in 2017 and am finding a place closer to University. I am 22, enjoy keeping fit as well as the outdoors, so most days you'll either find me at the gym or out and about. I am very clean and organised, enjoy social events but also sometimes prefer to do my own thing. Message me for a chat!
I'm looking for a medium to long term room rental in the coburg/Brunswick area im looking to move in middle to end of March. I have recently started working as a public servant for the federal government in Brunswick. I am 25 years old, non smoker and very light drinker. My immediate family live in Geelong and my extended family are in Melbourne. I have my own car, no debts, and enjoy keeping fit when not studying. Thank you for taking the time to read my application, I hope we can meet soon.
Hi, I'm Shannen, 21, and work as a nanny in Clifton Hill. I have a playful Staffordshire Bull Terrior who loves people, is toilet trained and doesn't chew or dig. She spends her days outside ( need fenced backyard) and only comes inside when I'm home. I love a good tv series and spend my weekends socialising or with family. I'm tidy and respectful of communal spaces. Am always up for a chat/drink but also happy to keep to myself.
Hey team So I've been living the dream over in Canada for the past two years. Doing a bunch of cool things like skiing, horse riding, travelling around, drinking etc etc. I'm studying Youth Work full time this year at RMIT so looking for somewhere to rest my head every night. I will most likely be working as well cause I'll need to afford life. I can assure that rent will always be paid, even if I don't eat for a week... I'm 26 and I've been waitressing, travelling and ski instructing around the world since I left high school and now keen for something new. The music scene/ creative and chill vibe of Melbourne has definitely attracted me to this city. I'm down to earth, social, very much into gigs and live music- music in general and being around people but also love my down time and respect people's personal space. I've been living in staff housing and share houses throughout my travels so I totally respect different lifestyles, living arrangements, personal boundaries and the big one... being tidy 🙂 I've also been known to have killer dance moves and I can show you my ways if you would like. I am pretty flexi with moving in dates etc as I have somewhere to chill until I find a more permanent home. I have references as well if my blurb didn't satisfy you at all!!! Thanks so much!!! Look forward to hearing from some people! Aimee
Hello potential housemates. I am a 21 year old female currently working in retail & modelling. I am outgoing, friendly and love a good chat but also respect mine and your alone time. I am LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly. I am currently living on the Mornington Peninsula but would like to be closer to Melbourne CBD. Interested in starting a share house also. Would love to meet up and see how we get along! Thanks.
Hi Everyone! I'm an American in Australia on working holiday. I'm looking to get set up in Melbourne for at least 4 months. I'm trying to experience as much of the Melbourne area as I can before having to head home. I consider myself a clean roommate. My portion of the rent will also be paid on time. The only things I'm looking for is good internet and a room I can have to myself. I don't care about sharing a bathroom or anything else. Hit me up if you think we can make something work!
Hey! I'm a relaxed 20 y/o guy looking for a place to share with housemates who like to chill and have a drink every now and again but also like personal space. I'm working part time at the moment, and when I'm not I'm usually out with friends as much as possible so you'll have the place to yourself! Looking to after the 10th of Feb when I'm back from overseas
Hi everybody. I'm a 24 year-old part-time student and wine-selling person. I'm currently doing my Masters in Social Policy at Melbourne Uni. I've lived in sharehouses in Carlton and Fitzroy North in the past and want to live somewhere northside again. I'm keen on basically anywhere north of the city but south of Bell St. Budget is ~$170/week max and on-street parking and a nearby train or tram are musts. I'd be most interested in living with other people around my own age. I'm house trained and am not a dickhead. I have a sick vinyl collection and I play guitar in a joke band in my spare time so it would be cool to live with other people who were musically-inclined.
Hey my name is Aimee and I'm 23 and I work part time in childcare and study full time online for my diploma in childcare! I currently live in Sydney but I am looking to move to melbourne asap :) I'm a very tidy and respectable person to live with, I'm also vegan so if you have any pets it'll be a bonus for me! I am a smoker but would NEVER EVER smoke inside so don't let that affect your decision.
36 year old professional Asian woman, friendly and clean. Recently returned from traveling for six months overseas, resettling back in Melbourne. I love dogs, love to cook and have a good sense of humour. Not much of a party person. Happy to do my own thing.
Im calm, considerate and can cook the 3 Cs. I work a lot but like to chill and chat and hang when im not. I get free tickets to shows through my work and never have a date sooo ... #jussayin, Work in radio. Im into making a home and respectful of others space and practices. Am flexible with moving dates and area - hit me up.
Hey hey :) Im a friendly, easy going chick that enjoys working and living a simple life. I've got a pretty good sense of humour and tend to joke around once you get to know me. I see the positive side in the majority of things. Also having an understanding and respect of privacy as well as each individuals life style is really important. So living with a like minded person is a must. I'm currently living in Pascoe Vale and looking for a change. I do have a tv, with a cabinet that it sits on as well as a couple of bed side tables and looking to buy a new queen sized bed. So I'd prefer a room that could accommodate that furniture. (Though i can be flexible with the bed depending on the quality). I tend to keep to myself after work as I get pretty tired, though im easy to have a chat with. Im a traffic controller so I usually work big hours Monday to Friday and some weekends. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating with the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally, I'll do my share and a good job at that! :) Having my own bathroom is preferred aswell. Im preferably looking to find a place that's got the rent and utilities included together. I've grown up being efficient with my usage, so I don't see it fair to pay for others excessive usage. I will give you peace of mind with my usage :) Also I'm a really big animal lover, so if you have any pets I'll be happy to have them around :) :) 💜 Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)

Exercise and health fanatic! Absolutely love animals - I have a little puppy who is well trained and is an indoor and outdoor dog. I work as a personal trainer. Love camping, hikes, dancing, socialising, reading, photographing, yoga, music and travelling amongst other things. I'm generally quite a neat person, but not OCD about it. Life has its busy moments! Super friendly and bubbly!
**PLEASE NOTE - AVAILABLE TO MOVE 1ST OF FEB*** *I will be flying down again within the next two weeks, I am also happy to Skype-video call also as soon as possible, looking to lock in a place asap* Moving to Melbourne from Sydney as I am starting a new full time role for a large corporate firm in Docklands. I am a recent graduate moving from a student shared accommodation (so have experience sharing with others) into accommodation for preferably a 6 month stay. I work casually in retail and will be working with a teaching agency as well, as a substitute. I am easy to get along with and to chat to. I like to live simple, I don't own many things, and I keep my living areas tidy and clean. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy alone time. I don't smoke. I like to go out occasionally - I enjoy more nature & chill activities. I rarely (or should say never haha) cook, so I am not one to share dinner nights and cooking together - but I am open to it.
Hey guys! My lease in my current house ends on the 10th ish of March (flexible) so am looking for another roomy to team up with! Im pretty much looking for a 3 bedroom house (2 room mates inc me and a bedroom converted into a study if the rent isnt too expensive), 2 bath, a back garden for the occasional drinks and BBQ in a safe location. The suburbs im looking at are just a rough idea... Reservouir, Preston, Bundoora, Thomastown, Mill Park, Diamond Creek and surrounding areas - pretty much where ever we can find a gem that is in reasonable distance from RMIT Bundoora as I am studying there full time! I currently have a fully furnished house (washing mashine, couches, 2 beds, cutlery, desks and pretty much anything needed for survival) and have been offered by my current Real Estate Agent to help me find another house as I have a good rental history with them which gives us the upper hand and potentially cheaper rent! 👌 Im an early person (most the time) who enjoys a drink every now and then with friends. I am a very tidy and easy going, loves Triple J, running and animals. I have two inside cats and a staffy who love pretty much everyone, are so friendly and are great company! I walk or run my dog everyday and he pretty much stays outside except for sleeping - hes makes a sweet security guard :) the cats absolutly love the dog so there is no tension with the animals at all! I travel during uni holidays most of the time and pay bills as usual when im away. I am looking for a 6 month - 1 year lease if possible. Pls dont hesitate to contact me for more info and hopefully we can sort something out from there! Cheers, Paige.
Hi m looking for a plc sm where near la trobe as i ll b strting my college soon in feb I love making new friends and meeting new people. Tidy grl n love cooking.. If uh join me we can have a lot of fun😊 would prefer to share with females peeps!
Hi guys! I'm a 23 year old part time hospitality worker (Brother Alec in Thornbury) and part time office worker (finance in Moonee Ponds) so paying rent and having all of life's expenses covered has never been an issue. I'd describe myself as chilled out and would be looking for housemates who are the same. I'm not a big drinker but in the interest of full honesty I would just like to mention that I do enjoy the occasional joint before bed. I have shared houses with people before and do of course find personal space and cleanliness incredibly important. On weekend nights I try to get out to gigs to film bands, as I'm an aspiring videographer. Given this a creative house would be amazing but definitely not essential. If you think I'd fit the vibe of your share house I'd love the opportunity to come and see the room and meet my potential future house mates! Thanks, Jackson.

I would consider myself quiet and laid back but if the time is right I'm down for a Stollies tuesday Hi I'm Maddie, (on the left) I'm on my second year of a B. Science at La Trobe and thinking of going into secondary teaching I'm a big music person, would love for someone to go to gigs with and share a bottle or 2 of wine with We're both vegos (non-preachy dw) that love to watch bad reality tv shows including The Bachelor, I'm a Celeb... etc etc Feel free to message us about anything :)

I'm a friendly going individual who's always up for a chat and I respect others privacy. I'm preferably looking for a place in Bundoora near the LaTrobe or RMIT uni.
I work full-time hours and study by side, when I'm at home I'm pretty chill and need some down time, but I like to social when I'm around and also respect to your own space. I prefer not living in a party house but do enjoy the odd drink/dinner. I'm very clean and tidy (but not a clean freak type), friendly and open-minded. I'm into travelling, movies, music, sports, photography, arts, food, coffee and cats :) I work in a restaurant as a pastry chef, besides my works, I like to go to the gigs, movies, exhibitions, shows, festivals, exploring the nice restaurants/cafes/pastry shops/markets, and travel when I have holidays. My favorite hangout suburbs are inner east and inner north, bay side in the summer. Although we might have the different work schedules, I'm very respectful and won't bring the party to home. I am happy to share the household as I like to keep the house clean and tidy, I'm looking for the liked -mind housemate who likes clean and tidy. I'm looking for a peaceful home to live with positive people, we can be independent but I'm not looking for just share the house, I like people. *** Allergy of the TV sounds, prefer to live with somebody who is not addicted to the TV (e.g. in need of turning on the TV every minute when at home, and sleep) and enjoy the relaxed quiet home. If your home is TV free, it will be a great bonus to me! Reliable and honest, pay rent on time. Conscious of the wastage of the energy. Looking for a relaxed home, not a party house. Clean and tidy, happy to join the household. Independent, share when I/you want to. Don't mind smokers but no smoking in the house. Open-minded, love multi- cultural, LGBT friendly, 40+ friendly. Hi! I'm a student at Melbourne University studying my masters in Cultural Materials Conservation (looking after and fixing art and museum objects). I am going into my final year and am looking for a room in a house where I can do some good study. I work part-time as a craft teacher and as a cleaner (so I'm great at making sure everything is looking nice in that regard). I am reasonably quiet and like to have my own space for working but I also enjoy having a chat and a cup of tea. I really enjoy cooking and would be happy to share meals, though I am vegetarian but chill about meat. I am not big into partying or staying up super late but like to keep it social and have people over. My hobbies include art and crafts, playing video games (mostly rpgs), watching cartoons and anime and spending time with animals. For exercise I do tai chi and go the gym, I also love hiking and spending time outdoors in nature. I don't have any pets but would be really happy to move in somewhere with animals or where pets were a possibility so I can get some regular kitty/puppy/bunny/bird etc. cuddles :3 I don't smoke and would prefer to be somewhere without smoking indoors (outdoors is fine). I'm gay so if you should be chill with that. I am not fussed about house location as long as it has good public transport links (tram or train). Room needs to be of a decent size (fitting a bed and large desk and wardrobe) or for there to be desk space in communal areas so I can work on art and conservation projects. I am looking to move in February-March but there is no hard/fast time so if you have a room coming available a bit later let me know. I would love to hear from you if you think I would be a good fit for your household!

I also love video-games and Netflix sessions as a means of procrastinating uni. I have a Pet named Rupert who is a 1 year old ferret and a great companion. We've been living with different roommates and flatmates for 10 years and understand the dynamics of a good living environment. We've resorted to conflict resolution through open communication for some of the more difficult encounters while others easily flourished into friendship and camaraderie. We are well traveled and have friends in out her countries such as Canada and Taiwan. Give us a go and you won't regret it. We are ideally looking for a place that can accommodate a couple and also have a en suite bathroom. Ideally not on the second floor and require stairs to access room.

Hi everyone! My current lease is ending, and I'm looking to move in to a new share house. I'm currently taking a year off uni and working hospo to save some money before I start my honours in criminology and social theory in July. I love zipping around on my bike, practicing yoga and reading. I'm working a lot which means I'm not home heaps, but when I am I love cooking up a big feed, or heading the pub for beers and pool. I've got a bit of a green thumb, so a decent back yard to do some gardening in would be awesome. Just shoot me a message if you'd like to know anything else :)
