LOOKING FOR A FLATSHARE/HOUSE SHARE …ASAP I am seeking to share a spacious house or apartment close to good transport and general amenities in the vicinity of Neutral Bay with 1 or 2 people max. "ME" I am known to be caring, positive, and friendly in disposition. As a flat mate, I am tidy, friendly, respectful, easygoing yet responsible flat mate. I live a clean healthy lifestyle; plenty of yoga, outdoors, volunteering, and the like. I love a positive, quiet, relaxing, and respectful environment, with sense of community but also privacy when needed. I am hoping to find a flat mate who values this too. My ideal place in practical terms In a quiet location however near good transport and amenities (as I don’t have car), have a separate kitchen to the living room, outdoor space, place to keep my bike & few bits, and has internet connection. My ideal location: Neutral Bay Secondary locations: Crows Nest, Cammeray, Cremorne, North Sydney (close to St Leonards Oval). However open to hear what your place has to offer. If you feel you and your place have similar qualities and practicalities, I would love to hear from you. Strong references (land lords and flat mates) can be provided. Need to find home ASAP, However move in date could be flexible (i.e. in January or February)
I'm friendly, outgoing, and love cleanliness. I love watching scifi movies, interested in the arts and lit. I'm a writer, taking a break from work in Jakarta to study at the University of Sydney. I'm granted a scholarship from the government, so it's guaranteed that living with me is hassle free, no fuss.
Hi, pommie girl looking to move nearer the city with a little more going on. Lived in Sydney since 2014 Currently in North Shore and been in my current house share for 10months. I do have my own queen bed, chest of draws, small dressing table and two bedside cabinets. Love music, camping, exploring, wine and generally being a happy social person. Got a car so ideally need somewhere to park it! Happy to leave it on the street. I need to give 2 weeks notice as a matter of courtesy. Any questions get in touch!
Clean, laid-back, American looking for a place to call home until the beginning of June/ end of May. I am here on a Working Holiday visa and work at UNSW Monday through Friday. Typically gone from 8-6. I am looking for a fully-furnished single room in the Randwick/ Coogee Beach area - any place that is an easy walk or bus commute to UNSW. Looking for a happy, peaceful house with social flatmate(s). Prefer singles, no couples. During the week I’m either trying a new recipe, at the gym, or relaxing at home with a glass of wine. Netflix is a plus! On the weekend I enjoy beach days, live music, shopping, and catching up with friends.
I'm pretty cool/chill. I like music (I used to play saxophone a lot), I like the environment, I like sports and I like improv. I'm a little bit introverted, which means I'm not a huge party-er, but I do like movie/board game nights, tv shows and other fun things. I enjoy cooking clean, healthy food for myself and staying healthy/active - I also play some games. I keep the sink clear (otherwise it's too difficult to do anything around there) and am good at making things sparkly. I'm a positive and affirming person. I like to help others. I'm starting a Green Army project in La Perouse/Botany 6 November, which is part of the reason I'm looking for a place - the other part is just that I've been looking to move out of home for a while. I'm in Middle Cove at the moment - near Chatswood/Willoughby. I also tutor a high school student a couple of a days a week. I'm looking for a moderately-sized place with not too many beds - I'd prefer an old (but still functional) house, but I'll settle for an apartment. A studio/granny flat for the right price would be amazing, but I'm not really expecting it. Plus, people are nice.
My name is Sheila and I'm a 29 year old engineer working full time in North Sydney. I currently live in Neutral Bay but looking for a new place around the 9th of February. I'm an easy going, tidy and a respectful person. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, travelling and keeping active.
I am a friendly, easy-going female working in marketing for an adventure travel company in the CBD looking to team up with one other person for flatshare in the Lower North Shore. I am looking at spending about $300 a week. I live a very active lifestyle and love being in the outdoors. I love keeping fit and run, do yoga, rock climbing, hiking and play soccer. I love meeting new people and trying new things and getting out and about. I am hoping to find a flatmate who lives a similar lifestyle. Looking for someone who doens't mind catching up from time to time but also likes their own space. Also love animals, so it's a bonus if you have one!
I'm a considerate and sociable guy working in marketing and communications. When I'm not out with friends, I'm either eating chocolate, drinking wine, at the gym or trading FOREX and commodities! During the week I try and keep it sensible but love to get out and about on the weekends. Looking forward to meeting you!
I work full time in Crows Nest & model casually and most weeknights are spent in watching Netflix. Weekends are usually spent seeing family or friends. I’m clean, tidy & considerate. I have a cat & dog whom I’d love to bring with me but don’t necessarily have to.
I'm a really tidy person, reserved and friendly. I enjoy reading and the occasional Netflix night. Currently I'm learning and exploring a bit the cooking world, I'm getting really good at cooking for more than one person. Also I'm trying to get fitter so i will spend a lot of time out.
Hey I'm Clément ! Just arrived from Paris to start a new job in Sydney (I am a logistics engineer). I've been travelling a lot these last couple of years and I enjoyed so much Sydney that I decided to settle here for a few years and see how it goes. I'm an easy going guy, respectul and very clean. I love sport (tennis, golf, running, bushwalking) and music (I'm always down for a live band session), I am not a big party guy but I like relaxed conversations with friends around a glass of wine (it sometimes ends up into a party though). I'm into reading as soon as I can and I would like to start cooking a little (that's my 2018 resolution!). I also wish I will have time to explore Australia and enjoy the amazing nature we have here ! Cheers
Hi there, I am a 41 year old guy from Adelaide over in Sydney working on my personal marketing/business development business in the city. I am looking for somewhere for a few months, possibly longer as well. I am a friendly guy who likes a good chat and am a good listener. I like my own space but also like to socialise as well. I am non-judgemental, quiet, respectful of others and enjoying exploring my new city. I like to clean up after myself and my partying days are well behind me although I still like to get out and about occasionally to explore Sydney. Thats a quick look at who I am, just looking for a comfortable space for myself and some great flat mates to live with. If you have somewhere then I would be more than happy to come have a look, meet each other and take it from there. Thanks very much and maybe chat more soon. Cheers
Hi there! I have just completed my university degree and am starting work full-time in Feb. As such I will be out of the house majority of the day during the week. Looking for a place within walking distance to a Train Station, but I am flexible on most other things. On weekends I enjoy catching up with friends, going to the beach and relaxing at home :)

Searching for a long-term living situaton and prefer to become residents of the inner west, with the Newtown/Enmore region being preferred, however willing to compromise. Male 1: William, 29 (Pictured) - High school teacher, Football coach, Sport enthusiast, laid back, Music, fitness, movies, beach/outdoors lover. Male 2: Michael, 28 (Slightly less pictured) - Construction business owner, outgoing, movie buff, comic lover, festival/gig-goer.
