I am tidy, friendly, helpful and easy-going. I am not currently employed but will be looking for work as soon as I set up in Sydney (I currently live in the Upper Hunter). I am willing to share cooking, cleaning and other duties, or give you your space and be independent. I am great with kids (hoping to get a job in childcare/disability care) so I do not mind living with a family and helping out if needed.

I'm a 27 year old English guy working in Recruitment (recently got my sponsorship), looking for a long term move to a nice home that I can settle into and be a new friend, not just a new housemate! I'm very easy-going, i find common ground with everyone, and as cliche as it sounds... i'm really looking forward to being clean and tidy, which is impossible in my current house!

Hi, I moved over from London a few months ago and my lease is coming to an end mid December. I'm a full time professional working in the city and looking for a place to rent for 6months (or longer!) I'm pretty chilled out, neat, tidy, very 'normal' and looking to share with someone similar. My ideal scenario would be somewhere close to both the beaches and a semi-decent commute in to work and sharing with a female. If you want to meet up or see if we'd be compatible feel free to drop me a message on here. Thanks Vashi

Hello! I'm Madeline, 24 year old working full time and looking for amazing future flatmates and potential friends :) I'm currently searching for a place in the area's i've listed and am able to furnish the whole place with lovely new things - including your room if you need! I am looking to make a great flat (as I'm over the years i've spent in dingy flats with mouldy fridges, washing machines falling apart, ect) and just need the great housemate! I like to think I'm a easy going person, social and loves a laugh. I'm the type who enjoys a good chat and hanging out with my housemates, but also loves to have some down time in my room. I love to have friends over for dinners, go out for a drink, go for a swim or walk but also just come home from work and relax. If you enjoy any of these activities and want to join in you are probably my ideal housemate. Or even if you just enjoy good music, food and beer you could also fit the bill. Ideally I would love a housemate similar to myself, someone who works full time, social and easy to get along with. Hopefully it can also be a friendship rather than passing ships - I am looking for someone who is looking for a place to enjoy rather than a room in a sharehouse. I would love to start moving by mid Nov.
Hi, I work full time in a bank in Sydney CBD (standard 9-5 hours mostly!) and I'm looking for a long term rental closer to work. I'm currently from the Macarthur area so my commute is quite long. I'm a friendly, quiet person who likes my home to be a relaxed place. I don't smoke and most of my socializing will be outside the house. I love music and a couple of nights a month I'll go to a gig after work. When I am at home, I can be found reading, watching a movie/tv series or surfing the internet for new music. I do like to cook although my knowledge is basic (pasta is amazing) and I could definitely benefit from being designated cook a couple of nights a week. On weekends I like to get out and explore. I will also travel to visit family and friends. If you have any questions please ask!
Hii! I'm a Dutchie, working full time in the Real Estate sector (where I'm sponsered!:)) . Love being active, healthy and positive. I'm currently living in Erskinville, but have to move before the end of November. It would be wonderful to live in a light open place with a garden or balcony. I prefer a studio for myself as I'm very neat & tidy and need some 'me-time'', but if you're a likeminded person, let me know!:)
New to Sydney just came back from 2 years in the UK, Chef by trade pretty easy going, well mannered and respectful of others. Bit of a health freak love to hit the gym as much as possible.... looking for some cool new friends and some easy going friendly flat mates.
Hey there, my name is Zac. I'm looking at moving somewhere within the Northern Beaches, as I am relocating for work. I currently work full-time in the city as an Optical Dispenser, but will be working at Warringah Mall as my company is opening a new store. I'm new to Sydney all-together, as I only moved here for my new job 3 months ago. I'm currently living in a studio apartment in Inner-Western Suburbs, which hopefully gives you a clear indication on how serious I am about paying bills on time. I am a super laid back guy, with also a touch of OCD, so I am super tidy. I'm aware of when someone needs their respectable personal space, but also up for some socialising majority of the time (potentially even over a glass of wine). I absolutely love going to the beach, and spending time in the sun. Hence why I am so enthusiastic about living on the coast. If I sound suitable for your place, please get in contact with me. I'd love to find out more :) thank you. - Zac
We are an English couple, 26/28 and looking to stay in Sydney for approx 6 months. We are both friendly, sociable and really easy to get along with. We love to eat out, hit the beach, keep fit and chill indoors with a film or boxset. Grace and Dan

Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile.

I am really easy to get along with and will respect your privacy. I am a non-smoker. I am an active person who enjoys surfing, the beach, and being outdoors!
I am a 22 year-old female fulltime professional who loves a glass or three of wine over dinner when i'm home from work. I do love to party on the weekends so living with a fairly sociable housemate who is also a fulltime working professional would be ideal. I am slightly OCD about cleanliness but i'm extremely friendly and easy to get along with. My friends refer to me as the "mother" of the group because I am always taking care of others, and my educational background in psychology makes me a very good listener! I was on a dance scholarship in high school so I love to pump music on the weekends and have a boogie. I studied a B of Science at Sydney Uni so I am well educated, and I am planning to commence a master's degree in HR management in about 1.5 years. I do need my 'alone time' so I will never be too in your hair and I am extremely respectful of others' personal space and privacy. I bond quickly with people, love late night chats but would also appreciate little noise being made at night time :) Hit me up if I am not able to contact you!
Easy going English guy looking for 5-6 month lease (maybe longer, visa permitting). Work in insurance sales in the CBD. Very independent but very happy to live with people who want to expand their social circle. Clean and tidy, would be great to live with people who would be up for cooking the occasional meal together and sharing more frequent bottles of wine.
Hey there future roommate! I'm 30, work part time in events/sports industry and I am studying in Novemeber. I'm looking for a roommate that likes a bit of banter but also respects my privacy. I don't like to party much but I do enjoy some red wine with dinner and the occasional tune when cleaning and chillin on my days off. Reading, Gym, Outdoor activities is part of my weekly routine. I have my own bedroom furniture and a bike that I will need to store somewhere. I eat healthy but I'm really only good at cooking brunch. I work strange hours but never too late into the evening so I like sleeping at night time. I would like if there is a private bathroom or a room with a balcony if this is available. Hope to hear from you! ✌🏻️
Hi I am a considerate quiet flatmate who is very respectful of living space. I have a pet cat who is both indoor and outdoor so you would have to be ok with that. I like movies and beach on weekends. I am at the gym a few nights a week but mostly at home week nights. I am a teacher and am home some school holidays. Clean and tidy and you would hopefully be like minded. I am looking for ground floor with courtyard or similar half house / duplex . Would like an undercover car space and own bathroom where possible. I know, asking for a lot !!!
I'm chill and fun to live with. Just finished job in Singapore in October and ready to move to Australia to get myself some fresh air and beach view. This time I am on my working holiday visa unlike in Singapore were working full time. This means I have more chances to discover the city, hopefully:) I don't smoke. But I drink, eat, dance:) Prefer house with fully equipped kitchen since I love making food at home (usually party outside but if allow party at home would be nice, can make small food for ppl) To let me choose in between private room and tidy kitchen, probably go for later one. Read till here sounds like this girl is a kitchen freak:p Not to disappint you, I do have life outside kitchen. Always love meeting new friends, hanging out in the city, participating in different types of events or somewhere else together:) Yet like-minded friends gather in the house would be the best thing ever. I am quite relax even if we are different type. We will figure out a way living together :) Do message me if you have a similar item like what is written here. Cheers.
I'm a bubbly, considerate 26 year old looking for a room within 20 mins of the city. I work fairly long hours in the consulting industry and spend my free nights and weekends out and about, so won't be around the house very much, however I would love housemates I can share a nightly chat and occasional glass of wine with nonetheless! I love travelling, dancing, running, adventuring - and eating my way through Sydney!
I am currently working in an office in the city, I love to cook, dance, i love the beach and any thing to do with it. I am thinking of traveling again, I enjoy watching movies and going to the gym as well as a nice glass of wine every now and then.
I'm 25 and work full-time as an office manager for a tech company in the CBD. I have a pretty busy schedule during the week, but I would like to be part of a 'home' rather than just a house, and enjoy catchups over wine/shared dinners here and there. I love sharing new music, discovering new bars, and long, lazy days at the beach. I consider myself pretty easy-going, but very respectful of shared spaces (and hope you are too). Also fortunate enough to have supplementary income coming in from a rental property, so you can count on me to pay rent on time. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I am from New Zealand and have moved over for a new job in Sydney. Will be working full time during the week 8-5 in business development. Also a very social person so also don't mind unwinding and going out for a few drinks. Looking for a place that is ideally close to a train station so its easy to get to the CBD. Flick me a message if you have a room available. I am also very interested in teaming up with other people and starting a new flat share. So feel free to drop me a message if you are interested.
