I’m Vince, 30, from the Philippines. I’m an IT Professional currently based in Singapore and will be relocating to Sydney for a new job on November. I’ll be working in Sydney CBD, Mon-Fri, 9-5. I enjoy spending quiet time in my room, going out for a drink or 2, catching a movie, food tripping, and exploring new places. I started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu last year so I would probably be outside training most of my free time. I also like to hang out with mates and to make new ones. I am respectful of my housemate’s privacy and personal space but am also sociable; looking for the same in a flatmate. Cheers!
I am an Engineer by profession, and work locally. Have been renting a one bedder for over a year now, so I come with furniture..:) I drive, so a parking spot would be great!! Am fun loving and easy going, concentrated on my career at the moment.
Hey there, I'm James. Easy going, sociable and relaxed. I'm reliable and keep things tidy. Happy enough to chip into the cooking together or manage my own thing. Looking for a nice spot with friendly housemates who can enjoy each others company, that still offers a little personal space too
We are an Australian/Canadian couple looking for a room to rent together in the area of Lane Cove West. We enjoy rock climbing and partner acrobatics, and will undoubtedly spend most of our free time on this! We are tidy and like to cook and socialise, although we're not the kind to have a loud party. Bobbie is a physiotherapist, and Andre is a physicist. We're non-smokers and prefer to be in a non-smoking household. We're looking for something around $350/week, ideally including bills. We're moving back to Sydney after a couple of years overseas, mainly in the UK. We're hoping to settle in by mid November 2018. Thanks!
We are a couple, who always do our best to make other laughing, and keeping a good atmosphere. We achieve this by playing quitar, making jokes, listening to you :) I love a clean house, so I love to clean. We work full- time and Peter goes to school and works. We don´t smoke and we do not accept smoking in the house (outside it is fine). We will stay here at least till September 2019 so we search for a perfect rent (for a long term the best).
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
I'm an easygoing, professional who works full time and a lot of overtime. I do shift work, so I there are some crazy hours, but mostly I work from lunch time to evenings. I like a clean and neat house without lots of clutter, but still warm and welcoming. I like cooking and sharing meals with people, as long as you're OK to eat vegetarian. M ideal housemate is one that can also become a friend - I'm keen to chat and hang out, but I also respect boundaries and space, and I do like my own space from time to time. I also have a one-year-old cat who is a little anti-social, but very cute. You will grow to love her!
I'm a 20 year old first year student at Macquarie Uni. I am working part-time and looking for a place to move into for 2019. I am independent and often stick to myself. I have experience living with 3 others in a share house. In my spare time I like to read and often go camping, having been in scouts for 10 years. I love pets, and am happy to be around them if you have one of your own.
Hi there, I am an Educator. I work full time and pretty work orientated. If I'm not working you can catch me out with friends, grabbing a coffee or staying home revicing for the next week. I love to chat and mingle but also very respectful of others privacy. I cook, clean and everything else in between.
clean responsible with taking account of my living space and respecting those around me. if I do extra work I do nor hold resentments or stick yp "passive-aggressive notes" LoL
I am 42yrs of age female ( home owner and single parent of a grown child not living with me) and I have recently moved to the Sydney area ( October 2018) from a country regional area. I am committed to my current living arrangement until Jan, 2019 and I am looking for and requiring a long term living arrangement. I would prefer accomodations with other females, however if there is a male, I am ok with that ( happy to consider upon meeting first) I get along with all people generally. I am a clean and tidy person who respects other peoples privacy, and respects required house rules. I’m not a party animal, although I really enjoy to socialise, I don’t drink heavily, or like loud music! I love animals, especially dogs! I am a working professional (Full time Mon-Friday in the city and occasional wknds ) and although I am still finding my way around Sydney, I’m enjoying the sea change from my country regional origins. I don’t smoke, I enjoy to cook, and enjoy time to myself, a quiet night in, with a book or movie as much as going out for dinner / outings. I enjoy exploring my new surrounds each day. I have an interest in the arts and theatre and like most music. If there is anything else you would like to know of me; within reason - I’m happy to advise.
I’m quiet, respectful and easy going. Willing to lend a hand when needed, but will otherwise keep to self. Hoping to study paramedicine in Sydney 2019.
My name is Hamish, I am currently looking for a place around Royal North Shore Hospital, where I will start work next year as a doctor, and I am hoping to move into a new place late October/early November. Just a little about myself: I am a quiet, tidy and respectable housemate that enjoys the company of others (including cats and dogs), who tries his best to get outside with the little free-time that I have. I am always happy to answer any questions that you have and will try to get back to you as soon as I can. Cheers, Hamish.
As a Masters/PhD research scientist, I'll be missing for most of the day. I'm not nosey, noisy, don't blast music loudly. I like going to the gym, drinking a glass of wine or scotch, and I'm hooked on podcasts - from true crime to history and philosophy.
I've been in share houses for many years now, and I always love meeting new people and sharing some fun times with them. I'm a young professional who is organised and career-focused, but enjoys socialising with housemates whenever the opportunity presents.
I’m working full time. I’m easy going, friendly and sociable, I don’t indulge in parties or listen to excessive loud music. I like to keep the house neat, clean, calm and quiet place to live. In my free time, I prefer reading books or going for a run. Looking for a long term stay and won’t have friends to sleep over, I don’t consume alcohol or smoke. Don’t have pets or children 🙂
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around mid November.
Hi, my name is Melanie and I am from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. I will be starting University in late February 2019 at Macquarie University to study law. I am a very friendly person who will happily respect your privacy and space but will also contribute to everyday maintenance of the property and household chores. I currently work as a support worker, working with those who are severely disabled as well as working as a swim teacher. My interests include fitness (love going to the gym and being healthy), mixed martial arts and anything outdoorsy. I am very excited to be relocating to the Sydney region and look forward to finding a place to live! Many thanks in advance😊

Hi Future Flatmate!!! I'm Lyle, 24, currently studying Biochem and working part time in sales. I'm a very friendly and sociable person who would most likely spend time outside rather than inside. Am big into fitness and train most days to stay fit.

Hi, my name is Simran and I'm 19, I'm from Sydney and I work retail and I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm tidy and clean and I get along with people easily. I'm currently looking for a private room relatively close to Chatswood. I do minimum cooking so you wouldn't have to worry about an untidy kitchen! I'd be a great housemate and I'm very responsible when it comes to paying rent on time so you wouldn't have to worry about that!
I'm a 25 year old medical assistant/beauty therapist working with plastic surgeons in Mosman during the week and off weekends. I'm pretty chilled and quiet but i love to meet new people and socialize. i loveeee cooking and always trying new recipes. I have a pet cat called Salem hes 5yrs old and just likes to nap in the sun all day and keep to himself. I would ultimately prefer to live with females but open to a mix. When I was accused of having a unique personalty I thought it was a compliment. Returning to my trade in Sydney after 34 years in the (Eastern Australian) wilderness, currently living a rural lifestyle near(ish) to Tenterfield. I've been a deliverydriver, farmhand, earthworks labourer, courier, volunteered as a firefighter and in community support and even pushed people off cliffs among a swag of other jobs. My new job in Artarmon starts mid November for anything from a 3 month trial period up to retirement day (still 12 years away) I'm housetrained and won't shed on the lounge.
