I’m a quiet and friendly housemate. I have lived in a lot of share houses and I am very considerate of other housemates. I am very busy with work and love to be outside on the weekend so I am not around the house very often.
I am a student currently studying a Bachelor of Education whilst also working part time in the hospitality industry. I am from the Central Coast and wanting to move down to Sydney somewhere within 10km of Macquarie University. I think of myself a easy going person who loves to chill out with friends and have a casual drinks. I'm very social and love to spend time with friends and exploring outdoors and travelling. However I am also comfortable in my own company so happy to curl up with a book and very respectful of others space. Ideally looking for accommodation with fellow students and/or friendly, social roommates.
Just moved to Sydney from Brisbane. Working as a software specialist. Fairly laid back, love to play sports on the weekend. Looking for a house not too far from work (Macquarie Park) with social housemates that I can have a drink with on occasion.
I am working full time and looking for a clean n tidy separate room in a flat/apartment/house-share/unit. Let me know if you have any so that I can come for inspection asap. Thanks, Ravi Prakash
hi, I’m looking to find people I can move into a place with. Preferably around Ryde or near abouts there. I work during the week and have weekends off. People who are easy going , laid back and don’t have any strict house rules. I’m a very tidy and organised person who enjoys their own space but is up for a chat.
Super friendly gals who met playing football. We are both clean, considerate and social. Both full time university students working casual jobs, so often busy, but good company. Looking to create a comfortable household.
About me: I am a recruiter . I work full-time in the City (Town Hall), I love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I also go to the gym regularly. If I'm not out and about I'll usually be watching Netflix on the couch or in my room (I don't mind retreating to my room if you bring guests over!), playing Xbox or relaxing. I will be coming with a Laptop, Xbox One so hopefully you have a decent TV so I can plug my console in. (also have a Chromecast, which is super useful if you don't have one already). I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and in the long-term I intend on adopting a pet, so hopefully your place is pet-friendly, however if it isn't that is ok too. What I am looking for: I am looking for a fully furnished room preferably double bed size but single is okay as well, a good window that allows for plenty of sunlight and breeze, desk, chair, wardrobe and possibly a hanger where i can hang my clothes but not essential. The apartment will have a kitchen, microwave, laundry, lounge room, good internet (Prefer Cable/NBN). Location: I am happy with an apartment that is walking distance to a train station or bus stop to the City (Max 30 mins) and close proximity to shops where i can buy food, furniture, clothes etc. Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
Hi i am Sanchit and I’ll be starting my studies here with MGSM. I wish to find a suitable, pocket friendly, clean place to put up. I am a social person who likes to party, go out and explore and very hygienic and tidy. Also i have 3 friends along me. It will be great if i can find a place which can accommodate us 4. Sharing or personal room preference can be decided once we can see available options.
I'm an easy going person from India, Working as a software engineer. Non-smoker, I drink occasionally and prefer to do it outside the house. I work on weekends sometimes. I'm looking for people who are well mannered and sensible.
I am 29 years old and have just returned to Australia after 5 years overseas. Very happy to be back home in Sydney summer, spending time with family and friends and looking for a room to rent for a few months. I love food & cooking and a good glass of wine. I regularly work out and love being outdoors in nature. I am working full time and will start a Media & Communications degree at Macquarie University at the end of Feb. Hoping to find a clean and tidy house with like-minded individuals :)
28. Professional, transferring to Sydney for work late January. Easy going and clean. Previous housemates have become great friends.
I'm a chilled out person, just moving to Sydney. I'm currently staying with family, looking to move out asap. I work full-time and am going back to studying. I love to have a chat, but also value my alone time. Pretty standard person that likes to keep active and maintain my social life.
Quiet and clean housemate. Have been the leaseholder for other places before, so I know the challenges that come with living with other people and dealing with real estates. I'll do my best to make your life easier. I work full time on the Sydney Metro Northwest so paying bills isn't an issue and at home I mostly chill out and watch movies or play video games. I have a bunch of camping gear so I am looking for a place with a lockable garage/cage where I can store it. Looking for like-minded people who clean up after themselves but are also up for a chat.
Working in Parramatta however, I am looking for a place a bit closer to the beach and CBD. I am looking for a private room in a share house, with or big enough to fit a queen bed. Preferably with bills included and car parking. I am easy going and quiet at first, but when you get to know me I come out of my shell a bit more. Love a beer and love all things sport (AFL, cricket, NBA) I am a clean and tidy person. I am looking for a fun & friendly household but also respect we all need quiet time as well.
Clean mature non smoking and respectful. In return for the same tenants. Working six days full time. You wont see me very often i would say. Working in specialty cafe so i m always up early.
Hi! I’m Samson :) I’m 23 years old and looking for a place to stay while I work and study part time. I love my movies and enjoy a nice chat at the end of the day. I tend to keep to myself and always keep things tidy. Im very laid back and flexible about my surroundings. My bills are always paid in time and I keep things very organised. I currently live in Port Macquarie but would like to move down to Sydney by Jan 20th. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have :)
I am a very easy going, yet clean and organised person. I work as a child therapist/psychologist and am quite busy during the week. On weekends I try to catch up with friends, go to the beach or a yoga class, or glass of wine with netflix. I like to catch up with roomates over a glass of wine, but like I said am generally quite busy.
Hi, I'm looking for a studio/one bedroom with balcony/outdoor area and parking. OR flatshare with a female (no couples), would prefer own bathroom with parking (onsite or street). Looking to live in lane cove, chatswood, artarmon, mosman, crows nest or towards Manly area and close to the beach.
I’m a french student in Ethology Master and come in Sydney for an internship in Macquarie University/Lane cove national Park about rehabilitation of flying-foxes. I’m calm, serious in my work and very respectful. But when it's time to have fun, to move or to party, I don't have to be asked twice! I’m coming to Sydney to discover a new way of life, very very far from my hometown Bordeaux (the city of famous wine!). So I'd really like to share moments and new experiences with my future flatmates.
Hi everyone, my name is Catalina and I am very excited to travel to Australia. My husband Julian and I are a couple for more than 4 years. We are going to Sydney to study and work. We are very clean, hardworking, friendly and easy-going guys who want to share with others. As a Nurse, and my husband as a Civil Engineer, want to know others and share our experiences. We love mingling with others, sports, travelling, outdoor activities, cooking and more. Therefore, we hope to find an outstanding place to stay to fit our necessities (we are looking a double bedroom so we can live together for a month, and maybe more time). If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. We are available at any time. We will arrive on Saturday, November 24. So, if you guys know a good place please let us know. We can adapt to many circumstances; however, we prefer non-smoking and non-party places near between manly beach and the town hall. Thank you so much and we hope to meet you guys soon 😊
