I have just started studying graphic design at North Metro Tafe and I work at a game arcade in Westfield Carousel whenever I can. I’m very clean, very low maintenace and reliable.
I’m a great person, very respectful, quiet, clean and always up for conversation. Have no allergies, is great with animals. A little bit shy at first but I warm up quickly and am very friendly and easy to get along with. I’m looking for a room or teamups I find a place to rent together, if you think we can team up and be good house mates give me a message and we can work from there :) LGBQT+ friendly. I have a boyfriend but he is not looking to move in with me or for a place as he has in own place with friends.
I like to keep to myself a bit but I also love a good chat and a laugh. I have a chronic illness which means I sleep most of the day and need to make sure the house is in quite a clean state, but generally I don't make much mess. I'm a bit of a nerd so love to geek out about books and movies. I also adore animals and have a super lovely 16 year old cocker spaniel called Poppy who I would need to live with me, but she's fairly well behaved and mostly just potters around. She isn't the best with food around dogs but will be fine with another dog after some getting used to. AS far as any other animals she's great :) I'm definitely not the party type and would prefer just one or two fairly quiet people to live with. I'm fine with a room of any size as long as I can fit all my books somewhere :) I'd love to live in a place where I can get along well with everyone and generally enjoy life.
Hello, I’m a full time nursing student and a single mom. So that’s mean my kids will be with me sometime, and sometime they with their dad. I’m a clean person and my kids are very well behaved. I prefer to share house with females only. Hopefully you will let me share house with you.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi I'm Rachael. I am a 20 year old who is down to earth and easy going, as well as passionate and bubbly. As a WAAPA graduate (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) music is my life, and part of my wage comes from gigging. When I'm not gigging I am songwriting and working part time in childcare. I am an introverted extrovert, which means that I am happy to keep to myself, but also love socialising- very good when it comes to the balance. I am an honest and conscientious person who is tidy and always willing to help when a hand is needed. I am responsible and can be trusted to pull my weight around the house. Currently looking for a share house that is preferably furnished with internet and bills included in rent. Flexible when it comes to private or shared rooms, however a private room is preferred as I require a space to write and record my music. Would love to share with people who are bubbly and easy going like myself, and also value the importance of respect and understanding. Looking for a sense of home and friendship :)
A FIFO worker (week on week off) from the country, reliable and chilled, courteous and neat. I have a bull terrier miniature that will stay with me when I'm home and will board when I'm not. Prefer undercover secure parking, a good backyard, pets permitted inside and a private bathroom if available. Hoping to find cool people to live with that are great to hang with as well as give each other space as/when required. On my week off I'll be out & about a bit but I also enjoy movies relaxing at home and walking the dog twice a day.
Hey folks! I’m looking to rent out a medium - large sized unfurnished room or studio apartment /1 bedroom apartment/ granny flat with the following requirements: • LOCATION - South Perth / Como / East Victoria Park / Perth CBD area • UNFIRNISHED - I already have a few bits of bedroom furniture ( built in storage / wardrobes not essential as I already have enough to store my things! ) • ROOM SIZE - Medium to large sized room to fit all my stuff • Preferably NO CARPET in the bedroom! I am fine with floorboards / tiles though. • BUDGET - MAX $200 per week. • LEASE LENGTH - 12 month lease preferable, but happy to do 6 month lease to start off with and renew again later • I don’t have a car, so I don’t need a designated parking space - more space for you! About me! I work full-time in hospitality . If I’m not busy with work, I’m usually off doing something creative / artsy. I’ve previously studied arts and environmental biology, but not currently studying. I’m also pretty nerdy, so I’m down for board game nights and binging Netflix. I’m a friendly, responsible, clean housemate with no pets, but I’m cool with them. Let me know if you have anything that sounds like the above! Cheers, Kelsey.
Just starting afresh and need time to myself and for my health and well-being. Love sports, art, coulter, music of all sought's and just a people's person period. Plus i am the most friendly person you will probably meet. I have my license, i don't smoke or drink. And have a great attitude towards life in general.
Hi. I’m a student and looking for someone tos share a nice apartment with. I’m willing to pay the bond and I have a couple of nice houses I have been viewing in Cannington, Beckenham and other places. If you are interested please don’t hesitate to contact me for further talks and clarifications.
i am soon relocating to Perth from Northern NSW for work. I will be working in Guildford, so looking for a place around that area, somewhere not too far to drive to work. I am only after somewhere to stay for a maximum of 4 weeks until I can find a rental for myself. I am clean, 25, organised, have full time work and enjoy cycling and going to the gym. So majority of the time I won’t be home.. only at night. I have a chihuahua (11 years, low maintenance... he just lays down and sleeps all day, not a barking dog) I will be leaving him in nsw for the time being but if I find a place that can take a dog that would be beneficial.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
I'm clean, bubbly and organised! Currently living in Rockingham and the commute to Curtin every day has become way too tiring. I am studying my second year in Laboratory Medicine and work part time in a pharmacy, I would love to be your room mate!
