I currently live in a small country town 2-3 hours from Melbourne. I am looking for a tree or sea change. I work at an RSL club as a kitchenhand part time. I am also a musician and and online radio DJ, which also keeps me out of trouble! I am looking for a room that has the room to not only add a bed but to also ad a desk in as I have a small studio set up. I also have a Boyfriend who does not live with me. However I do spend most of my weekends with him. I have been told by others that I have a good sense of humour. I see myself as an easy going person who likes a balance between alone time and the company of others. I am respectful of others. I am clean and reliable. I can also be adventurous and don't mind a night out here and there. I hope I can get to meet like-minded people and make the change! If there is anything else you'd like to know feel free to please drop me a message! I would love to meet you!
I'm a 30 year old male and until last year I worked full time at as an IT/AV technician where I worked for 10 years. I am seeking accomodation in Pakenham and the surrounding areas, as well as anywhere from Pakenham to Warragul including surrounding areas. I do not drive so it is essential the house be close to public transport, a train station is ideal but a nearby bus is good too. I will consider other areas if the house is a good match. I am hoping to have meals (just dinner really) included. I also have a 1 year old kitten. Unfortunately throughout the last year things have been a difficult for me. I suffer from an anxiety based mental illness called obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) which I started to really struggle with. Hopefully you won't judge me on that. As a result I ended up resigning from my job earlier this year. I am now coping a lot better now and I am currently working part-time (with almost full-time hours) but am looking for something different. I am a genuinely nice and caring person, I've just been through a lot lately and I'm just trying to get settled again. Unfortunately I have had issues with being screwed over by several housemates in the past, which certainly hasn't helped things. If you think you can help me or if you have any questions or advice at all please feel free to contact me - I have nothing to hide and I am happy to discuss my situation. Shaun

I am 21 and have recently moved to Melbourne, I'm looking to move out of where I am living now. I currently work in traffic control and at a bar. I'm friendly and clean, like to socialise and make friends but also relax and binge watch tv series.
i'm quite a relaxed person and like to keep clean i enjoy going for walks and love my drawing and outdoor time. I'd be moving in on my own, i'm quiet, i keep clean/tidy, i'm polite and also very respectful.i currently work as a casual in a childcare facility in frankston and also one in mt Martha i was born on the mornington peninsula and have lived in different areas of the peninsula my whole life, for fun i like to spend time with family and friends watching movies or going on adventures and exploring new places
I'm 19, can be very shy when I first meet you, but will be social, if your social. I'm very neat and clean. I listen to music a lot, but will keep my headphones in; I'm outgoing, can be very quiet, as I like to watch tv shows, read books etc, to relax. Relaxing hasn't been accessible to me as I have had a lot of stress throughout my life, I try my best to look at life in a positive way. I'm hoping to find for example; somewhere to go to work, come home, relax, somewhere really where I can be happy, without any stress in the way. I'm currently looking for work, around the frankston/hastings area, trying to find stable accomodation, I have a boyfriend of nearly 3 years, but will be looking for somewhere for just myself. I'm a smoker, but will make exceptions (ie; smoking away from the house). I'm getting financial assistance from centrelink, I also have a medical certificate until late march, I'm hoping to find someone who will accept me for who I am. I am very respectful of others, and I'm hoping to find somewhere where I will be able to access internet, but having a roof over my head is more important to me. I'm social, but I have barely any friends, as I haven't really found the right people. My goals are to get a job, get my P's, get a car, to get my own place, to be happy and have a settled life ahead of me.
Respectful independent Canadian, seeking accommodation. I haven't touched my profile in quite a while, updating today or tomorrow (Jan 16th), must figure out how to resize photos.
I'm an easy going female. Happy to socialise sometimes but so also like some space other times and privacy. I am considerate of others and am generally a fairly tidy person. Have shared with others before.

Hello! I'm looking to team up with a happy, healthy flat mate who has a positive energy who likes to have the occasional cup of tea or glass wine but knows when space is needed. I have a pretty quiet personality and am not looking for a party house. I work a lot as an Interior Designer, fairly long hours. In my spare time I love to read, walk, do yoga, meditation, sing, play keyboard, go to the beach or get out to any of the events that this lovely city has going! I pretty much have a go with the flow attitude about life. Happy to live anywhere from Mornington to Elwood and surrounding suburbs. :)
Hi my name is Ivo. I am a 25 year old german engineer and going to work for abtc in Dandenong for the next six months at least. That is why I am currently looking for accomodation. Hi, I'm working towards establishing a share house in a very luxurious home. We're looking for a total of 5 people who are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. You can get more details at my other listing. Why you should consider sharing with a divorced 53 year old guy: As a guy, I can cook more than bake beans. 🥘 I actually like cooking, 👨🍳so there's a good chance of getting a nice meal 🍽 I won't hog the PS4/Xbox 🎮 I know things we can do if the internet 🌏was to self destruct. You can borrow money 💰 of me and hope I may forget due to dementia. I love grocery shopping 🛒 so if you're too busy, consider it done ✅ I'm getting older, I could die early⚰️, you'll get a better room. I have 53 years experience in getting along with others. 😇 My birthday is in winter, we can save on heating bills with using 54 candles. 🎂 My life isn't a ongoing drama. 🎬 I know how to change: - a light Globe💡 - fix a tap🚰 - I know how to post a letter 📮 - fix most problems on computers 🖥 I'm old enough to give sage advice 🔮, but not old enough that I smell due to wearing a diaper. 💩 Specific reasons for Guys: I'm not going to steal you girlfriend👩⚖️ I'm not going to want to borrow your clothes 👕when we go clubbing.🕺🏼 (I don't go clubbing) I'm actually good to seek advice from.👨🏻💼 I can hold the other spanner 🔧 Specific reasons for Girls: I'm not going to steal your girlfriend either. 💔(See guys) I have six daughters, I've lived in a all girl house (excluding myself) for 18 years. So I get along with females well. 👩🏾👩🏼👩🏽👩🏻👩🏿👩 I've finally realised the toilet seat 🚽doesn't self levitate. It's not magic 🎩 I won't raid your wardrobe 👗 , wear your makeup 💄 , or ruin your best heels 👠👠 And finally the most important reason why you should contemplate 🤔 sharing with me, I promise to stop using emojis, to look 😎.
Hello, I'm easy going, clean and friendly person. Working as full time engineer and looking for accommodation for up to 3 months as i will buying house in near future. If you need further information, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hey I'm Jacob, 17, almost 18, and a student soon to be studying medicine at Monash university. I'm tidy and low maintenance and looking for a share house of like-minded people. Looking for a place that is fit for someone mostly studying but also friendly environment. I do have a small dog, he's a Japanese Spitz named yukio (look them up on Google images you'll fall in love) he is an inside dog fully toilet trained and completely my responsibility all you'll have to worry about is trying not to love him too much. I look forward to hearing from you and am happy to answer any questions you might have. I'm also interested in potentially starting a sharehouse with some others (co-signing a lease) so please message me if you're interested in that also. Cheers!
Hello my name is Glenn Lightowler, currently looking for a place to stay at least 3 months. I am currently working with my father casually and looking for a full time position ATM. My living situation at the moment is about to end due to the lease being up. I am clean, quiet and very respectful of house rules. I like to keep my room in top order and will happily help out with any home maintence that is required. I own a car and I am very quiete. I currently goto the gym 4 or 5 times a week and have a healthy lifestyle. I don't own any pets but love animals and will certainly get to know any and all animals. Hope to hear from you soon, Glenn.
I'm new to Melbourne, and am moving there sometime in February. I'll be couch-surfing with a mate for a couple weeks while I look for a place, so I'm flexible on the move-in date! I'm a relaxed, clean and friendly guy. I have a steady, full-time professional job in the CBD. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy cooking for others - also love to sneak in a glass or two of wine or whisky. I'm a no-dramas kind of person, so I'm very easy to live with. I'm also very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm a former lawyer (now somewhere much happier), so I'm probably reasonably useful if you get sued. With that said, please don't get sued. I like movies, sport, board games, and travel (doesn't everyone like travel, though?). And food, but I think that's a given since I love cooking! I have a small, friendly, indoor cat. He's well-trained, 7 years old, and non-destructive. Very well trained, too. I'd also be interested in teaming up - even with a few people. If we could get 4-5 of us together, we could get a really nice 4/5 bedroom place which would usually be well outside our price ranges, for about $200-$250 each. The main requirements I have - ideally I'd prefer a large bedroom (and I'm happy to pay more for this) as I have a large bed, and people would need to be happy to share with the cat and feed him on the occasional weekends when I head home for a day or two - if you have pets, of course, I'd be happy to reciprocate!
My name is Kristina and i'm 19 years old. I see myself as a very easy person to live with and tend to keep to myself a lot but am also very sociable when needed to be. I'm currently studying at University and have a part time job. Im looking for share housing with people of any gender around the same age as me/early, mid to late 20s
* HAVE FOUND A PLACE TO LIVE* I'm 21 years old and I'm a makeup artist. I currently work an average of 33 hours a week but it can fluctuate between 28-38hrs. I am looking into possibly studying nursing at some point in the near future. I've never lived out of home before so this would be my first time sharing with flat mates but I have two brothers so I feel like that's prepped me for anything! I am clean and tidy. I'm respectful and considerate of other people's space. I'm happy to be social and eat dinner together but I'm also happy to leave everyone to their own devices. I am social, but at times I value my own space (especially after a long work week). I don't have people over often and I don't drink so I am not a heavy partier. I keep busy by volunteering at an animal shelter up to 3 times a fortnight. I don't sit around the home much unless it's after work and I'm winding down. I have a 10 month old dog she is a cattle dog crossed with an Irish wolfhound. She is medium sized and very placid and relaxed. I walk her twice a day so she is always well rested and I take her up to a block in the country too for a run around a few times a month. When I'm not at home she is pretty relaxed and whenever I am not at work I take her everywhere with me. I always clean up after her (poop, hair and otherwise). I need to move out of my home and into a new home ideally in the next two weeks but I can stretch my time limit if need be. Let me know if you have any questions or if there is something I can clarify. I can send a picture of my dog. If you'd like to meet let me know. I'm happy to bring my dog 🙂 As I said, I have no rental history, but I can provide personal references at your request.

I am a teacher in a college starting work in a college at carrum downs from Jan 2017 migrating from Singapore looking to rent a whole apartment within walking distance from Frankston CBD, beach and train station. I need the rental from End May onwards as i have a place to stay till then. Places like Gould Street, Plenty Street or O Grady Ave in Frankston would be . Looking for a 3 bedroom apartment preferably with en suite bathroom. If location is good can even do a 2 year lease.
We are two guys from London, new to Australia, we enjoy music, socialising and generally having a laid back relaxing time. Both of us can cook, and pull our weight with general household chores. Will be looking to get a car also, mainly for sporadic trips here and there, should be a few empty seats for those who want to join. Both currently looking for jobs, but would ideally secure a place to live first.
Social smoker. Looking for a place as the landlord wants to have the house to himself in a month, preferably looking for a place with no bond. I'm an easy going housemate and can have a few drinks every now and again but just a bit shy in the beginning until I get to know you. Working as a waitress and looking for another job.
Hi, I am a sports focused individual, looking to study in Melbourne, and thus in need of a place in the suburbs to live and enjoy life with some flat mates. Fairly easy going, always up for a night out to the movies or shopping or alternative activities if others are interested.
It is going to be my first time living in Australia. I already went to New Zealand last year to study and this year I would like to find a place where I can settle while I am working. I am a Filipino, a nurse, gonna work in Peninsula Private Hospital. I am neat, non smoker, and would like to find a place where it is quiet and have privacy.
20yo country girl from shepparton. I can be shy around new people but once i get to know them im quite sociable, i definitely dont mind cleaning even if its not my mess. im starting full time work in mulgrave on the 18th of jan so will barely be home from 9-5 weekdays and im usually out on weekends, in spare time i will most likely be drawing in my room listening to music or at gym. A place thats not strict on having afew friends over occasionally would be best.
I am quite independent and tidy. I am from Mornington and currently have 2 jobs. I do like my own space, however, i am also very friendly and easy to get along with so sharing things would not be a problem. When i am not at work, I like to relax, and therefore, will not be an annoying person to live with.
I'm Oli, 31, study teaching full time and work part time. Both uni and work are down in the Frankston area so looking to move down that way. I've lived in plenty of share houses before, I'm tidy, easygoing, like to have a laugh, enjoy a bit of sport, movies, music. Looking for a room in a place shared with one or two others.

Would like to meet new and cool people to live with who are easy going. Love a couple of drinks at the end of the working week too :)!
I'm currently working as a Careers Consultant Casual-Full time hours as well as studying my Diploma of Nursing blended mode. I am laid back, non judgemental, easy to get along with. I enjoy great company as well as my alone time. I am definitely outgoing, love meeting new people. I would prefer a solo one or two bedroom place although up for shared house with a large room as I love my space. Open to offers, feel free to message me.
Currently at this point of time, I'm 32, will be 33 in june. I'm a pretty simple guy that doesn't ask for much. Bit quiet at first thanks to my anxiety, but once i feel comfortable, i'm pretty chatty. I'm a good listener. I enjoy going on long road trips, fishing, camping, catching up with my few close friends and also being nerdy in front of the computer either playing games or delving into the weird corner of YouTube.
Hi all, I'm looking to join or start a lease between Chelsea to Frankston with 1-2 other people. Currently working full time as a solicitor in Mornington. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed and clean house. Ready to move now, weekly rent between $150-$200 and a stay of between 3-12 months. If you're after something similar give me a call! Cheers
Hi, my name is Rebecca, I have listed previously before but my circumstances are ever changing, I need to move out within 2 days now ( so by or on the 8th of january) as I still do not have a guareented place to stay. Ive been waiting on a response back from a landlord in regards to a place but I am running out of time as the deadline I have been given is in two days. No it is not because im trouble or in desperate need. I have been offered temporary accomodation if the deadline comes and I still havent gotten an answer from the real estate/found somewhere to stay. Im just trying to keep my options open just in case the real estate says no. I am a clean, straight responsible adult trying to find some stability as I have moved in with the wrong people before hence why im in the situation im in and am being very cautious. Because I am working most of the time I dont have the time to look and apply for a place of my own therefore im looking to houseshare for a while. Ive also changed my picture to something else because apparently my selfie was too sexy and makes me look like an irresponsible girl, personally I find that extremely offensive, discriminating etc but apparently people judge by looks so im not having a pic of myself at all. I finished my security training last year and got my licence in october, so ive only been working 5 weeks but like I said I work two jobs not just one. Please take note I am not desperate, I have options I just need to find somewhere where I can settle down, work as much I can, save up some money then go on to look for a place of my own later this year. Right now I just dont have the time or stability to do those things hence why im looking to houseshare. Just thought I should clear those things up so I dont get any more people making assumptions. I am willing to houseshare (but not with two many people!! 2 other people absolute max, any more then that is too many people!) although I am hesitant due to having severe problems with housemates before. I am currently working two jobs for two companies as a security guard/crowd controller/LPO (loss prevention officer) I do get alot of hours especially over weekends so ill hardly be around. My personal space is very important to me and I do ask for that to be respected ( again past issues with previous housemates) I also refuse to live with anyone who does illicit drugs including cannabis, ive lived with people like that before and im not doing it again to be straight up. Ive also had people going through my room looking to steal. That is absolutely not on. I always pay my rent at least two weeks in advance. I would prefer a bungalow/granny flat but if you do have a spare room feel free to send me a message anyway. I need to move out asap so im willing to consider all available options. If I dont reply straight away dont worry im probaly just at work and will try to get back to you asap. You can also contact me on my mobile, but please text do not call as I could be at work ( my work hours are all over the place)
Hi there, I am a very sociable, adventurous relaxed guy.I am extremely tidy and believe your home is your refuge from the storm and it is so important who you live with. It has to be right. I am looking for either a shared apartment or a team up with a like minded person/persons...male or female. I have my own businesses...1. a gymnasium maintenance business where I do a lot of travel looking after Defence gymnasiums 2. a home renovation business. I am often on the road and away a lot so I'd be nearly part a part time flat mate. I love music (i'm a muso....but my drums are set up in her garage for her son but also play guitar) I love animals, I don't smoke, I am in the process of setting up an adventure company to take people to the amazon to experience some deep shamanic stuff and extreme adventure up to Machu Picchu, I have three grown kids who all live out of home. I am big into fitness and living healthily. I love nothing more than listening to interesting podcasts with a glass of red or on a country drive. I have a girlfriend who lives down this way so I also will spend a number of nights per week at her house but not visa versa as she has her kids living with her. Best to grab a quick coffee and see if the connection is right.
My names Michael, Im 44 yrs old and work full time in Dandenong as a Boilermaker welder. I reside in Leongatha however due to the travel I am looking for a place to live during the week. If your room is available I start back at work on the 16th of Jan.
What makes me great to live with is this simple fact we are a very clean neat and tidy person who's will always look after where ever we live! I am easy to get along with and actually have respect for other peoples things! I appreciate your time!
Hey potential housemates, I'm Chris, I'm 23 and I'm working full time in Pakenham whilst also finishing my degree in environmental science. I'm great to live with because I'm very tidy, pretty handy around the house, and own a car. I have a few items of furniture that we can use if needed. I'm a non smoker.
