I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.
I am very helpful and friendly, easy going, generous, loyal, humble, generous, funny and happy 😊. Love to chat. Work as a horticulturist at a wholesale plant nursery which supplies plants for all the flower power stalls in NSW. Love animals such as birds. Other hobbies are exercises eg weight training and running. Also one more thing, i love 😍 washing up and drying.
I work evenings and all day Saturday. So I'm mostly in until around 1pm weekdays. Often out on a Sunday. I'm a non smoker, in pretty good health and well organised. I get on well with all kinds of people
I'm a very clean and organised person who has look two, medium sized fur babies. They're extremely friendly and well behaved and are mostly outside unless going to bed or when there is bad weather. They're also toilet trained and know a few tricks for treats. Always down for a game of tug, cuddles & pats. I'm usually working any where between 5-6 days a week depending on my roster which usually consists of late afternoons / evenings as I work in a skin cancer clinic & GP practice in the Hawkesbury. I am very friendly, happy to socialise and easy going. I have listed that I do smoke but do not smoke in side the house and rarely at home, more of a social habit than anything. Currently living in wilberforce and happy to stay in the Hawkesbury area. If anyone wants to team up, I'm happy to chat :)
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I have a great personality and love to meet new people. I enjoy being social as well as enjoying my alone time so I can work to whatever my housemate/s prefer.
I'm looking for a safe haven for when I'm not travelling. I work for a cruise ship company and spend about half the year on cruises. I'm very respectful of others Space and privacy and simply expect the same in return.

I have recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand and have a full time job. I am a friendly, independent, and quiet person to live with. I am respectful of others and know how to share a living space in a way that keeps others happy. I like to read, take my dog out on long nature walks, and to spend time working on creative projects. I am a huge animal lover, and dogs play a large part in my life. I love meeting new people, and am excited to make some new friends in Sydney.

We're both from Dural, I am working full-time in the city looking to go to university next year. James is a carpenter also working full-time. We are young but looking to move out together as we're quite independent and are looking for a fun, clean and easy going place that we can call home :)
Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs (longtime JP), get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney and go to Church. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.
A bit About me: 33, Israeli, permanent in Australia. Have been Working full time as an engineer in Gosford for the past 3 month. I have Leaved about a year in hostels and shared accommodation, mostly in Sydney. So,no worries about me, I know how to respect and live with other people. I Need a room from monday to Friday. In the case of renting a room, we can do it untill you find someone who wants to rent the whole week. 10 days notice are fine with me. I am willing to pay up to 30 AUD per night. Team up options that can work for me: 1. Renting an apartment\house together. I will stay there Monday to Friday and you on Friday to Monday. 2. We can simply rent an apartment / house together and share the rent and bond. Maybe even rent a spare room to others. We can go for a coffee to discuss more of ways to corporate. Thanks Roy
I'm a young professional working in Gosford. Looking for a place nearby. I'm fairly quiet and prefer to keep to myself, but happy to socialise with friends. I also have a lot of netball commitments which mean that I'm regularly out of the house.
