Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Updated 22/03/17

Hi! I am Marieke and I am a Dutch Molecular Life Sciences student who will be in Sydney for a 5 month exchange program starting July. Mostly I am a pretty solitary person but I do love to hang out and chat, watch movies eat in company etc. I love kids and animals so neither of those would be a problem for me. As I will be pretty busy with university and am planning on getting a weekend job there is a good chance I will be out often.
Hi All! My names Aisha and I'm 20 years old. I've just returned home from 3 months travelling overseas in America and have secured a full-time job in McGrath's Hill starting on the 20/02/17. Looking for a room to rent (preferably furnished) as soon as possible so I can easily get to and from work (where I'm currently living is 3 hours away). Budget is $200pw but can stretch that for the right house. Not only do I work full-time Monday-Friday 8-5, I also study at WSU so I will hardly be home. If you have anything available or any questions please feel free to message me! :)

American/Australian taking a gap year before going to uni in Aus, coming from the States, lifeguard, scubadiver, doing lots of hiking and activities, love animals, plan to work, volunteer, and study before uni, extremely respectful, understanding, super cool:)
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Full time worker. Clean and tidy. Easy to get along with and enjoy socialising and having a chat with housemates. I also enjoy having my own quiet time and happy to give other housemates their space. Happy to share monthly communal dinners.

Hi, I'm currently a full time member of the Royal Australian Air Force located in Wagga, NSW. In May 17, I will be leaving my job and relocating to Sydney, NSW to take on a full time undergraduate degree studying PDHPE Secondary Health and Education at the University of Western Sydney, whilst working a casual job. Which leads me to looking for accommodation. Throughout my Defence career I have lived in various styles of shared accommodation and I have experienced all kinds of 'room mates'. I know how to live with others respectfully. As a working professional myself, I do understand the needs of other professionals, such as being mindful of noise when living with shift workers. I am hugely conscious of using shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, tidying up after myself and not leaving things out and I'm all for sharing the house chores. I definitely can say you'll never have to worry about me throwing a house party, I'm going to be pretty flat out studying, working and training most hours of the day. I'm a friendly and approachable person but I also know when people just need some time out straight after work. Other things I know that are important to sharing accommodation involve, paying rent on time, respecting peoples privacy, communication and just being aware of the fact that I'm living with others so respect them like I'd want them to respect me. With that in mind, I hope you'll consider me as a room mate. Klaryse
I'm great to live with because I'm clean, respectful, im also a great cook, I make a mean potato bake :) I keep to myself and I'll probably be in my room watching Netflix or playing Xbox. I have a dog honey, who is so placid, she is toilet trained and she is obedient , she basically just eats and sleeps , she will be in bed with me most of the time and i will clean up after her everyday. I just really need a place to live, I need a home, I just loved over here from Adelaide and I've got a job but now I just need a home :)
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Georgia and I are a young couple who have been together for over 3 years now. Both originally from a small country town, we moved up to Sydney in order for me to complete my apprenticeship in carpentry. Georgia works full time at a medical imaging practice in Bella Vista and uses public transport to get to work. We're a respectful and tidy couple who enjoy our busy lifestyle, as well as a few video games. Fast internet is a definite draw card for us.
Hi, I'm Calvin and I'm currently studying my last semester of master's at Monash Uni. I just moved back from Europe and would need a place to stay till mid-June. I'm tiny and keep things organised. I like to go out for food, movie, or just walking around if I'm not otherwise staying in (mostly a homebody type). I'm looking for a sharehouse somewhere along the Pakenham railway line as it's important for me to be able to commute to uni, yet also accessible to the city area. Cheers :)

Hey there, I'm a 21 year old female, who has been living out of home for over a year now with three other roommates, so I'm very experienced with all the etiquette of house sharing. Always prompt with bills, happy to generally stay to myself, very respectful of other people's personal space and property and rarely have guests over (and of course never without notifying my housemates prior.) I like to think of myself as polite, tidy and friendly and am looking for roommates who share these same values as I am unable to live in a messy, loud, crowded environment. If you have a property in the Hills area, feel free to message me.

Looking for a room mate and a new friend. I would like to find a roomie who is fun, reliable, friendly, honest, clean, independent, easy going :) as I am the same. I am ideally looking at starting a new shared apartment. However will consider moving into an established share house, I do require parking and would prefer my own bathroom too (main room with en-suite) I'm young at heart, work full time in the hills in HR, attend the gym most mornings or afternoons (sometimes both haha) enjoy spending time with my friends, family.... long lunches, shopping, road trips, the beach, cheese n wine nights. .. I enjoy a fun night out as much as a lazy night in with a book or catching up on movies... I'd like to be able not only to be room mates but friends - share a meal, a glass of wine, watch trashy tv and make our new place a home. ... If you think we get along please don't hesitate to send through a message :) I do come with an adorable moodle, so must be ready to have a lovable face greet you when you get home :)
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace, quiet and sleep so I'm after a quiet location where I can sleep any time - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no noisy neighbours or dogs barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have some belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough. My budget of $300/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. When I'm home I like to watch tv/movies and play video/board games. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
Easy going and respect other people's privacy. I am a self employed Financial Planner with an office in Putney.
Hey I'm Tyler, I'm a full time Glazier (glass industry) lol I'm 22 and I live with my family, they say you don't know freedom untill you move out of home and I think that time is a little over due 😂 I tend to get along with everyone, always keeping everything clean, tidy and treating everyone with full respect. I love a good chat but also love my own space so you don't have to worry about me being a pest. 😂 Ideally im just looking for a house with 1 or 2 people. Looking for a room with an on suite. Males preferably but a female would've sweet. Love going off road 4 wheel driving and motorcycles pretty much anything with an engine. 👌🏼 Good with money so there's no worry about not making payments ✔️ Not in the biggest rush to get a house but the sooner the better I'd say. Let me know if I'm someone you could see as a house mate ✌🏼️
