Hey, full time IT worker here looking to shorten my commute to work. I'm pretty open in my search at the moment, the only real need I have is a decent internet connection (on occasion I work from home plus sometimes study/work in the evenings). I keep thing tidy and help out where I can. I'm looking to move sometime between early to mid July.
Hi, My top preference is an apartment at a high level, less that 5 minutes walking distance from Burwood station. I just finished my Masters in Supply Chain from University of Sydney and now, I've secured a job in Enfield. I love bright sunny days So ample sunlight in the house is a must. I need a space with a large wardrobe. Also, I would like to share the house with people who are working. A place with my own bathroom would be nice but I am happy to share with 1 other person.
I am clean, tidy, love to cook and socialise, but I mostly enjoy having my own space and spend a lot of time reading and writing. I don't have any animals with me, but am an animal lover and an ethical vegan. I don't smoke, I work full time, am from England originally but have been living in perth for the past ten years and just moved to Sydney for work. I ideally would like to live within 30 minutes of Petersham
Hey, My names Jake. I'm 23 years of age. I have a full time job In Construction industry the hours I work are Monday to Saturday sometimes 12 hour shifts. I have a 1 year old son who doesn't live with me, so I will visit him some weekends I'm a quiet person and keep to myself. I'm clean and tidy. Looking for a room to rent in Sydney area! Feel free to message me.
I am moving over with my younger brother (turns 19 when we move) for a new job starting in September. He also works full-time so we would like to find a place together for ourselves or with other tenants that is available from the 4/9/2017. We have booked our one-way flights and hotel for a few nights so we're really hoping we can find somewhere in time. I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. We both currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed it so much that we've decided to move there. We would like our own rooms preferably furnished but we can buy our own things needed. We are also interested in renting apartment furnished or not with a minimum if 2 beds if anyone has one available. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as we dont want to relocate suddenly after starting new jobs. We both respect and understand personal space but always up for some banter if needed. We like to keep things clean and I cook (he bakes) so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. We're both into fitness and enjoy going to the gym but takenit easy some days to catch up with friends. We're both easy to live with and I can provide references if requested. I have been renting for 5 years with other tenants but my brother lives at home and pays rent. We like to keep things simple and straight up, so please message me if you have any questions :)

Hi there! My name is Ren and together with my boyfriend, Bastian, looking for a wonderful cozy place to call home. We have just recently moved from Greece here and can't wait to discover more of this place. We are super mindful, clean, and get along really well with new people. We are looking for a place to call home for a couple months here in Sydney to see how we both fit in to this new place. We both love to cook, exercise, and be in nature. I am a dancer/artist from the States and love to make lots of yummy food and treats. I will be working full time as a waitress and be doing also some volunteer work but still have time for fun. Bastian is from Germany and is looking to be working with start ups, social entrepreneurship's, and some outdoor work. He is quiet, funny, and a bookworm. For fun we like to go out and explore and meet new people ( sometimes over a good glass of wine :) ), hiking, going to the beach, and hanging out watching a movie with some good food. We love animals so totally pet friendly. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Kristy and I will be moving to Sydney soon from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :) I'll be heading to Sydney around 15 July and will be available to have a look at rooms from this time.
Hey Guys :) I'm 23 and currently living in the south west of sydney and I'm looking to move out closer to the city :) I'm currently studying a bachelor of design, majoring in fashion marketing and I'm working part time for David Jones Online :) I like to be social and hang out with friends when I can and have a dance and a laugh but I dont bring the party home. I have my moments when I am a social butterfly but I also respect people's privacy and belongings as I would like mine to be respected also. In my free time I enjoy watching movies and catching up on tv shows as well as catching up with friends and exploring new places and meeting new people :) i do enjoy the occasional party and big night out with friends or even just through meeting new people and I'm hoping to find a place where these routines are shared as well :) I do enjoy photography, fashion, reading, movies and tv shows, drawing and I'm looking into learning how to surf so that should be fun! Just a side note also, I would appreciate it if anyone interested in showing me a place or room to directly message me off flatmates :) thank you! Xx
Hi! I'm Sarah, Ive been in Sydney for half a year now and I'm relocating for a work opportunity. Advantages: - fully competent in domestic safety and hygiene - fully adulting in upkeep of financial responsbilities - considerate to live with... ...if any grown-ups have been doing this houseshare thing for a long time, such as I, sometimes you just need examples of who your prospective housemate truly is and let that speak to how compatible you would be. No one enjoys having to suss out a stranger while showing them around their place. Some vignettes in Sarah's houseshare style: Your mother/sister/cousin/granny is coming to stay with you. You have never before asked Sarah, your new housemate. She responds with an "Off course, mother/sister can stay as long she wants. I'm away, does she need my bed?" Your "new friend" is "coming over". Sarah gives you a knowing wink and nothing more needs to be said. You enjoy netflix but haven't got a log in. Sarah has plenty to spare, and she will only be amused if it suddenly starts suggesting vampire related television (true story). You left one or two dishes on the side in a hurry, Sarah cleans it up because you are otherwise pretty darn clean and hygienic. You have had a crappy day/ exhausting day (*delete as appropriate*) . Sarah will sit down and share her food with you / understand if you go straight to bed (*delete as appropriate*). You realise your are out of pasta when you have just bought all the ingredients for spaghetti bolognese. Sarah does not mind that you have some of hers without asking as you are not a habitual pantry thief. You are planning a party on Saturday night, Sarah thinks this is a great idea! You are planning another three weeks later, but you reschedule for the following week as Sarah has a very early shift the next day (mutual adulting). You have been away for two weeks and it is now time to split the bills. You and Sarah split them in half. My own bathroom is only a must if you know in your heart-of-hearts your bathroom hygiene is not A+.
I'm a fun and friendly 24 year old who works full time in events and entertainment. I love what I do and enjoy both being social and out and about but also having down time. I am a tidy, clean and respectful person and am looking to move closer to the city for work.
Hey im Ayla Im 24 and im from Perth but i have just recently moved to Sydney. Ideally, i'm after a reasonably affordable room to rent with hopes of living with some easy going, social housemates. I made the move over solo and would love to meet some new people that i can chill out with. I am very much an active person, love a good workout, hike or stroll. But also love to head out to grab a drink, food or just chill. Extremely considerate and respectful of others and i am very much a tidy person - bonus points right! Would like to be reasonably close-ish to the city. Currently have a room until the end of July so looking to move into a place from then on
I'm looking for a short term furnished rental between 17 August and 14 September (my current housemates are having overseas guests so I'm doing them a favour by freeing up more of the house). I'm a professional working at a trading company - one of those ones where we shave microseconds off so we can do slightly better trades. It's the best job I've ever had, which I honestly wasn't expecting! I like cycling, bushwalking, singing (not at home, don't worry), and art. I also play the piano so if you have one that'd be awesome.
I'm Natalie, a 23 year old, full time graphic designer with a love for all things arts, crafts and dogs! I love to meet new people, binge watch the Simpsons and have a few drinks over a game of pool 😊 I love socialising but definitely need time to myself too. Zoe is a 23 year old bookworm who works full time in a law firm in Town Hall. She's loves to experiment with recipes and make all sorts of meals and the best part is she loves sharing them! Zoe always has a cup of tea in her hand (if she hasn't forgotten about it) and is always down for a boogie. Our idea of a great place to live would be respect for each other, a tidy home and getting together to share dinner and some banter. We'd like somewhere we can call home!
Hey, I'm 23 and moving up to Sydney for a consulting gig. I'm pretty chill and social, get along with most people. I'll be working long hours but am happy to chill over a beer when I'm free. Looking for a place where I can sleep, relax, and plan my food adventures. Respectful and conscientious of who I'm living with. Clean and organised.
