I begin study at uts next year. I'm looking for a nice room in an innerwest houdeshare. I hope to have place in which I can socialise at home as well as have privacy
23 year old from QLD moving to Sydney for grad school. I am looking for some fun, friendly people to move in with. I value cleanliness and I can cook - I would really like to find people who are sociable and enjoy chatting / activities with flatmates balanced with doing your own thing. Hobbies include travelling, learning languages, cooking, outdoor activities and exploring new places. Bonus points if you have pets I can cuddle, but it's not a deal breaker! I have lived out of home (including overseas) since I finished school so I am definitely house-share trained, and I can provide four years of proof of paying rent reliably. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own space/privacy but also flatmates who I can chat to and become friends with too (moving away from all my friends and family). I can sign on to a lease any time from late November but I probably wouldn't physically move until after Christmas. Just message me if you have any questions :)
Hi! I'm 22 and currently looking for 1 good house mate! I'm living at home at the moment (last 6 months) but I've rented in Sydney for 4 years with great agent references. I work full time and play lots of sport and go to the gym everyday. I'm studying too! So you won't see a lot of me. I don't smoke and I like a good wine and a chat whenever I can!
I am an active mature age professional, with a 6 month contract in Sydney. I enjoy exploring the lcoal haunts but also travel often on weekends. I often share house due to the contracting nature of my work and have made some fantastic friendships through this. I leave a small footprint as I am tidy and clean
Italian but quite atypical. Currently work as a gardener/landscaper getting a sponsor visa I wake up really early in weekdays so I'm quiet at night Keen on creative interests, arts and cinema above all

Hey we are an easy going and friendly couple from the UK & Ireland here on our working holiday visa. The past 1.5 years we have been travelling around Australia & Asia. We will be in Sydney for the next year working and want to experience what this amazing city has to offer. I currently work as an EA for the University of Technology and my boyfriend works in construction. I love cooking/eating out and spending evenings sitting, chatting with a glass of wine, and who doesn't love to party (occasionally) He likes sports, fitness and beers. We both have a super love of festivals, the beach and travelling. We want to be in a social house as we want to make new forever friends ☺.
I'm super chilled, social introvert. If I am cleaning and your things are there I generally will just do it as well, no point in sweating the small stuff on whats your dirty cup and what is mine. I work in IT, love to travel, eat and cook. When I am cooking I cook in large portions so will definitely have something to share. Looking for the right home, long term.
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi
Im very outgoing, into fitness, movies, cooking etc looking for other housemates to go to the gym with and hangout. Im new to Sydney so slowly settling in.
Hello potential roommate(s). My name is Taila, I am 25 and work your normal 9-5 gig in the CBD. I'm looking for a private, preferably furnished room in the Newtown(ish) area. I've rented for several years, have a squeaky clean rental history and I know how to cook/clean/pay rent on time/generally succeed at being an adult. I'm not the party type, with that said though, I'm not about to turn down a cheeky beer or glass of wine on a Friday night. I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not OCD nazi about cleanliness, but I do value a neat and tidy home. As long as everyone picks up after themselves and the duties are shared, I'm a happy customer. I'm naturally social and bubbly so I welcome the idea of having friends over, bring them, I have Cards Against Humanity, as long as courtesy and respect is there, I'm cool. I'm a pretty big music nut (Triple J for life), I think anything Ricky Gervais touches is gold, I love documentaries, Louis Theroux, binge-watching Parks and Recreation and eating delicious Asian food.
I'm 28 from Scotland. I love to travel and have been for the passed few years but fell in love with Sydney and decided to stay. I am just about to start studying here in December. I enjoy being active, traveling, and living a healthy lifestyle. I am a clean, organised, easygoing and really social person. I'm a friendly and open-minded Italian girl currently located in Sydney Northern Beaches. I am studying childcare and working as a live-in nanny for a family, but will be soon moving out to focus my career as an Early Childhood Educator. I am looking for a place to be available around November 16th, which I'd love to be already furnished. I like to keep things clean and tidy like myself so I would like my future housemates to share the same value. My current one sometimes doesn't even know I'm home, that's how quiet I am, but I can also be sociable as well and get out of my cave for a chat in front of a beer sometimes. I enjoy watching movies under the blankets on rainy days and instead go on exploring walks around the city whenever the weather is nice and I have a break from college. I'm also a big fan of music, especially when it's live! I like cooking and I don't mind washing the dishes or helping with chores.
Hi! I'm Cassie. I just got to Sydney a week ago, and I am here on a Work and Holiday visa. I'm from Virginia in the US. I am constantly driving to and from the city for work and it's taking up too much time and petrol in my life. I am clean, always willing to help out. Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
- Malaysian Chinese that speaks 5 languages - Working a full time & part time - need a huge room with build-in wardrobe - need a place with easy excess & less walk to city - occasionally cook - clean, tidy & quiet (a bit OCD) - all bills included - cockroach free home (110%) - need absolute freedom, no weird rules & stingy landlord - no partitioned house/unit
Friendly, funny down to earth aussie guy. Doing an apprenticeship, so working/studying to a full time load. Love exercise, the beach, cooking healthy with the occasional epic desert. Not exactly a neat freak but close to it haha. Definitely want to live with people that can be my house mates and my friends! Im not a party-person but do enjoy a social drink when out.
My name is Erin. I work at El Loco, bar tending, mostly weekends but my shifts will increase. I don't spend a lot of time at home and in my down time I draw, paint, catch up with friends, go to gigs, art galleries and road trips. I'm nice, clean and a really easy going house mate who likes to pitch in and make sure that the house is running smoothly. I'm looking for house mates who are easy going, who like to pitch in and hang out, but who aren't just 'living' together (people who actually get along and want to chat).
I work full time and am very clean and respectable. I'm looking to team up with other likeminded full time professionals, that enjoy a chat after work and are easy to get along with.
Hi all! I am relocating from Brisbane and need a place to call home. I'll be working in Events in Pyrmont so would like something nice and easy to get to preferably! I do have a car so would need to know if there is a garage/street parking. I am a very outgoing working professional, super neat and tidy and love to have a laugh and a cheeky wine! I'm not a big party person and will respect your space - it would of course be great to make a friend though! Happy to share a place with preferably no more than 2 other housemates (no shared bedrooms please). Furnished would be great but I can also buy new things/relocate my furniture from Brisbane if you don't have anything - I LOVE styling! Let me know what you've got! :)
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
Hi !! My name is Martina (28 yo) and I come from the Eternal city of Rome! :) I really love travel since I was a little child ; growing up I developed my passion for travels and I started traveling even alone. In my next plans there is a "big" solo-trip, few months (2016 November to February 2017 more or less), starting from Singapore until arriving in Sydney . I think I'm a very polite and respectful person of each culture/person/houses; my Friends use to speak of me as a friendly and sunny girl (sometimes even a little shy). :) I will arrive in AUS November 30 and right now I'm looking for an apartment/flat/room shared or not, at least for the first 4 weeks! (30 Nov to 02 Jan. more or less)! I hope you can help me! thanks to all regards Martina.
I'm a graphic design student currently dreading with assignments and pulling all nighter. If you need someone to make you coffee, you know you can count on me. I don't drink coffee so more for you. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person. I respect your space like I respect my elders (I'm asian). Dark humour, Art, Ps4, animals and all of a sudden this feels like a tinder bio. *Insert some cheesy pick up line?* Ahem! With all seriousness, I'm a pretty chill person. I know my boundaries and I'm keen to make flat-mates! And yes, I can edit your next profile picture although you're already good looking! Thanks <3
Hi! I'm Simon I work mega hours (average week 70+ hours) so I'm not really at home much, but on the occasional day off I'll usually float around doing some cleaning because I don't have time any other day I'm easy going, relaxed and tidy when have the time to be
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Hi! My name's Pat and I problem solve full-time for a living at a large insurance company. I'm also currently studying part time whilst trying to get my business ideas off the ground so Mon-Fri is pretty routine-like. Looking for a humble abode and some cool roomies. I'm into the whole travel thing, so I love sharing a glass of wine or two and exchanging stories! I like having a laugh, trying new things and food, cooking, meeting new people, love reading books about personal development, binging on tv series, am a lover of 90s/early2000 rnb jams, am passionate about exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. Oh and I love dogs!! I'm really easy going, friendly, clean and tidy (Yeah I'm all about that bathroom etiquette). I respect my roommates space always and have proven to be a great handyman around the house and cars. Happy to provide references. Looking to move out in mid November.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv

I'm a chef/pizzaiolo by trade and I've recently moved back to Sydney after 3 years of travelling and working around Italia and Europe. I have a good sense of humour (or so i'd like to think..), I'm well mannered and well spoken and not easily bothered. I love meeting new people and making new friends! I'm humble, laid-back and an open minded individual who never looks for trouble and trouble never looks for me. I love sports, cultures, I love food in general and cooking (love eating more!), love arts and music (mainly hip-hop and house but love all genre) and love to share a laugh over a decent bottle of red. Kindest regards, Gabriele.
Hi there, I'm a student from Brisbane, and I'm looking for a place to stay in Sydney for 3 months while completing an internship. I am clean and tidy, reliable for payments, and I'm just as happy keeping to myself as I am socialising, depending on what you would prefer!
I'm looking for somewhere new to call 'home', with an easy-going full-time working professional who's got their life sorted. Either moving into somewhere new or renting a room & bathroom are ideal. I like to think I'm friendly, welcoming, personable and an agreeable kind of guy with my my head on right and my 'stuff' together. I work full time in digital media as a journalist, so I'm pretty busy at work during most days of the week as well as many nights of the week, so I tend to stay out of anyone's hair. My weekends are my own and I love down time spent relaxing at home, visiting galleries or beaching, going out and to parties, Netflix binging or watching movies, reading and trying to not kill my plants. I'm very clean and tidy, don't take up a lot of space and pretty open minded, like nice wine and fancy cheese and can hold a good conversation. I have a massive soft spot for dogs and all animals so if you have a pet, I'd be stoked. I do drink, I do not take drugs and I am also gay, if that matters.
I work full-time in Darlinghurst as a Designer — I'm direct, pay my rent on time, all the time. I have a potty-trained, desexed male Chow Chow with me who'll look out for you too :) I'm an ambivert, not a hermit, not the life of the party so you won't get one extreme or the other. We'll get along if you're sarcastic/savage, but with a good heart. Great if we can be friends and not strictly people who just share a house (that'll be awkward!)
I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
Hi! We are a couple from Cracow, Poland. Kasia is a PhD student doing her research at the Unviversity of Sydney (Pharmacy). Andrzej is currently working part time. We are both 26 years old, very friendly and clean. In our spare time we travel, hike and rock climb. We really enjoy spending time with other people and meeting new friends. We are looking for a private room from the beginning of November until mid December. Cheers, Kasia and Andrzej
Fun and friendly British guy enjoying a summer playing cricket and working in Sydney. Looking to have fun and meet some new people whilst I'm here. Very sociable and like going out for food and drinks with friends.
I'm quiet, neat & tidy and need a furnished room. I live and work in Sydney Monday -Friday and head home to Newcastle after work most Fridays, although there are approximately 8 Saturdays I stay to work during the year. I enjoy cooking, am happy with my own company but also enjoy having a chat while respecting privacy. I love animals so am happy to share a house with fur babies as well. I don't make judgments about lifestyles and am pretty laid back. While I'm 55 years old, it wouldn't be like living with your mum!!
We are a very chilled not 'mushy' couple. Very clean and organised We respect people's privacy/personal space but love a good chat over wine and food. Jess: I work in Science Monday to Friday 8-4. I exercise regularly but my weakness is the odd wine or vodka. I love travelling (just got back from 2 months in Europe) and enjoy casual dinners and nights at the pub with friends. I love a good laugh and adventure but happy to balance that with the occasional netflix binge. Tris: Fitter Machinist that works Mon-Sat (fairly long hours). Very chilled and also loves travelling. Pretty good cook and enjoys splurging on the occasional fancy dinner. Bit of a Motorbike buff- likes to do track days when he gets the chance. We have a small rabbit and lorikeet that are low mess and funny critters that would love to come with us. So if you are looking for some chilled, clean, happy housemates that could turn into good friends we hope to hear from you!
Hi! I'm Will, 18 from the UK. Coming out to Australia for a working holiday before I go travelling around South East Asia with my friends. I'd say i'm an easy going guy who is easy to get on with. Love making new friends and having a laugh. Up for anything. (date given for moving in is approximate)
Hi, I am soon on my way to Sydney to do a fieldwork for my master's thesis in social anthropology. I will arrive on the 4th of November and have found a place where I can stay until the 12th of Nobember while I am searching for something more long term. My plan is to stay for three months. A little bit about me: I am 31 years old and from Stockholm, Sweden. I have a lot of interest but some of them are health, art (both creating and enjoy other's), music (mostly electronic and house), working out and travelling. Love spending time with friends but also enjoy my space. I am trustworthy, respectful, independent, open minded and easy going. Also vegan but have no problem living with someone who is not.
