Hi, I come from Taiwan and will be a full-time postgraduate at University of Sydney in July 2017. I have experience of sharing a room in Taiwan and Thailand, but I prefer to have a private room with a shared bathroom. I don't smoke, drink nor have pets. I like cooking while I always keep the kitchen clean. I don't do party; instead, I need quiet nights for writing. For exercise, I like jogging, swimming, and kayaking, though quite clumsy.
Hi I'm Brooke and I'm a 2nd year uni student at UTS studying property and international studies. Currently living in the redfern/surry area but looking to move into a bigger space. I’m normally either at work or uni or a combination of both throughout the day. Hobbies include: cooking, eating, drinking coffee, attempting to do yoga, painting, playing the piano (not very well) and procrastinating over assignments. I’m always keen for a chat but am very respectful of people’s privacy. Clean and tidy, always pay my bills on time Looking for a place that feels like home and would love to move into a friendly and social house :) I don't really have a preferred stay time, it really just depends on the people and the house. My move date is also flexible
Hello, my name is Louisa and I'm 25 years of age. I'm making the big move from Perth to Sydney to relocate and challenge myself from the norm. I have completed my university degree in HR management & have just finished in a managerial role in Perth so will be working full time once living in Sydney. My interest are in socializing, watching sports, being active, film, going out to eat and drink and swimming at the beach. I am an outgoing individual who enjoys socialising with new people, having a drink or cooking a meal, but who also enjoys private time at home, chilling out after work or on a weekend.
Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a wine on the weekends. I'm not sure how long I'll need the room for but at least three months and possibly up to a year.
24, Male, HR/Payroll professional working in Pyrmont. Recently single and coming with enough furniture and mod-cons to set up a new apartment, or furnish an apartment in need of household items. If you are looking to Team Up to find a place let me know, and if you have a new place you're looking to furnish, I'm coming with a full 1 bedroom apartment-worth of stuff, down to the kitchenware. Recently single, looking to move closer to work to make things easier on myself. Looking specifically at Pyrmont/Ultimo/Glebe, but will consider places around Leichhardt/Balmain and Surry Hills. -Happy living with single men or women -Working Mon-Fri 9-5 for in HR/Payroll in Pyrmont -Usually pretty low key during the week, and get up to things on the weekend -Coming from renting my own apartment with my ex-GF as fully-functioning adults - so am responsible and financially literate regarding things such as rent, bills, living with other adults, housework etc -I cook pretty much all my meals -Outside of work I enjoy watching the NBA, playing PS4, going to the odd NRL game, going to the pub with mates, checking out cool new bars and eateries, and devouring burgers and going to concerts.
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for at least 4-6 months with the possibility of extending. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
I'm Ervin, currently working full-time as a software tester. Easy going, neat and tidy. I have a Fetch box that will give you free access to 6000 Movies, TV Series, HLS channels, Netflix, Stan, Sports channels etc. All it needs is an internet connection and you can watch whatever you like.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
I'm looking to move start of May. I would prefer to team up with someone and get a place together so it feels like it's equally our home. But I am open to moving in with existing households. I currently live in Ryde and would be happy with any area closer to the city. I do have a car so I will need parking. I work full-time in events and dance Salsa couple nights a week. I'm very easy going and chilled person. When I'm not working or out dancing, I like to relax at home. I'm addicted to many TV shows. I do enjoy my own space after big day at work but I'm always up for an chat/hang or drink as I would like a housemate that can be a friend too. If you think we would get along then contact me and will take it from there.

Hello, I'm looking for a room in the Inner west or Eastern suburbs, I'm an architect from South America who loves to travel worldwide. I am easy going, clean and respectful of other flatmates. I'm looking for short-term accomodation (up to 3 months).
I work as a communications officer in Surrey Hills and love my job. My work / life balance is pretty spot on and I have many and varied interests. I like travel, Motorbikes, rock climbing, cheese, flipping (trampolining/parkour etc) and of course my playstation to name a few; there are many more. Also, Possibly a wizard. Hagrid is 18 years late but hey, a dude can dream. I am a bit house proud and value having a clean, tidy, warm and welcoming place to come home to. I'd love to team up with some equally interested and interesting people who want a home not a house. I'm pretty relaxed as to where this house is. I would like if possible to have a bit of a yard, possibly a garage or undercover area. I'd be looking to move in the next few months but again am relatively flexible with the dates. If any of this interests you and you'd like to meet up for a coffee and see if we'd make a good house team then please let me know. Cheers in advance, Casey
I'm 23 and working full time in a professional media role in Pyrmont. I can be busy with work, training and studying part time so I would offer a lot of personal space but also don't mind being a home body. I spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen, I particularly cook on the weekends to prep meals, but always tidy up after myself and respect communal areas. I wouldn't mind having a space where I can sometimes have friends over for a drink and catchup. I'm easy going, clean and enjoy my own space. Would be up for the occasional dinner/wine together :)
Hello :) I am a German student and for my semester abroad I will be in Sydney from July on. I am looking for a nice place to stay for 4 months. I am an open and easy-going person. I love traveling around, meeting new people and getting to know new places. I like photography, dancing and chocolate ice-cream.
Hey, there! I'm looking for a single room in a place filled with sociable people. About myself: I've been living in Sydney for over a year, work full time in an IT company close to darling harbour. I'm easy going, clean an tidy, love to hang out, but respect others and their own space. I end up staying at work for longer hours during weekdays and on weekends in Bondi lazing around. Would like to find a flat/house, which I could treat as a home rather than just a place.
Hi There! My name's Mel and I've just moved to Sydney from Perth. I'm a recent Music Theatre graduate and working as a dance teacher. I'm friendly but also respect people's space and am super tidy. I also love to cook and watch movies :)
Hey :D My name is Lesley. I am looking for a fully furnished room to live in for around about 6 months plus in Sydney. I am a working professional and am a down-to-earth, easy-going, friendly gal who likes to socialise but I also enjoy spending time by myself doing my own thing sometimes too. I am house trained too so no worries ;). I would like to find a place that has a happy balance between relaxed and clean. My philosophy when sharing is "Do unto others that you would like done unto you". I believe mutual respect and consideration goes a long way when living with others. I have met a lot of my closest friends through share accom. Good communication is very important too. Anyways, if you think I might be a perfect fit for your home (or even a near perfect fit) and you would like to meet me please don't hesitate to send me a message. Best wishes...
Heya, I'm Stacey. Originally from the South Coast, currently studying a Masters degree at UTS. During the week I'm usually at uni or studying, and work on weekends. I enjoy relaxing at home with a good book, watching movies, socialising with friends and family, laughing and love desserts any time of the day. I am reliable and a clean freak, ideally looking for a home, not just a house (close to public transport would be fabulous).
Hi there, my name is Tegan. I am 25 years old and moving from Melbourne to Sydney in early May to take up a new full-time job. I'll be working in Darlinghurst as a trainee embryologist and am looking for a private room in a sharehouse that is preferably close to a train station. I'm hoping to find a social house with housemates who like to hang out occasionally and have the odd meal/glass of wine/night out together. I will be working during the day on weekdays and at nights I like to cook, exercise and relax. On weekends I enjoy going out at night and being active and adventurous during the day. I love animals (though sadly will have to leave the family dog in Melbourne), avocados and memes, and I bake the most amazing chocolate chip cookies. Looking forward to hearing from any potential housemates!
Both professionals working in the film and TV industry. Currently looking for a large bedroom (preferably with own ensuite). Gregarious and considerate housemates, we both work long hours but love to share a bottle of red and have a laugh at the end of the day.
Honest, reliable, empathetic, compassionate, considerate ,artistic yet practical, animal lover -ALL incl insects- non judgemental ( I hope ), good sense of humour, reasonable and reasonable culinary skills (Still learning), an altruist with misanthropic leanings and obviously quite humble :) Ps; Trying very hard to quit the gaspers!

Helloo! I'm a pretty bubbly outgoing kinda gal who loves spending time with my friends and family. I have a strange kind of love for anything that glitters or sparkles, despite being a fully fledged adult. I work full time in Ashfield and I own and rent out an apartment in Perth (I lived there for a few years). I'm a pretty neat and clean person who loovvessss when people put the empty toilet roll and drain hair in the bin and fills the kettle up after it's been used 🙊 I also spend about 45 billion hours in the bathroom so I'm preferably looking for a place where I'll have my own bathroom.
