I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) in a very clean home close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I do have a cavoodle puppy with me. He’s very cute and small. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day and would get shipped off to his other home on the weekends, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home.
Teacher, writer, philosopher, scholar and inspirational cartoonist. Quiet and grounded. Non smoker. Love animals and vegetarian :-) Am environment conscious and believe that people sharing a space should clean up after. Very light cooking. Cheers, SR
I'm currently based in Brisbane however I’m taking up an opportunity to live in Sydney, within the next month. I would be looking at sharing / teaming up for 3 months at first then extending indefinitely. My role is based in the CBD. I’m super easy going, clean, love a good laugh and a glass of wine! Not really after a party house although always down for a wine and cheese night! (23 going on 80 Haha) Super into NRL, try not to miss a game (Sydney Roosters, clearly!) (If pet friendly) MASSIVE dog lover, however, highly allergic to cats! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! 😊
I spend most of my time at home in my room but like to socialise for the occasional meal or beverage. I am respectful and clean up my belongings. I am flexible with my living arrangements but I really need a place with unlimited NBN as I work part time from home.
Hi! I'm Tania, 35, work full time in events (with the occasional travel during the year). I like chilling out at home during the week, and then most weekends are spent catching up with family or friends. I am a sociable housemate who is always up for a chat, but totally respect your privacy. Happy for a communal dinner or glass of wine. Most of my time is spent either at work (during the week, with the occasional weekend shift or travel), or catching up with family or friends. Would also like some more brunch recommendations.
Hey! I'm Catie. I work full time as a graphic designer, and I also enjoy sport and going to the gym. I enjoy cooking and a nice glass of wine on the weekends. I'm tidy and respectful of personal space. I have a pet bearded dragon, who is very gentle and friendly. He spends most of his time in his terrarium, but likes to come out to watch a bit of TV in the evenings.
I'm originally a Perth girl, moved to Sydney a couple of years ago and decided I'm here for the long haul. I am in my last couple of months of my masters of occupational therapy degree and work part time with children. I am friendly and very easy-going but lead a pretty quiet life and have lots of experience with flat sharing.
We are a couple, who always do our best to make other laughing, and keeping a good atmosphere. We achieve this by playing quitar, making jokes, listening to you :) I love a clean house, so I love to clean. We work full- time and Peter goes to school and works. We don´t smoke and we do not accept smoking in the house (outside it is fine). We will stay here at least till September 2019 so we search for a perfect rent (for a long term the best).
Hey there, I'm Marc! 32-year-old Creative Director from Germany, living in Sydney for the past 4 years and now on the hunt for a new place to call home. I'm looking for a nice and clean private room with own bathroom. Ideally, a house that is a bit more social, as I'm basically starting my Sydney adventure from scratch again. I'd like to make some new meaningful connections and potentially find some new lifelong friends. Ideally looking to share a place with one more person, not a big fan of massive share houses. :) Bonus points if the place comes with air conditioning AND secure parking for my motorcycle. A bit about myself: i work fulltime in the CBD at a small boutique design agency so will be out of the house during the daytime. But always keen to get in a laugh and a beer after work or on the weekend. I love motorcycles and spend a lot of my time on the weekends exploring the beautiful NSW landside.
My name is Crystal and I am 30 years old, and in my third year of a Speech Pathology degree at Sydney University. I also work part time during the week and on the weekends. I'm looking for a place around the Inner West - preferably Glebe, Chippendale, Annandale, Camperdown, Marrickville, Ultimo, Stanmore type areas and some surrounding suburbs. I am willing to look at both furnished and unfurnished places. Ideally I'm after a place to stay for around 12 months, however will look at shorter leases for the right property. Hope to hear from you soon!
I am a snr safety advisor in the construction industry, working in Sydney. I live in Brisbane with my wife and two sons, and travel to Sydney for work. I usually fly down Sunday nights and fly back to Brisbane on Friday nights, with one in five weekends I stay down in Sydney to work the Saturday. I'm up and out before 5am and back by 6pm during the week so I'm easy to live with.
I am 25 years old from Perth who moved to Sydney to study 3 years ago. Right now I am working part time and am working towards a career in the film industry. I am very easy going and open to meeting new people. I get along with everybody and make friends easily. Living wise I am clean and often keep to myself. I am looking to live with people who are also easy going and friendly to dogs! (Not that I have one)
Fully house trained professional relocating from Melbourne to Sydney in early November. I’ve been happily sharing with another housemate for the past 3+ years. I’m pretty low key during the week but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I like to keep communal areas clean and tidy but my room may or may not end up being more of a floor-drobe. As I’m relocating, I’m perhaps looking for something shorter term to start, with the potential to stay longer if I like the area and housemate :) Lastly, I’m after somewhere to park my car, either off street or a place with available permits.
I'm a copywriter and sometimes performer who has recently returned to Sydney after five years living in NYC. I'm considerate, clean and easygoing, if you don't count being obsessive about recycling. I'm currently working a 9-5 gig although I sometimes freelance after hours. I'm out a lot and am generally quiet at home. I'd love to live with people who are also busy but with whom I can share the occasional wine and chat/Netflix binge. Looking for a big room in a harmonious household in the inner west.
Always out and about on weekend either going camping, down to the beach or having a drinks with friends. Chilled during the week and like going out for a nice meal. Enjoy gardening so I may bring a few house plants for decoration. Super easy going and no fuss to live with.
Clean, considerate, experienced in share housing, pays bills and rent on time, quiet when needed, but also a keen conversationalist. I am a people person, enjoy living with housemates and getting to know them :)
Hi folks, I'm looking for a place for me and my doggo in the inner west. I work full-time in warehousing and like to get creative in my spare time or hang out and chill with my pup. I've share-housed for a long time so I understand the rules. Keen to find a home not a place to sleep. Open to all housemates as long as you're a creature lover.
Theatre professional and freelance graphic designer from the Sunshine Coast/Brisbane, who has lived out of home since I was 22. Looking to relocate to Sydney in October after a 6 month national tour of a musical and looking for a place to call home. A little about me: I'm an avid tea drinker, music lover, theatre-goer, netflix binger, shower singer, yoga enthusiast, self-awarded masterchef winner 2016. My ideal house is queer friendly, progressive, tidy and inviting with a sense of home. A space I can contribute to and everyone is at ease...but most importantly a gas stove.
I'm a friendly working professional who is moving to Sydney on Tuesday Oct 2nd for a new job. I work in publishing so if you love books I can let you know about all the new releases. I spend most of my time reading (for work and fun) as well as catching up with friends. I have a small dog (seriously, he weighs 2.5 kilos) that goes everywhere with me and loves everyone he meets. I've rented for the last 5 years and love living with friendly people. I'm very considerate and tidy and always up for sharing meals and laughter.
I am a 31 year old professional looking for a room from early October. I am working full time from Monday to Friday as a pharmacist. I am easy going and enjoy a night out as well as chilling out in the flat with a beer/wine.
We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
My current lease is running out and the girls I am living with are all moving back home, so I am looking for a room in an already established household or looking to teamup! Preferably you looking for likeminded people who love a wine or a beer and gets around a trivia night at the pub. However of course respect private time to netflix binge and study etc
