Summary: - Full time worker - Quiet, but open to socialising - Preferebly close to Maroubra - Max $300 weekly per person. - LGBT+ Friendly Looking to find a place/team where I can finally feel at home without having to break the bank. Places I have in mind are usually 2+ bedroom places (apartment/unit preferred) around 550 f/n each maximum, if for 2 people. I'm not looking for anything fancy/modern, as long as it is in a relatively safe area, and easy to get to and from work (Maroubra). This listing will be valid until I take it down so please message if you're interested!
We are a young Scottish couple who are preferably looking for another couple to share with, somewhere close to a train station. At this moment we are looking for a non-party house, as we have extremely early mornings for work and are focused on trying to work as much as we can to save. In our time outside of work we enjoy our social lives with friends, we enjoy good food, spending time at the beach, surfing, seeing new places and some nice cold beers at the end of a day! Please contact us if you are interested. From Heather and Mark.
I'm Lucie... 34, I currently live in Newtown and I'm looking for a bit of a change in scenery but still in the same area (I've lived in the same house for 2.5 years). I work in projects full time in the CBD. During the week I'm usually out of the house at 7:30 and back home between 6-9. I'm very much a chilled person, low maintenance. I like doing my own thing, which is sometimes nothing and I like people who don't have a problem with that. Always down for a chat - I'm a great listener and give terrible advice so... I pretty much just do normal boring adult stuff, I have a handful of close friends who I love to catch up with, I'm not a big party person. I go up the coast some weekends to see my sister. I do yoga a couple of times a week in Newtown, or zero times, whatever I'm feeling and I surf a bit ~ not well ~ in summer I like to try and get up the coast (Umina) to practice because I'm terrible. Music, art, tv, coffee... travel - I've been to Mexico and Sri Lanka this year and hoping to travel again soon to see friends in the UK and US. That's about it.
Hi, I'm Sam I work full time at the Sydney Opera House and study screen and sound production part time at UNSW so I keep myself busy. I'm looking for a home with late 20s - 30 somethings. I love going to gigs, reading and always have a new creative project up my sleeve. I'm searching for a neat (but not OCD neat) comfy, laid back home that socialises but where I can have down time in.

If I sound like someone you could get along with please get in contact. x x x
Hi, I'm from Malaysia and work in finance. I moved to Sydney in Nov 2016 on my own. I love discovering new place, hanging out, binge watching series, going out for drinks, casual banter. I'd be down for anything fun (no drama)! I am looking for a furnished place. I'm neat and tidy and would love to live in a house with people who are also neat and clean! I currently live in a share house, so I know what it's like. I respect people's privacy but I'm also chilled out and enjoy socializing. I'm looking for a long-term house where I can preferably bond with the people I live with instead of it just being a place to sleep and eat it. I am looking to move in the next few weeks, latest by 20th October 2017.
Hey everyone :) I'm moving up from a small town to work full-time in the big city. I am clean and tidy, non-smoker and I love cooking and Netflix.

I am a Hydraulic technician working on mining and construction equipment based in Smithfield but I travel all across the city on a daily basis. I love the outdoors and travelling as well as a few quiet beers with mates on a Friday afternoon to unwind after a busy week.
Hi! I've lived on my own before and with flatmates so cleanliness of communal areas is really important to me. I'd love to make some new friends along the way but if others just want to live their separate lives I am fine with that too. I'm open-minded and I look for that in the people that I live with too. I work in the not-for-profit sector part-time while I finish my Social & Political Sciences degree.

Happy to share a place with anyone from all walks of life, it would be amazing if there was a dog in the house I could treat as my own.

Hey there! I am a German girl working in the digital field, looking for a flat with friendly and open flatmates! I am open to exploring Sydney, having a nice dinner, some drinks, checking out exhibitions (especially photography), and everything that Sydney has to offer. I do enjoy some quiet time to recharge and watch some favorite TV shows. I am a very clean and respectful housemate, like Germans said to be ;) I am flexible with the length of stay. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hiya, My name is Noelle and I'm currently an international student at UTS, studying design (fashion design) Im originally Argentinian, but was born in South Africa and have been living in Dubai for the past 12 years. Im looking for a place to stay during my studies here, would prefer long term but I am open to staying short term (shortest around 3 months). I am very easy going and pretty sociable, Im really just looking for a welcoming place to stay. Im always happy to pitch in around the place and generally keep stuff organised. Will be out of the house during the week because of uni, my weekends are usually left for sleeping in. Would love a place relatively close to UTS in the inner city but Im not fussed about commuting as long as the train station etc. is within walking distance.
Hey future housemates :) I am just about to finish my Masters and moving from Adelaide to Sydney for a full-time job that starts in January. As a housemate I am easy going, respectful, tidy (but not neurotic!), I love baking sweet treats, gardening, love buying fresh flowers to brighten up living areas, love having a chat - but am also respectful of people's space. I am passionate about urban design/sustainability/ city planning - and my job is in this field. I love brunches (and all meals of the day really, food is the best)/ having drinks at pubs with friends, the theatre, reading novels, dabbling in creative writing (also have a degree in crwr and literature), suburb exploring, galleries, dogs. I am looking for somewhere that is not just a house, but a home - somewhere I can get along with my housemates and sometimes share some wine or a meal and have a chat/laugh, but also where after a long day of work, I can sometimes just retreat into my bedroom and binge watch a bit of Netflix! Am ideally seeking to live with people who also work full time and are also in their mid+ 20s, and the house must be queer friendly! :) If you would like to know a bit more about me, or think I sound like a good fit for your house, please message me! I am looking to move to Sydney in January, but if the right place comes along before, am happy to begin paying rent from about December.
