Professional female working in communications and marketing, looking to share a nice place with other females or a mixture of genders. I have a great sense of humour (quirky), fairly neat and tidy sort of person, good with money and enjoy films, books, and art and culture around Melbourne. Can also cook! Would like to share with a similar sort of people, and not really into the party scene any more but wouldn't pass on a good night of wine etc. every now and again, and am dog friendly too (allergic to cats unfortunately). Like my own space, including cooking etc., but also would like to share with someone friendly to catch up on the week/day :-) I have a queen sized bed and matching sides and tallboy so would need a larger room rather than a smaller. Possibly 4m x 3.5m ish. Would also need broadband internet. About $215- $250 is my ideal rent, (excluding bills).
I work full time in St Kilda Road so the week days are always busy. Down to earth, reliable, tidy, fun person. Enjoy, excercising, sights, new scenes, food, art, music and am always down for a good conversation.
Hi potential housemates, I'm currently working fairly long hours in financial markets in the CBD. When I'm not working I like to get myself to the gym so am home fairly late during the week. Apart from the gym I like socialising with friends and family and watching a good movie. I am an AFL fan and enjoy watching most sports I am also partial to a wine or two to relax (NZ Sav Blanc preferred ;-) I’m clean and considerate of my housemates. Very easy going, don’t take myself too seriously and always like a laugh.
My name is Dylan, I have lived in Melbourne my whole life. Im not really an outgoing person but i have a fun personality once you get to know me. I'm happy to move northern or western suburbs. Thank you.
Hi all, good luck with your searches! A little bit about me: - I'm a 32 year old Social Worker, working full time at a hospital in the city. - Outside of work I like photography, reading, writing, exploring gardens and getting out of Melbourne for a bit. - Over the past 14 years I've lived in various share houses and private rentals and have a full set of adult skills! - I value kindness, humour, respect, and honesty in housemates, and aim to offer these things in return. - I can contribute a few different practical things to the house if needed (eg. washing machine, fridge, couch etc). - Sometimes I need to retreat and have my private space after work, other times I'm more than happy to hang out and chat with housemates if everyone's home! - I don't cope very well with party houses (need beauty sleep for work) or with smokers (migraines). I can be relatively flexible with move in dates, am hoping to find somewhere for at least 6 months with a spot for off street or safe on street car parking. I'd love to find a home with like minded souls who treat home like a sanctuary, please feel free to contact me if you feel like we'd be a good fit!
Clean, friendly and a pretty chilled out person. I am a recent graduate of the University of Melbourne, currently working full-time with the aim to go back to uni later this year. Interests include; sports, reading, and cooking.
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
I am a friendly, mature, a considerate person who enjoys having my own personal space. I can appreciate everyone else's need for quiet, space and maintaining a clean home.
Easy going, friendly, clean, very respectful of my surroundings. open minded, not so picky and i can be funny sometimes. oh and my background is half South African and Ethiopian. grew up here in Melbourne & currently in third year at Uni studying Law. enjoy playing range of sports, love nature and just be around great minds i guess.
Hi, i am neat and clean and tidy person looking for a room with personal bathroom, i m easy going person but likely to be prefer place in 2 to 3 bedroom apartment or house.
Hi there! I recently moved to Melbourne to pursue full time postgrad degree at RMIT. I am very laidback, I enjoy reading, sports, cooking, videogames and learning/teaching languages. I am an engineering student but have many diverse interests. I have a lot of experience in living in shared accommodation so you can definitely expect me to be tidy and clean up after myself. Also I will respect others' privacy and be considerate towards their needs. I am hoping to move in to a place and settle down before semester start. Cheers!
Clean, respectful, generally quiet, I am an eco-friendly animal lover (not crazy about crawlies inside though), flexitarian (almost Vegetarian/Vegan with exceptions). I work 2 jobs, love Yoga, Pilates, traveling, dancing (Latin, Kizomba & WCS) and many other things. I like & need the quiet probably just as much as I like to socialize. Quirks: I push bike everywhere, make my own Kombucha and some of my home/cleaning/body products to avoid using nasties & reduce packaging, like to compost & use homegrown herbs/veggies. Ideally hoping to move into a house with 1, maxi 2 nice clean people respectful of each other's schedule and if possible in their late 20's to mid 40's. PS: last but not least I don't have a specific move out/in date, ideally around end of March, I am more trying to find the right fit.
I'm 32 and work in Port Melbourne as a merchandise planner for a clothing company. It's a standard 9-5, Monday to Friday office job that is really not all that exciting but it provides a reliable source of income for paying rent and bills. I'm a pretty basic guy, usually unwind by watching mind numbing TV on school nights, enjoy a beer on the weekends and I don't mind a bit of a cook up. Actually I love a cook up so be prepared to be fed. Other hobbies include listening to music and going to the odd gig when one of my favourite bands are in town. I've lived in Melbourne now for seven years (originally from Tasmania) in the same house in Moonee Ponds and I'm ready for a change. I'd prefer to live somewhere in the northern/western suburbs so I'm close to where all my friends live. I've lived out of home since I was 16 so I'm full house trained and respect a clean and tidy home. I also have a house full of furniture if there's anything you need, otherwise I'm looking to sell it all off. Let me know if you think I sound like someone that will fit in well with your house.
I and my friend both study at Unimelb and work part time. Besides being busy with the uni assignments we love to hang out once in a while or love having a chit chat session over a glass of wine! Also, we are great cooks! :D Let us know if we sound like your perfect flatmates!
I am looking for a place to share where housemates have respect for each other's boundaries & personal lives & communicate with each other in a courteous & respectful manner, & its a FAIR & equitable home environment, with ensuite or seperate bathroom or granny flat, in quiet and clean surrounds. I am fun to be with, sociable yet like the quietness in the household. Not a party animal. My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & very well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet. Independent, clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples boundaries and expect the same from others.Friendly, love to cook, have a glass of wine occassionally. In my free time, I go jogging and help with various charities.
Respectful of other's personal space Very clean and quiet Will be spending most time at work/at a library or out of home Moving to Melbourne for the firs time Good to have a casual chat with.
I'm very clean, prefer to live in a place with someone with mutual interests. I enjoy yoga, aerial fitness, home cooking, going for brunch, drinking wine and cocktails! I also love pizza, fried chicken and Netflix :)

I’m Australian, and currently doing my PhD at Melbourne University. I have two scholarships that provide me with a comfortable wage to study so can be considered as working full time. I also work one day per week with Melbourne Water doing some consulting work. I’m pretty laid back, but enjoy an active lifestyle. Enjoy catching up with friends, hiking/camping, beach trips, snow trips and travelling. I also make my own beer from scratch. So if there are any beer lovers in the house, I may be a popular addition! Looking for a private room in a share house with some fun and interesting peeps. Current lease is ending first week of May so ideally would like somewhere to move to from mid-end of April so I don’t end up homeless! Have been living in share houses for some time so am definitely house trained, courteous of others space and am quite clean and tidy, and enjoy cooking most meals. Look forward to meeting you!
I am an enthusiastic, young worker looking for a friendly and welcoming share house.
I'm working full-time in retail and love fashion and styling. I would describe myself as an outgoing and friendly individual who is sociable yet also is independent. I'm neat and like to keep my space tidy.
I am a mechanical engineer from Iran. My professional background is available at my LinkedIn profile. I am married and my spouse and 6 years old son will join me in Melbourne in 2 months so I have to move then. I like to socialize. I am tidy, clean and positive guy. I play table tennis in my leisure.
I'm from India. I am used to Flat-sharing. I'm neat, tidy guy. can help with house-hold chores. Will love to help you in cooking (Considering, you won't kill me if i make mistakes). I would love to play with your pet, if you have one, but if you don't, it's alright. Very helpful and have little bit of handsomeness from my papa.. Would love to hear from you! :)
Shared accommodation is actually preferred as I enjoy to live a fun and social life with good surroundings. I'm an easy going, mindful and respectful guy who works hard and enjoys life outside of work also. As a sub-contractor, I take on work as it comes which leaves me with not having a permanent routine. Though in my spare time I enjoy DJing and producing music, though I am respectful towards privacy and being respectful with my hobbies and social life to maintain a happy and stress free living environment also. I like to live and maintain a clean and healthy living environment, enjoy meeting new people and socializing with friends. If you have any further questions, feel free to message me. Thanks. Michael.

I like to ride my bicycle to commute to work. I like outdoor activities, at the moment golf is my favourite one, but I am always open to try new ones. I am not a netflix addict, but I do like movies, and documentaries. I like to read literature, Roberto Bolano by far is my favourite author. I am a big fan of architecture, and I am trying to get into sustainable design, from the electrical point of view. I am an easy going person, respectful, transparent, tidy, who is looking a new home.

Hi! We are Kirra and Oliver, a 24/25 year old looking for a long term home and some fabulous people to share it with :) We will be looking in June/July but would like to get in nice and early to find the right people so we can look for the right place together. About us: I'm 25, work full time in the aviation industry and have lived in Melbourne for about 6 months. Oliver is 24, Norwegian, works in hospitality and is building a game design portfolio. He is moving from Brisbane to Melbourne in August and we will be looking for a place together. We've been together about 3 years and lived together before I relocated for work. We are both very familiar with share house environments. What we are looking for in potential housemates: We would ideally like to live with another couple but open to options. Ideally you would be reliable and social, quiet during the week but up for having a drink together on the weekend. Bonus points if you're up for an occasional wine and board games night :) Dog friendly (while we don't have any pets we are considering getting one in the near future). What we are looking for in a house: Must have: reasonable distance to public transport, 2+ bedrooms, decent backyard, pet friendly or pets considered, inner north/north west Ideally would have: 2 bathrooms, relatively modern, decent sized kitchen, preferably no carpet Would love to chat if this sounds like what you're looking for and you'd like to find a place together :)
I'm Sam, 27, and have just moved to Melbourne to start a Masters of Environment at Uni of Melbourne. I'm actually a qualified Chef by trade as well and I have lived in a few different houseshares before, so am house trained too. Hobbies wise I am a bit of a music buff, so come with my own record collection and a knack of knowing really obscure bands people like but have never heard of. I get to gigs when I can, and try to get to live sport as well. I obviously like cooking (and shared dinners!), and am always up for a movie or a drink but am generally a pretty chill person! I guess I am more of a "hang out with housemates/friends" person than I lets do 23 shots of Tequila and make a crapload of noise person! I have travelled a fair bit lately, but with the Masters I am definitely looking at staying in Melbourne long term.
