Hi there, We're looking for a chilled place where Buddy and I can be ourselves. I'm a 39yo student doing an accelerated course at TAFE's Warrane campus, graduating next year (with luck!). I'm generally quiet, reserved and happy to keep to myself, a non-smoker, and respectful of others. The fast-paced nature of my course means I tend to spend most of my time studying, and chilling out whenever I can with a book, a movie, or walking the dog. Buddy is my opposite – he's friendly, cheeky, and loves to make new friends, whether other dogs or humans. At 15 months old, he's still learning etiquette, particularly around people, as he can be pretty excited to see you, but he is slowly improving. He's well toilet-trained (as am I!), and he's the friendliest and most playful little bugger around. He likes to sleep with me in the bedroom, so a place that's cool with him being an indoor dog when I'm around, and has a secure yard big enough for him to stay out in when I'm out at TAFE or elsewhere would be fantastic. He can be a little destructive in the garden when left by himself for a few hours as he tends to chew things out of boredom, so a garden that's full of expensive hoses, irrigation pipes, etc, probably won't work. I walk him whenever I can and generally visit the dog park every day, so he isn't neglected and does get his exercise. I'm happy to clean up after myself, I like a beer most evenings, and I tend to be in bed early. I'm easy with what everyone else in the house does. My belief is being tolerant of each other's quirks go a long way to making a good household. I'm also reliable in terms of paying rent on time (I make an automatic payment fortnightly from my bank account, so I never have to remember it), paying bills, etc. Happy to pay bond too. Also able to provide a police check if you like, which I had to obtain due to the nature of my course work. If this sounds like we might get along, please do send me an email or SMS! Thanks :) Carey
Hey, I'm Millie :) I am friendly, outgoing, (some call me) funny and neat. As a flatmate I am happy to socialize at some times but also respect downtime. I always pick and clean up after myself and expect the same of my flatmates, I would love to live with people who are as clean as I am; I don't have OCD but I am very house proud. I am a casual smoker (usually only after a couple of beverages) but always outside and with an ashtray, I am happy to quit if I find the ideal house. I will have to see about joining a gym in Hobart but that is one of my main hobbies along with binge watching TV shows and movies on Netflix/Foxtel/whatever. I may be a bit of a home buddy for a short time until I get myself sorted but not to the point of being annoying. I prefer to stay in or attend house parties than to go to a club. There is caution to this tale; I am a shift worker (I am a Flight Attendant -but domestic only) so I will be up and down at different hours and days. I am always respectful of those who don't work shift work but I also need to expect the same from my flatmates; I don't always get a weekend on an actual weekend and would hate to dampen the spirit every Friday/Saturday night by telling my flatmates to be quiet. I would LOVE to live close to the airport so that I can minimize my commute time.
I love to cook and to chill out. I work 2 jobs 1 ft and 1 casual so paying bills wouldnt be a problem. Im clean and neat person who respects other peoples privacy and belongings..thanks for taking time to read my ad and i hope to hear from you 😁
Hey guys, My name is Susanna from italy, I'm 29, just got offered a permanent job as a preschool teacher in Hobart, and was wondering if the room was still available. I'm an easy going, friendly, non-smoler and clean girl, who loves all arts in general, especially painting and music. Being italian I love food and cooking or having dinner together when we happen to be all at home at the same time.
Single Australian female mature age uni student also looking for work. With a cat looking to team up or find place where owners doesn't mind a cat. My cat does inside and outside (in a cage and learning to like her lead) so need a small yard or courtyard. She is well behaved, neat, reserved but friendly when she gets to know you. A bit like her owner. I don't care where you come from or your life partner preferences. Non smokers please. I don't drink but I don't mind if you do socially. I have a sleep disoder so would appreciate minimal noise 10.30pm to 6am. No need for silence just no load tv or music. I need to find a new place before Christmas, I am flexible within that time frame.
Hi :) I'm Hannah! I recently moved back from Melbourne and currently staying with my parents in Geilston Bay as a potential house mates circumstances suddenly changed. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of space here and being almost 28, living with the parents isn't ideal. I have a beautiful indoor, trained, placid cat, Nahla (Aged 3 1/2), who absolutely loves people and kids. She is extremely affectionate. I consider myself to be mature, considerate, friendly, easy going and clean. Non smoker. Hoping to find someone similar to share with :) If you have any questions feel free to ask me! Hope to hear from you! No time wasters please :)
We are fun, outgoing young ladies but also very trustworthy. We pull our weight and always try to improve our everyday lives as to why we are looking for a home. We are easy to get along with and are adjustable to just about anything. We are not employed but are still applying and searching for jobs.
We've just moved down from Melbourne. We're in our late 20s, interested in the arts. We work and keep busy on days off. Looking for a quiet house close to Berriedale, in Moonah, Glenorchy.
Hey all! Mixing things up with a lifestyle change. Coming down from the great ocean road to work and live in the great city of Hobart after running a very busy bicycle shop for a few years. I have an entire house setup to bring so best suited to setting up a new share house for 2 to 3 people. (fridge suits 2 honestly) I'm not the loudest person but enjoy going out to dinner from time to time or weekend breakfasts if you want to hang out. Won't have many visitors either. I ride my bikes and drive quiet abit, happy to do share meals too, I'm happy with nearly all cuisine types (just not Maccas!). Happy to share bathroom if required, I am used to living with women more so than guys, but happy either way. Happy to forego the master bedroom, would like to use garage though! Happy to get Wi-Fi if wanted but not overly phased. Split bills. No food allergies. If you have a dog that's a bonus! Things of interest: waterfalls, coffee, drives, beach, breakfasts, naps.
What makes us great to live with? Well the list could go on forever! We love to chat with people we’re also nice and clean and tidy my partner studies full time at tafe while I’m studying and searching for a job, wiki loves to cook and is a inspired to be chef and I’m a inspired to be physiologist and love children! We’re both 18 and wanting to move out of my parents house! We’re both smokers but smoke outside and both very pet friendly and love the doggies! We’re not party animals and don’t have the friends to consider house parties 😂 My partner wiki is NZ and loves his food! And to cook for anyone who’s willing to try his food.
I am very quiet and private. I work at INCAT and I currently work shift work 4.30pm to 12.30. I sleep during the day until early afternoon. I love to cook and grow vegetables and herbs. I enjoy working out. I do smoke, constantly trying to give up. I always smoke outside, use an ashtray and very respectful of non smokers and non smoking areas.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
Great character that loves to have a dance around, play music, watch movies and play board and card games. Am neat, responsible and reliable and am very helpful. Am very young but very experienced, have lived out of home for 2 years and come with great references from my landlords. Have a cat named Avocato who is 4 years old, well behaved and was rescued from the rspca at the beginning of the year
I'm relocating to Hobart from Melbourne in mid Jan 2018, I recently graduated and will be working full time. I'm a proactive person and I'm happy to share the load when it comes to general tasks like cleaning, dishes, washing. I enjoy sport and the outdoors while I'd be bringing with me a 3 year old red border collie named Poppy who is an absolute dream though occasionally will cause some mischief (don't leave any food unattended), she is mostly an outside dog - to her disgust - but would happily come inside if allowed. I consider myself a relaxed, easygoing person and I'm happy to fit into a house that already has an established culture with existing housemates or happy to be part of a team up with others looking to settle in Hobart.
Hello! My name is Kimberly (24) and i'm a recently graduated Oral Health Therapist from Sydney! I've accepted a full time job in Hobart and my partner Ben (23) and I are hoping to live with some flatmates short term while we look for house to live in permanently. Ben currently works in retail (Coles) and will be transferring stores. We both share fairly different interests - Ben being quite the gamer while I enjoy training at the gym. We're both tidy people and easy to get along with, though we may be a bit quiet at first. Please send us a message if you would like to know more! We're always happy to meet new people :)
We are fun-loving easy going, couple who love to travel. We love food and music. We are friendly and welcoming and super organized. All in all, very easy breezy to live with.

Happy to live with pets if you have (I don't), I don't smoke (you can if you want of course), or use drugs (other than social alcohol). Looking for somewhere near the water, reasonably close to Hobart city. As a student, I'll need wifi, and have a reasonable but not massive budget. Please say hi if you think I'd suit your share house! Cheers, Jamie

I lived in Bellerive for the last one year but unfortunately the house I lived in is sold so now I'm looking for another place to live in.
