Hi! My name is Ian Taylor and I'm a working professional in the finance industry & commerce student at Sydney University. I am a diligent & hygienic individual who upholds high standards of respect and consideration. I am seeking share accommodation in the Concord West, Rhodes & Liberty Grove areas. My optimal accommodation would be a modern high floor apartment with water views. I am also extremely interested in studios of any kind. Furnishings are highly desired. My daily schedule revolves around working a 40-60 hour week & studying 2 subjects a semester at University. My pastimes are watching movies & browsing the internet. I no longer party & do not expect to bring guests often. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any enquiries or offers as I'm looking to upscale my living situation with a recent increase in income Thanks
I'm a university student from Hong Kong about to start my first year at the University of Sydney. Since I will be moving out for the first time, I'm eager to learn more about Sydney and definitely will spend some time exploring the city. I'm independent, know how to cook, and can clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people from various walks of life, and am open to new experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I'm open to living with people with pets, LGBT+ people, and people of different ages.
I am an Indian , full time working professional . Working in a leading IT company as Technical Lead. I am basically a Techie ...I would like to spend more time with my system but i love people more than my system :)))))) Looking for good room mate :)
Hi, We are from India and migrating to Australia. We were full time IT software engineers working in India but are looking for better prospects in Australia. We are social but also respectful of privacy.
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
Hi there! Thanks for reading. My name is Mitchell, I'm 22. Im currently looking for a place to move into and out of my current. Im looking to team up with someone or a place to live. Ideally im looking to live with one, MAXIMUM 2 other people. I currently work full time. I'm very easy to have a conversation with but at the same time i respect peoples private space. I enjoy simple things, hikes, events, games and entertainment, podcasts etc etc... I workout 3-4 days a week when i can. I cook roughly 3-4 days a week but always clean (Not a kitchen hog) I don't have a pet. I don't party but im not a bore, i do enjoy an occasional drink here and there when it suits :) If your interested in teaming up, let me know and we can arrange something! If you have a place for rent feel free to send me your listing! Mitch
Hi, Easy going and friendly person. I'm currently studying full time and working part time. Super clean and tidy like to help around the house clean. Also I do respect people's privacy. I enjoy watching Rugby and a social person.
I work full time in operations and logistics, neat and tidy, social, own a little dog, easy going personality, loves to hike, kayak and keep active throughout the week. Looking for a place with people who want to share for 6 months or more.
Quiet and a clean person.
Hi we're four girls looking for a house/flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a year. We are students here, doing our post graduation. We keep the place clean and are accommodative. The accomodation should preferably be near the train station ( max walk of 12 mins ). Please message if you have a suitable furnished place with bills included in the rent. Thank you :)
Work full time during the week and usually out playing sport or socialising at weekends. Tidy and considerate. Easy going. Moved to Australia 4 years ago. Travelled for the first 6 months before settling in Sydney.
hey :) im just out of uni at unsw and currently living in Wollongong. I just started a new job in banking and im looking for a place in the concord west area or near the train line so I don't have to commute all the time(it sucks). im fairly social and easy going, I don't mind either hanging out after work or leaving people to their own space if they want it. Im also partial to the occasional beer or 2 if that's something you're into id love to share a few after a hard day. I respect common areas and clean up after myself. Im also quiet when I can be, I don't want to disturb anyone. in terms of hobbies I like watching movies/Netflix, playing sport (soccer/basketball) and listening to music. Im not sure how long ill be working out here but its likely itll be 1 or 2 or more years depending how I like it.
This is Zihao (I just give my nationality away in case you give a rat's tail) writing to show my interest in your available room. I am a UTS student at currently looking for a warm place to move in. I have plenty of appliances(PS4, Sony TV, Logitech speakers etc) which I consider a bit excessive for myself so sharing with others is a better option. Please message me if you feel me righteous to be a part of your lovely community. Sincerely, Zihao He

Hello. I'm Felipe and I just moved to Sydney from Santiago, Chile. I work in finance. I'm easygoing, clean and love to play sports. I like to travel and try new foods.
Hey hey viewers, I'm Tom, a 4th year Australian student studying IT and Business at UTS, from Forster NSW. I'll be arriving back in Australia from student exchange in Munich, Germany, therefore I'm looking for a lease until the end of the year starting mid March 2017 (or thereabouts) I play futsal regularly, am active and social but sometimes like my own space (don't we all) and a clean home. Looking for a home rather than a room. I have my own car in Sydney and so any parking on the street/near by is a plus. The past years living in Sydney I have lived on campus for a year, and also in a share house for a year. I like to party/social drinks sometimes but more so this year will be settling down and keen for chilling. Keen to watch movies and TV shows (GOT anyone?) cook, explore, beach it, play board games and Xbox (classic) plus whatever else, other than that I have a pretty tight year coming up balancing my R&D job and study so I hope to keep myself busy! Andddd so I'm looking for a modern private room, with people of all shapes and sizes (preferably young working professionals or students). If that detailed description is good enough then hit me up with a message. Cheers and much appreciated for reading my essay, Tom.
I'm an engineer working in technical marketing. Recently moved to Sydney from Manila but I’m not exactly new to Australia. I'm easy going, clean and very sociable but I like to have private time also. I do a bit of photography and filmmaking on the side so I’m pretty much preoccupied on weekdays. Weekends are spent outdoors or hibernating at home. Prefer to find a room in an apartment but I’m also down to team up to start a new lease. I’m flexible with move in dates as I have only a week’s notice period right now. Cheers!
Hi! I have just moved to Sydney and work at the Commonwealth Bank in Olympic Park. I am a easy going guy who who respects others privacy. Enjoy sport, likes to keep active (plays waterpolo) and likes to cook. Looking to share with like minded person.
I'm a 27 year old male who is very social and friendly. I work full time in a government job and live an active lifestyle. I love my sports and the social drink when appropriate. I am very respectful to others and like to keep a tidy household. I also have a one year old Labrador who I would love to live with me if possible. Only if suitable though as I can make other living arrangements for her. I work in the heart of the city but I'm open to most places as long as there is a nearby train line. I'm also happy to team up with the right person and find a new place together!
Hello! I'm a single 32 year old professional looking for a place to call home for a few months. I do not smoke, and will not have any parties at your home. I prefer a private suite like a bachelor or 1 bedroom apartment with secured parking, not shared accommodation. I can pay up to $500/week. Maybe I'm on the wrong website for this? I can prepay 10-12 weeks worth of rent to show that I am committed. Please let me know if I can book a time to view your place anytime convenient for you March 21-25th. I can move in anytime and start paying you rent!! Thank you for your consideration! -Henry
We are two full-time corporate employees in our mid-20s. Our main hobbies include exercising, healthy eating, watching Netflix and hanging out with close friends to play board games in our spare time. We do not smoke but we do enjoy the occasional drink.
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
Hi, I'm a PhD candidate from Costa Rica. I finished my masters in South Korea last year and I am following the academic route. I'm into having a healthy lifestyle and working out, eating new tasty things (I love eating haha) and listening to music. Oh yeah, board games can happen, so can the occasional drink and the binging of Netflix. But most of the time I'm reading pdfs and news. I'm looking for a place that's clean, quiet and also comfortable for me to do some reading and my research when I'm not at the library. (Yup, PhD life is that fun) I'm trying to get into rowing which means I'm also transforming into an early morning person. I've studied and lived in Costa Rica, Norway, Korea and now Australia. I don't smoke and enjoy having a clean home and stuff. Looking for a mid year start and for the long run.
23yo male moving from Melbourne to Sydney early Feb for work. Looking for a place to stay long term close to my workplace in Silverwater. I'm an easy going person who enjoys a balance of having fun and some quiet time to myself.
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney for a year..would be moving again in march. I am a professional working with a big4, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁 Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house.
I've just started a new job in project management, so am moving from Huskisson Jervis Bay. I am quiet, I work a lot and I also study part time. I clean up after myself and am a friendly person. Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
I've been living in Sydney for 4 years and I just got my first full-time job here. Having a very neat and tidy living habit, I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. I have a passion for art&design, running&hiking. During weekdays, I spend most of the time in my office and on weekends I usually meet with friends. I'm easy going and looking for a flat to share with nice people.
Friendly, easy going and clean. Recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand for work. Working full time for a financial service firm and also currently doing extra study on the side for further qualifications. I like to socialise, enjoy music festivals and other events, going to the beach, chilling and watching good tv shows like Game of thrones, eating nice food etc
Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
I'm very easy going, down to earth person. Originally from Cambodia, however, I grew up in Singapore. Currently in my second year of Bachelor of Business in Hotel management at the Hotel School Sydney in the CBD. I also work at the Intercontinental Sydney part-time (4 days a week). I usually work night shifts on Wednesday to Saturday. I enjoy cooking and a very good cook as well. Would love to share my meal with you. I alway clean after myself and would consider myself to be a clean and tidy person. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, hang out with friends or just relax at home.
I am looking for Indians who can speak Hindi/Gujarati/Marathi. Male/females singles in late twenties or more suits best. I am full-time working professional hardly spend time at home. Like to invite friends for dinner sometimes and love to travel and meet new people. Looking forward to turn flatmates into friends for life. Locations preferred are Lane Cove, Ryde, North Sydney, St Leonards, Chatswood, Macquaire park/Uni and Strathfield
Hi there! I'm Jenny, 20 years old. Currently working in a busy restaurant in Olympic Park as a waitress. Ideally would like to share an apartment particularly in Rhodes or Chatswood, preferably close to a train line. For the next three years, I will be studying Communications at UTS and will be working part time as well. I enjoy listening to Australian music, going to the gym (on a regular basis) and binging on Netflix :) I am a clean and tidy person who respects other peoples space, and also open to having night outs with potential flat mates :)
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Hey Flatmates, My name is Olly and I work as a full time Program Coordinator for a national company. Due to my work I need to move from Newcastle to Sydney, as the commute is too long for me. I'm an easygoing young guy, self sufficient and clean. Non-smoker. I am quiet, keep to myself but like to share the occasional quiet beer or glass of wine with my flatmates after dinner. Looking to find my new flatmates and move in ASAP! Can't wait to meet some new friends. Thanks 😁
I am doing my PhD from Macquirie univeraity. Most of the time i need to spent in the university 7 days a week. I am very tidy and calm guy. Also i am very flexible and non-disturbing mate.

Hello I am 32 years old, working full time in North Sydney. If that wasn't enough, I am also studying part time doing my MBA from UNSW. I love food and also cook sometimes - mostly for the entire week at once. Love sharing meals. My lease is ending on the 25 March, so planning to find a place soon. Happy to team up with someone who is interested in leasing out a place together.I am very clean, tidy and social. I have a car (love it) so would prefer if I get a parking. Also, I love pets. Don't mind taking care of them if required.
Grew up in hills district and am currently a Service Analyst for a bathroom company. I love movies, love Gogglebox, I can have a deep and meaningful convo or I can mind my own business. I respect my home and want to live in a clean quiet sanctuary. if you do to... We should have a chat!
My name is Rochelle and I am looking at getting a new house as of the 28th of May as my housemate is moving out. I currently live in Northmead but am thinking about moving more closer to city but as I work out West it makes sense to stay in Inner West close to train station maybe somewhere like Homebush West or Strathfield. I do also have a car but will most likely catch train most days. I am a very outgoing person and love to socialise, however I am a school teacher so during the week days I'm pretty quiet. I love a good glass of wine and cheese platter if that is your thing and am always up for a good chat. I love weekend adventures as I have only lived in Sydney for the past year so I am always down for exploring. As I have my own house already, I have furniture so happy to furnish a house in return for an ensuite room if a place has one. If you're interested and want to catch up for a coffee or drink inbox me and we will arrange something. Rochelle. x
