Hello peeps, My name is Kade and I'm heading to Sydney to work on the Westconnex tunnel starting 17th of April. Most of my friends call me Kado or Kados either way doesn't bother me. I'm down from the country for work. I'm in for the long haul as there is plenty of work for me down here. You'll find find I am very easy to live with, I'm clean, quiet and won't cause a fuss. My work hours are 5 days a week 6 til 6 alternating between days and nights. Every second weekend I will commute to the country to see my 3 beautiful kids. In a nutshell you will hardly ever see me! I am open to living with anyone, female or male, couples, singles, whatever. I'm an easy going bloke with a good sense of humour. I'm also looking to meet new friends as I am new to the area. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a university student from Hong Kong about to start my first year at the University of Sydney. Since I will be moving out for the first time, I'm eager to learn more about Sydney and definitely will spend some time exploring the city. I'm independent, know how to cook, and can clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people from various walks of life, and am open to new experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I'm open to living with people with pets, LGBT+ people, and people of different ages.
I am an Indian , full time working professional . Working in a leading IT company as Technical Lead. I am basically a Techie ...I would like to spend more time with my system but i love people more than my system :)))))) Looking for good room mate :)
I'm tidy, reliable, I like to make the people I'm around feel comfortable and happy. My dogs are friendly, well trained and I take full responsibility for them including of course feeding and cleaning up any mess they make.
Quiet and a clean person.
hey :) im just out of uni at unsw and currently living in Wollongong. I just started a new job in banking and im looking for a place in the concord west area or near the train line so I don't have to commute all the time (though i am considering getting a car in which case being near the train line wouldnt matter so much) im fairly social and easy going, I don't mind either hanging out after work or leaving people to their own space if they want it. Im also partial to the occasional beer or 2 if that's something you're into id love to share a few after a hard days work. I respect common areas and clean up after myself. Im also quiet when I can be, I don't want to disturb anyone. in terms of hobbies I like watching movies/Netflix, playing sport (soccer/basketball) and listening to music. Im not sure how long ill be working out here but its likely itll be 1 or 2 or more years depending how I like it.
Love having a little chat each night with any flatmate I am sharing with. I respect that each place is different and the etiquette and rules there.

I'm a 27 year old male who is very social and friendly. I work full time in a government job and live an active lifestyle. I love my sports and the social drink when appropriate. I am very respectful to others and like to keep a tidy household. I also have a one year old Labrador who I would love to live with me if possible. Only if suitable though as I can make other living arrangements for her. I work in the heart of the city but I'm open to most places as long as there is a nearby train line. I'm also happy to team up with the right person and find a new place together!
We are two full-time corporate employees in our mid-20s. Our main hobbies include exercising, healthy eating, watching Netflix and hanging out with close friends to play board games in our spare time. We do not smoke but we do enjoy the occasional drink.
I'm an engineer working in technical marketing. Recently moved to Sydney from Manila but I’m not exactly new to Australia. I'm easy going, clean and very sociable but I like to have private time also. I do a bit of photography and filmmaking on the side so I’m pretty much preoccupied on weekdays. Weekends are spent outdoors or hibernating at home. Prefer to find a room in an apartment but I’m also down to team up to start a new lease. I’m flexible with move in dates as I have only a week’s notice period right now. Cheers!
I'm a law student born and raised in Sydney. I am current working part time and studying full-time. I get along well with pets and will be out frequently for work and uni. I speak english and cantonese fluently.
Hi I'm Abeer, I'm an MBA student at Macquerie University. Have been in Sydney for a bit more than a year enjoying all the sights & adventures the city has to offer :). I'm quite easygoing, neat, considerate (in terms of flatmates & noise), a foodie who loves trying out new cuisines, and enjoy meeting new people and building connections. I am fond of Newtown and the nearby suburbs, where I am looking to settle down for at least the next 6 months.
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney...would be moving again in April. I am a professional who will be working in the cbd, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping my house tidied up. I also occasionally cook and entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house. Feel free to reach out to me youre keen.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, Botanica estate in Lidcombe, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
im studying to be an engineer at macquarie uni and work in IT in Rhodes. have been renting for a long time with a perfect rental history. very easy going and respectful, was raised well with clean habits and good manners :D looking for my own unfurnished room to rent, would need a backyard to leave my wonderful dog in while im at work/uni. he's a super friendly rescue dog, he loves people and other animals, he often helps when i go babysit my infant nieces and he is great with them. im a very responsible pet owner, we are very clean and respect others property. i have met no one that hasnt fallen in love with him. i have a very large fridge and a complete gym set (power rack, weights, kettlebells, boxing equipment) as i use to work as a trainer, though if i can only find a room i will be able to put them in storage. i am looking for a 12+ month stay, will also need fast, reliable, unlimited internet as i also work remotely on occasion. happy to meet for a chat before anything is locked down as my lease isnt up til may. references are available upon request.
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
I am a friendly person and easy to go with. I can be quiet and serious sometimes but still easily approachable. I like to meet new people and make friends from different backgrounds.
