Hi. My name is Benjamin. I am 32 years of age, and I work part-time and study full time. I am looking for a room to rent in the CBD of Adelaide. Please only contact me if your listing is in the actual City. I am extremely clean and quiet. I do not party, and I am not really loud. Having said that, I would be a great addition to a household as I love meeting new people, and I get along with everyone I meet. I am looking for something relatively quickly. Benjamin.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. I do come with appliances, (a few such as my juicer and knife block are a must) so if need be I can bring them along or sell them, whatever is convenient! My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
I'm a friendly & an outgoing person looking for a new rental, to share with 1 other person close to the city. Must be a neat & tidy, willing to share house chores together & pay bills on time. Willing to respect each other belongings & personal space. Also I have a dog who sleeps & plays outside. The things i'm looking for in a rental property include: a fully enclosed backyard for my dog ( grassed area would be a bonus), dishwasher, heating/cooling, fresh & clean place to live in, with no bad smells within the home, fully enclosed undercover car park that can be locked, so i can get in and out 24/7 without any issues with house mate/s parked behind me at all. These are the main things. Contact me if your genuinely interested.

Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
I am a student, currently in the final year. I could not live with most pets and smokers. I am not into noises but sometimes will invite few people for dinner. For the house, separate bathroom is preferred, however shared is mostly okay.
I'm currently in the final stage of my Master's degree with a full-time job in hospitality. I'm clean, easy going and friendly and prefer to stay in and catch up with friends and house mates over movies or a couple of drinks on my days off. Although I have a fairly busy work schedule, I don't mind having an occasional night out. Looking to find a place starting March.

I'm looking for a new place to live as my lease is up! I'm 25 years old and going into my final year of uni next year at Uni SA Magill Campus. I also work in a pub in town. I'm looking for a share house with people of a similar age/situation as myself. The areas I'm looking for are Magill, Campbelltown, Payneham, St Peters or in the CBD or outskirts. I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 (still in UK at present) for a new job at one of the universities. Hoping to find a flatshare for a few months, in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting :) I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! I'll have my partner moving out from Scotland in April 2017 so if he could stay for a few months too, then you're the perfect roomie! If you can cook I will pay in prosecco ;)
About me: My name is Thorsten and I am from Germany. Last time I checked I was 25 years old and I will go to Adelaide in january 2017 in order to study, meet new people, experience the australian culture and wildlife. I consider myself to be an open minded individual and I know how to clean up after myself. I enjoy video games and movies and I like sharing thoughts and opinions about almost anything. Allthough I am not the most social person I would like to make friends among my future flatmates. What I am looking for: I will move to Adelaide in January 2017 in order to participate in a course at TAFE SA. Since my course (in digital media design) ends in July 2018 I would like to rent a room up to this date. My campus is located in currie street and therefor I would like to live somewhat close to the center. It is also improtant that the room is furnished and affordable (no more than 200 AUD pw). If you think you have a suitable room to offer and feel like I would fit in than please feel free to contact me. I will be able to attend viewings from January 12th.
Hey there, I am Urja from India, I am a very friendly, a kind person and specially a clean and a responsible person. I would be studying at The University of South Australia. I am looking forward to stay with clean and friendly people. Hope to see you soon! :)
I am very friendly, fun and most importantly clean and very tidy. I work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster on the afternoon shift at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Thebarton so I am looking for a place nearby work, I also work saturday nights at a club and generally go out during the day on weekends. I also have a young child that will be staying with me during weekends but as I said before we would barely be home on weekends. I enjoy food very much and eat out more often than I should. I also enjoy cooking and trying new meals. I keep to myself and do my own thing, I enjoy my private space and will not annoy anyone. I also have a car and motorbike so will require 1 space off street parking ( my car and bike usually fit in one space) I would prefer only one other person in a share but definately no more than two other people.

I'm really easy going and always up to new stuff. I have been in Adelaide for one year and a half so far and continuously got amazed by new stuff I got involved in in all aspects of life. I'm more of an explorer, music buff and movie buff which means I love going to gigs and music festivals. Sometimes I enjoy playing guitar at home and if it is annoying to you I am happy to play whenever it will not bother you. I love exercising and have been to city to bay once. I'm a full-time master student and doing part-time jobs so I will not be at home very much and I don't cook very often so it keeps the kitchen clean for a while. In a nutshell, I feel like I'm at the most positive time in my life so I will be super easy to live with and also fun if you fancy a couple of drinks during weekend.

Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast, mostly at Adelaide Oval. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. I play drums, only for short bursts and never when other people are home because I'm respectful of your peace and quiet, it's never been a problem before. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, because my housemate found love, so lets have a chat!
HEllo! I am Michael, originating from Hong Kong. I am an digital media creator.Had graduated from uni 2 years ago and worked in an international broadcast after. I decided to relocate here in Adelaide 4 months ago. I am in an internship and work as a part time retail assistant in the city. I consider myself as a fun and creative person. Love socializing but also having my own time. I am an easy going person and respect everyone with different backgrounds. Also I am a good listener, would love to sit down and chat with a glass of wine with you! But if you would love to have your own space, I will respect and be quiet. I am a vegetarian and love cooking! Having said that, I love to keep my living place neat and tidy. 100% easy going person with strong sense of humor! :)
I am an anthropologist! I am pretty social and always interested in exploring my surroundings. In my 'spare' time I occasionally play video games, work on my rock opera, and drink lots of coffee. I'll be moving to Adelaide from the United States in late February or early March to work on my dissertation research looking at electronic waste, DIY movements, and sustainability in Australia. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, like grabbing drinks, and jogging. I'd say I'm fairly independent but am also happy to tag along on spontaneous adventures.
I am a person who likes to have some company, I also work part time in retail which may require me to start work early. Personally have grown up in a country area and moved to Adelaide 6 years ago plus I'm a Auntie of 4 children. I also have a passion for performing arts

I'm a positive person, easy going and I love cleaning the house haha. I'm French. I do a lot of sports, I love running, hiking and discovering new places. But I also like to party on the weekend. I like to share moments with my roommates but also to have moments when I isolate myself. I often make jokes, but not always funny haha. I'm 26 and 27 in a month. I love cooking and I can help you discover French cuisine! I eat healthy. I work in the city center from Monday to Friday. My English is not yet excellent but I progress every day!
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I'm heading to Adelaide for work in the Garden and can't wait to check out everything the city has to offer. I'm super laid back and love good food and wine. oh, and I'm really tidy. Pretty flexible with moving dates:-)
Clean and well presented. Friendly and easy to talk to. Have a love hate relationship with gym and ice cream. Also like a balance of being social but enjoying my own company. Don't trust anyone who don't eat sushi ❌ Play a bitta PS4, and enjoy doing outdoor activities but usually my social heavily depends on my bank account.
