Hi, I am working in Adelaide CBD as an investment accountant. I am currently renting a single bedroom with a fairly large property manager of a 10 story building. My recent visits to realestate.com.au have shown that one can rent a bigger and better bedroom if few people are willing to share a two or more bedrooms property. My current lease expires on 31st of March so I'm looking for people within the same timeframe to acquire something new. I am only looking in CBD, preferably near rundle mall and hindley street. A bit about myself. I like music and playing the guitar (currently, don't own one). My preferred genres range from pop to rock & trance though I am not a fan of RnB. I spend most of my free time on Netflix (docos, stand-ups, series). I spend at least half an hour in day listening to the news (or else I feel dumb). I like to go to bars, clubs and live music venues and would love someone to go out with. I am also giving my CA exams so during a few weeks in a year I'm very busy! Working professionals, couples, part-time students message me so we can start looking for properties. No full-time students!
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.

Hi, my name is Ingrid. I'm 32 and a professional violinist. I play with orchestras, do recordings and play various styles of music. I am in a few bands and go away to festivals often as well as travelling interstate. You will find me to be very friendly, warm with a good sense of humour and considerate of others. I love socialising and often go out to see people, however I feel it is nice to invite friends over too and I will consider my housemates when this takes place. My own space and time is valuable to me. Some activities I enjoy are cooking, going to gigs, camping, walking, anything art-related, reading and some crafts. In the house I am good at keeping common areas clean and feel that cleaning as you go is a good way to keep the house mess free for everyone to use. I also take initiative with house chores and would like my housemates to be motivated in maintaining a lovely home to live in. I care about the environment so I do recycle, compost (if possible), buy products that are not harmful to the environment and so on. To me a happy house is one that keeps communication open and flowing so that any issues can be resolved quickly in a productive and respectful way. A happy household is a healthy household!
I am very easy to get along with and have a great personality, I am independent and also easy going. I am mature and tidy but also enjoy to relax and have fun. I can pull my weight and am very cleanly and will not be a burden. I love to meet new people and have new experiences.

Hellooooo!!! =^•^= My name is Jessica but most people call me Jess. I'm currently studying year 12 re-entry full time. I love sewing, cats anything pink, baking, post hardcore music (The Amity Afflction are my fav) and the Japanese fashion of Lolita (the FASHION lolita, NOT the book by Vladimir...) I like to keep things tidy and although my personality is loud at times, overall I'm a fairly quite person who is content with a quite movie night or having a few friends around for a BBQ. I like to bake a LOT so wherever I am, a fresh batch of cookies is never far behind. I'm good at respecting personal space and also at socialising where needed (I'm not a hermit so I like to converse over dinner and coffee) So if you think you would have a place for a pink haired, cookie loving girl in your house, please send me a message!!
Hi, my name is Luca. I am a Italian Chef and I am 23 years old. I'm a sociable guy but my English is not very good, i'm trying to improve it. I'm looking for a flat or a room in Adelaide or suburbs. Thank you for your attention. LUCA.
Hello and thanks for reading this! My name is Luke, I am Australian from the Flinder's Ranges and have travelled a bit. I love the beach and hiking, scuba diving and snorkelling. My girlfriend is from Colombia and we have been together for 6 years. (We live independently and she works very hard). I am studying Landscape Design at Urrbrae TAFE commencing second semester. I speak Spanish and I am interested in teaching English via Skype in the future. I will be looking for bartending and restaurant work (8years experience) once I find a happy home. I have plenty of savings so rent and bills are no problem. I have at least 4 years references of around $200 pw never missed. More about me... I don't smoke, love friendly bbq's, love reggae, salsa, merengue.. all the latino/caribe/pacifico music and culture. I like having a bevvy on social occasions and I certainly have no interest in drugs. I play a bit of acoustic and just bought a bright yellow ukelele. :) I have a lot of experience in share houses, I am open-minded and easy going, but will certainly stand up for what is right. I have many experiences that I would love to share and listen and learn what you have been up to. At the end of the day, I like nothing more than an occasional cold cider and a good book or scifi film. I cannot stand the TV! So if you like to watch the TV all the time and loud, I am probably not going to enjoy living with you :) I generally keep to myself, although I'm an open door kind of person. I like to cook and I always clean as I go. Lastly, I was in building and machine maintenance for 14 years, so no worries about leaky taps and broken door handles ;-) I really look forward to talking with you and meet for a coffee. Luke Bardolph
I am easy going. When at home I like to put on a movie, or hang out with a glass of wine. In my off time I enjoy hiking and generally being outdoors. I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa. Pets are great, no pets are great, have a pet turtle, had him since I was 6 (yes do the math), he can come or he can stay at mums place, either way. Work full time @ Lonsdale, National Logistics Coordinator.
Hey my name is Michal and I am a full time student at university of Adelaide. I currently live and work in Blackwood but looking for work in the city. Looking for a place either close to city or close to easy public transport routes into the city. Happy to move in ASAP. :)
After traveling for a while, I've now been in Adelaide for over a year doing my Masters of Design at UniSA. I'm now looking for a new place due to the fact that my current lease in Henley Beach is ending, but what I shall take from it, is my poor attempt at gardening (AKA, avocado seed in a jar of water). I'm super environmentally conscious, but only had a walkway/balcony to work with... So my avocado seed and a flower pot is all i got! Being in my last year of uni, I have heaps of work, so will spend all day at library, but really enjoy the idea of spending time with my housemates at the end of the day and week-ends! :)

Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females but would also consider staying with males if the location and the price is right.
I'm very easy going, working professional in the city. I run my own software business so I'm busy most of the time. I really like chilling out when I can, go to the gym a few times a week, like beer, and do socialise when I'm not working. I like sports, good music and just in general good company. Sri Lankan born, and moved here about 10 years ago. Have been living in Adelaide for the most part (which I call home now), and have lived in Vancouver, for a while. Love traveling and meeting new people. Looking for a place close to the city, and preferably close to public transport too (Its just easy to get the city that way). I do drive so would like to have some parking space too.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. I do come with appliances, (a few such as my juicer and knife block are a must) so if need be I can bring them along or sell them, whatever is convenient! My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
I work full time on king William street, play sports and try to keep fit so am often at training at nights. Am a friendly social person from the country. Would not be home every second weekend or so.
I am a person who likes to have some company, I also work part time in retail which may require me to start work early. Personally have grown up in a country area and moved to Adelaide 6 years ago plus I'm a Auntie of 4 children. I also have a passion for performing arts
I'm a 21 year old graduate Radiographer originally from rural SA. I've been living and working on the Gold Coast this year, but have recently been offered my dream job back in Adelaide starting early April! I'll be working full-time hours during the week and some weekends. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. I like to run, hike, cycle and explore. I love camping and the outdoors. Although I'm not a huge party person, I am always down for a couple of drinks. As a housemate I'm tidy, laidback, respectful and courteous. I'll always be down for movie nights and Taco Tuesdays. I've lived in College and share houses before, so know about the ins and outs of sharing! I'm looking for somewhere close to the CBD with laidback and like-minded people. If you have something that would suit, please get in touch!
We are an easy going Uruguayan couple who would love to find a flat to share and being a local (and save money) rather than staying in hostels as a tourist. We've been living together for a long time and we are well used to caring for home in a very clean and tidy fashion. We will respect the place as our own. We don't smoke, we recycle, we enjoy quietness, excercising and a healthy diet. We like to cook for ourselves, so is no problem to prepare a little more food for our mates.
I am sociable, friendly and respectful. I work 4 days a week and like to get out and about on the weekend, though need my down time at home too. Travelling is my passion. I also enjoy bushwalking, gardening, reading, music and yoga. If possible, I'd like to find somewhere that's within a half an hour walk of the city, have my own bathroom and a spot to park my car. Ideally I would like to share with people who are a similar age to me and don't mind a chat over a drink or 2 :) Thanks!
Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)
I am from New Zealand and I have recently graduated from University. Currently working full time in the CBD in the Hotel Industry. I arrived in Adelaide early January this year and want a fresh new start to the chapter "life after study". I am an easy-going and chilled out individual, easy to get a long with and really just want to put myself out there and live a little. :-) P.S. Looking for accommodation close to, if not in the CBD!
