Phil here. I'm looking for people to team up with to rent a 2 or 3 bed place starting any time from mid October onwards (I'm flexible). Aiming $140-220/week each. I have a fair bit of furniture for the place (big couch, washing machine, TV, microwave, outdoor set, pretty much a full kitchen set) so suits teaming up with people with no/little stuff. Somewhere in the city or near enough in the southern or western suburbs (less than 1km from the parklands??) that I won't be lazy and catch the bus to work. A bit about me, I'm working full time and a half for the man as an engineer, life is pretty horrendous on that front! I'm keen on cycling, soccer, swimming, a bit of kung fu, studying Chinese language and watching pretty much anything on Netflix. I'm also a big fan of food and can make a mean vindaloo. Scotch and beer, these are good things. I drink rarely, but when I do I don't half ass it. Not looking for party animal flatmates, but if you don't know how to laugh that will be an issue.. I'm easy to get along with but do value a fair bit of alone time when I'm at home - if you're looking for someone to spend every waking second talking to, we are going to have issues. But I do think it's important to do things together as housemates and have a good friendship, so prepare for some intense friendship building activities. I'm an engineer; I will engineer the sh*t out of our friendship. Oh and big bonus if you speak Mandarin Chinese because I need to practice.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. Hope to hear from anyone interested!
I'm a cheerful, full time worker who has house shared in the past. I understand the need to respect both your property and space. I am friendly and polite. I enjoy both nights in watching movies and nights out socialising. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line and say hey (:

I'm a friendly & an outgoing person looking for a new rental, to share with 1 other person close to the city. Must be a neat & tidy, willing to share house chores together & pay bills on time. Willing to respect each other belongings & personal space. Also I have a dog who sleeps & plays outside. The things i'm looking for in a rental property include: a fully enclosed backyard for my dog ( grassed area would be a bonus), dishwasher, heating/cooling, fresh & clean place to live in, with no bad smells within the home, fully enclosed undercover car park that can be locked, so i can get in and out 24/7 without any issues with house mate/s parked behind me at all. These are the main things. Contact me if your genuinely interested.
Hi, I have just started working a grad job in the city, working at the District Courts. This means my hours are 8:30 to around 6:00pm (sometimes later). I am tidy and respectful when living with other people. I like my own space but also like drinking red wine with friends. Other interests include travelling, music festivals, movies.
*Only seeking a large room with ensuite. (Min 3.5x3.5 metres- i have a king bed 😀) Hey! I'm Lucy, Im a 32 year old, tour guide (i work away- home one week, away the next). I am looking for a friendly, modern, clean place to live..hopefully with a large bedroom, own bathroom.. i have my own bedroom furniture, and a couch, so space to put that would be great. Can spend around $250 a week if its an amazing place with lots of space! I'm a great housemate (if I dont say so myself!), I'm clean but not super crazy about it, I'm quiet but friendly and social. When I'm home I like to cook yummy meals, read, go to the pool/gym/yoga/beach and the occasional glass of wine. I've lived in a few share houses over the years and have just moved back to Adelaide and excited to be here! I love animals (but don't have any). Im open to any suburbs close to Adelaide or the beach. Let me know if you have a suitable room to rent. I look forward to meeting you. Please sms or email me-i dont answer calls from unknown numbers :) Lucy :)
Full-time student at Adelaide University. Looking to share a place in the city, or somewhere close to the city, with clean, tidy and responsible person. *Prefer to share a place with one person only* I am currently sharing an apartment at the East End and have few of my own furniture that I will be bringing with me when I move out of this place (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, bookcase, rugs, dresser, washing machine, coffee table, Tv, Tv table and some kitchen appliances). So I would prefer a place where I can fit my furniture in, or ideally a person who I can team up with to share an apartment. I am into health, fitness and anything active as well as art related. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, working out and socialising in my spare time.
38 year old female looking for share accommodation, preferably undercover carparking. I am a very tidy, clean individual, quiet natured and don't party to much anymore. I am currently studying my Masters degree at Flinders University and looking for share accommodation preferably in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.I am looking at moving from either now or before the new year. Feel free to message me, if you think we would be suitable.Cheers
Hi, Steve here. Im very easy to get along with, relaxed and chilled, clean and tidy, and respectful of others and your space. Try to keep healthy, mainly by eating clean and some bodyweight exercise. I like to keep it simple. I enjoy whipping up a meal in the kitchen. Currently a full time student, working part time to pay those bills. Looking to move somewhere close to the CBD. Not real fussed about the exact location. I enjoy the occasional drink/social outing. Very much not my age at heart. Currently living in the country but can get up to Adelaide for a meet and greet. Hope to hear from you Cheers
I am a new migrant from India, easygoing and friendly interested in sharing with like minded people male or female or with a small family. I am committed to live there for at least an year to start with as I settle down there.I will be independently living there without bothering any of the flatmates as I will be busy with my own commitments.
I am a clean and reliable person. I am good with my money so I will always pay bills on time with no fuss. I have a bubbly personality and don't mind getting involved with things. I work full time in the wine/ logistics industry and have so for just about a year and 6 months now. I love my job and don't plan on leaving. I have my own car which I absolutely love so I will be looking for a place where I can at least park it in a drive way, preferably a carport or garage. I am originally from Sydney but have been in Adelaide for 3 years now and I'm planning on being here for the long run. I do have a partner but the room will only be for myself. He lives down south so I try to see him at least twice a week as I work full time and he does full time Uni and works nights. We do share the travel so during Uni times he will rarely be around. I like to cook and have no problem at all in doing chores and cleaning up after myself. I am pretty responsible and don't go out that often. I'm looking to move out of home. I have moved out before and only came back as the landlord wanted to sell and I sadly couldn't find a place fast enough. I'm looking at paying around $120 - $130 a week max in rent. It will be preferred that the bills be included but its not the end of the world if they aren't. I get 8 GB of data on my phone plan so I don't mind if internet isn't available. If you have a room available or are interested in teaming up to find a place. Please don't hesitate to message me and we can go from there. Cheers :)
Hey, Brad here - I'm about to come back over to Adelaide to work for the Summer at a local radio station. I'm 25 years old, love the round-ball football, getting out and exploring, and am about to launch into the startup scene. I've signed on a short-term contract in Adelaide which runs out in mid-March, so I'm essentially looking for a place to park myself for the next 6 months, with a view to staying in Adelaide permanently if a full-time position comes up. Would love you to get in touch if you have something close to the city or the beach, as they would be the ideal locations I'd be looking to live in. An apartment or townhouse in ,or close to, town would be preferable. Also, I won't be bringing any furniture to Adelaide, so a furnished room would be even more desirable. Cheers!
I'm a chef!!! You will always have great food and smells around the house... I'm not a party person as I work too hard, but don't mind a glass of wine occasionally... I don't smoke and I'm not a noisy creature... I'm hardly ever at home so the bills will be minimal... I'm Indian so I cook a mean curry but I work at Jamies Italian in the city... Enjoy some good banter but respect privacy...
Hi! We are two female working professionals looking for a place in the city, somewhere between the tram lines and the Hutt Street precinct. We are looking for one more person to join our team to make our living arrangements more affordable. We both work full time and are fairly busy so we won't be around the place very much, but are very easy going and love to have a good old chin wag. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible and clean, preferably around our age range. If you are either working or a student, hit us up and let us know if you would like to join us :)
Hey I'm Adeline, I'm 16 years old and I'm currently in year 11. I'm real easy going, i'll respect you and your home. I like socialising but love to be by myself too, so I won't be all up in your grill. I know 16 is really young but i'm independent and reliable as I hate letting people down. I'm organised and not too messy and i love a bit of banter. I have a cat called Whiskas, (lame i know) I adore him with all my heart so that's my main issue here, finding accommodation for him and I.
Hey, My names Guy and I work full-time in real estate and also run an online business. I am currently living with my brother but looking to re-locate in the next few months. I would prefer to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs close to the city or in the city and also to share with one other person (Preferably female but I'm open to more housemates depending on house size and layout). I have many interests including health and fitness, gym, reading, hiking, cooking, travelling etc. I have lived in Adelaide my whole life and have a small group of good friends. I occasionally like to entertain and like a relaxed, chilled environment. I am very clean, mindful and easy-going. I believe in open and honest communication in a share house. It's always great when you can become friends too. I am looking for someone who likes to be social and also respectful of each others privacy. *The dog in the picture is not mine and I have no pets but I would like to get a dog if possible (although it's not a deal breaker). I do love all animals but am allergic to cats.
A kiwi couple from NZ, Molly was born in Port Augusta but lived in Canterbury most of her life and Chris is a Wairarapa born and raised farm boy. We're so excited to come over the ditch for the summer and hopefully meet some great friends while we're there. Both of us have come from long term flats, and are clean and helpful flatmates but love spending time in communal areas hanging out with our flatties. We've also spent this year doing some travelling around Europe between studying (Chris has graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture and Molly is an under grad law student) and have lived with all sorts of people through Air BnB. Our plans are to work over the summer and between working, spend heaps of time exploring and experiencing all Radelaide has to offer.
Hey guys! We're two friends looking to make a really great, chilled but fun share house next year! We don't party all the time but we don't study all the time either, we really want a fun, social house where we can have a party (not too rowdy, I promise!), wine and cheese nights (Maighan works at a cheese shop, BONUS!) and friends over. We're also uni students so we understand the importance of studying and that times can get hectic- we love a night in with a good netflix series and a cuppa. We'd be keen to meet your friends, extend our own circles and for you to meet and interact with ours. We value a clean tidy space, but as long as you chip in your fair share we're not super strict. About us: Maighan- Moved from Tasmania in 2015 and lived at St Mark's College. Has been living in a share house with two guys this year. Works at a cheese shop, and also about to start at Zambrero. Loves going to the beach, chilling out with a cup of tea (has a ridiculous T2 collection), reading Frankie or a trip to Spotlight for some arts and crafts supplies. Loves to spend her free time going for walks, taking photos, eating breakfast foods and exploring adelaide for Almond Croissants and a fab latte. Has a really good group of friends and doesn't mind a night out at Rocket or Sugar Mixtape Wednesday's. Also has a Girlfriend so you need to be chill with her spending a fair bit of time around the house (she's super lovely, I promise!!!). Maighan is also transitioning to becoming a vegetarian, and Zo will soon be a vegan so we'd love if you were on the same wavelength! I'm quite political at times, studying International Development at Adelaide Uni. I'm passionate about the environment, I volunteer with the Australian Youth Climate Coalition, so I hope you'd have similar open-mindedness/value similar ideas. Zoe: Moved to Adelaide from South Africa, November 2015 and has already established quite a good life here- meaning she is super friendly and makes good connections with people! Passionate about photography, videography and music. Works as a bartender in the northern eastern suburbs and enjoys a night out! She also loves a chilled, cosy night in. Zoe loves adventures, she can make own out of anything!! Zoe is really funny, has a contagious laugh and you will never have a dull moment with her as a friend/housemate. She has a fab sense of style and really enjoys decorating and making a house a home. She drives and loves to go exploring at nights, belting her favourite songs (often on repeat!!). Zoe studies Media at Adelaide Uni, and hopes to get into do something in that area. We hope you're friendly, would like to interact with us and form friendship, is laid back and doesn't come with too many rules but also not scared to say what's on their mind as Zo and I are quite open communicators. We hope you're tidy, respectful and trustworthy and we will equally take part in respecting your space and privacy. We hope our share house quickly becomes a home, is full of laughter and good memories and that it's a positive experience overall.
Hi, I'm 19 yo female looking for a inexpensive flat since I'm supporting myself financially. I'm gonna start my study in the city in October so it'd be best if that flat is nearby or have an easy access to it. :) Can you help a girl (who's gonna be a full-independent-woman mode soon) out? :D

We also like reading, photography, travelling and hanging out with friends.
Full time student, studying a Bachelor of Science at Adelaide uni. Yes, 19 may seem like a young and very dependent, not so mature age but I have been living out of home whilst juggling different jobs and study since I was 16 and have lived in shared housing before, mostly with older roommates. I tend to have a lot of sport and other things on and like to be organised, slight OCD with clutter and keeping things tidy and in their place. Originally from country SA on the Eyre Peninsula. Pretty handy in the kitchen too. So if you enjoy; - Romantic walks along the beach - The occasional bevvie or few - Good music, live music - Quality banter - Watching the footy, any sport really - Good food Then chuck us a message, we'll get along pretty well.

Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
