We are brother and sister who require separate rooms. We are both clean, respectful and reliable people who are looking to share accommodating with one or two others to keep renting prices low. We don't smoke, do our own cooking and cleaning and keep to ourselves. We would prefer a quiet household (not a party house) as I (Kiera) will be studying. We are both out of the house a lot and love animals. Any questions do not hesitate to ask.
I am looking for somewhere relaxed I can call home with mature, respectful housemates that I can trust. I prioritise keeping things clean and tidy through the shared efforts of the household. I like to live somewhere that I wouldn't be embarrassed if my mum saw the state of it. Also just like, general hygiene, ya know? I love video games, movies and TV, music, art and also building lego. I value my alone time to wind down after a long shift and keep to myself a lot. But I will always get around any social time with housemates. I'm 25 and work full time as a veterinary nurse. I do have two small dogs of my own, they live with my parents so I spend a lot of my free time there. On the very odd occasion I may want to bring the dogs to the house for only a few hours, but this isn't really ever essential. I have a queen bed that I'd rather not part with as I've grown quite fond of it, so I'm looking for a room to fit that nicely :)
I have been experianced in living with others and consider myself a clean and respectful person. Am currently living with a ex partner which can be hell at times. Lease finishes late jan will be looking to move around feb 1. Very sportsminded person who at times likes my own space
My Names Kate and I'm heading back Home to Melbourne (be in Melb 23rd Dec) after living near the NSW/QLD border for 3+years I'm looking for a private room preferably with its own bathroom. I need a place that is couple friendly as my partner (who will be finishing off our own home in NSW) will be visiting and moving down eventually. I will be bringing with me my 4 amazing budgies ( no housemates that are scared of birds) happy to keep these guys in my room, but room will need to be a bit big enough. I work in the community services industry so hours can be all over the place, I have already secured employment, there I will need to be living with people who are respectful of their housemates space, but I'm always keen to a drink and a laugh when I'm not working crazy crazy hours. I'm not to fussed at location, either inner city or south eastern suburbs, however I will need a car space, as I need my car for work. If Teaming up I can bring all the furniture needed.
I’m a easygoing, funny respectful guy seeking a place to lay my head when I’m not working or at uni. I keep to myself but always friendly and open to have chat. I’m tidy and quite and have had a stable job for the last 7 years so I’m reliable with money and paying on time.
Hello, my name is Em and I'm a 25 year old Florist looking for a room for me, my boyfriend and my 6 month old pomeranian puppy Figgy. We are quiet, respectful and friendly people who work quite a lot and also study part time. My partner is studying computer science and I am looking to study counselling next year. Feel free to call or text me for a chat or to find out more information. We are keen to move asap as I am currently staying with my parents and missing my independence.
STILL LOOKING..! - A single, 31 year old male, I am very resourceful, rent/bills are always paid on time, and am a mature, clean, quiet and agreeable housemate, able to get along with just about anyone. I'm a non-smoker and keep myself busy writing in my free time, so I'm a fairly quiet housemate. I'll always pitch-in and like to keep things neat and tidy, hoping to find a room ASAP anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs, to move in at the beginning of January.
I am currently living with my parents but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am looking at moving out to a place more suitable, that'll bring a sense of security and safety for me. I am clean and tidy, relatively quiet and lacking in drama and stress. I am happy to alter the location of where I reside, however I do not want anything towards Hawthorn or the CBD. I'm currently working casually at McDonalds, however in January I begin full time work.
Hi! I’m Mollie, 24 and have two cats. Looking to team up to find a rental in any of the suburbs I’ve posted but also willing to go anywhere nearby. I’m currently overseas on a working Visa and due to come home 25/1/2018 and will be looking for somewhere immediately. I work full time and am a clean person. My cats are toilet trained, hilarious/cute and not too annoying, they’ll grow on you. If you want to know more just let me know! Thanks :)
I am 29 years old and work full time as a professional Accountant. I like to be social but definitely respect the privacy and personal space of others. I'm on the cleaner end of the spectrum and really tidy. I Work in Mitcham and am currently looking for an accommodation close to my workplace.
Hey my name's jess I'm 27, I'm working part time and looking into going back school once I've found place I can call home! I consider myself an easy going, responsible, trustworthy, tidy individual who respect others and their property/belongings as I would expect they would mine! Im quiet and keep to myself most of the time, love to relax but equally enjoy a drink with friends, What I'm looking for is someone with a possitive attitude and honest nature with a room I can rent and Preferably somewhere I can unwind comfortably, with a bit of space to keep my belongings. If you're interested send me a message, so we can organise to meet up! Happy house hunting! Kind regards, Jessica. Thanks for reading :)
I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!
I am 23 currently working full time as a mechanic, till i figure out what i really want to do. Looking for a room mate or two to find a place with. Live fairly neat and tidy, i keep to myself most of the time. Spend my spare time watching movies, playing games and producing custom paint work. Spend my weekends out with mates or family. Like to have a drink everynow and then. Would like to think im fairly honest and reliable. Any questions shot us a message happy to answer anything
I have just finished studying social work at university and I'm moving to Melbourne. I need a place to stay while I find a full-time job (with the possibility of then staying for a longer period of time). My pet dog (Maltese Shih Tzu) needs to be welcome too (preferably in a home that doesn't already have existing pets). I have lived independently for 3 1/2 years and I am a very tidy person. I am also very chill and fun to be around.
I'm friendly, have a great movie/tv show collection and love to bake things (which means coming home to surprise cookies!). I'm reliable, always pay my rent on time and clean/tidy as I go. I'm currently studying and work casually. Thanks for checking out my profile!
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Hey all, my names Bec & I'm looking for a homee-ee room for myself & my pet turtle in the new year. Potentially looking to move late Jan early feb. I'm a very fun loving, independent , responsible, tidy & chatty person. I love having company but also like my alone time and my sleep. I have all bedroom furniture, as well as a large tank with a turtle (he doesn't make much noise, but happy to pay a little extra in electricity) I am currently working casually (pretty much full time hours) & I'm about to begin my studies as a nurse in February. I'm looking for a home situated between where I work (Rowville) and where I go to school (moorabin) or surrounding. I've never been out of home before so my ideal place would include a bunch of rad housemates that I could be friends with! There's a lot to know about me but would love to get to know someone further :))) Don't hesitate to message!
I'm respectful of others and their belongings, clean up after myself, mainly just keep to myself and chill out in my room usually watching movies but would be more than happy to get to know you, have a laugh and chat :)
