22 year old moving to Sydney from Newcastle to start a new full time job in health starting mid August. Looking for places located ideally in the inner-west but not set on it. Pretty outgoing and can never say no to brunch, so a close cafe would be 10/10. I promise I am very neat and tidy but, I know that anyone can say that on these things. (But its true, I am!) If you are looking for a chilled out easy breezy flatmate then I am most certainly your guy!
Hi my name is Kylie. I've spent the last four years living in London and have recently moved back. I'm a singer/actor who also works in production, stage management and with children. I'm very neat and tidy, love to cook and bake and always up for a laugh. I'm looking for a double room in a quiet friendly house with people who are happy to share a meal now and then. If you have a place you think would suit, please get in touch! Thanks, Kylie

Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two, however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am a friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing person. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) xx
Hi, my name is Lauren. I currently work in barangaroo as a waitress but am hoping to find work in tv production. When I'm not working I'm a sociable person who likes a few drinks and dinner out occasionally but also loves a good chill with Netflix. I'm a happy and friendly person who is looking for a nice homely atmosphere.
Just moved to Sydney from France and looking to meet people. I don't just look for a place to live, I also would like to have great time with the people I would meet. I used to live in an apartment with 5 other people, we are all friends now. I spend most of my weekend doing climbing or running or any activities for fun and I'll be happy to share that with you. I also like to share a beer from time to time, but I stopped wasting my time with hangover weekends. I'll start working as a full-time in August 7th for 6 months. Please let me know if you would like to meet with me !
Hi my name is John. I am full time employed working in financial services/IT industry On weekdays I am usually out the door early and come home at reasonable hours. At times I may work late. I am told I am a good cook and adventurous with recipes. I love the outdoors and everything that goes with it. If you feel I am the right person feel free to reach out to me
Canadian living in Sydney (6 months into my Working Holiday) and looking for a place and new friends. I'm generally pretty quiet but enjoy a drink after work or some such relaxed time. Fairly tidy, very clean, and used to sharing a house.
Hi, I'm looking for a room long term in the inner west. I love dogs so ideally your place has a resident pooch. I work full-time at Sydney Uni, like to have a chat but appreciate chill time too, and am pretty clean without being OCD. I play soccer, like to snorkel and bush walk, and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend. I'd love to hear from you if you've got a spare room and need someone to look after your dog when you go away.
Hi all, We are an easy going, friendly, organised, cleaned, healthy (sometimes) and funny brazilian couple who are looking for a double room in a quieter place to live in. We enjoy to gather with friends for a dinner, few glasses of wine and a nice chat. :) I am Rodrigo (Rod) and have been living in Sydney for 4 years. I am a dedicated marketer who represents 2 national organisations that provide housekeeping (IHServices) and corporate cleaning services (Bayton). My partner, Daiane, has been in Sydney for 2.5 years and is currently studying fitness in the CBD. She intends to start working as a Personal Trainer in 2018. Today she works in a Cafe in The Rocks (Playfair Cafe) and deals with customers throughout the day. The ideal House/Flat for us would be furnished and with a parking spot available. Ensuite preferable. We look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Rod
Hi My name is Jack, I am a 20-year-old dual citizen with full time employment in the CBD. I'm clean respectful and importantly would like to treat your home as is my home. I will respect your privacy however I'm always available for a chat. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, and getting out and about. I am ready to move, have bond and rent money. I don't have any furniture to move with me just myself and my clothes/personal belongings. I look forward to hearing from you.
My lease is ending shortly and current flat mates are moving out of the area. I'm an easy-going person, clean, can cook and work full time. During the week I might spend a couple nights out with friends but will mostly be at home relaxing, weekends I like to go out and socialise. Looking for somewhere with like minded people, I'm always up for dinner or a couple of drinks. I have some furniture and a TV which I can bring with me ,also have all my own bedroom furniture I'm also looking for a long term stay (6-12 months)
We are quiet, responsible and reliable couple looking for accommodation preferably close to work in Ashfield. We are happy to supply rental references or a rental history. We are friendly but also like our own space, are not party people, clean and tidy and like to be organised. In our spare time we like to go camping, climbing, gardening and exploring.
A little bit about me, I work full time as a ecommerce manager for a fashion brand and i am a keen foodie. I love to travel, i just came back this week for 3 1/2 weeks in europe seeing friends. I am moving into a new role in Pyrmont so looking for a place close by.
I'm a social guy, flexible and clean Dutch guy working and living in Sydney for 2 years and staying for at lead time 2 more. I like to cook for others, have a social drink, watch series. I often go out to salsa nights and events and you're welcome to join.
Hello! I am a single graphic designer working full time in Alexandria. I'm very quiet but I love my art, movies, and I'm always up to chat with you! I like to watch Netflix and play computer games in my down time so unlimited internet is a must. I also love board games and do my fair share of reading. I have no pets but I wouldn't mind living with a cat. If you like the sound of me and you have a beautiful place shoot me a message and we'll see if we mesh! 🌹
Flexible with the price range. I'm friendly and nice, I mind my own business, I'm really neat and organised and not noisy at all. Very easy going Only turned 16 couple of weeks ago and also recently found out I was "gifted" so I'm trying to get into a selective school for Year 12 this October so I can get a high ATAR to get into law after highschool (preferably fort street highschool or north Sydney girls). I actually dont mind where the apt/housing will be aslong as its not too far from central considering selective schools are unzoned. I have a grant and a sponsor so I'm pretty much set for rent and all that I would do casual shifts for extra income but I will most likely not work so I can focus on my studies Prefer to live in a modern looking place and might choose to have a roommate to share the rent with. I have some experience living in shared houses as I used to live in Singapore in condominiums shared with other people. I can speak English, Filipino and a bit of Italian.
I am looking for somewhere fun to be for six months to enjoy Sydney life, but still have quiet time during the working week to kick goals at the office. I am a creative, piscetarian, I am a great cook, clean and tidy, and am a clear, honest communicator. Aiming for an unfurnished room a budget of $300-$350 per week rent. And I need a bit of space for occasional art making - if possible this would be a huge win.
I'm a clean, chill, easy-going person currently working and studying full time in urban planning. I'm generally a homebody that likes to chill out and watch Netflix/read/listen to music etc when at home. While I do like down time by myself, I also like to get to know my roommates. I feel that it's really important to get along. I would love to find somewhere I could stay long-term.
