Easy to get along with, friendly and tidy. Have a one year old cavoodle who will also be coming with me. He is house trained and very friendly. I work full time and on the weekends like to take my pup out for walks and adventures.
Just waitin for a mate
We are a couple who are looking for an accommodation in Sidney or near, I have the work and holiday visa and my boyfriend has the student visa, we are staying in Australia until the 21 march
Fun bubbly person to be around , clean and tidy person , enjoys both nights in and out. I'm a professional makeup artist looking to move up the coast sometime after March, unsure on the dates yet as I will also be looking for a job , I'm a dog / cat person also , would be great to find a place that will consider small pets prefably dog.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. I'm saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who mostly adventures outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Hi! I'm 32, clean and considerate. And I'm looking forward to surfing each morning before work this summer! I work at the Reserve Bank in the city. I'm also out for dinner quite a bit during the week. I'm looking for a home to come back to that is peaceful but connected and friendly. Dogs are a big bonus! I love music. I play acoustic guitar but I don't mind taking it to the park!
I am a clean person to live with and would be quiet happy to just keep to myself most of the time but am still very friendly and sociable. I work full time through the week and most weekends. If there are any questions you may have please feel free to send me a message.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old chick looking for a good time (..not that kind) After a place to call home for a while, with a bit of good company being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm In my last year at uni as a nursing student and work as a Disability support in the Sutherland Shire. Literally a bit of a nerd, foodie, sports(wo)man, and an all rounder so I believe I'd fit in pretty well anywhere. I spend most of my time sleeping... other than that I'll be surfing skating designing creating, training or binging How to get away with Murder so I'll be out of sight out of mind, unless you want to hang.. then I'm down for that too. Heaps keen on starting a team up or sliding in to join a suitable pre-existing home ❤
Hey Guys! We are a group of 3 ladies looking for some other fine folk to join our house hunting team as we scan the coal coast for a charming new home. After spending the most part of last year living in Austinmer, we unfortunately had to leave due to the landlords selling the property. But after a few months of floating around, following our feet and enjoying the sum mer, we are now keen to find a new place with some groovy new people! A bit about us: -We are a pretty social group of people, who love a communal dinner and glass of bin ends in the evening. -We also enjoy going out together for beers, gigs, dinners or simply sitting in the living room laughing at whoever is the funniest that day. In saying that, we are also pretty good at gauging when someone needs their space so will grant them that, just as we would expect to be granted it if we need ours. -We are wanting the space to be hub of all things wonderful, eg. yoga, art, gardening, workshops etc. So if you are that way inclined, then you get extra points! -We also don't discriminate against 'non-professionals' so long as you can pay the rent, then you are welcome! Anna, 25: A full time self-employed jeweller who you will usually find nestled in her studio with a cup of tea or glass of wine (depending on the time), tinkering away at whatever project she has for that day. If you can't find her in there, she'll probably be outside searching for an adventure, dancing in the lounge room or maybe just in the bathroom. Annie, 25: Currently making a full time occupation out of practicing yoga, Annie is due to start attending acting school in Feb of this year so will spend most weekdays in the big city but will be sure to return home in the evenings so we can all recite lines around the dinner table together. Amy, 26: A lady of many occupations, Amy currently works in a world music bar in the city, the record store in Thirroul and at various markets stalls, but is also due to start her honors this year. In her spare time you will find her (but sometimes you won't find her) somewhere beautiful, writing, working on her research projects or practicing yoga.
Really easy going guy, respectful, responsible and won't be in your pocket. I am a barber by trade and a second year nursing student at UOW. I don't party during uni and when i do it`s a chilled out pub session. Enjoy water sports, gym, music and hanging with mates.
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.
Hi. I am a quiet living professional person. I enjoy socialising and also quiet times. I have a lovely, well behaved cat though she can live with a friend if accommodation does not allow it. Steve
easy going full time working guy likes a chat and to have the occassional drink with others and also respects peoples personal space. non smoker social drinker into the beach travel cafes and road trips and camping. good cook and am a fair person to live with and easy to get along with
Easy going, reliable, full time worker with 3 crazy, cool cats. :) I am looking for a large, unfurnished room as I have more than just bedroom furniture or alternatively some garage space to store some furniture.
Have my own things and can respect other people and there property. I really mean it when i say that too. I Just really cant afford a house just yet on my own. I have a dog which is the main reason for me looking for a house to share or to be with someone in the same boat, so to speak. I'm very very clean and tidy and will not be a nuisance to anyone. As i said i have everything of my own and am willing to share. Just need a place to call home. Could be 2 months could be a year or more. Recently seperated. Have 2 young girls who live with their mother all week. I get the usual every 2 weeks for the weekend and some school holidays where i will be happy to stay at my parents house. I am ready to move asap and can get any references needed. I do have a pet dog and there would have to be sufficient yard for her. She plays well with others and other pets also.
I've previously studied at UOW and graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts). I've worked full-time the past 3 years in Sydney and will be returning to UOW full-time in Feb 2017 to complete a Masters of Secondary Education (Visual Arts). I'm a bubbly, happy person who enjoys painting, dyeing textiles, reading, music, cooking and the gym. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy solo downtime to relax and recharge. It would be great to find a flatmate/or flatmates who also enjoy socialising but can appreciate time alone. I am naturally a bit of a home-body but also love nature and the ocean - hitting the beach will be a frequent. I've never lived in a share house before so am unfamiliar with what I should expect. I am a clean and tidy person so am naturally happy to clean up after myself and keep living spaces tidy. I generally do my own cooking for the week while living at home but would be happy to make anything work with my household. I will be giving up full-time work in order to study at UOW, but will be looking for casual/part-time work during my days off. If I sound like someone you could live with, feel free to message me! :)
Hey, I spend most of my time between working, studying and playing in a band up in Sydney. I'm a pretty quiet, relaxed and tidy person who enjoys heading to gigs, drawing and occasionally going to the gym. Don't having a chat and a bit of a laugh either. Looking for an easy going place to hopefully save some money for travelling!
Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
Single, male, working and studying at post-graduate level. Born, raised and schooled locally. I'm a responsible, reliable, respectful, clean, considerate housemate. Have been looking for suitable accomodation for some months. I am healthy, fit and active. An elder couple/single whom don't REALLY wish to downsize, but some of the yard duties are becoming overwhelming - I'M YOUR GUY. Happy to contribute to yard/garden/home maintainence. I grew up on a large block around the Port Hacking. Yours sincerely, David
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
I am a mature woman and I am usually quiet but enjoy good conversation and harmonious music and enjoy my own company too. I am basically vegetarian but a bit flexible. I work full time. I have grown up children who live independently. I enjoy cooking when I am in the mood and a glass of good red wine. I am tidy and clean and like a happy environment. I enjoy reading and catching up with friends when I have time. I also like swimming, walking and going away to see friends when I can.
I'm a 32 year Australian female who is employed full time as a director of sales and marketing, I enjoy having a drink but do like my private space at times I do own a indoor cat who is extremely friendly, I am easy going and easy to get a long and clean up after myself
Hello! We are a couple from Sweden, Joel 22 and Sofia 19 years old. Joel has the greatest humor in the entire world, he is extremely good at washing dishes. He is a nice fella. Sofia is the greatest chef in Sweden, Leif Mannerström included, with close to a smile. She also is pedantic and responsible. We have our own flat in Sweden, and have for the past 8 months. So we are familiar with living together. We are here in Australia on work and holiday visas, hoping to collect as many awesome experiences as possible. To meet new people is something we both enjoy. Chilling at home playing games, partying at the beach or just having a 14h long dinner, we're in! Best regards, Joel & Sofia
Hi, I am 36 year old male who grew up here in the Sutherland Shire. I love travelling and have spent some years living abroad. Normally I work as a Graphic Designer, however currently I am just working a local casual job to pay the rent/bills. At the moment I rent a 1 bedroom unit in Cronulla but I am looking to move into a shared unit towards the start of February 2017. In the past I have also lived and rented with people and now the importance of being clean and respectful to those you live with. I am single (which is my normal status), never smoked and drink but only socially.
I'm a happy, healthy and chill girl with a positive outlook on life. I get along with guys really well and am all about respect and good vibes. Love my alone time. Interests include: creative arts, acting, philosophical banter, meditation, health and fitness.
My kids, now young men, have long left the fold so I'm footloose & fancy free. I try to keep life simple and happy. Love comedy, music, dance, theatre, tennis, travel, reading, camping, colour, candle light, nature and watching the world go by, especially beachside. A great coffee every day is my vice and I'm very fussy about where I drink it, ambiance is not an option, it's a must! I work full time and travel for work so am gone a few weeks each quarter. I like 'organized' and part of keeping life simple is cleaning up after yourself always, so that housework doesn't get in the way of life because it's always under control. Love company but also like my space and privacy and respect others. I'm a Kiwi who made Sydney my home for 27 years, returned to NZ for 10, spent the best part of the last 2 years in USA and am now returning to Sydney. Have been in current job for 2 years. I don't handle the heat well so the nearer I am to water the better. Young at heart, one son tells me "you think you're still 20". Ideal flatmates would be active, easy going 35 through 60 year olds, singles or couples. If you're empty nesters and wouldn't mind an unintrusive extra on your property and a little extra money on the side wouldn't go astray, I'll likely fit the bill. Like my Cafes, I like my place of abode to have ambiance.
Hey, We are a couple looking to find an available house or team up with someone or another couple and lease a property around Jan-Feb 2017. Ideally it'd be in Wollongong and close to the bus/train but we're also cool with Woonona, Bulli or Thirroul. We both work full time and like to keep a clean & tidy living space. We'd be looking for something for 6-12 months If you have something available or are looking to team up send us a message :)
I am a relaxed and friendly kind of person looking for some like minded house mates. I am a social worker currently working in research and commute to the city 4 days a week. When I'm not working I love to spend time in nature, doing yoga and playing ukulele or guitar and writing mediocre songs.
I am a nurse who is easy to get along with, reliable, honest, clean and friendly. Looking at prospects in preparation for my new full time job that I start in March '17. I also own a small Shih-Tzu who is completely house trained and washed every week.
I would be a good room mate im not a party animal but i like to go out sometimes. I have a boyfriend that i would like to stay sometimes and i also have a large family that may visit sometimes but not often.
I am a small business owner & devoted pet owner to a German Shepherd named Duke (very loyal, well trained and good natured) I am Currently in limbo due to lease ending and waiting for my boyfriend to return from working overseas (June) so this will be for 6 months max. I'm social but also busy so you may not see me a great deal during the week. On the weekends I like to relax, hit the beach or netflix!
I am a 21 year old hairdresser moving from Perth to Sydney! looking for a fun share house experience. Im pretty laid back, enjoy keeping to myself but would love someone who is keen to have a few drinks. i do socially smoke and need somewhere without pets. My boyfriend currently lives in Sydney and will be staying with him until i find a place to move to! so please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed (there is a limit) Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
A couple is working full time in the bakery 5am-6pm near Sutherland station. We will never be at home for full day because when we have a day off, we will stay over at our parent's house. We're clean, no noisy, cooking 1-3 meals a week only. We're on budget. We're lookig for a flat in Sutherland that has $360-400/a week for 2 bedrooms. That means $180/per couple/week fo rent. Will consider about moving date when we find a good "teamup"
I'm currently studying full time uni and working part time. I like to be on time for everything, so I'd never be late with bills and whatnot. I'm also quite neat and value hygiene. I'm a friendly person but never one to throw wild parties in my own home.
Hey! Myself and my partner chris are looking for house mates to share a house/apartment in Sydney. I work part time and am currently completing my diploma in early childhood care and education. Chris works full time near the airport. We're both very friendly, clean and respectful and are hoping to find people similar to share a place with. We're not heavy party people however love to socialise over dinner and a couple of drinks. We also love walks and trips to the beach! :)
