Im friendly and easy to get along with. I like to keep to myself at times but also enjoy hanging out with friends on my days off. Need to move urgently
Where ever I live I treat it as my own, proactive, very thoughtful, mindful of others, happy out going, like to keep things clean and mess free. I've lived in a number of different types of homes/places, with all kinds of different people from different walks of life. I'm a spiritually minded person, glass half full, stop & smell the roses kinda person, love kids, animals, nature and being around great like minded people.
Howdy, Corin here! I'm a 20-year old journalist, radio presenter and drummer, born and bred in Katoomba. I'm kind, relaxed, enthusiastic and helpful, and I have respect for personal space through growing up as an only child. I've been in the workplace for four years, though I'm currently a job-seeker in the hospitality industry and a casual TAFE student (Hospitality Cert. III). I'm a big fan of outsider art, Tim Burton films, death metal and pets, plus I love lending a hand when I can! I also love watching comedy, going to the beach and taking it easy.
Hi, we're a French Australian couple who love getting outdoors rock climbing, hiking and camping. We love to socialise but also enjoy privacy and a quiet weekend from time to time. We have lived in house shares as a couple before and are clean respectful and aware of others needs for privacy. We speak French and English, have travelled our fair share and love cooking food from all over the world. I am a primary school teacher and will be looking for full time work in NSW, Camille is a manager of the high ropes trees adventure park in Yarramundi. We're moving to NSW from Melbourne and would love to meet new people in a share house!
work full time , quiet and enjoy time to myself, happy to help with household chores as it creates a fair living environment. i have 3 pet ferrets who are outdoors plus a boyfriend who visits every few days but i will be happy to pay a little extra for the nights he stays .
Hi there! My name is naomi. I love keeping fit and eating healthy but I definetly do enjoy a good table spoon or jar of nutella on the occasion! I work locally as a hairdresser and also a couple nights a week at a gym. I'm neat, tidy and friendly! But also am respectful of space and privacy!
Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & riding my bike.
Looking for a housemate/s to share the cost of rent in the lower Blue Mountains - Emu area. Bill works full time, Kia works part time and studies part time. We have a 6 year old son and a puppy, both v. cute. Puppy is well trained and is used to living outside.
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
Fulltime laboratory manager moving to the area for a new job. Waiting to sell my current property in order to eventually purchase in the area. Outdoor adventurer, traveller and good cook. Love music and learning new things. Currently studying as well. Very clean and organised. Could not live with anyone messy or in a messy house.
I am looking for a quiet self contained room/studio with an ensuite, where I can do my meditations. I am very tidy by nature, and I have been house sitting mostly in Wentworth Falls for the last 8 years, keeping beautiful homes pristine and lovingly cared for. Currently I am renting a room in Katoomba on a temporary basis, so I am able to move any time, although sooner rather than later is preferred :) I have my own furniture apart from a wardrobe. I work part time in Katoomba, thus preferring somewhere in the upper mountains, and not too far from transport, as I don't have a car. I look forward to hearing from you, Blessings and Regards, Takeli .
I am a mature woman who moved from Mosman in Sydney to Melbourne six months ago and I was invited to take up half a house in Mt Eliza, Victoria. I will be returning to NSW soon, and while I lived on Lower North Shore of Sydney for many years, and my parents owned a California Bungalow in Seaforth, NSW, I am feeling very drawn to the Central Coast, which I know very well or to returning to the Northern Beaches of Sydney, where I lived for 30 years and owned property. I have two kittens, Miss Ellery, one year young and Miss Hermione, eight months young whom I rescued at 10 days of age, after she had been abandoned on a neglected farm paddock. I come with excellent references from Ray White in NSW and from Peter Williams in Victoria. As a former owner of property and as a former landlord myself in Sydney, I have always paid on time and I am reliable, I like peace and harmony in my surroundings and I am a quiet person, neat and clean but not to the point of obsessive. I have always been considered an ideal tenant by property managers I DO like my own space and while I'm reasonably social, I would prefer to share with only one other in an age range of 45 - 60. I would never impose a lot of visitors at any time on my flatmates and I would expect the same courtesy. I had my own business for many years, I keep a clean and tidy home, and I am a lover of Nature and my diet has been vegetarian/vegan for over 25 years. I am also fond of all animals, large and small, and I volunteered in an animal shelter in Ingleside, Sydney for three years. The IDEAL house- share situation I am looking for will be free of other cats and dogs, because my 'fur' girls are predominantly indoor cats, and I had a bad experience in Mt Eliza, Victoria where the owner there had two small dogs, also predominantly indoor dogs, but he had assured me they were 'cat friendly', but they were definitely NOT and this caused much disruption in the house. I am a native French speaker with a cultured European background, I am well educated and my professional work has now changed towards creative pursuits since I wound up my own business of many years. I am an Actor by profession and I have an agent in Sydney and in Melbourne. As I have been a home owner several times in my life, I would look after a property as if it were my own and I would synchronise well with a mature owner who has no pets or children living at home and who may travel a lot for her or his work and/or pleasure and who will APPRECIATE a responsible, honest and kind person. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Hi everyone :) after 2 years living in Blacktown I have decide to move a bit closer to workplace. I work in Penrith as technician on a full-time basis. I am an outgoing person and I get along with almost everyone. Self-sufficient and tidy person.
I'm a little shy, I admit it, but I highly respect people's own space (as I'm quite particular about my own), being tidy and quiet, won't party or bring a heap of people home and if you have pets, I love animals (I work with them and am studying for a career focusing on them, and have big pets of my own living in a big paddock elsewhere). Also very open-minded, but we likely won't get along if you're homophobic, anti-military, prone to hosting parties or being really loud or overly judgemental of people not a part of your life style (especially if it isn't hurting anyone). I've been told I'm helpful, quiet and have a pretty wicked sense of humour once I stop being a shy awkward turtle? My budget is somewhat flexible, but as I'm a part time student, I need to be cautious of what I can afford, bills included.
