I'm a student at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and I'm about to finish my course in 2 weeks. I'm currently living in a student's accomodation and I really want to move in to a house which gives me some peace of mind and quiet. Don't get me wrong though, I like to chill too. I'm currently working in a part-time marketing role and will be applying for more jobs once I graduate. I'm a clean, easy going and versatile person.
I work hard and enjoy my privacy but am always happy to meet new people. I'm from a large family and so am used to helping out and sharing house chores. Hoping to find a place to move into when I start uni next year :)
Hi, we are two french students who are looking for a place to live in Sydney! We are friendly, easy-going, tidy and respectful. We would like to meet other people and socialize, but we respect each other's privacy. Don't hesitate to message us, we don't bite. :)
Hi! I'm Marle van de Ven, 21 years old and living in The Netherlands. I'm studying Food Innovation at HAS University of Applied Sciences. For my internship at Wicked Foods I am coming to Sydney. This internship will be from November 20th until March 9th and this will also be the time that I will stay in Sydney. I love cooking, eating, traveling, photography, sports, and meet new people. I hope to find a nice and clean place to stay, where I can enjoy my time in Australia. Due to my internship, I will sometimes work quietly, but I am also really in for a drink! I hope I will make a lot of new friends with whom I can experience Sydney! Cheers
I am an introvert that keeps to himself, honest and respectful of others. Clean and respectful of other's spaces as much as a defender of mine. Netflix enthusiast (internet included required). I enjoy random road trips (which means i will need a carpark) and you'll seldom see me around on weekends specially if the sun is out.
Hi there I’m an international student from Indonesia looking for accomodation near Ryde with any bus to top ryde and buses to city As for my detail, I’m a student and a worker, I rarely spend my time home I like clean and tidy things but not crazy about it I am quiet and pretty shy, so I dont talk often and I usually spend my free time with my computer and doing my thing but I also open to anyone who want to have chat with me I’m not a party person and I respect others privacy, so I wont make any disturbance to other who lives with me
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. Looking for a quiet (small street/quiet neighborhood ), dark bedroom. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) . Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.

Food is life, life is food. I eat a bunch of junk then go gym..its called balance. Looking to team up with other like minded person/couple to find new apartment in City, Newtown or Manly. Both my partner and I have full time employment (I work as Data Scientist in City and she works as Corporate Manager in City too). Usually busy during the week but love to unwind on weekends : trying new places to eat, new pubs, cafes or just a lazy beach day. Would love to find people with similar lifestyle :) and yes.. 420 friendly ;)
I'm a full time masters students in Macquarie university. I'm very particular about cleanliness, fun- loving, like to meet new people and flexible in nature. Looking for a decent accommodation. - private room with own bathroom.
We are a friendly and respectful British couple. We love traveling and meeting new people. We are quiet and happy to keep to ourselves but also enjoy being sociable. We like watching films and TV shows as well as reading a good book. We are clean people and happy to do our fair share to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. We are easygoing and can get on with anyone. Hope to hear from you. Tim and Kate
G'day. At home I'm a use it-clean it type. I love cheffing in the kitchen (majoring in thai and asian food - particularly fish) where I practice clean as you prep where possible - it's so much easier that way. I'm busy all the time, so usually only spend time at home planning next adventure. Into lots of sports I can share with interested people...Rock-climbing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, skiing. I'm moving back to Sydney area with work (was in the Blue Mountains 2 years ago), coming across from Perth with a house full of stuff...kitchen/laundry appliances, couches, tv etc. Most importantly, I need a place that accommodates my 6m gamefishing trailer boat that sits 3.2m high on the trailer. So a long driveway, or accessible yard is key to fitting with my needs (if it has a normal height carport that blocks access, it's no good for me). More than happy to throw together into a team and get a really nice place. The suburbs I've mentioned are flexible, just using them as a starting point as I'd like to be near the National Park for running and bike riding. Cheers Matt
Hello my name is Sofia and I'm Colombian, I've been in Australia nearly for a year. Now looking for a friendly place to live in with easy access to Macquarie Uni. I'm a very easy going, independent, organised person. Would like to find a place with happy, nice people. I'm a university student and also work part time. I'm a very active person and love sports.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney in January 2018 and would like to team up in looking for a flat to share in Western Sydney or the Northern Suburbs. I will have job in paramatta and I don't have a car. My personality can be described as reserved and reliable.
Hello everybody! My name is Andrés and I'm coming to Australia (woohoo) to do my PhD at Macquarie University. I'm arriving in Sydney on January 30th and I'm looking for a nice place, with nice people and nice location to live. I've been sharing a flat in Amsterdam during the last year, and before that I've been living in shared flats for almost 10 years in Barcelona... So, yes, I know almost everything about roommates, weekly cleaning and shared dinners... :) I am 29 yo, gay, clean, tidy and outgoing. I enjoy talking with flatmates, but also enjoying time by my own. I like cooking and share meals with roomies. I also enjoy outdoors, cycling, movies, netflix... a normal guy. Not a party animal, I prefer having dinner with friends or chilling at home... but sometimes partying is also nice. If you think I can be your next flatmate message me! I'm also available for teaming-up! Cheers! :)
Hi, I'm Sean and I'm moving back to Sydney after two years on the Gold Coast. I'm a screenwriter/filmmaker and I work part-time in retail and hospitality. I also run a videography business called Cinebrand, so I spend time editing at home on days off. I grew up in Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong, and have lived in the US (Los Angeles). I love movies, travel, '80s music and healthy food. I'm happy going out to restaurants or cooking at home. I enjoy a fairly quiet home, and don't watch much free TV - I'd rather watch a movie or documentary. Not a football or cricket fan, but I like being active and cycling. I've shared with others before and have also lived alone. I enjoy my privacy and respect others' privacy, but I'm happy to chat and share meals or a drink most of the time. I'm a tidy person who enjoys a clean home, and I don't smoke. I have some furniture (a bed, desk and shelves) but if the room is furnished I can store some of it. Thanks for reading.
I am moving to Sydney for work and leaving Melbourne makes me sad so I need to live with someone who does not hate my beloved city. I am super clean and tidy. I cook almost everyday, but I clean after myself. I love the outdoors, I go to the gym quite often and I do not mind going for drinks with my housemate, but I definitely need my own time as well.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. (UPDATE: I NOW HAVE A P/T JOB) I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Hi there, My name is Karvya! I consider myself a easy going, relaxed person :) At the moment, I'm hoping to find a place to move into in late Jan 2018 (I'll be overseas for the silly season). I'm looking forward to the prospect of moving out and challenging myself outside my comfort zone! Cheers
I'm a 27-year-old immigration lawyer from Brisbane who will be working full-time in Sydney CBD. I have a ten-month old kitten Mimo who is fully toilet-trained (never had an accident with her toilet habits) and the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I love cats and would expect my housemates to be mammal-friendly. (You don't necessarily have to be cat-friendly, as I have had numerous friends who considered themselves "dog people" instantly fall in love with Mimo when they stayed over at my place. My current housemate of 1.5 years in Brisbane is also one of them!) As I have a busy work life, I prefer time to myself to relax after work. I care a lot about maintaining a quiet household and environment. I prefer gated apartments and accommodation that is ideally not carpeted. Your place would also ideally not have leather couches or anything leather that you care about; or if you do, be open to my putting a couch cover on it at my expense. Whilst Mimo has always been trained not to scratch anything other than her cat tree and scratch toys, she can leave the occasional faint marks on the leather surface when she prances around. I am friendly, considerate, will respect your personal space and expect the same from others. As my work is extremely hectic, I am keen to share a house or apartment with heavy sleepers who are considerate with limiting noise between 11pm and 8am on weekdays. I would not mind occasional chats and drinks on the weekends. My move-in date will have to fall on 2 January 2017. I am on the lookout for six-month leases or longer. I do not drive so I would like to find a place that is within 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
