Looking for a room mate and a new friend. I would like to find a roomie who is fun, reliable, friendly, honest, clean, independent, easy going :) as I am the same. I am ideally looking at starting a new shared apartment. I do require parking and would prefer my own bathroom too (main room with ensuite) I'm young at heart, work full time in the hills in HR, attend the gym most mornings or afternoons (sometimes both haha) enjoy spending time with my friends, family.... long lunches, shopping, road trips, the races, the beach, cheese n wine nights. .. I enjoy a fun night out as much as a lazy night in with a book or catching up on movies... I'd like to be able not only to be room mates but friends - share a meal, a glass of wine, watch trashy tv and make our new place a home. ... If you think we get along please don't hesitate to send through a message :)
Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Budget is around 250 a week so if you have a place that you think would work please send me a message! Thanks, bel.
Currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. Move date can be whenever. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
I'm a recently graduated Zoologist, lover of nature, travel, music, movies, writing & cooking. I'm very easy going, neat, organised & oh so grateful for a post-work wine and chat! :)
Hi there, I'm Tolga, a 28yo male who's relatively new to Sydney. I came up for a product marketing job that's based in Macquarie Park, and looking to find somewhere north of the bridge to call home. I'm fairly social, love to cook, keep healthy, and very easy going. I'm looking for relaxed house mates who enjoy a chat and keep a tidy home (def not OCD), but completely respect the need for privacy and having nights alone to chill after a long day without the need for small talk, as I can't do without it myself. Drop me a line and happy to have a chat to organise a time to meet up. Side note - I'll need a car park. Even unlimited on street parking with no restrictions is fine. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to find out. Cheers
I am a calm collected Sydney native I don't smoke I work in a the bush and with the SES I love to cook, go on bush walks and sail and I'm working on becoming a marine engineer I tend to be quiet but enjoy a good chat and I'm very handy at fixing things around the house If it sounds like we could get on please feel free to contact me

She is desexed, clean and once she warms up to you will become your little sidekick.

Hi there! I'm a 27 year old full-time high school teacher currently looking for a room (preferably with ensuite) to move into in the new year. I have a five year old labrador who is also a qualified pet therapy dog ( visits hospitals and nursing homes on weekends). For this reason, i would need at least a small yard or sizable courtyard to accommodate her. I'm looking for easy going, friendly and clean housemates who love dogs.
Hi I am a student studying full time and working in the city. Ideally looking for somewhere to stay in a nice quiet suburb with one or two others. Somewhere close to public transport is preferred. I am fairly busy through the week and respect the need for peace and quiet around the home. I like to keep a clean and tidy living space and am respectful of other peoples space and privacy. Would also like to find people who are willing to chat and just catch up over a drink every once in a while. I don't want to share a place with total strangers. I keep pretty fit and active with the gym and some martial arts training and am hoping to share with people who lead a similar lifestyle. Looking forward to meeting potential flatmates! Grace

Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
I am originally from the U.K. over in Australia for work. I work with children who have autism and I am also a personal trainer. I am reliable, clean and considerate. I am an international student studying my masters of physiotherapy up in the Goldcoast. I have a clinical placement in Lane cove and would love to find a temporary place to stay for five weeks. I have been living out of home since I was 18 years old in different countries so can get along with almost anyone and I am a respectable housemate. I love meeting new people, staying active and doing new/adventures things. I love sydney and cannot wait to explore the area further! During the week I will be working full time on my clinical placement and during the week will be up for exploring the area! let me know if you have a place available :)
Prefer quiet living. Neat and tidy, and I have lived in my current flat for 10 years...so obviously I pay my rent on time, every time. Although I don't have a pet, I am very animal friendly, should you have pets (Uummm......maybe not pet snakes, spiders, etc. LOL.) Moving from Nowra to pursue interests in natural health care. Although I am 67 yrs of age, I am healthy (though a bit overweight) and have interests both inside and outside of home. I currently ride a 50cc motor scooter (registered road vehicle! .... not mobility scooter), though I am not sure whether to bring it to Sydney. It would depend on where I live, and public transport (though I do love the flexibility of having my own transport). I love to spend quite a bit of time on my computer, when I am at home. I am respectful of other people's property, and would expect the same in return. LOL ... I don't particularly enjoy cooking, so my meals are very simple, though usually nutritious ... although I do enjoy a couple of squares of chocolate in the evening. I enjoy my life!
Easy-going, down to earth, paying rent on time, enjoying a good laugh, movie night and dinner from time to time with my new flatmate(s)
We are musicians and I am a makeup artist working part time. We are vegan and very clean! Looking for someone to team up with and find a three bedroom place!
My name is Alina. I'm 27 years old and working full-time as a Graphic Designer. I'm an active, very clean person and have a happy personality. My holidays are usually spent on sight-seeing adventures with friends and I'm big on dancing! I like to cook and have a huge sweet tooth but breakfast is definitely my favourite meal of the day. After work I like to relax and am partial to a glass of wine with roommates. I'm looking for a friendly and sociable home where we respect each other's space so get in touch if it sounds like I could fit into your home!
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed (there is a limit) Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
Hey my name is nora. I'm a 25 year old professional that is eager to move out in the next week or so. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.

I have two tiny and adorable dogs 🐶 Frankie: is a 4 yr old male (desexed) jack russell cross pug who weighs about 4kg Skye: is a pomeranian cross shitzu who is nearly 2yrs old female (desexed) and weighs 1.4kg Both are quite well behaved, very lovable and mostly stay outside. Hey future flatmates! Originally from Newcastle, travelled all over Aus growing up. I am an easy going person, who enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. I very much enjoy my own space and downtime and equally love to socialise and meet new people. I moved to Sydney in November for a temporary job placing (3months) but has turned into a permanent position and looking for a rent/house stay in Sydney, preferably the North Sydney area, but am open to other options. Flexible on dates. Fun for me comes in all different forms, from reading a book or watching a movie to getting outdoors and exploring, discovering new places/people. - Non-smoker - Clean and tidy - Female - Active - Love Cooking - Healthy
I am American who lives in Sydney working as a videographer. I am easy going and laid back. I have lived with heaps of people through my college years, so I know how to handle different living environments. I'm looking for a place that is relaxed, where we can cook and share a drink together. I love having good conversations, but I'm also introverted so I'm happy on my own as well.
I am an Indian accounting professional moving to Sydney in January 2017 and need an accommodation - 1 bedroom with private bathroom preferably. I am a non-smoker, who likes to keep his house clean and tidy. I am a fitness enthusiast and would love to play a sport or hang out with my flatmates in my free time.
Hi, I’m Alec, I’m 20 and a web developer from Hervey Bay, Qld. I’m relocating to Sydney at the end of the year and will be working from home full-time for my current employer. I’m also a runner and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle with training most days. I love to be outdoors whether that is running, hiking, biking, traveling, kayaking… Anything adventurous that gives me a break from working on the computer. I’m looking for a place which offers a reasonable sized room and flatmates that don’t mind me getting up early in the morning. As for location, I’d prefer to live in North Ryde or in one of the surrounding suburbs as this is where I’ll be training.
I am a long haul flight attendant, a non-smoker and don't throw parties. I don't mind a chat but I don't rumble. Always maintain my place clean and tidy. Allergic to dust and mess. I am after a place that I will have my own room and bathroom. Share with 1 other non-smoker. I have a lovely fur baby, a 9 months old kitten, he is so adorable and gentle, toilet trained since day. He doesn't scratch furniture, I only keep him indoor, he is very clean and well maintained. If what I ask falls into your category. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi There :) We are an easy-going couple, calm and clean. We're looking for the place to rent, not too expensive. It could be the room in the flat to share with cool people. I am working full time, my boyfriend is studying in UTS. Would be great to start some teamup ;) Feel free to contact me :)
I'm a recently graduated engineer working full time in Artarmon, looking to find someplace close to work and cut down on my commute. I like to cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. I can provide references from previous housemates/landlord on request. I'm in no rush, move in date is very flexible, feel free to message me to chat.
I am a recent graduate of university, looking to move to the city to start my career. I'm a Catholic who believes everyone can have their own faith so I don't push my beliefs onto others. I am obsessed with cats, but have enough at my parents places that I don't have any myself. I am also a very tidy person who hates mess and would generally clean it up immediately if I spot any.
I am a friendly and out-going professional who works in finance. I love having a good chat over a bottle of wine but also appreciate my downtime and space. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with food (when you have an egg allergy you have to get a little creative). I have a little mongrel called Lulu who I adopted from a pound in Wagga 7 years ago - shes is a pretty cool dog. I am clean and considerate, and would love to live with like minded people.
Well hi! I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and about to start my Masters at Macquarie Uni. I come from a small farming town in Far North Queensland and have decided to make the jump to Sydney, so here we are. I'm easy-going and laid back. I like to think I'm reasonably clean. I'm super friendly. I don't mind being alone or being with a bunch of friends having a drink or two. I love to cook and will probably bake more things than we can eat. And honestly, I'm a complete nerd. I'm also an avid gamer, so it'd be nice to have potential roomies to co-op with. I have a car, so there's also potential Maccas runs at 3am / to tote our groceries back :D Feel free to message me if we seem like potential roomies! Looking forward to meeting you.
Easy going, friendly professional who is hygienic and love a tidy home. Like outdoor activities fit, active, enjoy company of others. Would like to move in around 23 Dec 2016a
Hello, I am relocating from interstate to Sydney for work. Looking for a studio, 1 bedroom or granny flat. Ideally partly furnished but flexible with that. Would require parking. Looking for anywhere around North Sydney, Crows Nest, Roseville, Lane Cove, etc. Would consider a share property with the right amenities - own bathroom and car park in a great location.
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
