Hi, Am new in Sydney, a student of UNSW. Looking for a room in a shared house. If its an apartment complex will be better but am also opened to homes. Also if the room ensuit also better but am still opened to shared bathroom. Am a easy going person, like to have a quiet time and give everyone its privacy. Like to hang out sometimes. Please contact me if you have a nice place for me, Thanks
I’m looking for a long term “private room” with medium size inbuilt, I have my own bed (KS). I need access to kitchen with space to store my food. Close to frequent public transport, close to main shops. My budget is limited to $160-$180 inclusive of all bills with unlimited wifi. I’m looking for a place to share with responsible “humans”, no mind games allowed. I also need to store few boxes where I store my journals approx 1sq meter, they could fit neatly against a garage wall. The odd locations are places I could go, once I inspect the room, I’m free to move wherever I feel comfortable and safe. I rely on public transport therefore it's a must to live close to train station or reliable bus service. I'm Non-Smoker, responsible, respectful, friendly, constantly busy, quiet, pays rent on time, a day person, keeps busy during the day, loves the internet, loves pets but do not own any, love a bit of gardening when time allows it. I’m organised, love cleanliness. My initiative flares when I see you busy but it becomes shy when taken advantage of. I don’t keep secrets and I respect privacy, I expect the same in return. On the chatting side; I could be a parrot or I could be a rabbit my doors are always open to help or to listen if you need my support. I am looking for a place to consider my home. On the age side; I'm still above the line and sitting by the chimney is a luxury my precious time cannot afford.
Hi, my name is Aaron. I am 26, and I am a Registered Nurse. I have recently been offered a job in south-west Sydney and would be looking to move into the Sydney area. I currently live in Wollongong and would be looking to move in mid-March (moving date Is flexible), and hopefully come and have a look at any available properties in the near future. I am a quiet and tidy person who is fairly easy-going and gets along well with most people. I enjoy reading, collecting miniatures, and playing video games. I also love animals and have no problem living with pets. Please note that I will rely on public transport to commute to and from work.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful, I’m needing a room to move into ASAP. I’m quiet and usually keep to my self. But am social with other boarders when need to be. I’m very kind, caring, honest and trustworthy. I have a great sense of humour. Am a smoker and a very occasional drinker. Don’t do drugs. I’m not much of a cook but will learn, so may burn something first! I don’t drive so somewhere close to public transport is a must. I’ve just come out of a 21yr relationship so am feeling vulnerable. Unable to pay any bond upfront but willing to pay it over time.
Very neat and tidy, bubbly though not too bubbly, very easy going....love to cook. I'm genuine and respectful. For fun i enjoy watching movies or catching up for a nice meal with family or friends. I love my down time after a long week :)
I study full time at USYD and work two jobs. I’m hoping to find a place that is clean, comfortable and quiet. I tend to stay in my room a lot as I study and I also game and watch TV in my spare time. I'm considerate and respectful; I get along well with others and understand that personal space is important. I'd prefer to share a place with no more than two people as I'd like some more space to myself :)
~Ideally looking for a team up~ A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.
Hello, I’m Gabby and I’m 23 years old! I’m moving to Sydney from Melbourne to work full time in Casula. I’ll be moving around the beginning of May. I like to play sport and keep active/fit. I also like to sit at home and watch Netflix . I’m very outgoing, love a chat and/or a cheeky beverage.
Hi guys . Im an easy to get along with 25 year old male. I am a clean person to live with i dont like mess. What makes me great to live with? I am an honest, and trustworthy person. I enjoy a good chat and can be quiet as a mouse when needed. I enjoy playing games, fixing my car and having a drink. Let me know if you want to know more about me. Cheers.
Med student/massage therapist, easy-going company, vegetarian (but okay being in a house with meat eaters!), tend to cook humongous portion sizes so hello leftovers, like to keep my space fairly tidy, equally content socialising with housemates or giving them their space, love homemade facemasks, bushwalking is my way of taking a break (grew up in Blue Mountains). My aim for this year is to save up enough money to do a paragliding course. Cheers
An International student studying full-time and working part-time at the Western Sydney University. Keep my space clean and expect the same. I like exploring new places, bush-walking, boxing and other fitness activities. Generally, quiet and like to focus on my studies.
Hey Team! My name is Nick, I'm a 23 year old who just graduated from Uni and will be working at Westmead Hospital for the next year so am hoping to find places nearby or close to the train line. I'll be looking for places to move in around the end/middle of March but am flexible with dates I'm after a private room that is preferably furnished, but if not I can probably sort something out for the right place. We have to have internet and a good sense of humour. I'm a relaxed and friendly guy looking for some similar people to chill out with for a while. Always up for movie/food/adventuring sessions but also pretty good at being lazy and just taking weekends off to rest. Bonus if you work at Westmead too and we can stumble there together in the morning with coffee. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Let me know if you have any questions, places for me to look at, or will be a bit of a loner in the area like me and just looking for a new mate. Happy to team up with people and get a new place together Cheers Nick :)
