I'm making the big jump from the wild west of Oz to study my graduate diploma and (hopefully) be admitted as a baby lawyer. I am an avid reader and cook - warning: will bribe you with baked goodies.
I have just started work as a cash processor in lane cove. I am a tidy and quiet flatmate who has interests in reading science-fiction fantasy books, watching movies, playing sports and games. I'm not too much of a party person and like to live in a relatively quiet house, although I don't mind the odd drink :) . I am looking for a room with easygoing flatmates who are tidy.
Respectful, independent and quiet. 3rd year medical student at Royal North Shore looking for a place with people who consider themselves similar.
I’m an easy going half Aussie half Brit IT professional. I’ve moved back to Sydney from London recently for a Tech job in North Sydney. I enjoy swimming, reading and weekend avo’n toast brunch :) Relaxed and always up for a chat.
Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: NONE Anticipated needs (no definite timeline) Hope Island 1 x male x 12 weeks Terrey Hills 2 x male x 12 weeks (open to twin share rooms) Gymea x 2 male x 4 weeks (open to twin share rooms)
My name is Eduardo, I'm a 24 years old mexican who loves to travel, learn about new cultures and loves food. I'm a very friendly and responsible person who is going to study for the next year.
I'm an international Student coming in from Hamburg in Germany to study for a Semester at the Macquarie University in Sydney starting from 18th of February till the end of June. To make the most out of my stay I'd really like to share a flat with either Aussies or other Internationals rather than living in a dorm. I'd consider myself as a very open and social person and would love to not only meet people to share a flat with but rather someone or several persons to to do stuff in and around Sydney and to spend some exciting months with. Nonetheless I'm very well able to respect privacy and to give people the space they need - especially in times of stress be it from work or studying and do not impose my company on anyone. I'm really looking forward to my time in Sydney and I`m excited to meet the People I'll spent a good chunk of my time over there with -> my flatmates.
I'm friendly, easygoing, tidy, and sociable. I'm from Canada and just finished school and have decided to do a working holiday visa in Australia. I'm very clean and productive so any jobs that needs to be done around the house I'm happy to help out with. I'm also very active going to the gym, hiking, or playing sports.
Hi, I'm Alexa! I'm looking to study my masters for 2 years at UTS, and am looking for a place to stay during that time. I'm neat, clean and easy-going. Feel free to message me if you think you have something that would suit! :)
Mature, reliable, keep to myself but friendly too :-) I'm moving to Sydney to study Alexander Technique in St Leonards for three years starting in Jan 2018. I have two adult cats so I'm looking for something self-contained and pet friendly but I'm open to a room in a house too as long as we have space. I like cleaning schedules - keeps things simple.
We are two Swedish girls who just arrived in Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, and are planning to stay here for at least 12 months . Laura has lived in Sydney before but for me it's the first time in Australia. We like to have it nice and clean in our home and enjoy to cook. We will be working full time and will spend the weekends exploring Sydney. We are happy to split bills and help out with the chores around the house.
All three of us are very chill people, all clean and tidy and enjoy cooking, exercise etc. We live pretty normal lives during the week and don't mind a beer or two or going out for a big one on a Friday or Saturday. We are looking for 3 rooms in a share house, or single rooms for each of us. So if you are looking for 3 new roommates or just one - hit me up! Hope to hear from you.
Hey There! I'm Amanda, I am 29 years old, and work fulltime in Macquarie Park. I am looking for a new place to live as of about 20 January give or take a week. I am a super easy going person to live with, I am clean and tidy, I love to cook, I love to be social, and I also love quiet time on the couch. Although I am definitely not looking for a party house, I am looking for a place that I can happily and respectfully have friends over for dinner or a BBQ and drinks with friends without issue. I pay bills on time, I am honest and trustworthy, i'm intelligent, and have common sense. In summer I love getting out and about to the beach, attempting to grow my little herb garden, and exploring the areas of Sydney I haven't previously explored I currently own a bunch of furniture, i'm happy to either bring some with me, or sell it off and come just with a bedroom. I'm not interested in a furnished room, as ultimately i'm looking for a longer term "home" not a "room", and I have my own furniture. I do own a car, so I need parking of some sort, street parking is more than fine. I would love to live in the Lower North Shore areas. If anybody is interested in teaming up, or has a room coming available please get in touch!
I'm a sociable person but I respect people's space. I like to keep active and have a pretty busy life. I work full time but am looking for a fun, friendly house.
Hello! We are two girls, one Polish, and the other Polish-American, who are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Sydney! I myself, Anna, like to cook dinner, help with groceries, make shared plans for chores. I'm social and very friendly, I like to lead a positive lifestyle by exercising, eating clean, reading, and occasionally enjoying a Netflix binge and staying in for the night. I love to explore, and I enjoy living in cities and find lots of things to do that are either trendy or something new and exciting. I'm easy to get along with, once you meet me you'll realize that I really like getting to know people! I like to keep things tidy, the only mess I'd leave would be in my own room behind closed doors so you still wouldn't see it. I've travelled all around the world and have lived in different countries, so I'm open-minded and cultural, and new experiences are more exciting than they are scary for me! I would love to have a cool roommate to share an accommodation with, or I'm fine on my own as well taking care of someone's beautiful little apartment! Karka, or Karolina, is also clean and a very responsible person. As she is a student and part-time worker, she usually comes home just for the night time to sleep before getting ready for her next day! She is social and lovable, and very kind. Her hobbies include being active, including pole dancing!! She loves to read, travel around Sydney in her free time, and is one of the sweetest people you'll meet! We are excited to find a beautiful home to stay in together, and we look forward to making new friends through Flatmates!
Hi, I'm Ruiqi, I just graduated from uni on Nov and currently work as a full-time graphic designer. I'm looking for a long-term accommodation, either house share or apartment share. I am pretty easy going, respectful of other people’s space and like to keep a very clean household.
Professional and mature and fun to be around, I’m considerate and easy to live with. I work in the music industry and love going to see live music. I have two teenage kids who live happily on the lower North Shore with their mother.
I'm in my early 30s. I have a gorgeous small-medium sized dog (a Schnoodle - Schnauzer x Poodle) called Yoshi. We're looking for a place to share with other people and pets.
Working full time at Royal North Shore (medical professional), will be based in St Leonards area for a total of 2 years from early Feb 2018. Looking for a room in a quiet house (ideally no parties/pets/smokers) or for a house/unit for rent. Will be away most weekends. I am very low maintenance - busy at work, then working on a few projects while I am home. Non smoker, non drinker
I'm a pretty easy going guy who can get along with just about anyone. I respect other people's privacy and space. I'm always up for a chat or a hangout. I love playing football on weekends and spend most of my time either at work or football training. I am originally from Adelaide, but I've Just secured a job as a Cadet Journalist with SBS in Artarmon. I start work on the 5th of February so I'm looking to get a place as close to work as possible the weekend before I start so I can get settled in. If you would like to know more about me don't hesitate to ask :)
Hi housemates! I'm from Barcelona and I am a geologist, currently employed as a postdoc (full-time researcher) at Macquarie Univeristy. I'm very open-minded, friendly and I like meeting people from other cultures. I'm active, I like doing outdoor activities over the weekend (diving, climbing, caving, hiking) and travelling, but during the week I'm pretty relaxed and I enjoy spending the evenings chatting with my housemates, reading, watching movies or playing board games. I have been living in Sydney for more than 3.5 years now, always sharing a house, so I'm very used to it and you'll have no complain about me, since I'm a very clean and easy-going girl. My landlady and housemates will confirm both! To be honest, I'm extremely sad to leave my current place and my friends who have become my Australian family for the last 3 years. Unfortunately my landlady is renovating half of the house and I have no option but to find somewhere else to stay. I'm looking for a room in a clean and tidy house to stay for a full year (or teamup for a new place), with nice and sociable housemates (not really crazy parties in the house though, I have to be able to rest during the week!). Obviously no need to say that I'll definitely respect your privacy (and I hope that you will as well), because I think it's essential. I would like to live with people who are happy to do activities together and share some meals from time to time. In other words, I'm not interested in a place where my housemates spend almost all the evening in their rooms... I would like to have a place that I truly feel like HOME. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
