Professional woman in mid-20s seeking self- contained private accommodation Hi, I am a 25yo university educated female. I'm seeking a long-term housing situation for myself and two well behaved female dogs. We're looking for somewhere peaceful in semi-rural or acreage living in the S. Gold Coast, hinterland or N. New South Wales. I am willing to help with fencing if needed to make the yard safe and secure for the dogs (I have landscape and fencing skills and knowledge!) Ideally I would prefer a granny flat or self-contained unit, but would consider a private room & ensuite in the right house. Gardening, hiking, camping, and painting are some of my interests. I lead a clean healthy lifestyle and do not smoke. I am happy to bring my own furnishings and internet. Personal and rental references available on request. I am flexible with the move date. Any questions please feel free to ask. I am open to negotiations on rent for help with property maintenance or possibly childcare.
We are a newly married couple, with a sweet 2 year old boy Jasper and a 2 year old staffy named Lexi. We are clean, kind, easy going, non partiers. Jess has yoga teacher training on the Gold Coast so we thought we would all move up for 6 months as we spend the other 6 months in Canada. Our dog only barks if there's danger, she's not a yappy dog or aggressive she is a big sook. Jasper is a very social, happy little boy who adapts well to all situations. We like to travel, go camping, love being outdoors, hiking, walking, cooking, the beach etc
I love to keep things clean and tidy. I am kind and caring and really easy to get along with :) I study two days a week in byron bay, Friday and Saturday, studying Ayurveda medicine. I woke three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. The rest of the days I am doing things with my boyfriend. Have lived on the Gold Coast for over a year and a half, would be good to make friends with house mates. Quite mature for my age. But still lots of fun to be around :) Looking for a place I can feel at home in, feel comfortable, and around other positive people who like to socialise. I have a house hold full of furniture. So if you have room for these, even just a storage shed, that would be amazing :)

Hi, I'm Erin! I'm 22 and a criminology student at Griffith Uni. I've lived out of home for a while but as my current roomies are moving out I'm on the lookout for a new place. I'm clean, reliable with rent and happy to live with pets. I also have my own bedroom furniture (and possibly some living room furniture if needed). I do like my own personal space but am definitely up for chat and want to actually make friends with the people I live with. I also don't mind the occasional night out but generally prefer a pretty quiet and chilled household. I'm into cheerleading, surfing, footy and watching movies and would love to live with like-minded people. I'd also prefer to live with people around my own age if possible :)
I’m a man 48years old. I’m working full time and I need a room with bathroom for short time. My family is in Sunshine Coast and ASAP they will come in Gold Coast too. I honest person. If someone are able to help me I will be really happy. Thanks Regards Simone
Hi guys my name is Neville and I'm an extremely easy going person who loves to surround myself with good people. Looking for a room that is preferably already has a bed but is not critical as I can always find one myself. I work full time as a Trainee Golf Professional and am always busy with assignments, practice and work which keeps me occupied. I am very near and tidy and respect other people's space.
Hi all, I'm an easy going professional, working for a university and occasionally for a recruitment firm. I'm happy to chat over meals/coffee, but a lot of my work can be done from home (with no fixed hours), so I'd prefer someone who is out of the house at least some of the time so I can get my work done while it's quiet. On Saturdays, I have martial arts from 9am-5pm, so I'm out all day and either catch up with friends or just chill on a Saturday night. I'm looking for team-ups in the Gold Coast for a 6 month lease (for now). I'm flexible about the location for the right place and am happy to team up with two others (a couple or individuals) to afford something nice. I have a car and would prefer to have it undercover or garaged. Currently living with friends, so flexible with the move date. I have all my bedroom and office furniture, but also have a fridge, washing machine, table and chairs. I need somewhere pet friendly, as I have a Bengal cat (named Luther). He's 4 years old, so he's still energetic and likes to play. He doesn't scratch or bite and is strictly an indoor cat. Cheers, Bekki
Australian. respectful to other people. Always pays on time. clean, tidy, easy to get along with.
Super fun, bubbly and out going. Love my own space though. No a partier but can be social. Pretty much never at my house though. Would have my nephew come stay with me once in a blue moon so have to be okay with that. work full time.
Im a high rise access window cleaner from melbourne i wirk full time also breakdance rock climb and prospect. Im very relax and easy to get along with. Just trying to find a ace to call home for a while on the gold coast while im building up
Looking to move closer to work. I'm employed at an awesome little coffee roastery in Southport as head barista and soon to be head roaster. I'm more of a controlled chaos kind of person when it comes to my personal space, but happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy 👌 Tend to keep to myself at home as the day at work is loud and energetic. Home is my chill out zone. My fortress of solitude so to speak. I get along well with artistic types, dog people and expert dad joke tellers. Definitely a morning person as I work from 5am until 1pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are mostly spent at home enjoying sleep ins, Netflix/Amazon/Foxtel binges, gaming on my laptop, the occasional cheeky Gin and Tonic (top shelf only 😅), trips to Gold Class and coffee crawls. Once a month I take a trip to Lismore to visit the family.
I am always out and about doing my own thing, I'm clean, bubbly and very easy going. Currently work 5 days a week. I've got a 6 month old orange kitty by the name of Milo who is litter trained and a little bundle of fun.
