Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
I am a quiet and friendly woman looking for shared accomodation in Mitcham area or suburbs close. I work full time and keep to myself. I spend time outdoors and at the gym mostly. I may be required to catch public transport.
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
My name's Sam, 19yo working as an overnighter at hungry jacks at the moment whilst I wait to get my licence back and resume studying mechanics as an apprentice at MTA. Been through a few sharehouse so I feel like I've picked up good, clean living habits and know how to give space but always keen for a beer and a chat. Pretty heavily into my music, play drums but don't worry I won't bring a drum kit 😂 unless you aren't opposed to loud noises Look forward to the opportunity of meeting you!
Hi there! My name is Imogen, I'm 19, I work a few different jobs plus I am currently studying. Unfortunately the end of my current lease is coming up and I'm searching to find a new place to live preferably in the western suburbs, but also open to other locations. I have sharehouse experience, so I'm not totally clueless when it comes to cleaning and paying bills. I hope to find accommodation with like-minded individuals that I can share a couple of beers with. A bit about me? I'm a live music aficionado , can eat my body weight in baked potatoes and am a budding writer (or, well, trying to be). As well, I'm a super laid back person who is always down for a chat but can also respect that everyone needs some alone time. Also, I have a huge Russian family that are always making food and you're more than welcome to share it with me. Now THAT'S a win. 420 friendly LGBT+ friendly Vegan (but I'm not fussed whether you are or not) Pretty much anything friendly Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am house-trained, generally available to talk, and enjoy hiking, bike riding, rock climbing, gaming (current game is Life is Strange/Pokemon) , sports, reading (current book is Fahrenheit 451), and finding new hobbies. I work part-time, typically evenings, so I tend to be home during the day when I don't have other commitments and am away most evenings. I tend to be quiet, but sociable.
Hey everyone, my name's Manita, I'm 23 years old and studying a Bachelor of health science/master of occupational therapy at flinders university. I love going out for coffee, walks on the beach, watching netflix and having a drink or two with friends. I enjoy being social but also like my own space to relax and study. I'm clean, respectful of others and easy going. I've been living in share houses for four years and love meeting new people and making new friends. I often go interstate to visit family and friends during uni holidays. I have a beautiful 14 year old labrador border collie cross named Blossom. She loves food, pats, short walks and otherwise sleeps the majority of the day. Let me know if you're interested in catching up for a coffee or have a room available :) Looking forward to hearing from you
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hello everyone, im happy, friendly & respectful 30 year old lady. looking for a warm, relaxed place to call home. im fairly houseproud and tidy but no clean freak. i enjoy walking, Netflix, food, great coffee, boxing, socialising & have a passion for design. ideally id like to live with people who are happy to have a peaceful quiet place during the busy weekdays. i work office hours but have done shift work in the past, so respectful of anyone who has to do that.
Hey guys I'm looking to find somewhere to live in the mitcham hills or near flinders uni. Very laid back, work in education full time, love animals and enjoy a bit wine or beer every now and then. Drinks, board games, pool table and banter over clubs in the city any night.
Hey I'm Molly. I work four days a week as an early childhood teacher. I like to have a chat and a drink but also enjoy down time reading and gardening. I keep busy with family, friends, fitness and expeditions. Looking for some easy going friendly housemates.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
I'm Kevin, 24 years old; from India. I'll be studying in UniSA City West campus. I'm looking for a furnished room in a house or flat (long term), preferably in the vicinity of my campus. Hey! I'm an open minded, easy to talk to and respectful person who enjoys peoples company but understanding of privacy. I will be requiring a pet friendly property for my gorgeous black lab mix, Esko. He's a very friendly dog that is very happy with a few tummy scratches and a yard to roam around. I am hopeful I can find some friendly people who are up for some chats and a good time with me and my fury friend! I am also a full time Nursery School Teacher in Hyde Park and would preferably like to find a house around the area.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as I have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
My partner Daniel (male 29) and I (female 30) are looking for a medium/large room or even two smaller rooms for about six months if the place doesn't allow pets, or hopefully long term if we can find a pet friendly place as we plan to adopt a cat at some point. We also love dogs and all other animals but at the moment we don't have any pets. We are pretty quiet but also friendly and like to get on well with our housemates. We are open minded and down to earth and get along well with most people. Both of us like to keep living spaces clean and tidy and when at home we like to do gardening trying to grow vegetables or watching movies, reading, making and eating lots of soups etc we're not as boring as we sound really. We would love to make friends with our housemates and maybe watch horror movies together sometimes or other stuff at home but we are perfectly happy to just keep to ourselves if you like more alone time :) I'm a full time student at Flinders and Dan works and studies. Always pay rent and bills on time and can provide references. Been at our current place for a couple of years and only moving because we need a bit more space. I'm really hoping to have access to a bath tub because I've really missed being able to have the occasional relaxing bath :) and also some outside space like a good size courtyard or even an actual garden would be amazing. We can pay up to $300 per week if room has a bed and bills are included. Otherwise more like $250 max. Can move from about 30th May or maybe earlier.
Moving out of a wonderful home soon sadly as I'm living in a good friend's room for 7 months while she's overseas and she's about to need her room back! Full-time Uni student, part-time Marketing Coordinator. I travel to Melbourne quite a bit for work also. Love music, very placid and easy going, pretty into my studies and work however also very social and love my friends and hanging out. Have been doing the house mate thing for a while so I know all of the unspoken rules of house share and drama won't be an issue with me as I avoid it like the plague. Looking to score a one bedroom/studio or share a homely space with like minded, cool people :)
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
Sara and I (Lauren) are looking for a third person to join us in finding a house. We are currently searching and attending and applying at inspections. Anywhere city Fringe really! Sara and I both work full time, Sara works some weekends too and I work 9-5PM Monday to Friday. I have a little French Bulldog, named Ponyo and she is the cutest thing on the planet. We are both clean, I love cleaning! Sara and I are friends from high school so have known each other for 15 years almost!
I am a nursing student who is in need of a cheap place to live. I keep to myself and am very clean and tidy
Hi, my name is Rachael, I'm 24 and work full time as a speech pathologist! I'm looking to move out of my family home into a place a little closer to the city. I'm tidy and respectful. I like my own space, but enjoy a chat over a coffee or wine and watching trashy TV. Would love to be able to be friends as well as housemates! I have everything to furnish a house (excl. fridge), so I would love to bring some of my own things as well. I also have a beautiful Ragdoll cat, Loki, who loves a cuddle and will sleep most of the time. He is an inside cat and must not be let outside because he won't come back :( x
