I NEED A HOME URGENTLY HOPE YOU CAN HELP.... LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 12 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates bathroom and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am super independent, career driven, tidy, very respectful and love movie nights. I enjoy going out to the local pub, hanging with friends and just doing my own thing really. I do Traffic Control and also do modelling, acting and a few things on the side. Hoping to work in Management one day in the near future. I am looking for my own room. Female only house, please! I also have one cat that would preferably need to come with :)
I am a 42 year-old male professional working full-time in the university sector. I am busy with work during weekdays and on the weekend, I catch up with my daughter or go out etc... My length of stay varies around a few months. I have a strong preference for a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.
Hi! My name is Patrizia, 25yrs old nurse, from the Philippines. I’m looking for an affordable place near ETEA, Burgundy St., Hiedelberg. I will be attending classes from Apr 11 til July. I am not sure if how long will I stay since I might be assigned to another area for clinical practice. Rest assured, I’m responsible and tidy. I’m very flexible and I can adapt easily.
35-year-old easy going general practitioner who needs a quite place to study. Weekends could be good time for fun. Watching movies or walking. Cooking and drinking
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do. I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if a sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. I'm a homebody and huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 15mths old and loves people and attention, she's quite cheeky.. friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. I'd like a big backyard, more space the better (No townhouses or units unless it's a whole property for myself to rent) My own bathroom only will consider shared bathroom if used rarely by other housemate Large house if sharing WOULD REALLY LOVE MY OWN PLACE HOUSE OR GRANNY FLAT/STUDIO/BUNGALOW!! IF ANYONE IS RENTING A PROPERTY OR ROOMS WITH MY DESCRIPTION PLS CONTACT ME.. ALSO LIKE NO OTHER PETS PREFERABLY AS DONT KNOW IF MY DOG IS UP FOR THAT YET.. Cheers 🙂

Hi I’m Anastasia, I am studying biomedical science at LaTrobe and am currently living with my step mother. I am looking at moving out and becoming more independent! I have a very friendly bubbly personality, and I love hanging out with my best mates and family in my spare time. In saying this, I also appreciate quiet time. I will provide a warm atmosphere in your home, a good person to chat to, and I always clean after myself so that I won’t make a mess! If you’re looking for someone considerate and friendly, then I am the ideal flat mate for you!
I am fun easy going reliable and friendly. I pay rent on time and like to keep a clean house. I work full time in childcare and enjoy a bit of wine every night. Not a party animal but does enjoy a night out. Looking to move into a house with someone or people who are my age and are up for a chat every now and then. Looking to move to a new home ASAP.
hi mates, we are the best couple, who can recognize privacy and definitely both of us are neat and tidy. I hope we can find the best place that suits us as well who knows how to respect other's privacy too. we are friendly and easy to be with. I, Brige, is working part-time during the weekdays and studying at tafe every mondays. My partner, Ivan, is working full-time.
To whomever is lucky enough to stumble across our humble listing, let us introduce ourselves: Charlotte (the better half) is a 19 year-old Swinburne Arts student who is currently working part-time as a cleaner, as well as being a bit of a self-confessed 'neat-freak' and 'grammar nazi'. I enjoy cooking from time-to-time, peppering my sentences with old-fashioned turns-of-phrase or expressions, or hanging out with friends on the weekends. Cameron (the other half) is a 25 year old IT graduate currently working full-time in construction. His passions include anything with two or more wheels - bikes, motorbikes, or cars - or geeking out over car parts or IT gear. He's got a great sense of humour once you get used to it, and is usually prone to being a general idiot just to get a laugh out of me (and possibly you, potential flatmate). Both of us are very friendly and easy-going, but like our own space and quiet time too. We both work first-thing in the morning, but tend to be home in the early afternoon. As Cameron has a work vehicle, included parking is required, and walking distance to a train station is preferred, but not a requirement. We have currently secured a room in Doncaster East, however we are looking to move again in 2019 and are open to renting in different suburbs (so long as they are in the North or East of Melbourne) or trying out different living arrangements :)
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime around July 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May 2017 I began aggressive chemo treatment, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Radiotherapy (for a 2nd time within 2 years) began in March and will end in April. Surgery most likely around July and more chemo to most likely follow around October/November. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh), however I am planning to leave the house in Darley and live at my father's fulltime, just after I have completed radiotherapy.
I'm a disability support worker and eager to find a share house with an unfurnished room. I like to meet new but also like spending time by myself. I'm soon going back to Uni to finish my social work degree. I'm pretty chilled and up for new experiences.
I am easy going and amicable, but also I work quite a bit and have other activities outside of work (i.e BJJ, additional training for work every second tuesday). Basically this means I am good to be around when I am there, and not there near enough to become annoying lol. I also keep myself clean and clean after myself (I tend to be house proud as well). I have no pets, and I have a son to my former wife. I have him every Friday night, but if that is an issue, I can stay with my family when I have him.
Hi, I’m Steph. I work full time in childcare. I have a cat who would preferably need to come with me. I love cooking and am happy to cook for housemates every now and then 😊 Always up for a chat and very respectful of others time, space and privacy.
Hi. My 3 year old son & myself are looking for a new home. Something with dual occupancy would be ideal, although we'd be happy enough with just having our own rooms in a share house with the right person/people. I am pretty quiet & easy going (my son not so quiet lol but he has all the charm to make up for it😉). I work 3 days per week & enjoy doing arty/crafty things if I get any spare time. If anyone else out there has a child & is looking for somewhere to live, hit me up. My mini man would love a little friend. Tia
