I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)
i can fix anything! non smoker, no pets. however i do have 2 cars that require a garage or secure off street parking. working full time, saving for a house, quiet during the week but generally go out most weekends. willing to team up and find a place as well, feel free to message me at anytime :)
I am a friendly and respectful man that enjoys the company of others but is equally happy doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking and gardening. Non smoker. Very easy to get a long with and am coming to Melbourne for work and following my heart.

I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
Easy going sociable person. Weekends I spend out at the Yarra vally chilling with mates or going out hiking, camping, etc. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and having a laugh. I have a lot of great stories as well.
I am currently a student at La Trobe uni studying bachelor of electronic engineering. I'm originally from the coastal town of Portland, and having been living on campus for last two years to do my studies. I'm a pretty laid back person and easy to get along with. In my spare time I like to play video games, either on PC or a Nintendo console. I don't do any drugs and am a non-smoker. Also not a big party animal, but do like the occasional night out with friends or just a social drink. I don't like dogs, but I'm cool with any other pets.
My sister and I would like to rent out two cheap bedrooms in Bundoora or near La Trobe university or just in suburbs that are near Bundoora in the coming weeks. We are both La Trobe students and very easy going.
I am a 40 year-old male working full-time at a university looking for a place for myself. I work weekdays and on the weekend, I may catch up with my daughter or go to play soccer etc... My length of stay is flexible. I would prefer a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.
I'm a career focused girl. Working shift work and long weeks, up pretty early and can be home pretty late. Love a night out on my days off but usually keep it pretty low key. I'm very clean and more than happy to help out. Easy going and very respectful, always up for a chat and a glass of wine.

Hi, my name is Luisa and these are my beautiful nieces, not my children. I study visual arts (full time) and also raw foods, sometimes from home. I am a healthy, independent, responsible and respectful housemate that pays rent on time. I like the space I live in to be physically and energetically clean and clear as I see home a place of recuperation and rejuvenation. I am a plant and animal lover although not okay with fluffy animals living inside the house. I love being in nature and trying my hand and herb and veggie gardening so green in and around the house is a bonus! I am creative and my home is a place where every now and again I can spread out when I feel the need to paint or craft. I eat a vegetarian diet and the kitchen space is very important to me in that it is clean, preferably meat free, has good bench space, good light, clear sink (dishes not left piled) and clean fridge. I'd like to live with healthy housemates where drinking alcohol, eating meat and watching television isn't a CENTRAL life focus. I would like to share a home with housemates where our ways of living aren’t starkly different as to create a positive, uplifting household. I want to feel like the space shared is all of our homes - not just one person dictating the tone. I enjoy my space and privacy and respect yours also and I'm happy to share a meal or pot of tea with my housemate’s as/if it naturally happens. I am calm and friendly but tend not to talk much at home as it’s how I recoup. Even so I am mindful of working as a team in creating a friendly, supportive home where we can communicate easily and directly. I use eco friendly cleaning/household products where possible. It goes unsaid to share weekly house work. I have a car so a space to park would be great or off road parking at least. I also have a little camping and kitchen equipment so some storage other than just bedroom space is ideal. I am looking for somewhere short term initially with possible view for longer term. I am looking to share with 1 or 2 other people preferably in a house/open living space, not a confined space. Looking forward to sharing space and happy to clarify anything :)
Lived with my best mate in the suburbs for the last 5 years and he's finally decided to bail out and live with his girlfriend. I work in Carlton so I think it's time to move into town! I'm a full time accountant, study a bit (CPA) and also part-time musician/singer. Do play guitar, piano, and sing quite often so be aware of that. People do tend to enjoy it, but if you like you're quiet, probably not the right guy! Don't cook so don't really make too much of a mess, unless it's toast. Don't mind a bit of quiet company, or loud works too, but either way, would love to make some new friends and give the city life a go!
Quiet guy, keep to myself mostly, very tidy, enjoy cooking, messing with computers, , born in Melbourne, currently on a support pension, looking for a quiet place to either share or seperated living, budget i have put is $200 per week for bills/internet inclusive(negotiable), looking for 6-12 months

I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
Hello my name is Nicole, I'm currently looking for a place to share with my partner Leon. We're both clean & tidy, drink very little, both don't smoke and also keep up ourselves and are considerate and respective of others. He works full time as a brickies labourer, clean & tidy, keeps to himself & is respectable of others. I work part time permanent, clean & tidy also. We are both looking for either our own place together with just the two of us or just a room in a property or existing share house. Would love to stay in Bayswater or possibly somewhere nearby to there.
Hi. My names Jake, I am Australian and I am currently doing my Masters of Secondary teaching. I love watching sports and I play basketball during the week. I like to stay fit and eat relatively healthy. I am also a fan of movies/T.V series and enjoy the occasional Console/PC game I am an easy going person who is happy to get a long with anyone. I like to stay neat and tidy and am always happy to cook and clean. I like to socialize but am also happy doing my own thing. Will be working full time over the summer whilst I don't have Uni and will be finishing my degree next year.
I'm Chantel, I've lived out of home for 5 years. Looking for a new place as my housemates are going overseas! I am about to finish my Masters and currently work in retail. I am quite busy so don't spend too much time at home. I'm relatively neat, like to keep things clean and pretty laid back. I love food, a glass of wine and also love animals!
Hey! I'm Tash. I am looking to team up with someone and get a share house in the eastern suburbs. I'm looking to move around the end of December/start of Jan. I'll be working full time as a nurse. Ideally I'd like to find someone who has furniture as I have zip haha! I can get some things though! I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself however I'm not opposed to socialising and having a drink every now and again or watching a movie :) I also have a small maltese shihzu who is strictly an outside dog who would also be living with us :) I'm also happy to go through a real estate agent or privately either is fine ! Thanks
pretty easy going and get along with others well. I have a slight ocd problem when it comes to tidiness and cleaning... I consider myself to be a trustworthy person which is an important factor to consider in a house mate. I'm also very respectful towards others and would like that to be mutual. I'm an artist so my work hours are all mixed up but will be out of your way most of the time giving you space and privacy.
I'm pretty relaxed, I do my own thing and respect the space of others. I am currently studying and spend most of my time doing Audio Production in my Home Studio (I try not to be to loud). I moved to the city at the start of the year , having just come from living in Rural Victoria my whole life I'm not cut out for living in the city anymore, so I need to move out into what could pass a Natural Surrounds whilst still living near the city. I mainly want to move out of the city for several reasons, being; *I hate the city *I want to have space and quiet *I miss gardening *For much needed mental clarity and stability Basically, I'm looking for a place I can spend the next 2-3 years, and form a home while I study.
Studying bachelor of science at La Trobe university and will be in my third year in 2017! I have a kitten, Luna who is super adorable and very friendly. (also desexed and litter trained). I love computer games, watching movies and playing board/card games but also like to go out and have a few drinks occasionally :) I'm mostly into hop hop music and love to cook also!
I'm a 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living by myself in a two bedroom town house but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then than people who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play and perform music (I'm a guitarist but promise I won't make noise!) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Hey! I'm Crystal and i'm currently on a gap year after finishing my VCE studies last year. I'm unemployed currently, but i'm a model and an artist and enjoy spending alot of my time working on my art or walking the catwalk. My partner and i are ready to face the world and find a place of our own. I do have a cat, whom is litter trained and also has a very pleasant, loving temperament. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, always happy to help out with anything you may need and of course i'm organized when it comes to payments on time. Being unemployed, i would need to be able to pay the amount set but i'm happy for discussions on the matter. I am looking for work and i am prepared to pay more p/w than asking as long as it fits my current budget. The reason i'm in need of a place of my own, is due to a recent death in my family which is making it hard to stay at home with my parents. The stress is putting to much pressure on me. I would gladly attend any meetings or interviews before you make any decisions. My partner is also currently unemployed, but he is waiting until we find a place together to start looking for work due to distance and not being able to transfer when the times come. Please don't hesitate to ask me any further questions! :) -Crystal
Healthy and fit guy who enjoys sports in his down time. Very organised and tidy person who enjoys those around him to be the same, but can accommodate to those who aren't. Enjoys technology, cooking and music when he has time for it. Working full time/Studying to complete his pharmacy intern year. Good with paying bills on time, and generally pretty easy to get along with.
I am Harvey Randhawa, I am 20 years old and coming to Melbourne for my Higher education. I am a extrovert person and fun to be around with. I like to travel on motorcycle to unknown roads and love to play football. Hygiene is my top priority and love to have a clean surrounding near me.
Hi all. My name is Jenny and I am a nurse working PT 8/shifts a fortnight. I don't work night shifts so that's a bonus! I like to keep myself tidy and respect the space I am in. I enjoy chatting and helping people yet will always respect your privacy and space. I also enjoy lifting weights and once I find a good gym nearby I will also probably be there a lot. I do like to just be out and about on my days off. I'm pretty quiet generally and thus would prefer a non-party home. ☺️👍 I'm looking for a room with an own bathroom, furnished preferably but if unfurnished it's ok also. Thanks 😊
Hi everyone :).. im from Adelaide, i moved to Melbourne a few years ago to study archaeology at La Trobe uni. I am fairly tidy and organised person who would love to find others to live with who i can get on well with and interact with as room mates but also have space to do our own thing. Im always up for a chat and to have fun doing whatever, possibly watching a movie or having a drink or two and im very friendly and easy going..
Quiet, not really the partying kind and teetotaler. I mind my own business. Good engager in conversations. Comfortable with pets if you have any. LGBT friendly. Very clean and tidy. I speak 5 languages and like cooking, music, horror movies and working out. I move to melbourne in February and would love to hear from you if you feel i fit the description of an ideal housemate/tenant.
Hey there. I am keeping an eye here for suitable places so that I can live nearer to my workplace in Bundoora... Preferably at least a moderate sized room in a clean place. I am a full time employed professional who works long hours from Monday to Friday. I like to sleep in during Saturdays, and explore Melbourne on Sundays. I am not a party person and am fairly quiet at home. During the weekdays I usually like to retire early though I might come home a bit later during the weekends. I am a tech geek and audiophile, I like watching movies, playing video games, or listening to music on my gadgets, or sketching. I use headphones, so it's not going to be noisy. Looking for a peaceful and quiet place with car parking (street parking okay) and a decent internet connection. I cook my own meals, don't cook fancy meals, but would like to be able to use the kitchen. I prefer to cook meals that are simple to prepare, preferably there should be a microwave. Don't have any pets but my family has owned dogs, rabbits, birds and fish. I am a dog guy. Not really a cat person but don't mind if you have one. I am bringing along my bedroom furniture, so the room does not have to be furnished. Do ping me if you think I might be a good fit.
We are two friends (males) age 25 . Recently we have finished our uni and working full time. We are looking for 2 bedrooms and good flat mates with whom we can have good bonding and few beers on weekends
Im a 30 year old female who has just moved to the Macleod area and am looking for a house share. I work full time for as a contractor dental nurse for defence. Im fun, friendly, out going, respectful and have experience living in share houses.
Hey, I'm Lois. 20 year-old international student studying International Relations at La Trobe University. Looking for a place preferably somewhere between Bundoora and the city. I'm not very picky with roommates, as long as there's mutual respect. I like meeting new friends, hanging out at cafes, restos, speakeasies/quiet or chill bars. I'm generally a pretty laid back person.
Hi Guys, I currently work as an advisor for Apple Computers, which means I work from home. This also means that my internet connection is paid for. I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. Respectful of others and their privacy. I'm not looking for a party place, but I do enjoy socialising with a quiet beverage every now and again. I love my soccer, and am looking to get back in to playing again. Always looking to make new friends to hang out with ! I am looking to share a house with 4 Bedrooms, preferably in a quiet area or near the CBD. Also, somewhere that is near to public transport. Can pay up-to $250 including bills. I'm also interested in teaming up with other people to start a lease with. So, if you'd like to have me as a roomie, let me know. Am happy to share with people of all ages. Please message me if you're interested in having a chat. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
We're two friends looking to find a house in the near future. Ideally were looking for one extra roommate, preferably male, in their twenties. We're both easy going and sociable people but do respect your space. Georgia works full time in marketing and I work casually as a stable manager and study full time at La Trobe. We both enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekend and getting in on the fun
I'm a quiet, solitary type, give me a room and an internet connection and I won't disrupt you very much. Of course if you are up for a chat, that's fine too, I love chatting about the boring topics in life, politics and history. I'm originally from rural Victoria and I had to move down to Melbourne to complete my Honours degree in Geospatial Science. Essentially I make maps. Now that I am done, I want to stay down in Melbourne and get established in my career. Housework wise, I clean up after myself, do my own dishes, cook my own meals and I'm more than happy to do my share of the house work. Happy to do gardening if there is one too. And I don't own a car at this stage, so no need for garage space. I prefer to walk and use PT anyway. Not too much of a party goer, or a drinker for that matter, I'm pretty plain in that sense, so you won't have to worry about me knocking in the door at 4am with a half eaten HSP spilling on the floor and a trail of vomit from the curb.
PhD (archaeology/ geology) student at La Trobe University. From Geraldton (small country town in WA) and have been living in Perth for the past 7 years. Looking forward to moving to a new city and meeting new people.
Hi there! I'm an easy going, clean and mature housemate looking for a room to call home from 27 October to 12 November. I'm originally from Tassie and have been renting in Melbourne for the last five years. I currently work full-time in marketing and merchandising. I enjoy a laugh and a chat but also value and respect personal space. I'm an active person and a big foodie, so in my free time I'm often eating out or exercising. I'm very mindful of energy use and recycling. If you think I could be a good fit for your home, please get in touch!
Hi. My name's Jason. I am an easy going person to live with and generally keep to myself. I have a cat named Ollie who is low maintenance and would live with me in my room. I am currently working part time and looking for a place to live with clean, easy going people. I am also able to cook and clean up after myself. Thanks Jason.
I am a physiotherapy student at La Trobe university- I am very academically minded and study is my top priority. I moved from Tassie to study here 2 years ago. I am a bit of a perfectionist so you can expect that I will always clean/tidy up after myself & keep my space nice & neat. I am an active individual coming from a national gymnastics background (now-retired) I go to the gym mainly to do body weight/weight training and I also boulder (rock climb). I don't need a place really until January as I am going home for the month of December but if a compromise can be made for perhaps securing a place in December, that would be great.
Re location -Looking for places close to stations along hurstbridge train line. I've got stable employment as dietitian in health promotion in Eltham area. I'm really easy going and enjoy cooking, gardening, being sociable, being active, getting away and being outdoors! I'm just returning from working holiday in NZ back to hometown of Melbourne (I grew up in Ferntree Gully) and looking for some really cool fun like-minded community-orientated people to live with! I'm hoping to start an into to horticulture course soon so ideally would be great to find somewhere where I can have a small veggie patch/vertical garden!
Hey I'm Ange, 23. Very easy going and relaxed but a clean freak, fun loving and very socialble but do enjoy my down time as much as anyone. I work as an international flight attandant so I will very rarely be home however when I am back in the country I also study. As a massive dog lover I am easy with you having pets around, as long as your ok with my house trained boyfriend to pop in on occasion. Looking for something cheapish and preferably all inclusive as I work away and would not be around often enough to spend my money on something super fancy like I have been in the past. Not looking to move in just yet, but soon
